Great stay with clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The air conditioning had a slight musty smell, but the staff were kind and attentive, especially to kids. Breakfast offered good variety for all ages, and the play area was fun for both kids and adults. Loved the lychee slushie! Would happily stay here again.

Limited view of the sea, but the pool is beautiful. They have kid activities-laser tag, a swing ride, pool obstacle course. Restaurants within walking distance. Friendly front desk staff, limited English speaking, mainly Chinese & Japanese tourists.

The second time. It is ok, but i think they should have more amenities for children, like the sister hotel. The restaurant could improve in their flavors and prices. I do prefer outside or order food rather than eat in the hotel restaurant. Fortunately, there are good options close enough. However, notice this is my second time in the hotel, perhap not repeating this hotel but indp recommend it. If you have children between 4 to 8 this is a good option. The staff is great by the way.

Very Family Oriented Hotel

Short staycation. Hotel is very Japanese. But too family oriented so if you are not there with kids better to avoid. Was also surprised that the Onsen was only open in the evenings during weekdays.

Great hotel just a couple of comments.... As a serviced apartment complex I would have expected to have access to an iron and ironing board, I was told they didn't have any. Staff were extremely friendly but couldn't order my girlfriend a taxi when she asked, fortunately I have bolt and grab apps. So no major issue.

We'd booked a family suited but on arrival found that it's a bit tight for our family of 3, therefore, upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite. - It's very spacious, clean, quiet & equipped with a full-sized kitchen, washer/dryer. - Two bathrooms with bath tubs and Japanese electronic bidets. - Good working & quiet airconds for each bedroom, living room & dining area. - Large, clean swimming pool - Large, well-maintained gym - Great buffet breakfast with a good variety of food. Very good & reasonably priced restaurant - Polite & helpful staff - Free shuttle bus service to the city & Pattaya Some negative (or weird) points: - Even though we had a washer/dryer but there was neither ironing boar nor iron. Reception informed us that ironing facilities were not available but they'd happily provide the service for a minimal fee - Even though there's a small private beach but it's more of an area for sunbathing than anything else. Swimming was not an option. Overall, we were happy with our stay & impressed with the service at this apartment hotel

Nice hotel outside of Bangkok

Very nice hotel in a quiet area. Facilities were sufficient. Staff helpful and friendly. Although it is situated close to the beach there is no benefit as the beach is not so pleasant to walk along so that was the only disappointment.

Good location, brand-new wing

The hotel is easy to access from Sukhumvit road and close to the town centre. This particular wing has just opened, so everything inside is new. Since the hotel caters to Japanese customers, the set up is per Japanese standard which is kind of nice.

An excellent hotel, cleanliness, staffing, service, food, views were all great. I would advise that little English is spoken by staff, it didn't create a problem but have it in your mind.

Modern hotel close to sea but no beach.

The hotel seem to be designed for Japanese tourists. The bed was very small for two persons and the air con was a little noisy. The one restaurent was Japanese and whilst there were some international dishes on the menu the two dishes that my wife ordered we're not available so we had no alternative but to order Japanese food. Also no wine of any description available apart from Sake which was disappointing

Stayed here 5 nights. Very hospitable, excellent service. Great breakfast.very good room (studio). Free laundry service every day. Small pool and not many sunbeds. Enjoyed it very much, will come back again. Next door is very pleasant restaurant. Busservice into city everey hald hour.

Comfortable stay but breakfast was too salty.

Pros: clean, minimalistic apartment furnished with child-friendly furniture (rounded corners, no sharp edges). Cons: swimming pool is small and water is cold. Food was not that good. I didn't try everything as I'm a vegetarian but from the ones I had, they were all too salty. Would I stay there again? Yes, the apartment feels like home away from home but may be opt out of their breakfast (unless price already comes with it).

My only complaint was the thai food at breakfast was poor. The western food was ok. The Japanese food in the restaurant was excellent. Nice hotel and we will come back.

Nice experience in japanese style resort

This is the 1st time i stay in a japanese style resort, which is very clean and tidy at all. The area is a bit outbound, if you just wanna escape from the city life, this is a very good choice. A seaside restaurant and massage house in walking distance. The resort also provide the frequent shuttle to the downtown.

Vi var familie på 3. Vi hadde rom Luxury Seaview Corner, rommet var kjempe stort, full kjøkkenutstyr og fint utsikt. Restauranter i nærheten av hotellet, nærmeste er kun 2 min gå. Gratis transport til shopping mall (kjører hver 30 min). Aktiviteter var ikke så mange som vi trodde (kanskje fordi det var dårlig vær). Men sønnen vår hadde det gøy i svømmebasseng, laser rom og på Habor Land (inne lekeplass). Ansatte var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Alt i alt så var vi fornøyde med oppholdet vårt.

Hotellet har to hus, det ene gammelt, det andre nytt. I det gamle huset er det et lite svømmebasseng med svært gamle solsenger. Privat strand står det, men det er bare litt sand på terrassen. Møkkete tepper i korridoren . I det nye bygget er det et stort barnebasseng. Rommene er store og komfortable. Balkongen er ikke møblert. Gode senger , men ac som blåser rett på en når en sover. Godt tilbud med shuttelbusser til sentrum. Ikke mulig å kjøpe glass med vin eller fruktdrikker i resturanten. Dårlige engelskkunnskaper blant de ansatte.
