There was a soap wrapper from previous occupant, and the floor seemed it was swept just not in the corners.

Room wasn’t terrible. When I got there, the comforter was a little dirty, just on the outside, like someone had stepped on it but the bed itself was nice and clean. I stayed a week. Saw 2 roaches which I killed. Ice machine wasn’t working. Staff was very nice

The check in process was not great as the guy wouldn’t speak up for us to hear him and said it was cause he had AirPods in. He pointed the opposite direction to where our room was so we were lost for a minute. It was really run down and dirty. The lamp on the wall had thick dust and the metal became has crumbs and dirt in the corners. The bathroom was nasty looking and the walls were thin as we heard next door all night talking, laughing, baby crying and then their rooster alarm clock going off for oan hour the next morning. Was woken by slamming door sounds and people talking. The room door would not lock properly and had light gaps all around it. The bed itself was clean and comfy but that’s all the good I could say. They have tried to update it but you can’t polish a turd and it still not be a turs.

The hotel needs to be updated, I complained to the front desk about the room that she put me in it smelled like someone had been in there who did not know how to practice personal hygiene, it was horrible

The ac unit was horribly loud throughout the night, made tins of mechanical noises. Only one shampoo was provided .

Better find another place

Hotel is in bad disrepair, smells inside and out, people’s furniture and bbq grills blocking walkways, dogs barking and running around making lots of noise in the rooms, just dirty all the way around. Seemed like a long term, unattended migrant shelter. Trash everywhere and the smell of marijuana outside was gross.

My only complaint was that there was no bath towels, roll of toilet paper or the condiment coffee for the little coffee pot in the room, did not have the lottle basket for the coffee bag to sit in. Notified the front desk twice before someone finally brought me some towels and toilet paper. Would have been super nice if the company would have the television set up for those folls who are hearing impaired and need the closed captioning option, so that they ca. *watch* tv....

It was not so much the property, but expedia. We did not get the rooms we reserved,, they said they didn't have any rooms like we reserved ever. If i could have contacted expedia for a refund i would.

We were just driving thru, needed a place to sleep before heading out on the road again. The door looked like it had been kicked it at one point, there were roaches, and the entire room was just.. the vibes were off. Probably won’t be staying again.

The linen on the bed was stained with blood. They had to bring new linen to tell. Vision didn't work very well. Almost not. The telephone didn't work coffee was terrible

I booked this hotel because the Baymont name in the past has been a positive thing. This particular location should not have the Baymont name on it. The property was run down but not the worst it could be. The room itself was not very comfortable, and I would give it a 3 out of 5 for cleanliness. There was long hair on the shower wall, the vent had excessive dust on it, and there was mold in several locations. $70 was too much

The hotel was nasty. The room was gross. Then i walked in to check in at 10:30pm there looked to be a homeless man eating something in the corner. We drove around looking for parking and there were people out side with grills and tons of beer bottles everywhere. When we went to the room, there was a roach in the sink. We had to take everything out of the car because the area was a bit questionable. It was just 1 night but it was horrible. The beds are rickety, the floors were sticky, it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The only decent part was the water pressure in the shower.

It was great for what I needed. Quiet, with food in the same parking lot. A little disappointed with breakfast options but it was still a good experience.

I will never stay at this place again. It had roaches, room was humid my whole stay there, pillows looked really nasty, smelled like mold!! Would definitely not recommend this place

Pool was filthy with trash in it and bug in our room. Parking lot was full of people playing their music and drinking beer and leaving cans everywhere.

Roach invested. Sprayed and still had roaches. Water leaking in interior wall puddling by door my room and next room over reported but no response. The hotel is filthy.

For the price I knew what to expect, surprisingly I was somewhat surprised by the cleanliness, the room was not bug infested unlike all the other reviews and the pool was very nice and clean. The front desk attendant was also very friendly. All we needed was a place to sleep and it was fine

The first room we were sent to still had someone’s bags left in them, which tells me that the room was not cleaned. We were moved to another room on the ground floor. The sheets and towels were covered with odd stains, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom.

