comfortable hotel

I've stayed one week in this hotel. It is not very special but well enough. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the personal friendly and helpful. Hot water in the bathroom and good internet/wifi. The asian breakfast is quite extended, the western part of the buffet is reasonable. I would have enjoyed freshly grinded coffee. I just wish hotels would provide the rooms with soft-closing doors.

I have always enjoyed my stay at Baoson International Hotel for my business trips. Hanoi traffic and hustle bustle can be intimidating, however this hotel is well positioned in Hanoi City for me to travel to meetings and more importantly it also very easy and convenient to host business discussion over coffee and tea in the afternoon and evenings. There are shopping Malls and Restaurants within walk-in distance near by to help make up and fill the hours between business. The room are clean and the service attended are very good too.

Conveniently located to my business travel needs in Hanoi

Did a late check out due to my oversight. But the front desk staff didn't get angry or threatened with extra charge, rather they told me not to worry and take my time to pack up... I was impressed by their thoughts and actions

Comfortable and peaceful Stay

I would rate my experience as wonderful as i was on a Business and this hotel served my need. Very nice, clean and big room and very good breakfast. I will surely recommend this hotel.

A charming hotel with a friendly staff

Used to be the only 5 star hotel in Hanoi, the Baoson manages to keep its charm and elegance. The meeting rooms are comfortable and modern. The main areas are well maintained and still have its charm. The area is very busy. The Baoson is located on the largest and busiest street in Hanoi. I do not recommend crossing the largest street in Hanoi. It does not look safe.

Big room size

This is a business trip and I have decided on this place as I have been staying in the old quarter for my past few trips. I was given a very big room after a free upgrade. The room was rather old. In terms of cleanliness it was just average. The hotel was located at a busy junction so you can expect to be woken up by the noise of the horning if you stay facing the main road. The hotel is located next to a big mall and getting food is not an issue. The old quarter is located about 6 km away but with the traffic condition in Hanoi, it can take a lot much longer to reach your destination.

Basic hotel, helpful service, needs renovation

Hotel generally a bit worn over the years and could use renovation. The room was clean enough and had good selection of TV channels including HBO. I cannot complain about the service, as the bellhop was even kind enough to bring food from a nearby restaurant one evening after room service hours had ended. Free wifi worked fine. Better value can be found at other hotels in Hanoi which are less expensive and nicer

not what is advertised

the foyer and front entrance is lovely , but that is where it ends! The room was not as advertised ,very small and not clean. The hotel was so very noisy and the cleaning staff so rude, I could not change any currency , the swimming pool was open to anybody not just for hotel and was extremely dirty ,with so many children there. I was very disappointed with this hotel for the cost I paid, I have stayed in Vietnam {Hanoi} many times and I would have thought that Wotif would have got there ratings a little better ! This hotel is below a 2 star rating ...and I am so disappointed !!!!

Great place to stay in Hanoi

I have stayed here a number of times when I visit Hanoi and enjoy it each time. The staff is always very considerate and the hotel is in a very good location.

The hotel named as a 4 star but the conditon of hotel is worst than 3 star hotel . Phone in the room are not fuction as well as the door bell.

Breakfast is always very good! It's a little far but you can walk to Japanese town and Lotte hotel. There're many restaurant there. If you don't want to go far, there is a Vincom mall very near, you can eat and shop there.

English was difficult to hear. Room was ordinary. Location was good.

建物は、古い感じがありますが、スタッフは親切で丁寧でした。また快適に過ごせました。プールやジムなどの施設は、思っていたのと違いました。改装する必要があると思います。

全体的にはよかったです

何度目かの利用ですが、ホテル自体は部屋もスタッフの方々の対応も大変満足です。ただ、館内のレストランからベトナム色がなくなったのが残念です。

Near the city centre. All the others are just an average hotel

冷蔵庫のお水を飲んでいないのに、飲んでいるので支払うように言われ、 フロント係といっしょに部屋に戻って確認したところ、テーブルにあった無料の水は飲みましたが、有料の水は飲んでいませんでしたので、謝ってもらいました。

