Second time I have stayed here and will do so every time I am going to a gig at the Martin Schleyer halle down the road. Good price, lovely room and the bed is so comfortable I slept straight through the night and well into the morning.

There was a sewage smell coming from the vent in the bathroom on and off. At times it was so strong, we used the restroom in the lobby. When I talked to the reception, they said they cannot do anything and told me to open a window. When I pushed back they offered to move us to another room. That room was directly under ours so I checked before we moved rooms and the same issue was present in that bathroom also. We ended up saying in the original room and minimizing the bathroom usage. Something is off with their drain/ventilation set up. These hotels are good until something goes wrong, then they are not equipped to deal with it, have no staff etc. So it is a risk you take when you chose this chain. Pay less and hope all goes well. I will not be taking this risk again, at least not when traveling with kids.

Perfect room for a solo traveller

The room was very comfortable and silent - I was a bit concerned the trains would be loud but the window quality is excellent. No sound at all and the curtains were so deep the whole room was blacked out. Best night sleep in a long time!

Wunderbar. Obwohl Budget Hotel, wurde mein Zimmerwunsch wie in einem 5 Sterne Hotel erfüllt. Ich habe so gut geschlafen, die Klimaanlage war so toll bei der Hitze in Stuttgart.

Das Hotel ist gut für Familien geeignet und der Herr am Empfang war sehr hilfsbereit

Great location for purpose (close to Stuttgart arena)

Die Unterkunft bringt alles mit, Zimmer sind super und auch sehr sauber. Das einzige, für das Frühstück haben wir knapp 26€ für 2 Personen bezahlt, dies wäre auch okay, wenn die Auswahl vom Buffet etwas vielfältiger wäre bzw. mehr angeboten wird.( Rührei,Speck, kleine Würstchen, Croissant).

Dank Doppelverglasung hört man S-Bahnhof und Straßenbahn kaum. Achtung: Parkplätze nur nach telefonischer Anmeldung. Der Kommentar der Mitarbeiterin, dass die ja auf der Website stünde, hilft Expedia-Kunden leider nicht.

À notre arrivée à 15h l hôtesse d'accueil nous indique simplement que le parking sans nous proposer aucune solution ni indication. Place de parking très difficile à trouver dans le quartier. Le code d'accès de la chambre est erroné. Odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bain. Sur un lit, les draps sont tâchés. Sur l'autre lit, un sparadrap usagé est encore collé sur le drap. Impossible que la femme de chambre ne l'ai pas remarqué en faisant le lit.

Ich war eine Nacht hier. Das Zimmer super sauber. Der Check Inn freundlich und schnell. Ich kann und will nichts negatives Sagen.

Das Hotel ist super gepflegt. Nur zu nahe an den Bahngleisen.

Am besten hat mir die Parkmöglichkeit mit Ladestation gefallen

Sehr freundlicher und schneller Check-in. Zimmer war Recht hellhörig und der Abfluss im Bad roch ungut. Alles in allem aber Preis Leistung OK.

Sehr sauber, sehr netter Empfang an der Rezeption, einziger Nachteil, keine zehn Meter entfernt fahren die Züge vorbei - Fenster kann im Zimmer nicht offen gelassen werden_ aber zum Glück fahren in der Nacht ab einem gewissen Zeitpunkt keine Züge mehr! Im Sommer dank Klimaanlage bestimmt auszuhalten.

À refaire avec plaisir

Excellent séjour meme bref, le personnel est très accueillant et de bon conseil pour trouver un restaurant. L'hôtel est proche des services, shopping, restauration et animations de rue (5mn à pied). Nous recommandons fortement.

Durchwachsen

Ganz normaler B&B Standard. Lage unweit der Haltestelle und S Bahn. Zimmer war im großen und Ganzen ok. etwas abgewohnt. Für den Preis gerade ok. Aber ehrlich gesagt unweit ist das Motel One, kostet nur unwesentlich mehr ist aber um Klassen besser. Das Frühstück für 8,50 € kann man vernachlässigen, Qualität eher durchschnittlich mit der Tendenz zu mäßig.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, S-Bahn und Straßenbahn fußläufig zu erreichen. Zimmer teilweise sehr laut, da an Hautstraße bzw. Gleisen gelegen.

Das Zimmer war zwar sehr klein, aber dafür auch sehr sauber. Für eine Nacht war es völlig ausreichend. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nur das Frühstück hätte etwas reichhaltiger ausfallen können.
