Good location, nice people, good service

This is a well located hotel and close to the main attractions in Florence. It is comfortable and clean

Nicely designed and modern. Friendly, helpful staff. In my initial review I wrote that there were no restaurants nearby but in the end we did find a very nice Japanese restaurant on the corner and another snack bar. It was an easy tram ride to the center or it was walkable.

Not as advertised

We stayed here for 2 nights and very disappointed, when we 1st booked in, they tried to give us a room upstairs with no space or balcony, when we showed what we paid for the owner huffed and puffed saying he was full. But there was a vacant room with balcony just downstairs. The room we had was not well maintained, and is a converted apartment into 4 rooms, there was mould in the bathroom. The queen bed was a pull out bed and a lot of bugs.

Family vocation

Excelente location, very clean, excellent service.

The rooms are very clean and the service is excellent. The only thing I don’t like is the kitchen is too small, is a super mini one.

The place was beautiful and clean, very thoughtfully allocated interconnecting rooms for three of us. Slightly misleading as a first time traveler, it’s a bit away from the city centre and heart of Florence. Overall absolutely worth the stay.

The location is pretty central and awesome! The apartment was nice, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The AC stopped working in the middle of the night so it was hard to sleep but the hosts were very accommodating with a late check out. When everything is in tip top shape, this is a great place to stay.

Safe box didnt work. Properly and manager tokd us not to use it Fair wifi reception Shower with no curtain or door and each time water was all over the floor Manager not very welcoming but OK He didnt provide much of information that you usually get as a tourist from desk Propwrty is new and clean Breakfast area vwry small and with very basic breakfast

Very new. Little tight but functions well the keeper is very accompanying and courteous and I would recommend for anyone that don’t ask a clea and neat place .

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Very pleased with our stay. Andrea was a very helpful and friendly host, our rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the location was good too. I liked that it was very quiet but an easy walk into the centre of town and all the attractions.

Modern and comfortable hotel. It's in a quiet area of Florence and about a 10 minute walk from the station. The air con worked very well. Friendly staff who had good English. Would definitely stay again.

El administrador nos recibió muy amable y dispuesto a resolver dudas. En la habitación había muchos zancudos y tuvimos que matarlos en la noche que llegamos. La caja fuerte estaba descompuesta. El desayuno muy completo. La ubicación del B&B es buena ya que está céntrica.

Overall good stay, might not work for everyone

Overall, our stay was fine. Be advised it is difficult to find the actual place because it is not a large hotel so get very specific instructions on how to enter. It is essentially an apartment which was converted into a B&B with 6 rooms total. We chose it for its close distance to the main train station, price and included breakfast, which was breads, cheese, ham, cereal, yogurt, juices and coffee. It is very clean, owner was helpful, but be advised there is no 24 hr. reception.

Hotel personnel was very nice and accommodating, breakfast was very simple, no hot foods, could hear everything from surrounding rooms, other guests loved heels and late nights. Located in area that was a little intimidating at first ( dirty looking/lots of construction) but hotel and room were very secure. Not to far to walk to train station Santa Maria novella.

Nice Hotel Close to Transportation Hub

The staff was helpful, even printed out our airline boarding passes for us. The rooms were modern and very clean. The breakfast was from 7:30 to 10am but the staff accommodated us by extending breakfast upon our 10:15am arrival.

Just Like Home

This B&B is very nice and clean; also quiet and cozy. Breakfast was so convenient and served daily around 7 a.m. We wanted to stay close to the train station and it was only a 12-14 minute walk. After eating so much, the walk was exactly what we needed. If you stay here, you will not regret it. P.S. The free Wi-Fi was awesome, as well as having your own keys to access the property (outside gate, hotel door and room door) after hours.

Wonderful experience

This was my first time visiting Florence, I had a great time staying there. The receptionist is a nice guy. He is very helpful. The room was clean, the bathroom was small but clean also. Water was hot with good pressure. The hotel is walking distance from a train station. The apartment building itself is very secure and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone based on my experience.

