The property was impeccably clean. It was a very nice and comfortable room. I loved that it had a couch. It was a short drive to the ocean.

I only stayed over the first night. It was in a location that caused for extra expense getting to meeting points of my other scheduled events. I transferred to a central hotel to accommodate.

I missed my flight and wanted to stay somewhere close to the airport since my new flight was the following day. This was a really great stay. Very comfortable bed and accommodations. There was a separate kitchen that I was able to use. It felt like I had my own apartment. The host was very nice and helpful. He dropped me at the airport for cheaper than a taxi would cost. I was traveling alone and I felt very comfortable here. Would recommend!

The owner refused to let me pay the city tax with a card which meant I had to go look around for an ATM. It’s 2022 I do not carry cash with me often therefore I assumed (like everywhere else in the world) I’d be able to pay with a card. I did not like that especially knowing Italian law does not allow them to say no to any amount of credit or debit card payments, yet she did anyway. That said, it was okay. About 10-12 minutes to the airport. Our door didn’t lock properly and the heat. In the room only heated one side, the other side where the second bed was stayed pretty cold all night. I fly in and out of Rome a lot to see family, not sure I would stay here again.

Perfect stay the night before a flight

We had an early Fiumicino flight so we wanted to stay close by. This was a perfect little spot. Parking right on the street. The proprietor was in touch to ask us when we going to arrive. The room was super clean. I would absolutely recommend.

Good for a place to sleep

Place was good if you only need a place to sleep. Big beds, small space, not much in form of food/beverage, service was good, driver took us to Rome/Airport, small shower. We had to cut our stay short 1 day due to a medical issue and owner was not willing to refund the night, I have been to other Hotels that are flexible when it comes to that kind of stuff.

The host was very welcoming. I was even given Pizza which was really nice of them. Had a great time staying. However it was a bit challenging due to a few personnels who could properly speak english. However the accommodation was good.

I am happy with the B&B. They were very friendly, it was wonderfully comfortable and exceptionally clean, on the way from the airport Mauricio stopped at the pharmacy to ask about the covid test that we needed for our flight the next day.

The gentleman we checked in with was extremely nice, although there was a language barrier. We had a hiccup with the crib (I didn't confirm availability) so we had to figure out an alternative solution for our baby. Breakfast was great, but the wifi didn't reach our room. A bit further from the airport than we anticipated. Airport transfer was convenient.

Molto comodo per raggiungere l'aeroporto di Fiumicino e poco distante dal centro. Proprietario simpaticissimo e disponibile. Molto consigliato

Ottimo posto, peccato solo non disponga di un parcheggio proprio… nel complesso però non è un problema, si trova facilmente posto nelle immediate vicinanze.

Siamo stati qui solo una notte e abbiamo trovato la struttura pulita, con tanto spazio per due persone! Bagno e camera puliti, ed un ottimo punto comunale per fare colazione. Lo staff è stato perfetto dall’inizio: mi hanno contattata su whatsapp prima dell’arrivo per assicurarmi su tutto. È a 10 min di macchina da Fiumicino aeroporto, quindi ottimo se avete voli da qui.

Nous avons adoré y demeurer pour une nuit avant notre retour à la maison ! Le stationnement est dans la rue mais très facile et il y a un cours extérieure clôturée pour laisser les enfants jouer dehors ! L’endroit était très propre et l’accueil était très bien fait !

Convenient and good value for money

It was very conveniently located, and good value for money. The bed was not very confortable. We were supposed to get something to eat for breakfast, but all we have availabke was tea/coffee.

Nice BnB, but poor communication, no breakfast.

The room was clean and everything worked out great with the check-in with Maurizio, despite a small language barrier. We also used the airport transfer and that worked great. Our problem was with the bed & breakfast's "breakfast" which was only coffee/tea and water. Apparently they had stopped serving breakfast half a year ago, but it had not been updated on the hotels.com site. This would not have been a problem, but the customer service when asked about this was quite poor.