部屋はホコリなどはなく、清潔だったが空気がこもっている気がした。廊下との壁が薄いのか、ノックされたような音がすることが多く、部屋でゆっくりするような過ごし方はおすすめできない。隣の部屋の音はあまり聞こえない。四階は夜は十分静かで、交通の音などは聞こえなかった。食事はまあまあ美味しい。浴槽の大きさは十分で、お湯の温度が変わったりお湯が出ないなどのトラブルはまったくなし。夜に帰ってきて寝るには十分。 マッサージは男性向けだとはっきり言ってほしかった。観光客にはそのあたりのニュアンスは少しわかりにくい。

良いホテルです

日本の旅行サイトではあまり見かけませんが、ホテルの立地が仕事の関係場所と近いため、このホテルを選びました。当然、日本語は通じませんが、サービス、部屋、食事など全般的にそれなりに満足です。 宴会場に近い部屋でしたので、少々騒がしい日もありました。

Nice Stay

The hotel room has lots of spaces, clean and tidy. Breakfast is fair, not many choice but it's what you expect from a 4 star hotel in Hanoi.

設備はきれいです

設備はそれなりに新しいですが、外の室外機の音がうるさい、ベッドが結構硬いので夜中に何回か目が覚めました。朝食もマァマァですし、ロケーションも悪くないので、コストと便利さ重視の人にはオススメです。

バーディン地区のビジネス滞在に適したホテル

建物は古いが、従業員の対応は大変良い。 キンマー、ロッテセンターも徒歩圏。 屋内プール、ジムもある。

비교적 넓고 큰 방과 화장실

비교적 로비가 좁았지만 방과 화장실이 넓었습니다. 다만 화장실의 청소상태에 좀 더 신경써주었으면 합니다. 호텔 직원들 또한 친절했습니다.

古いホテルけど、清潔であった。 コンベンションルームの近い部屋でうるさかった 食事が近くで出来たので良かった

広々した室内

ツインの部屋に宿泊しましたが、リノベーションされた広い部屋で快適でした。 普通のホテルよりも照明が明るく、作業もはかどりました。 近くにショッピングセンターもあり、食べることにも不自由はありませんでした。

エレベータが保守中だったので、不便でした。 部屋は快適でしたが、設備自体古く、Wifiはメールで利用できる程度、室内プールは子供の集会場、朝食も普通というレベルです。

ショッピングモールに近いホテル

スタッフの対応はよく、清潔感のあるホテルでした。ローケーションも、最寄りのショッピングセンターまで徒歩数分で、とても便利でした。

朝食が充実

出張で利用。朝食のビュッフェが種類も多くて充実。プールもあったけど利用せず。必要最低限のものは揃っているホテル。

오래된 호텔이라 시설은 별로지만, 가격대비 무난했습니다.

６日間過ごしましたが、ホテルのスタッフの方々も非常に優しく、無料の朝食も美味しく頂き、大変快適に過ごせました。 チェックイン後は、念のためお湯が出るか、電気はつくか確認してみるのが良いかと思います。万が一、不備がある場合は、フロントに連絡をすれば速やかに対応してくれます。実際に、私も電球を替えて頂きました。 立地は、大通りに面しているのでタクシーは直ぐに拾えて移動可能です。DONG DA区に近い場所での、出張や用務がある場合は、とてもお勧めのホテルです。 また、少し隣に行くと地下にスーパー、上階にはフードコートが入っているショッピングセンターがあるので、屋台で食べたくない方はそこでお食事も可能です。 ただ、大通りに面している分、バイク、車のクラクションの音が終日聞こえるので、気になる方はその点も考慮して頂き、耳栓など準備して頂くとよいかもしれません。 総合的には、大変良いホテルだと思います。

룸의 전화가 외부로의 연결을 막아나서 외부 전화 사용시 카운터 교환을 통해 해야하는 불편함이 있었다.그 외는 가격대비 괜찮았다.
