I don't know who was in charge of this location, my flight was late arriving late Nobody was at the location, I couldn't get access to the location, I had to stay 15 minutes talking on the phone to convince the person in question, my luck. at that moment, a couple who lived at the same address arrived and with their help I managed to access the location, the person in question communicates very hard, but he takes care, he asks 3 euros for cleaning, an unpleasant experience, I don't even think about repeating it again to come back to this location, I wouldn't even recommend it to other people!

This was in a great location for the station and also very easy to walk to Central Naples. The space was very clean. Our room didn’t really look like the photos advertised and we found the check-in process being over WhatsApp/a phone call frustrating. It was also strange to have to send whatsapp messages to the hotel in the daytime to ask questions rather than have anyone face to face.

Nice place, very close to the train station, lots of things to eat around. Nice setting, have in mind that the ceiling is short distance from the bed if you're standing. Found a little hard to get there and to communicate with the staff once I was there.

This is a good value if you're on a budget. The room was spacious with a living area with a small kitchenette, table and couch, with a loft for the bed area. The bed was comfortable, the heat/ac was modern and worked well, plenty of hot water a nd good water pressure in the shower. There is a common area elevator in the building. Surprisingly, the noise, from the activity on the street, did not keep me awake. Daily housekeeping was very good. The check-in process was a challenge, it's all done over the phone and the internet. I had to place over 12 calls to get through to the representative, in order to have them buzz the doors open for me. I plan to stay here again.

Good for the price

Considering the price we paid it wasn't that bad, the room was really clean, really close to the train station and was perfect for our one night stay. There's no reception so you have to call them in order to get in which was a bit complicated, you're really close to a busy street so there's a lot of honking and the bed we had had a broken spring so it wasn't all that comfortable.

Easy stay for a night

Great overnight stay for stopover. Easy accessible from airport, easy to find and easy check-in. All communications was fast.

The staff were excellent. The service was impeccable. Will definitely stay here again if we come to Napoli.

Nice big rooms were clean and secure..Building exterior and stairwells were worn and deteriorating. Properties and neighborhood near the train station are a bit rough looking and this one was rougher than most.

Nice hotel close to train stationary shopping

At first glance, I was a bit concerned as the entrance to get to the actual floor for the B and B is a bit off putting. But once entering the main door, it's lovely. The room was comfortable, show was great and had a nice little view from the balcony. Staff are fantastic; lovely and helpful reception and house keeping did a good job with breakfast and their other duties. Was a great stay.

Very nice room with good breakfast. Staff is friendly. However hotel is very difficult to find if it's late and you are driving. The sign is very tiny and not visible on the street. Additionally the neighborhood is a bit sketchy and would not recommend walking around alone or at night. Avoid crowded areas as there are several groups trying pick pocket travelers.

Convenient location for Naples Central station

Very friendly staff, but breakfast only had "sweet" options, cakes, biscuits, etc. Hot water kept going off.

Nice inside

The neighbourhood is dreadful and the entrance to the building could not be more depressing or run down. That said, the room was quite nice and given that I only had to sleep there for two nights (and spent no other time in the room), it was fine.

I was not happy with the area it was very dirty and unsafe it is close to the station but you can not walk the garbage was everywhere on the sidewalk and street

Awesome place. Great condor and clean. At the top of four floors but there is an elevator. Ask for a room not on the street side as it was a little noisy. Five mins from train station

Average hotel but very central.

Located close to the railway station was useful. But very central so traffic noise for 22 hours a day may put some people off although for us it became entertaining to sit on the balcony and watch it all go by! Could have done with tea/coffee making facilities in the room but this might just be an English thing! Easy to walk in to the heart of Naples and see the old parts.

Die Unterkunft ist gut und auch sauber. Die Umgebung am Bahnhof ist jedoch ein Albtraum! Dafür kann natürlich das Hotel nichts, aber es trügt den Aufenthalt. Zwielichtige Personen, Dreck, Müll soweit das Auge reicht, auch dass, nur um den Hauptbahnhof herum, die Stadt selbst ist sauber. Obwohl das Personal sehr nett war und auch dass Zimmer in Ordnung war, würden wir aufgrund der Umgebung ( gleicht einem Getto) nicht mehr hingehen

HÔTEL FERMÉ ! Aucun accès !

