Stunning hotel with amazing rooms. Views are incredible over the KL skyline. Rooftop bar is fantastic with great views of the Petronas towers. Staff on the whole were very friendly and welcoming, particularly those on reception and at breakfast. Well located for access to the main areas of Kuala Lumpur.

Amazing hotel, best one I have stayed. Not only it has all you expect from a 5 star, but everyone is so professional without making you feel too awkward by being super polite, as it happens to many 5 stars. Amazing views, very very nice bathrooms with views from the window, amazing breakfast, good location. I could leave there for ever.

Do not have the service expected from a luxury hotel. Offered us to upgrade for a fee and when i asked for free upgrade based on my platinium status, they said the hotel is fully booked. Then why its available if we are willing to pay? Lobby dark and warm.

Amazing place

This is a fine truly five star hotel. The breakfast on the roof restaurant was excellent. The service of staff is top notch. The spa was relaxing and moderately priced. The hotel has a walkway to the mall across the street with excellent shopping and dining choices. The only bad experience is that the room takes a long time to cool down if the air conditioner is shut down due to vacancy. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Beautiful!

The Banyan Tree is a great option for anyone travelling to KL on holiday, due to its convenient location. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Vertigo Bar is a must for a sunset cocktail and the staff are so attentive. The only slight negative is breakfast which is confused (waiters getting orders muddled) and it’s not particularly appetising, although if you like pastries you won’t be disappointed!

It was a luxurious experience, the service was out of this world and the entire property just felt really safe with a super nice view from the room. The breakfast and food were pretty good as well and it was definitely worth the price for the stay if you are looking for something more luxurious. The room was very spacious together with the toilet and there was even a toto washlet toilet bowl!

All the staff at the hotel are super nice and kind, the lady at the front desk of the roof top always find us table even when the place was full, the concierge people also very helpfull

Perfect staycation

Excellent stay. Service was spot on and room comfort/amenities perfect. Everything about the stay was positive. Although one of the pricier properties in KL, the exclusive feel of this hotel justifies the little extra. I would rate as nearly as good as EQ.

Great location!

A nice hotel, but not necessarily worth the extra cost compared to other options in central KL. We liked the building and our room (spacious, great views), the complimentary aromatherapy set, and the staff were great too. However, the breakfast was somewhat disappointing - both in variety and taste. We had better in a hotel in Chinatown for half the price. Also, while Vertigo does have the views, the cocktails are just not great - again, the cocktail bars in Chinatown offer better and more creative drinks.

I liked the view and overall the facility, I really did not like the experience at Vertigo bar. The staff was particulary rude. Also, after we reported it at the reception, nothing happened.

Very nice hotel with convenient access to Pavillion Mall. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and the atmosphere was perfect.

The hospitality here is first class. Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and offered so many recommendations for places to eat and shop. We love our hotel room where the views were simply breathtaking. Especially the rooftop bar. Food was amazing and we absolutely loved their breakfast. Special shout out to our friend Adha who made our stay so memorable with his hospitality and recommendations.

Awesome hotel to unwind and relax

Great hotel to relax and unwind. The ambience of the hotel is amazing and the staff so helpful. Had a great stay and really enjoyed the spa facilities and the excellent restaurant and bars. The views from the Vertigo bar are the cherry on top. The Retreat room is a really treat with lots of great touches and a epic shower room.

It's a very nice and comfortable experience in Banyan Tree. Especially the quality of the bed and pillow. I had my best sleep for the night. I was impressed with the toilet, spent my sweet time experimenting the buttons. The bath tub is of high quality and it's big enough for 2. The hotel is very thoughtful to prepare all amenities which you possibly needed for the stay. Eg: I needed bath bombs, they have bath powder ready beside the bath tub. The morning breakfast was awesome too. However, the downside was the Vertigo Bar. The service was not as good. Made a reservation but they did not let me take the good spot. There were tables which was empty and I requested for the seat. They said they will have to sort out the customers before deciding if we could take the spot. And they never came back to me. And that table was still empty when I left. Service was slow as well. Ordered satay and it came after 30 min or more. Never going back Vertigo. But overall it's a very positive experience and would definitely go back again for the stay.

Friendly staff, good location and great views

Stayed for 3 nights at the Signature Sky King. The service was very good, with friendly staff. Despite the CMCO restrictions, the staff there were approachable and they rendered their services professionally. The KL tower and the city view added a memorable experience, especially at night. The location was very strategic with easy access to the Pavilion Mall via the link bridge on level 2. All in all, a much needed break for my Mrs and myself and the experience was very good.

This property is run like a small boutique hotel with attention to detail and personal attention. It is in the heart of KL and walking distance, through an elevated tunnel to Pavilion mall and all the activities and eateries of this area and views of the Petronas, yet very quiet. The breakfast was vast and delicious. Emily at the front desk also helped me with an unexpected business issue. I would definitely stay again.

