No room service. Always had to go to the office to exchange towels for new ones. The keys were always not working and had to get new keys the entire time of my stay.

Location is great. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Enjoyed my trip.

The property was okay. The carpets looked very dirty and the sheets had stains. The staff were friendly.

The rooms was not clean there was blood on two of the beds and hair in one of the tubs and had a really bad odor

It was good as usual.

The staff was very professional, courteous and friendly.. The issues was the room. There were feces on the toilet, blood spots on the shower curtain as well as the rod to the shower curtain was broken and very unstable. My pillows were flat no comfort and lastly the pillow case looked like they had mold spots on it.

A Night at the Bay Front Inn

"A Night at the Bay Front Inn: More Thrills Than a Jacuzzi Could Offer" We decided to save a few bucks by skipping the jacuzzi upgrade at the Bay Front Inn. Big mistake. The room came with its own set of "features" - like a door that looked like it had been used for target practice. Bonus points for authenticity. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the neighborhood welcoming committee - three gentlemen who seemed to be in a rush to not meet us, slamming their door with the kind of urgency usually reserved for roach motels. The overall experience was less "relaxing getaway" and more "episode of Cops." Next time, we'll pay for the jacuzzi upgrade. Would recommend if you're looking for an adrenaline rush without the skydiving price tag. Just remember, here, the 'bullet points' are quite literal.

You get what you pay for. You don’t get the Hilton but you ain’t paying for a Hilton. We were driving through, so it served our purpose.

I reserved a one-bedroom, non-smoking room. Upon entering the first assigned room, I found it occupied with someone else's belongings and a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The second room's card reader malfunctioned, and after verification, the receptionist accessed the room with a key. However, the lights inside did not function. I was then transferred to a third room, which had mold in the refrigerator, rendering it unusable, and dead bugs in the bathtub. Only one towel was stain-free. Given these issues, I do not recommend this establishment in its current state.

Great price

The staff was amazing and the price was perfect . Stayed 3 nights total switched my room after 1 st night. 1st night was in newer more traditional room. Room 213 clean nice view of bay . Second & 3rd night they put me in an older room. Bathroom dirty dirty towel left in. Bathroom . Bigger room but not as comfortable. Price was great Staff wonderful

Room 305 has one electrical outlet to use in the room . The light on desk does not work. No electrical outlet for the coffee maker . The room smell musty. Last updated 1950's

Some friends and I stayed one night when we were in the area for a concert. It was clean and a good price.

Typical 3 star hotel. We were in a room with an updated bathroom, with blow dryer which I appreciated. 😊 Bathroom door didn't fully close and carpeting should be replaced. Beds were comfortable.

Bathtub had hair from previous person along with wash cloth hung over shower curtain, bed was comfortable and staff was nice

Standard cheap motel. Right on the beach blvd. No view though because set back. No bugs. WiFi was okay enough to do basic internet stuff. Didn’t stream or do zoom calls. I had good 5G with tmobile. Front desk was nice and fast. It’s pretty rundown but the price reflects that. There was a big blood stain on the mattress / which does not have a mattress cover. I find small things like a cover such basic necessities for motels. It’s almost funny when they don’t have them. There is one flat sheet over the mattress. Everytime they change sheets they see that stain and just leave it. Wild. But good enough for a quick one night stay. Good parking. Area is safe and clean. Easy access. Walkable to beach.

The check in/out was quick and the staff was very friendly as I would expect for Biloxi Ms. I gave a rating of average on everything because I wasn’t paying Ritz-Carlton prices so I wasn’t expecting a Ritz-Carlton standards. I didn’t care cuz I didn’t want to pay a lot since all I needed was to sleep and shower.

Showed up only to find out that they require a deposit on top of the room fee. The deposit was supposed to be refunded in 3 days. Over a week out the charge has not been returned. Headed to the bank now to dispute the extra charge.

What was good: This property was in the perfect spot. The people were friendly. Check in and out was easy. You can walk across the street to the beach. It was cheap (you get what you pay for). The area was safe and very quiet. The bad: the room was dirty. I had to wash my feet after i took a shower before i put my shoes on bc they were sticky and off colored. I also had to throw the provided cup away bc it had a cigaret put out on the bottom with burn marks. When i let the front desk know in the morning he said did you want coffee? He was not surprised. The beds are very hard. If you prefer a firm bed then you will love it.

Never going to stay again.

Room was clean, as far as i could tell, but the towels were stained and one was dirty. The dirty one looked like someone dusted a dusty piece of furniture. The bath tub walls were cracked and a big chunk of it was coming loose. The shower control, on the spout, was very hard to pull up and push down, and water was coming out the spout while the shower was running. Shower head was also very loose. It wouldn't stay where you pointed it.

