Stayed here while visiting family. Property is older, but it was been nicely refreshed. Room was comfortable and clean. Restaurant worker checked us in as the manager was not around to do so. Had to wait around for them to arrive so they could take our card for the room. I found it odd they process payment right when you check in and not when you check out, but I guess that's what they do. Breakfast room was clean, but not a lot of variety in selections; very basic but was fine for us. Would stay here again if we had to.

Added $10 per day for a third person in our double queen room at check in , unexpected

This was our second time staying here. The hot tub is still out of service for over a year. The hot tub area is a storage room, so obviously they don't plan on fixing it. Our security lock on the room door was broken and the bathroom door handle was about to fall off. I fixed the door handle myself because I figured it would be easier. There was no soap in the bathroom, so we had to ask for it to be brought. The garbage was completely full in the breakfast area, even though we were the only ones eating. Made me wonder when the last time it was emptied. It just seems like the general maintenance and upkeep is lacking or there is an apathy from the staff or owners regarding their property.

Heat is room was weird. It was either blowing hot air or cold air. It must have a boiler because it made loud noises when the heat turned on. The free breakfast was OK, but the bread was crappy, cheap bread and the jam you couldn't even use because it was so dried out that you couldn't even spread it.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. The heater did not appwar to be working coorectly. The fan ran continuously.

We book here every Christmas and we really like the managers at the front desk, who always go the extra mile to accommodate our needs. They are friendly, very lovely and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Thank you for being our home away from home over the holidays!

The hotel was very good to stay at for the one night. It's comfortable, well maintained, and a decent price.

The lobby and staff were very helpful to us, when we arrived a little later in the evening. They even tried to help with tracking down the type of coffee I like to drink! Clean nice rooms. A simple breakfast toast,cereal etc. Waffle mix was a little runny not mixed well but not a big deal.Very quiet if you need something just ask they will try to help you out. We were on a mom and daughter trip and felt very safe there.

The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Was there for a week and appreciated having the large fridge. Fairly quiet and although very basic, it was nice to have breakfast included. Overall, very pleasant...will stay there again.

Pool and hot tube were closed , there was no ice machines, heater / air conditioning would not turn off .

Neepawa

Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Had interior doors leading to rooms which is always nice. Only downside was that the walls were paper thin and we could not only hear the entire conversation from the neighboring room but also their snoring.

Location was close to work. Hotel has been recently renovated. the rooms are clean and the location is quiet.

Pool was closed. Limited choice in breakfast nook.