The room was terrible. It was not clean and smelled so bad we could not stay inside. Do you check these establishments out before you recommend them? This is the second time we have had a very bad experience when expedia was used.

The worst experience in hotels. They don't change the sheets. There were stains, lots of hair between the sheets of the man and the woman. The tub was terribly dirty, too dirty, the water wouldn't go away, the bathroom was dirty, the hair dryer was disgusting, dirty and sticky. There are no words to describe it. I just don't recommend it.

Could check in online. Otherwise horrible experience. Checked in around 3 pm and went to the local fair and rodeo to come to key not working for our room. Went to front desk and lady said it's cause we didn't check in which in fact we did how else did we get key cards and know which number we had? Idiot. Then said we were transferred to a different room number even though all our things were already in the other room. Then to get told that she assigned out room to someone else? Noo horrible experience. Finally got back into our room and shower/tub didn't work so yeah. And have not heard anything back from management for even an apology. People partying, smoking pot and in pool arguing into 2am didn't help either.

Great for a quick stay

We just needed a place to stay for a few hours on a longer drive. The motel was convenient and easy to find. Staff was friendly and check in at 2 AM went very easily.

It was ok for an older hotel. Since the rooms open to the outside we had a few bugs and crickets. But the staff that I had contact with were very friendly and it was easy to check in and out.

This was the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The room was filthy and smelled like a tobacco factory. The bed was awful and had pillows as hard as rocks. There were people hanging around the parking lot all night. The pool was green.

Don’t waste your money

Room wasn’t very clean when we checked in and there were roaches in the lobby. We had our bread up on top of the desk and came back from my sons to find mouse droppings on the package and a hole eaten out of the package as well. Reported this to the front desk and they just put us in another room.

The staff at the front desk was the best. He was super nice and helpful.

Old Motel NOT a hotel

The website was misleading. It showed the Baymont by Wyndham but was actually an old Super 8 motel that was CURRENTLY in transition. No updates, everything was old, the electricity kept turning off. The pool water you couldn't even see through and there was food wrappers floating all through it NOT little wrappers I mean like full on Chip packages and cookie packages. I am assuming from the first floor trash cans that were overflowing. I booked this hotel because my sister was going to be in town and I thought it would be fun for us to stay at a hotel so we could swim. We stayed the first night simply bc it was too late to cancel the booking and hotels.com would not let me do it after check in time and no one answered the phone at the hotel. We stayed a 2nd night bc there was a death in the family and, we were simply to mentally exhausted to deal with it. I got up the next morning to check out early. No refund was given to me by the hotel they said I would have to go through hotels.com. SO, FYI, this is a just a regular old motel NOT a hotel. no upgrades have been updated. OH and mind you I did try to call this place day one to find out exactly which "hotel" this was because the website showed Baymont but when I typed in the address it kept pulling up Super 8 on google. I called and called until about 5pm because I was unable to go in person and when I get there, i see a huge sign that said phones are down so of course I wouldn't have been able to cancel over the phone.

Worse stay EVER

This place is as shady as they come!! It was uncomfortable and unsafe. The lock on my door was broke off. Weird people just hung outside, walking back and forth all night. I couldn’t sleep because some guy sat outside on his phone watching it with the volume all the way up. The trash wasn’t taken out either from the previous person!

Bug, roaches, and crickets in the room. It was obvious it was not cleaned cause the roaches were out in the open. Oh, did I mention the men that were smoking Marijuana outside? I walked in and walked right back out to check out.

The light in between the bed didn’t work because it was missing a prong to plug in the wall. There were 8 dead and 2 live crickets and two live cockroaches. White and the bathroom area where the sink was amazingly lit up. The phone to call the front desk didn’t work and I tried to plug. It was completely dead.

Just to let everyone know this place does require a $25 deposit fee . This site does not let people know that so for those that could use knowing that i hope yall do read this . Could be an inconvenience for some not knowing this ahead of time. They do refund the $25 they say i have yet to receive mine back yet though !