L’hôtel n’a aucune réception . Nous sommes arrivés comme convenu avec l’établissement à 23h50. La porte était fermée ! J’étais avec ma mère très âgée et nous avons du monter 4 étages . Puis l’établissement nous a demandé de demander de changer d’hôtel . Nous avons du prendre un taxi qui a été remboursé par la suite pour ce changement d’hôtel . Le changement d’hôtel était positif car l’autre hôtel était très qualitatif . Les extérieur de l’hôtel sont très vétustes .

Korrekt szobák, szép hibátlan. Tiszta minden. A szállás adóval nem is találkoztunk csak online beszéltünk. Minden automatán történik. A kulcsok átvétele is Online. Folyamatos kapcsolatban álltunk egymással. Whatsup alkalmazásban. Ahogy mentünk előre úgy nyíltak előttünk az ajtók. A kulcsokat egy rekeszből kód alapján kaptuk meg, és magunknak nyitottuk az ajtókat. Tök jó buli volt, olyan volt mint valami szabaduló szoba feeling, ahogy bejutottunk és megfejtve a kódot megkaptuk a kulcsokat. :) A kapuk az után nyíltak számunkra, ahogy kifizettük Online a CityTax-ot. Minden korrekt volt. Ajánlom mindenkinek.

Zero assistenza all'arrivo, nessuno risponde al telefono, per fortuna abbiamo trovato la signora delle pulizie gentile e cortese che ci ha messo in contatto con responsabile della prenotazione. Rumorose le camere sul viale, svegliati più di una volta durante la notte per insistenza del suono del campanello.

Moisissures dans la salle de bain, deux cuillères pour manger et un verre en plastique pour boire. Sinon, menage tous les jours pour le point positif.

Bon compromis

Bon qualité/prix...51€ la nuit plus 3€ de taxe. Pratique car proche de la gare et navette areoport. Pas de reception Contact via whapp disponible rapidement même le soir. Un bar devant ouvert jour et soir. Chambre correspond à la photo. Elle donne sur un boulevard avec beaucoup de trafique même le soir et trés tôt le matin. Le claxon est trés utilisé par les napolitains. La literie n'est pas confortable pour personnes de pois.

Sinceramente levando l'entrata e l'ascensore da film horror e il chiasso di fuori e tutta l'Africa che ci abita in strada...il resto tutto ok stanze pulite e personale cordiale

Trapphuset var i eftersatt skick. Rummet i sig var fräscht och uppdaterat. För en natt var det en bra vistelse.

Quelques difficultes pour trouver l hebergement. Par contre la chambre est impeccablement propre . Le service etait parfait. Chambre nettoyee tous les jours.

Comoda, limpia.. ruidosa

La habitacion comoda y limpia, pero lamentablemente no se puede descansar mucho por la mañana, el ruido de las bocinas es alto.. No tuve a disposicion la caja de seguridad desde el comienzo, aunque luego me ofrecieron una solucion.. Esta bastante bien si estas de paso y levantarse muy temprano.. El edificio detonado, el ascensor no andaba, 4 pisos con maletas..

Inget B&B

Jag bokar ganska ofta B&B och förväntar mig då att få en säng och frukost. Att ha ett B&B utan frukost är fel. Läget är annars bra med närhet till tågstation och gamla stan.

Absoluter Brennpunkt Piazza Garibaldi. Afrika lässt grüßen. Sehr laut, die ganze Nacht Betrieb. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem großen Wohnblock. Wer Ruhe sucht ist dort falsch am Platz.

Könnyen megközelíthető, a központban van. A reggeli kellemes, elégséges és finom. A szobák általában tiszták, kellemes érzés, nem kell attól félni, hogy elkapsz valamit. Ajánlom a hotelt.