Great stay, Florence within walking distance!

Fantastic experience! Andrea was a great host, kind and very helpful. He took the time to “guide” us trough Florence and recommended great places to visit. The facilities were great, clean and spacious for an European B&B! Great breakfast and best of all, everything is within walking distance. Only con is the internet does not work properly but we found that problem throughout Europe.overall a great stat, highly recommended! Grazie Andrea!!!!!

Our stay was made great due to the great host. He was very welcoming and allowed us to keep our luggage in the room before it was ready. The room was very modern and had a great balcony. Very cosy bed!

Good sleeping facilities but off the beaten track

This was slightly strange experience as these rooms are about 10 mixtures from Florence Station in a commercial area, a little off the beaten track. It's quite difficult to find as it is hidden behind an office building. There was no-one there when we arrived on Sunday evening and we were a little concerned. Having said that it proved to be more than adequate for our needs. Good clean room and a good breakfast. We could walk to most sights in Florence in 10-15 minutes.

A very clean and modern B&B

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this B&B. It was presented nicely and had a couple of extra 'finishing touches' that made it stand out. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The staff member, Andrea, was extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice but far.

The building was new not what the pictures showed more condo style had to walk from room to outside to get to the cafe. Had to walk from B&B to Florence. The staff was great and breakfast and service was great.

The B&B is very clean and modern. Andrea is helpful and accommodating. The only challenge we encountered was the electronic door lock. For some reason we could not open our room on our first night and when we finally opened it, there was no power inside the room. It took some time to figure it out that it needed reset. It was frustrating after a long day. However the price, cleanliness, spaciousness, proximity to the train station made up for that one glitch.

Very Nice B&B. good location

Andrea was very helpful & friendly. Handy to station and centre of Florence. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. Room was comfortable and very quiet despite being close to a main and busy road.

Small room

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the room was so small with no space to move around or sit on other than the bed. The breakfast had very limited choices. Considering the price I paid ( $ 680 for 3-nights), it is not worth it. If you are looking for only a bed and simple breakfast, this maybe the option but make sure you get the right price for it.

B&B Santa Maria Novella

We had an amazing stay here. The place had plenty of room, it was comfortable and also very clean. Gaetano the host was very kind and friendly. Everything was easily accessible by walking (20mins or less) or by bus. We felt safe walking home at night. Definitely recommend this place!

worth the stay

Friendly staff, clean, modern amenities, good breakfast. 10 minute walk to historic area. Wifi wasn't always reliable. Rooms were not well soundproofed but usually was very quiet. Overall, we would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was about a half hour walk to places we wanted to go but the walk was enjoyable. There's a lot of construction around the neighbourhood of the hotel and finding the place was difficult because we were constantly re-routed. The room was wonderful. There was confusion surrounding checkout but all in all it was a good place.

Very very small room. Bathroom very tiny. Room is located on second floor and far from the entrance. Lot of renovation in the block. Pictures on site does not reflect reality. Would not recommand it. Not worth the price paid.

Amazing experience! Great staff and wonderful stay! Would definitely go back if visiting Florence again.

There is no self service laundry as advertised. Room is tiny and everything is tight. Bedsheets has blood stain on it. The only bright spot in 2 night stay is Andrea who is very nice to us.

Weekend Getaway

Made a reservation for this property solely based on the special rate offered and was pleasantly surprised at how it turned out. Very conveniently located near Firenze SMN train station, about 10 minutes walk. The property looked brand new and the bathroom is very modern with ample space to move around. The breakfast included is enough to get the day started. Highly recommend this place and will definitely return should my travel takes me to Firenze.

Short stay in a central location

Great stay in a modern and new suite. The surrounding area was quiet and the breakfast was really good. Check in was easy and staff were really pleasant. Overall, a great b&b experience.