Nightmare Stay at Bayfront

The front door was bend, but I would close it. We asked for additional towels and the front desk person gave us dingy face and bath towels. They were not white. They looked like they had been used. When we got to the room, the towels there had black marks on them as if someone had used them. The pillows were completely flat. The room was 210.00 per night. I don't care what event was going on, it was not worth the money. I want to ask for a refund. Who should I talk to?

Mildew, Needles

Room smelled of mildew, there were needles in the parking lot, looks like they do the bare minimum cleaning wise. And saw roaches. And the door looked half kicked in with holes all in it

Everything was ok. Only thing needing to be updated is the bedding and inside the rooms. The bedding had holes in it. The shower rod kept coming down. Housekeeping never came the entire time we were there. We had to empty our own trash. Overall it was nice for the price and the four days three nights we were there.

It was a okay stay

The room was clean. Except for the coffee pot and ice bucket. There was a coffee pod left in the coffee pot and the ice bucket had mold in it. We did kill one roach on the wall.

The location and price were unbeatable. So its hard to complain about the little things.

Very friendly staff. Convenient location. Only complaint is the construction taking place where you turn into the property. Overall a nice stay. Have stayed several times

The carpet was a little outdated and needed cleaning, and no breakfast but overall everything else was great!

The room smelled of weed. Found blue pills by the bathroom door. There was a used face towel hanging in the shower. Beds are uncomfortable.

It is what it is. Guy at desk working his butt off from lack of help. Was nice and got me checked in. Hotel is older and you get what you pay for. Lets face it, most are double the price. So dont think your getn 5 star everything. Was acceptable if your not picky. Ac cold, bed was good. Tv, fridge and microwave. Its across from beach and i believe a shop or two and restaurants near by. I just needed a night between comps.

Horrible dirty, roach motel. Broken lamp, broken shower faucet, dirty walls, roaches crawling around. Curtain's on backwards. Microwave and coffee pot so rusty unbelievable

Stains on the bedding and cockroaches. But it did seem like the room had been cleaned properly and the guy at the front desk was nice.

We did not stay. The room stunk and it was very scary. Totally not what we expected in that are. Had to be the worst motel in town.

This was my second one night stay. The staff was very friendly on both occasions, the room including bedding was clean, AC worked good, nice and quite..... I will defentley book here again when in town

Weekend getaway

It was okay for a weekend couple trip.

Was not a bad place for the price needs to be a little cleaner The pillowcases were very dirty The towels were dirty looking they need to replace them TV was hard to work I didn't like the soap and a little packets instead of a bottle. I thought there was breakfast but there was nothing not even any coffee but they had a coffee pot in the room it was okay for one night's day

Walked into the room and promptly walked out knowing we would most likely loose our room fee. Decided losing that fee was worth keeping my dignity. Everyone has different standards, but I am truly amazed this property is legal to operate for occupancy. My wife said it best, this place looks like a motel someone on the run would hide out at.

We needed a space to stay for a quick weekend stay. Very clean.

Watching the water

The room attendant worked very hard and made sure we had everything we needed. It was extremely hot and she went the extra and I appreciate her.

Pretty sketchy place. The room was not cleaned (not maybe, a definitely NOT cleaned) aside from trash was changed out. The walls, tables, blankets, TV remote control, mirror, and toilet had cigarette burns. The room smelled like an ashtray. We watched the housekeeper move from room to room (after guess checked out), but she only carried garbage bags; no cleaner or cloths, no new towels, no new/clean/replacement linen. That was quite alarming. The air conditioning was great!! That was it. I can say we left the room cleaner than we arrived. Thank goodness my husband packs traveling linen and towels, so we had something clean to use. Unfortunately, this is rated 1 out of 10, would not recommend.

Incomparable lodging on the waterfront!

Luxurious accommodations on Beach Blvd along the Gulf shoreline, at a nominal room rate....rooms are wonderfully comfortable and attractive, the entire staff is friendly and attentive, and my experience there was thoroughly enjoyable....the breakfast buffet w table service and chef is unbelievable!

Needed a cheap place in walking distance of the coliseum to see Tool, and this place is that. Really clean and excellent customer service for a motel. One of the cleaning ladies went out of her way to see if we needed anything, since we were staying two nights. Walking distance to Treasure Bay Casino, Waffle House, a liquor store, tattoo parlor, and the beach. What's not to love?

Clean friendly budget hotel

This is my second stay at this hotel. It’s a budget hotel, but the staff are friendly and professional great location and it’s clean. So if you’re looking for a no-frills hotel that’s clean this one will fit the bill.

I was charged the one night stay even though i told the staff in person that i decided to not check in

You get what you pay for. Very thin walls where if your neighbor turns on the TV / talks / takes a shower etc you can very easily hear them. For what it's worthyou get the minimum expected and nothing more but also nothing less either, at least. It's what I think of wben I think of an okay cheap hotel. Pretty alright.

Good for the price

That was fine. The room need some fixing in the bathroom but everything was working fine. The bed was comfortable enough and the place is quite.