Importante analisar área local

O quarto é bom, espaçoso, limpo, banheiro também. Próximo da estação central, porém o bairro não é legal. O hotel fica num prédio antigo em frente a praça, não peguem o elevador, muito antigo só cabe vc e a mala, é apavorante. A atendente Ana é muito simpática e atenciosa e não fala outro idioma, somente italiano. O café da manhã descrito no anúncio e uma pegadinha, pois e servido somente o café (bebida), não é desjejum completo.

Bra och prisvärt boende. Aningen krångligt att ta sig upp med betalhissen. Perfekt för tågresenärer utan bil.

B&Bには初めて泊まりましたが場所がわかりにくい、宿泊名簿に名前がないなどいろいろトラブルが… 夜遅くに行くと宿泊名簿が反映されてたのか宿泊することができました。 あとは朝食も頼んでから来るのが遅かったなどあります。 良いところとしては部屋が綺麗で快適だった点です。

Schade- habe mir mehr erwartet

Gute Lage hinsichtlich der Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof für Unternehmungen ins Umland (Caserta, Pompeji) ansonsten sehr fragliches Viertel. Eine Hausbewohnerin riet uns davon ab, allzu lang auf der Straße stehen zu bleiben. Als Geste hat sie einen Schnitt entlang der Kehle mit den Fingern simuliert..... Ansonsten wurden wir zuerst in ein Zimmer mit starkem Schimmelbefall in Wohnraum und Badezimmerdecke einquartiert. Erst die Berschwerde über Kontaktaufnahme mit Expedia half, dass wir ein anderes Zimmer bekamen !!! Die Bettdecke war mit fremden Haaren übersäht, eine dicke Staubschicht auf Sofa und Möbel begrüßten uns. Ich weiß, es ist "nur" ein B&B, nichts desto trotz sind ein Maß an Hygiene und Sauberkeit doch zu erwarten, oder?! Das Frühstück war ärmlich. Wir wurden mit Essensmarken in den benachbarten Kiosk geschickt. Dort durfte man sich ein Kaffeegetränk und Cornetti aussuchen. Wer was Herzhaftes will muss 10€ p.P. extra blechen. Für uns war es kein Problem, aber wir haben in anderen B&B schon für weniger Geld wesentlich mehr bekommen. Die Rezeption konnte keine Informationen oder Angebote zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Sightseeing o.Ä. anbieten. Wenn sie überhaupt besetzt war, war es schon Glückssache! Wir würden das nächste Mal eine andere Unterkunft wählen.

bardzo dobra lokalizacja, idealne miejsce na weekendowy pobyt. W kawiarni na parterze włoskie-słodkie śniadanie (wyśmienita kawa!!!!)

Achtung, dies ist kein richtiges Hotel oder B&B.

Eingang und Umgebung wirkt etwas erschreckend heruntergekommen. Die Rezeption hat nur von 8:00 bis 16:00 Uhr geöffnet und besteht aus einer nette Dame im Flur an einem kleinen Schreibtisch. Die Zimmer sind einigermaßen sauber, leider viel Schimmel. Austattung ist ok, aber schon sehr abgewohnt. Wir hatten in der ersten Nacht ein Zimmer zur Straße und das ist extrem laut, da die Fenster nicht richtig schließen. Zum Frühstück bekam man einen Gutschein für das Cafe nebenan (1 Cafe + 1 Croissant) pro Tag. Die Lage ist für Tagesausflüge nicht schlecht, wenn man sich denn sonst dort sicher fühlen würde. Alles in allem wirkt es überteuert, da es nicht den gezeigten Standards entsprach.

Such a lovely stuff!! a guy at the reception was very friendly and helpful. And cleaning lady was also sweet and she gave us amazing cleaning!! I would like to stay there again! I just recommend that you contact beforehand to organise your check-in and how you get keys to the building and room!! スタッフがとても親切で快適に過ごせました。レセプションのお兄さんは、観光や周辺情報などいろいろ聞けば教えてくれます。清掃もすごく丁寧にしてくれます。 朝ごはんは下のバルで食べます。毎朝美味しいコーヒーが飲めてよかったです。 ただ、事前に連絡して、チェックインの時間を伝え、鍵を受け取る方法などを確認した方がいいです。

A due passi dalla stazione centrale

A 100 metri da piazza Garibaldi e relativa fermata metro, B&B pulitissimo e con bagno in camera. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. In corso Novara garage a 10 EUR a notte,consigliato anche quello.