Good, clean, budget property.

This B&B is in a new building, outside the historical city center of Florence. You can walk to the city center in about 20-25 minutes, or take a taxi for around 9 euros. The money you save by staying at this property, vs. the hotels in the historical area, far outweighs the small inconvenience of the short commute. The property is basic, but clean and the people who run it are very nice. They have nice pastries in the morning, and coffee & juices. Surrounding neighborhood looked safe. A mix of residential, and commercial. Ten minute walk to the main train station. Eating, and drinking establishments were 5-10 minute walk. A good value for someone looking to save some money!

Nice free breakfast and close to main toursights

They just started their business so the building is still in renovation but room was clean and their free breakfast was very nice. Location was not too far from the center of Florence and the price was very reasonable.

Piacevole soggiorno

Siamo stati in questo bellissimo B&B a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione SMN oppure tre fermate a piedi con il tram. Ambiente pulito e nuovo, sembra ristrutturato da poco. Unica pecca il letto a castello non bellissimo ma sicuramente si è rivelato funzionale. Colazione molto buona con cornetti freschi. Consiglio vivamente.

Le déjeuner très ordinaire. L’accueil ordinaire. Aucune possibilité de laisser des bagages en consigne. L’air climatisé fonctionnait.

Não recomendo Florença

Existência de muito mofo no wc tomada de electricidade quebrada no wc. Mau cheiro vindo do exterior por ter esgotos ao lado. Taxas municipais das mais altas de Itália. Não recomendo Florença

Nos deixou esperando por meia hora para nos atender e dar acesso ao quarto, sendo que o checkin era apartir das 14:00 hrs e chegamos às 16:30 hrs. Quarto pequeno, próprio para um casal e nós estávamos em 3 adultos, então ficou um pouco apertado, mas tudo bem. A localização muito boa, com transporte público próximo, boas camas e bom chuveiro. Mas o rapaz que nos atendeu na saída era extremamente mal educado e indiferente, difícil entender como uma pessoa que claramente não gosta de turistas trabalhar nessa área. Não optem pelo café da manhã, péssimo, suco em pó e pães duros.

Très bien accueilli, très propre. Parking payant. Bouteilles d’eau offerte. Nous avons pu laisser la voiture sur le parking malgré qu’on avait rendu les clés de la chambre.

Excelente lugar cerca del metro y del centro

La signora che ci ha accolto è molto gentile e sorridente, la stanza purtroppo era senza finestre ma solo un lucernario , per arrivarci bisognava fare una scala a chiocciola non proprio comodissima. Non siamo riusciti a regolare L aria condizionata che era ad una temperatura polare e la ventilazione al massimo. Il prezzo è adeguato e una buona prima colazione.

Perfekt für eine Städtereise. U-Bahn vor der Türe, 2 Stationen zur Innenstadt.

Siamo stati a Firenze molte volte e finalmente abbiamo trovato un punto di riferimento per i nostri futuri soggiorni. Posizione strategica per muoversi in città. Gaetano persona molto gentile e disponibile, Nadia altrettanto cortese e professionale in un ambiente familiare ma ricercato. Camera confortevole e pulita, letto comodo, colazione di qualità. Ve lo consiglio +++++

Melhoria no atendimento

De acordo com o Voucher o check in era as 12:00 hs, chegamos no hotel as 11:00 hs a pessoa responsável informou que o check in seria as 14:00, logo pequei a reserva e mostrei, a mesma perguntou se eu gostaria de entrar no apartamento sujo, portanto só estaria liberado as após as 14:00. Quer dizer nos nos programamos e eles não estão nem um pouco preocupados. No café da manhã para trÊs pessoas colocou na mesa tudo contado, pedir para repor os frios e informou que havia acabado. levantamos e vi outras pessoas para tomarem café e ela repôs tudo. Achei um absurdo. O quarto era ótimo e a localização de facil acesso.
