Hotel is connected to the train station and public transportation, walkable area to key attractions and hotel ambiance was fun. It is decorated as space station and breakfast was phenomenal. Highly recommend this hotel specially for a family with children.

Barceló Sants is a gem

This hotel is right above the Barceló Sants train station and is a perfect jumping off spot for tours around the city or quick trips to other locations in Spain. My room was exceptionally clean, my bed was comfortable and they had the best pillows. The concierge and front desk staff were eager to assist. I really liked this hotel. And my room had a really nice west view with fantastic sunsets.

It was better than expected but it's a bit far from city center and attractions, but it's pretty accessible through public transportation. Also a bit noisy at nights.

Our accommodation for 4 came as connecting rooms with ample space, hot good shower and cool hotel look! However the shampoo/body wash was empty in the shower for 1 room.

Nice hotel at very convenient location. It’s so easy to ride subway or train. Also many dining options inside and around. The only negative thing is the bad soundproof. I can hear people walking and talking outside.

The Space theme of this property is a bit odd and dated. The room was fine, very sparse and not many amenities but clean. The bed was comfortable and Fine for a one night stay. It’s attached to the train station so it was convenient for an early departure.

Great location, quiet, nice bed. Awesome Shower, buffet breakfast is great and the Moonbase design is brilliant. The tiny negative is that the bathroom is open plan so there is limited cloth changing privacy.

Enjoyed my stayed at Barcelo Sants. It made it really convenient for me to have access to the Sants terminal station. Overall my stay was perfect, clean rooms and great breakfast!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was ultra convenient from the train station (sitting right above the station) but the main attractions were a bit of a walk. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Great stay

Room was clean except the faucet was not wiped down. Bed was terrible - mattress was completely caved in. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Good shower with plenty of hot water.

Perfect location!

The staff were nice. The breakfast even though start 7:00 (a little bit late 6:30 is the best) but it was perfect. The room was clean and the service amenities were nice. I would be better if they can add hair comb or brush to the amenities. But in total it is a good, convenient , safe hotel to stay at while visiting Barcelona. You have a train station going everywhere , even to the Airport in Barcelona just down the hotel.

Convenient location.

Solo traveling, coming in after midnight on the train. This place is literally next to the train station. It is highly convenient with train and metro stops below you. The rooms are basic, but clean and have a 24 hour front desk. They are less expensive typically for the location.

It was a great stay. Very convenient in a very good location. I would recommend and consider staying their if I return to Barcelona.

Worth a stay for sure

Generally speaking we stay away from hotels so close to the main train stations. I’m glad we decided to stay here. The room was comfortable and quiet considering the location. Shade’s darken the room well. Front desk was friendly and helpful, we didn’t do the breakfast, but heard from a few people it was great. I’d stay again and even consider a longer stay considering the convenience to the main train line. Rooms are a little quirky(kinda Star Wars ish) but were functional.

The hotel's space theme was very unique and different. Very clean. The train station was downstairs so i was able to see the city and arrive directly back to the hotel. I would definitely recommend for its amenities, cleanliness, and access to public transportation.

This hotel is right next to train station. We needed to take early train to fly back home. Very conveniently

The space aspect was pretty cool. Bed was very comfortable. AC was good and allowed for a comfortable room. Only thing missing was a tea coffee station in the room.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean but I found the shower to be unsafe and the wallpaper behind the bed was in need of replacement.

Wonderful and convenient place to stay. My only complaint of the staff is that they rarely gave consistent or accurate directions.

There was just unexpected when we arrived there, for check in, the reception charged us for a hotel service tax, but i already booked and paid totally cost, it was a hidden cost and Expedia did not mention us !!

We stayed at the hotel for just one night. The room was very clean and comfortable, although it was a bit on the small side. If you're traveling with a lot of luggage, be prepared for some inconvenience — the elevators from the street to the lobby are quite small and often busy, which can make the trip from your taxi or train to the lobby a bit challenging. Overall, it’s a good choice for a short stay, but keep in mind the limited space and the elevator situation if you’re carrying multiple bags.

The hotel was nice however they did not offer wash cloths which was disappointing.

Lucked out with location!

Read mixed reviews online. Opted for convenience. Glad I did. Hotel is connected to the Barcelo Sants Station. It is across the street from buses, taxis and the tour bus. Taxi ride from the beach area was $14e. With the train station attached, food, drink and misc is easily accessible. All in all a perfect location. Our room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space. Front desk and bar staff were friendly and accommodating. I would choose this hotel again.

Great central hotel, breakfast was excellent, lots of choices. I just wish they offered information on what to do in the area.

This hotel as a facility is very good, located up to the Barcelona Sants train station, easy to go any where to every where, but I have 2 concerns , the reception guy was not helpful at all , he make me pay 48 euros for nothing and says no upgrade for Expedia and you want to upgrade pay 48 euros

The rooms are very nice, my only observation is that there was black molding in the shower. Needs to either bleach it real hard or it’s time to change the calking.