Esperienza sicuramente positiva per l accoglienza al b&b del personale e tranquillità nei giorni del soggiorno. Andare nel periodo natalizio é stata una scelta azzeccatissima per sentire e vivere con Napoli e i napoletani l attesa del Natale.

B&B deludente

Bagno e letto puliti ma: lampadina plafoniera bagno fulminata, sapone bagno mancante,(siamo scesi a comprarlo) phon non funzionante, televisione non funzionante, polvere sul pavimento , su corrimano e televisione, letto(su soppalco) con tavola legno molto scricchiolante e rumorosa tanto da non riuscire a dormire.nella pubblicità del B&B non si evince stanza con soppalco e scala a chiocciola e non si sa quale camera sia stata assegnata, altrimenti non l'avremmo fermata.personale presente all'arrivo e gentile ma non presente la mattina successiva come da orario di reception comunicato sul foglio prenotazione. abbiamo telefonato numero B&B per sapere dove lasciare chiavi e tra l'altro ci è stato chiesto di pagare tassa di soggiorno che avevamo già pagato(non c'è comunicazione tra personale). in ascensore gettoniera a 10 centesimi a viaggio.

Non fatevi spaventare dall'ingresso e dalle scale! Il b&b si trova al quarto piano di un vecchio palazzo tenuto malissimo. L'ascensore funziona a pagamento (10 cent) e solo in orari di ufficio. Quindi la maggior parte delle volte abbiamo fatto quattro piani a piedi. Bisogna però apprezzare il contesto quasi surreale e i quattro piani diventano una divertente ginnastica . La camera era funzionale, pulita e con un comodo bagno finestrato. Fortuna vuole che io e il mio compagno non siamo molto alti perché il letto e sul soppalco e bisogna stare attenti al soffitto! La colazione non è compresa nel prezzo. Però è possibile averla a richiesta. Faccio presente che in zona ci sono pasticcerie storiche dove commettere tutti i peccati di gola. Non sono economiche. Soprattutto se rapportate al costo di una pizza. Però ne vale la pena. Una menzione a Mena la simpatica ed eccentrica gestrice del b&b! Complimenti per l'accoglienza e la disponibilità.

Posizione strategica vicino alla stazione e a pochi passi dal centro..zona movimentata, certo non e' una zona residenziale, ma non per questo pericolosa..napoli come qualsiasi altra citta' nei pressi della stazione centrale. Un po' di brio poi al risveglio appena usciti tra bancarelle e ambulanti con voci squillanti non puo' che caricare di energia la giornata! Accoglienza magnifica dalla signorina Mena, gentile, solare e disponibile nel consigliare i vari spostamenti per visitare al meglio la citta'..disponibilita' inoltre negli orari di check in e check out dando la possibilita' di poter depositare i bagagli in portineria Struttura semplice ma ben arredata..Camera pulita e spaziosa..balconcino comodo sull'interno della corte..non godra' di una bella vista ma la bellezza di napoli si gode passeggiando tra le sue vie non di certo da una finestra di un albergo! Silenziosa nelle ore notturne nonostante la movida del quartiere! Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente..l'ascensore a 10 centesimi a corsa negli orari diurni e feriali puo' risultare fastidioso..quando non si trovano nel portafoglio😁ma aumentano l'appetito per gustare le fantastiche specialita' napoletane! Cappuccio e cornetto ottimi al bar sotto al b & b..ma con prezzi sicuramente improvvisati al turista...peccato non ritornarci per principio ..mai visti neanche nei bar più rinomati di napoli! Che dire..piacevole soggiorno da consigliare e soprattutto da rivivere alla prossima tappa a napoli! A presto 😉
