This place is lovely, best choice for family with children. And breakfast is awesome. I love ofura ( Onsen ) and i can relax here instaed of going to japan. Services is great.

8-day stay at the Balcony Courtyard

I stayed 8 nights on a business trip in January 2019. But of the eight, three were free days. There is nothing in the immediate vicinity, but they run a free shuttle to Robinsons shopping mall and another Mall from 09.00 - midnight every 30 minutes.. You can also go on a free shuttle to Pattaya (45 mins) for the day. It leaves / returns every two hours from their office near Robinsons. The Balcony courtyard is quiet, with gate security and is home to a lot of Japanese families who work for local Japanese companies. The rooms are clean and tidy and well-serviced. The only down side is there is no tea/coffee facilities in the room. But there is a family lounge on the ground floor of block 2 where you can get free tea/coffee and basic snacks. The beds were a little too firm for my liking. But overall good value for the price.

Extremely helpful and polite staff

We book this accom as we are seeking for a value for money hotel. We were extremely impressed by all staff who is so polite and helpful. Proper was clean, atmosphere was good, room was fine, breakfast was superb. One negative is the pool is small.

Highly recommended!!!

The hotel has a lot of activities free-of-charge e.g. social lounge, golf simulator, onsen, etc. It has a minimart which the merchandise is not expensive. The room is comfortable and breakfast is great. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we’re in Si Racha!!!

Good place, good buffet, no iron in room

Getting the included breakfast was nice. Although you will have to know the area well if you wanted to go to another restaurant but I'm sure the staff would be more than happy to help. Only problem was that there was no iron or ironing board in the room, you had to use their services. This was not bad though as it was a good price to have it done and they pressed my clothes within 3 hours.

Hotel not suited to holiday makers!

My hotel stay here was problematic and to say the least an experience i would rather forget, the hotel caters more for local workers staying there and has a unfriendly feel to it, we were placed in a smoking room even after requesting non smoking, rooms are small with seperate living areas which make it even smaller!!! I suffered from bad sinus problems due to all the smoke!!!

Not recommended unless working in area.

Hard to recommend unless you are working in Sriracha. It is designed for Japanese workers and is basically apartment blocks serviced. The staff on the dining room desk were busier with their phones and ipads than attending to customers. They never saw us going in or out a breakfast time.

avoid room facing main roads

A good value for money hotel. Breakfast is far more choices than expectation. Rooms are new and clean. Just to avoid the rooms facing main road, esp family rooms. Just couldn't sleep with car houses8all night.

Very new and clean with respectful service. Beautiful washroom and facilities. Breakfast had great variety. Evening buffet was a bit silly how few choices and no desserts. They had fun golf simulator and putting green but no clubs to borrow or even rent so I couldn't play!

The service is great from reception to shuttle bus driver. Room was decent. A bit distance from town center but shuttle bus is convenient enough.

This hotel is just three months old and everything about the hotel is fantastic! From the free breakfast to the swimming pool to the facilities everything was as good as one could expect for double the money!

Great choice in Sriracha

Comfortable and clean place, mostly filled with Japanese families. Very quiet location. Free buffet breakfast is good. Gym and pool are bonuses.

Family friendly place. Kid club (mini habour land), pool, free onsen, free coin game machine, free transportation to mall. Nice service, spacious room. Charged 450THB per kid.

가족 숙박지로 좋읍니다 주위가 일본인 레지던스라 쾌적해요 룸이나.조식이 인근서는 가장 좋으듯 합니다.

弾丸滞在でした。

一泊だけでしたがとても快適に過ごせました。 もう少し長期滞在した方が楽しめると思います。家族連れでもとても良いと思います。 日本語対応できるスタッフもいてとてもありがたかったです。

出張者の滞在としては、周辺に飲食店が少なく、その点はイマイチだった。 それ以外の施設は全体的に良かった。

주변 불 것 전무, 가격대비 조식 좋음, 일본인들이 주로 이용, 전망은 트였으나 볼 것은

일본인들이 꽤 많이 이용해서 그런지 여러곳의 설명서도 일본어 병기이고 두루두루 일본인 손님 중심입니다. 주변에 볼 것은 전혀 없다고 생각하면 되고 시설은 낙후 되진 않았으나 동선이 좋진 않습니다. 주차장에서 방으로 가는 길이 꽤 거리가 있고 주차장 사정도 썩 좋진 않습니다. 내방만의 문제인지 모르겠지만 뜨거운 물은 나오지 않고 수압도 매우 약해서 씻는데 많이 불편했습니다. 중앙건물에 수영장등 주요시설이 집중되어 있어 흩어져 있는 숙소에서 사용하기에 편하진 않습니다. 가격대비 조식은 괜찮은 수준이며, 깔금합니다. 직원들의 친절도 또한 좋습니다.

素晴らしい。朝食も豊富でおいしい。ロビンソンまでのシャトルバス、無料のソフトドリンク、いろいろな館内設備、清潔さ、など申し分ありません。また宿泊したいと思います。

โดยภาพรวมยังรักษามาตราฐานได้ดีเหมือนเดิม แต่ครั้งนี้คนพักเยอะมาก ทำให้การบริการอาหารเช้าค่อนข้างมีปัญหา ของเติมไม่ทัน และช้อนส้อมมีดแก้วน้ำไม่พอกับปริมาณผู้ใช้บริการ แต่เข้าใจได้เนื่องจากเป็นวันหยุดช่วงปิดเทอม ปล.ไม่น่าเอาโทรทัศน์ตรงเตียงนอนออกเลยครับ ดูไม่สะดวกเลย

短期出張で利用させていただきましたが、部屋、朝5時から利用できる朝食、リーズナブルでおいしいタイ料理が食べられるレストラン、大浴場、コンビニ、プール、シャトルバスと乗り場ラウンジなど、コスパ良すぎです。シーサイド店と併せてシラチャ出張時には必ず利用させてください。

Service minded staffs

This service apartment is very nice. Once you enter the hotel, you will receive smiles and good services from all staffs from the car park to your room. Room is spacious and have all kitchen equipment that you can cook in your room. The lobby lounge is lovely, it's a place that you can have tea or coffee and can read books, serve internet for free of charge. The breakfast is over expectation, I love Japanese style buffet and all food is high quality. Moreover, the hotel provides Ofuro, public hot water bath tub, quite similar to Japanese Onsen but just hot water, not not spring.

balcny group has another hotel near beach in SriRacha. l stay always in hotel near beach but l made mistake to reserve this hotel. This hotel also good accomodation for Japanese!
