It's just a average place. The private beach is nothing to be WOW 'ed over, 6pm they close it.. The free beach is a WHOLE lot better. Overall I'd not do it again.

Pico Loro is an excellent Hotel with efficient helpful staff. We stayed at the Pico Country club and it was Lovely.

Amenities like their pools are excellent.very relaxing place. Room for 8 is just a studio type. Room is clean except that there’s small pests in the kitchen.

My Family had a great time in this property.

we arrived at 6 in the afternoon and waited at the gate for 1 hour for them to find the reservations, then to our surprise we found ourselves in an rbnb room (no one informed us about it) locked, we waited 1 hour for them to contact the representative and unlock the door .I asked to meet the manager but he never showed up. At 8.30 in the evening they sent me an e-mail that my room is 303A and rules that I had to accept as well as that they didn't offer towels and toiletries. (I think I should have been informed before for these and not after I paid)Also from your side you forwarded an e-mail that more or less threatened me that if I don't accept what they are giving me I will be sanctioned. I had the room booked for two days and I left at one. I would like you, Expedia, to apologize on the matter and also to take steps to remedy the injustices that have caused me and my family trouble

A terrible stay in Pico de Loro

The condo unit was clean but water was not sufficient in the bathroom. There was no wifi which was devastating considering that I did not have local phone. We relied so much on internet use to communicate with family. TV was made available after a day of complaining. These are the reasons why we checked out early. Food was expensive and not good, esp the breakfast.

The pool is great. The condo is affordable. Members and staff are approachable. Really good place for vacation.

The property was good and the whole place was very good as well. The only thing was, we meet the contact person at the lobby for us to pay the entrance fee but we didn't get any receipt at all. Then we need to pay a deposit and tax which I noticed the receipt was not even an official one. I would suggest to ask the customer in the main reception to pay everything in their rather than installment. Thank you

Relaxing Stay

Enjoyable and Relaxing Experience

i think they need to improve the rooms and cleanliness of the rooms...but overall we all enjoy the facilities (beach & swimming pools) ...

The condo unit was clean and cozy, and we had a fun and relaxing stay.

We liked that it had a very functional small kitchen so were able to cook our breakfast and eat at the balcony. The AC was good, wifi, and cable. There was a nice rack in the balcony for drying clothes. The bathroom was clean but maybe a ventillator can be placed so that molds don't build up. Also some of the tile grouting are gone and housing molds.

When we arrived, I was so embarrassed when they asked for additional 800 pesos per person for the pool and beach daw. Samantalang before kami dumating cinonfirm ko kung dun sa binayaran naming 4,099 na room ay included nba yung pool and beach, sabi nila oo. Tapos pagdating dun siningil kami nung Ernie Tuazon. Then meron pa, siningil din kami ng 350 para sa cleaning fee ng room. Nakakaloka!! Dito lang ako nakakita ng may fee pa ang paglinis. Yung place is so relaxing and super ganda. Sana next time upon booking isama nyo na yung sinisingil nyo dun na 800 and 350 para hndi na nagugulat yung guest nyo. Tapos wala pa kayong bnigay na receipt. Kaloka!!

from the start of booking June is under lean season which is 1,200 pesos each ang kids is 400 pesos! when booked already i was about to pay peak season fee which is the rate of December, adult fee is 1300 pesos and kids is 500 pesos ! then for me not having a local celphone they just email me. which i cannot received while travelling because i have no wifi! it is very hard to connect to the caretaker! the member itself makes money they said you add 200 pesos each to use the beachclub facility! thinking we cannot used it for 1 week just that day because we have to comeback to manila it is so strict while charging you many unexpected fees!

綺麗でとても静かでした。

マニラからバスで4時間 バスポイントからホテルまで30分トライシクルを乗りホテルへ到着。 ホテルはコンドミニアムアパートメントタイプ。タオル、石鹸、シャンプーは置いてなく、購入。タオル、食材、drink、シャンプー、石鹸を用意すればよかった。 セキュリティはしっかりしており、一般の人は施設の土地に入れません。 ビーチはとても綺麗ですが、アパートからビーチは見れませんでした。山のリゾートに居る感じ、とても静かです。 ビーチはスタンドアップパドルボードと、シーカヤック、ビーチバレー、JET、バナナボートが有料であります。静かでのんびりしたい人には良い。 海ではしゃぎたい人にはどうかな？clubとか、ダンスとかは無縁な感じでした。 簡易な出会いを求める人には向きません。家族、彼女と楽しむ環境と思います。

ne pas y aller

on arrive dans un domaine éloigné de tout , très loin de la ville ,domaine privé très bien gardé , presque une prison…. on a pris un appartement pour une nuit pour 3 adultes, il y avait un grand lit et 2 canapés-lit fait plutôt pour une personne , pas confortable du tout pour une personne alors que dire pour deux!!! La dame qui nous a reçus nous a donné 3 paires de draps pour une personne , aucun drap pour le grand lit , le seul lit confortable!!! pas de serviette pour la douche ,pour en louer une , il faut payer 0.9€ (50 pesos) ce qui n'est rien sauf que si vous ne vous enregistrez pas dans ce condom soit 21 € ( 1200 pesos) par personne, vous ne pouvez pas louer de serviette , vous ne pouvez pas aller manger au restaurant du domaine , vous ne pouvez pas aller acheter à manger à la boutique du domaine , je rappelle que nous sommes loin de tout.…. on nous présente un beau domaine avec piscine , plage mais en tout petit dans un coin on vous dit que pour bénéficier de ça , il faut payer 21€par personne sinon on a droit à rien!!! Il faudrait le signaler en GRAND !!!!! Sinon , le domaine est magnifique mais pas adapté à des voyageurs qui viennent y passer une nuit!!!
