It is not worth the price for what they offer. The VIP level they sell when you arrive is a raid on your pocket. They offer it and charge for it and do not provide it. You literally give away your money. You have to be alert and aware of the bill at the bar, they do not agree on prices among themselves, one tells you one price, and another gives you another. The government taxes are very high. Regarding the food, it is not varied. Every day the same. When something is finished and after a long time they show up to provide it. The staff lacks cordiality and good service. They really need training to deal with tourists.

I did not like the service in general because they are not helpful when you have a problem like something that the hotel can manage in a different way buffet services is horrible every single day we have to make a line to get in not enough silverware hot water for a tea took more then 10 minutes the waitress never stop by asking is everything is ok ? It was a no pleasant stay sorry

Really liked the pool, lounge and casino onsite. I didn't have to leave as everything was nice.

Staff and hotel was great, only issue was they didn't explain that the "mini bar" is in reality a "snack bar" and I was overcharged for the items that were consumed.

Will Never stay or recommend this hotel. Room and bathroom had black stains of mold and smelled horrible. Staff need to be trained how to treat their customers without the attitude. Way overpriced for the quality of hotel!

As I previously said, this hotel needs a full renovation. However, there are two reasons for me to continue choosing this hotel in santo Domingo, the staff and the food.

Bien limpio el personal muy profesional y tremendo servicio me quedé 4 días y la pasé súper bien, ahí va hacer mi segunda casa cuando viaje me quedaré ahí se lo recomiendo a todos en familia oh pareja muy bueno.

The swimming pool is everything! Great environment and music, convenient, you can pay for breakfast buffet per day and food is good. First day of my stay something happened with the pipes and we had no water all day, so that was not cool. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars. Employees are super polite and friendly.

Was disappointed in my room I was given a lower grade then my booking stated. They cross contaminated the food . Same utensils was used for multiple foods..never asked if I had food allergies. Pork spoon was used to scoop cheese for omelets.. I’m allergic to pork. Stations up front was the same issue as the guy in front of me used the same scoop to pick up pork sausage as he did the chicken fijaras slices. Room cleaning was excellent one of the few highlights. Overall experience was disappointing and I won’t be booking there again. Don’t recall any perks that Expedia says I qualify for or should receive upon my stay

Las habitaciones son grandes (estuve en dos). El espacio cuenta con lo necesario. Hay bastante variedad en el desayuno buffet. Tienen varios objetos de cortesía para los clientes. La piscina se ve increible, aunque no la utilicé. Los factores que no me permiten puntuar tan bien a este hotel es la inevitable humedad que hay dentro del dormitorio, que halle algunos cabellos en mi cama luego de la limpieza, el mal funcionamiento de los ascensores, el internet que no es tan estable, la distancia a recorrer para llegar al gimnasio. Faltan mejores indicaciones Destaco el apoyo de Mabeliza en la recepción. Si ella no me hubiese atendido con tanta amabilidad, mi puntuación sería más baja. Además, la buena actitud de la chica que prepara los omelettes. Gracias sinceras por la gran amabilidad y consideración de ellas.

Elevator wasnt working for 3 days which was a pain. MOst of staff was very good. In particular during breakfast SARA was amazing . Had issues with they keys not working several times during my stay.

I love this hotel! The staff is simply amazing and the food is always fantastic. The property is kind of dated and some renovation would be worthy. My favorite part is the restaurant, Enmanuel, the chef, prepares the BEST oatmeal I ever tasted.

The carpet was dirty with a nadty smell in my room. Request to change to another and they did not change me. I will never stay here again

Bad pricing

I was amazed that a chocolate and bag of chips cost 15.00USD. When I asked to see the cost of each product, I think they were busted. Nonetheless I will call and get the price. I believe a piece of cracker chocolate and bag of chips do not cost that amount.

Great people second time staying there good food am wince and the bar at the pool area great service also visited the spa you must try great orices professional ladies I forgot the name of my masseuse she is from Cuba great hands and even got the mint body scrub came out of there revitalized.