The buffet was out of this world. I was one of the best breakfast buffets we have ever enjoyed. Location to the train was just steps away. They also store your luggage if you want to sightsee after check out.

Barcelo Sants Hotel is above the station. It was very convenient to go around the city. Staff were kind and check in was from 3pm. Nice Gym on the first floor. Breakfast was the best and had variety in Cereals, Oats, Breads, Fruits, Dry fruits, Juices etc. My children loved this hotel. Overall we had a great stay.

The hotel.is in a GREAT location and for the most part the staff was kind. However my overall experience was NOT good/pleasurable. Upon checking into my room our bathroom was uncleaned. The shower wall was covered with hair and the sink had hair around it. I informed the front desk staff who were responsive however it took multiple request to FINALLY get it cleaned. We also had to have them come to our room three times to deal with our toilet constantly running and/or not flushing. On our 2nd to last day the AC stopped working. It overall was NOT a good experience. When I shared with the manager on duty my dissatisfaction she basically said that they have shared my feedback with the higher ups and that was it. They did give us breakfast for a day in response to the nasty bathroom situation, however based on all of the issues we had you would think at MINIMUM they would comp 1 night. The BEST part of our stay was our server at the bar Gabby! She was PHENOMENAL! Her service as IMPECCABLE! She made sure that your food was exactly to your liking and took excellent care of us. The food was really good as well.

Awesome hotel!!

Probably one of the coolest hotels I've ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean, and quite affordable. The 2x2 Family room is such a cool concept that most hotels don't have available. Great for large groups and families!

I found the orbit theme just weird. Half the things in my room were not in working order. The wifi did not work, the blinds (motor controlled) got stuck and had to be manually closed, the toilet didn’t flush properly, and the electrical outlet for the hair dryer was loose and kept turning off the dryer. On a positive note, it was right at the train station, which made it very convenient. But...that made it quite unsafe and uncomfortable for a solo female traveler to go out after dark. Drug addicts sleeping and peeing on the sidewalk, lots of what looked like homeless people everywhere, I witnessed an attack in the park next to the station where the woman had a tree branch to defend herself. Thankfully the police were right there so she was safe. It's not an area or a hotel I would recommend unless you are not planning on going anywhere and just need a place to sleep overnight.

Great value on top of train station

The location is great. Train station is just downstairs. The concept of the hotel is amazing! They shared lot of knowledge of space, solar system, and astronomy. Hotel offer free bottle water, free welcome sparking wine! Super nice staff~

The lobby and specially the rooms are just awesome. However there is some confusion at the entrance with a long walk up to a small elevator. Lobby is on the 1st floor and not at the ground or 0 floor. The only way to directly reach out to the lobby is if you drive up to the 1st floor.

Futuristic themed, fun hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet and close to things. Our room had blackout curtains so sleeping was great. At the metro stop so it was super convenient. Would definitely recommend.

We wanted a place close to Sants and Barcelo is basically part of the station. The hotel has a fun space theme. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and reasonably spacious. Extremely convenient to the metro, and the station does have restaurants.

Excellent hotel

Very cool hotel. Excellent air conditioning in the rooms, definitely needed in August! We had a noisy fan in the room which was fixed within 10 minutes of reporting it! Excellent service. Reception were very helpful. The hotel is a little bit tricky to find when getting off the train but if you can find McDonalds, go outside and turn right :) all the train lines run through the station which makes going out very easy! The beds were insanely comfortable and loads of pillows given too.

This hotel is interesting as it’s right on top of a busy metro/train station. It makes it convenient to get transfers to and from airport or anywhere you would like to get around the city. It’s a very nice hotel, you just don’t get that neighborhood hotel feel as it sits on a giant slab of concrete. We liked it for convenience and the hotel itself is nice. It’s funny because it’s “space” themed. Lol. The rooms aren’t big but enough for our family of 3. They are very accommodating and helpful. It was my daughters birthday and they had a gorgeous piece of chocolate cake a card waiting for us in our room. We didn’t even tell them it was her birthday they must’ve just figured it out when we checked it and gave passport info. The hotel is huge, so this thoughtfulness does not go unnoticed. It was a nice hotel for our stay but just bear in mind it’s not on a beautiful Barcelona street. We would stay again as price and convenience was great!

Found black mold by towels. Got moved to another room, where there was mild under the glasses provided in the bathroom. Got moved to a suite and it was barely just as clean. No standard of cleabliness apparently. Woke up in the middle of the night sweating since they turned my air-conditioning off. Had to call the front desk for them to turn the air back on since the controller from my room did not give me access. They also tried to advertise use of their mobile app. So, I used it for ordering room service and my order was never received or acknowledged. So, I had to call and make my order, again. Woke jp
