Can't fault it, ideal if you want to be close to the airport. Lovely big light rooms and a huge comfy bed and pillows.

Barceló Imagine not a figment!

We were absolutely delighted with the Barceló Imagine. The reception area, the lounge, all the various terraces, and the bar and restaurant were clean and bright, warm and welcoming, and beautifully decorated. We loved the whole music theme, the baby grand in the lounge area and the electronic foot piano adding a classy and fun element. Every member of staff we met was gracious, helpful, and accommodating in their use of English when our Spanish wasn't quite sufficient! Our room was lovely! Comfort and style combined for a thoroughly enjoyable room, with a great view over the terraces and pool. The heavy curtains kept out the bitter cold of January, and we were warmed at a constant 22° overnight. It was our first visit to a Barceló hotel, and it will not be our last! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Barcelo Imagine in Madrid, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The restaurant was a lovely surprise, serving up delicious dishes that were both flavorful and beautifully presented. One of the highlights of my stay was the sauna, which was reserved for guests and provided the perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate. And, the spacious rooms were a wonderful retreat, with plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy some quiet time, the mattress like a cloud! Overall, I would highly recommend the Hotel Barcelo Imagine to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Madrid. The staff, amenities, and rooms all come together to create a truly exceptional hotel experience. Five stars, without a doubt!

It was unique. Not your bland, sterile chain. It had its own vibe without being to edgy. Quality music playing at just the right volume. Just a great hotel stay. Could not recommend enough.

A beautiful hotel, rooms are spacious and really modern. We loved how each floor was a different music genre. The roof terrace and the pool area is gorgeous. Staff were helpful and friendly and the location was really convenient for Chamartín station.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet neighborhood

The hotel is very stylish and comfortable. We only stayed one night, but really enjoyed the beautiful room and luxe finishes. The residential area around the hotel is really pleasant with some great restaurants.

The hotel has impeccable facilities, excellent staff, and the breakfast is complete and ideal for starting any day.

Amazing service and staff

Just Amazing!

This was literally probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The front desk staff were patient, friendly, and helpful. The room was huge. The shower was wonderful. Two shower heads and lots of water pressure. I had a room on the 5th floor and the view was nice. We had dinner at the hotel and the wait staff was nice and the food was good. Breakfast was included and was a real treat. The selection was amazing.

Convenient to Chamartin station

A modern hotel. Rooms are large and comfortable with a comfortable bed and powerful walk in shower. The location is convenient to Chamartin station. The only downside was, that in our room on the even number side of floor seven, you could hear the trains rumbling in and out of the station which impacted on sleep quality.

I did not like the service I received when I checked in and out. The front desk ladies were not welcoming and no one helped w/ my luggage. The breakfast was terrible but so has all the food in madrid been. Besides that, the hotel was lovely.

Wonderfully located, if you exclude Chamartin Train Station. Service, food and bar are excellent. Access to bathrooms are convoluted and towel service was terrible. Quality of bed and linen are exceptional, AC silent and running smoothly. TV and other services deserve special attention like the steam Rowenta to finish your clothing after being in your luggage.

Very friendly services and convenient location. Quiet environment with pool facility.

Only spent a night here but found the staff to be courteous and competent. The Chamartin station area is not ideal for tourists but it's convenient for the airport and with myriad transportation links elswhere. The hotel has a Hard Rock vibe. Nice public spaces, convenient elevators, and well-appointed rooms.

Great hotel with friendly staff, round the corner from Charmatin station.

We have stayed here 3 times now, love the rooms and comfort, so convenient to Charmartin rail station. Bartenders in pool and lower terrace are the slowest in the world!.

They were very accommodating for our early arrival after traveling all night. Nice, clean room. Extra fun bonus: “Eye of the Tiger” plays when you head up the staircase to the gym!

The hotel was modern. Clean. Food services were excellent. Trendy music themed. The only negative was that construction was going on next to it which made it noisy. ( not the hotel’s fault).

I really liked this hotel! Very convient for a night from/to airport. The restaurant was very good and very affordable. The pool is nice but unfortunately mostly in the shade at the end of afternoon. Bathroom was really nice and modern. Bed was super comfortable Room was however a bit noisy - noise from the street and hallway. But overall very satisfied with my quick stay

A wonderful 5 star hotel in an affluent area of Madrid. Its fun interactive music theme was awesome. The room was more like a mini suit. Comfortable and very clean. Room service was outstanding. We loved the hotel. It’s really cool, has a great theme, it’s very clean and the staff is great. Food at the restaurant is good. The location isn’t amazing. Not a lot to see/do around the area.

We had a great stay at Barcelo Imagine (2 adults, 4 children)! The hotel is beautifuly designed, modern, and well-decorated. The pool was a bit cold for my liking, but we still all enjoyed it! The rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast buffet options were excellent: variety of fresh fruits, made to order eggs, pastries, fresh orange juice, gourmet coffee, etc. The last day we were leaving very early and the staff was very accomodating by providing a "to go" breakfast, as well as ordering a taxi for us.

We loved the unique style and empowering quotes throughout the property. The property was beautiful and staff were respectful/helpful. Upon our arrival they made my son feel extra special after I shared it was his 8th birthday. They brought him a small cake/candle/gifts. The breakfast was delicious. They had excellent amenities. I would recommend!!

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at . The hotel was 2 minutes away from the train station which was fantastic . The rooms were extremely clean. The staff was a very polite and helpful. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Barcelo Imagine. It was very close to the train station. The staff was nice and helpful. The music theme throughout the hotel was really cool. We enjoyed the Bluetooth speaker feature in the large bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay very creative and music sensitive as well as environment conscious

From the time of arriving, checkin to getting such a clean and neat Room with VIP drink. The room was spacious, had all amenities, washroom was amazing. Breakfast daily was super nice and fresh. The main Chamartin station is just 3 mins walk from hotel. With just 20 mins direct metro ride to Sol station in city center its worth the stay outside city hassel.

Loved the music theme, lovely pool and delicious cocktails. Perfect location for before or after a long train journey, quick to get into central madrid. The stir fry was a let down unfortunately but other than that perfect place!

The hotel was really nice. The decor, room, lobby, the pictures, music instruments all together it was a nice ambience. Staff was friendly and nice. Madrid city center was 20 to 25 min away for taxi. But 15 min away from the airport. We enjoyed our stay. Room service was fast, less options for room service but quantity of food was good for the price. There is a 5 euro surcharge for each room service delivery. They have DJ on the roof top on Thursdays. Nice vibe on the roof top. Overall experience was really good.

This was one of the 2 or 3 nicest hotels that I have ever stayed at. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet (the latter was a pleasant surprise, considering it is right next to a train station). The music-themed decor was charming. The breakfast was extraordinary (including delicious made-to-order omelets and a table full of gluten free breads!). I wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the free sauna, the loaner musical instruments, the record player and records that they offered to bring to our room, and to have another breakfast (or two or three). A night at this hotel was 2 or 3 times the cost of every other place we stayed at during our two week vacation in Spain, but I swear it was worth every centavo! I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

It is a good place to stay. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are very good. It is a music themed hotel, which makes the facilities very good. The staff that attends you is very friendly. Overall it is a hotel where we would stay again next time.