Best hotel stay EVER

This establishment has truly redefined what a 5 star experience is for me. From the moment we arrived we were questioning whether we had been mistaken for celebrities!! The level of service and care, from every member of staff, was astounding and the environment within which it was delivered was breathtaking!! I've stayed at many hotels and this has made every other experience feel mediocre. I'm now trying to engineer ways in which I can return to Kuala Lumpur and visit the Banyan Tree once again. Big shout out to Joshua, who repeatedly went the extra mile to ensure we had the best experience. And huge thanks to Helmi, who completely saved our holiday when we left our passports in a taxi. Also, to Raaj and Larry for helping with that situation. If I could give this a higher rating than 5 stars I really would.

Great location and awesome facilities! The view of the cuty is gorgeous and would highly recommend.

Everything is really good except hotel WiFi which I had problem logging in, needed to refresh whenever I stopped using, speed a bit slow. Hotel staff- reception, housekeeping, restaurant, conceirge- special compliments, they were great!

Very good service. Nice big rooms. Breakfast choices are reasonable, and come with free Prosecco and great view of the twin towers! It’s a little bit of shame that there is some construction work going on which blocks the full view of the twin towers, but hopefully it will complete soon!

Absolutely stunning hotel which cannot be faulted! The standard room is huge with amazing views of Kuala Lumpur. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Only thing I will say is to make sure you ask how to switch the AC off in the rooms as we couldn’t figure it out and we’re freezing! Rather than that minor thing this hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in and 100% recommend to anyone travelling to Kuala Lumpur.

A Charming Hotel in KL

Absolutely, Banyan Tree KL is a beautiful hotel in the center of Kuala Lumpur. I stayed there by myself after a busy conference. Being assigned a room on the 55th floor, I had breathtaking view of the city. The huge windows, the charming decor and amenities radiates the room. The staff are caring professionals and many helped me sought out travel routes and questions.

It Could Have Been Better

The Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur would have been a delight if not for some quirks during our two-night stay. Housekeeping not up to mark. If there are ten things to do to a room, they only did a few each time. Used towels were cleared away but new towels were not replenished. Used coffee cups were left on the coffee top. They were not cleared nor replaced until asked. Eaten fruit platter with used cutlery was also not cleared away. The room was also not vacuumed. So for those of us who walk around without our shoes or slippers, we could feel the sand on the floor. The sheets and pillowcases were also not changed daily. Toilets were clean. The WC was a delight to sit and pamper. It really warms one up and made up for the quirks. Hi Tea however came as a major disappointment. The five of us arrived at The Altitude at 3.00 pm and were promptly seated. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate orders arrived within 10 minutes. However, not the food items. The first serving only came at 3.45 pm. By then, our coffee, tea and hot chocolate had turned cold. The three serving categories were also served 20 minutes apart. On a positive note, we liked the buffet breakfast served. The spread was reasonably wide, a good mixture of local and Western array. The waitress was very attentive with our coffee and hot water. So were the chefs who asked if we would like our Danish pastries warmed up. We may return if improvements can be assured.

Great room but lackluster effort by staff

Was disappointed they couldn't give me my room on time, not very good communication between the staff there. But I was given a free room upgrade as a result. That didn't matter to me much, just wish they could hold their promise with the check in time.

Luxurious pampering in KL. I will be back. 53rd floor pool and restaurants on 53, 58, and 59 are amazing. Full-on views of Petronas Twin Towers and far more of the KL skyline.

Best Choice

The hotel is new and good service. Like the bathroom with City View. The breakfast is good too and located on sky deck! Convenient location with a link bridge to Pavilion!

The shower area stinks of bad sewage. It didn’t go away even after they came up to clean. If you are light sleeper, ask for rooms further away the lift. The walls sound proof don’t seems very good, i can heat the lift ‘tinkle’ very clearly and the ‘tinkle’ sound is actually quite soft.

Room is spacious and looks great. Service needs improvement.

Room is nicely decorated and comfortable. Bath room is huge, love the oval shape bathtub and rain shower! The breakfast is a huge let down! Service is bad, Lack of variety and quality too! Shouldn’t happen in a 5 Star Hotel like Banyan Tree!

No Good

My experience was not very good, the weather is hot, we are at 32 to 33 degrees, the elevators do not have air conditioning, there are 32 floors to enter the Lobby, when there are several in elevators you are sweating, the Gym is very small, literally it is 30 meters , I went to the SPA to use the facilities such as Sauna and not there for guests, only if you take a massage and they do not have a steam room, only one in the same massage room that is not professional, the guests do not have SPA Facilities, yes there massage, the Gym is not feasible, the heat in the lobby is 30 degrees, I am surprised that the Brand allows them to have a Hotel that does not meet the standards. If you are demanding and you like a good Gym and a SPA, this is not the Hotel, if you want to sweat in the elevator, the same thing.

口コミが良かったので夜景好きなので泊まってみました。部屋は広くて天井が3メートルはあるのではないでしょうか、窓ガラスも縦に長く開放感がお風呂場もあります。浴槽とシャワーもあり、ライトが変えられたり広くて大満足。バスソルトもあり。 トイレはTOTOのウォシュレット付きです。 朝食会場は58階、その上にバーが2階建てて有ります。人気のようで宿泊者以外も沢山の人で賑わっています。道路の隔てたモールとは連絡通路で繋がっていて、スコールも怖くないです。 スパも良かったし、またリピートしたいホテルです。
