Location is pretty good, a bit noisy especially from staff from restaurant on ground that keep their food on 1st floor of building and the reason why door is always open. If lock your door properly, should not be a problem. I did not like the fact the pictures shown are misleading given these are from two different apartments (1st and 2nd floor where we stayed) but I would not have booked this 2nd floor place since difficult for my 83 year old mother to walk up.

The good: location is excellent and apartment spacious. More than enough space for our family of 5. Kitchen had everything we needed and was in good condition. Also, allow us check in a few hours earlier, which was helpful as kids were exhausted from the trip. The bad: No AC (although was listed as having one). In August the only way to be comfortable here is to have all of the windows open which allows nice breeze through the apartment. Unfortunately, with open windows it can get noisy at night and during the day the smell from the restaurants below can be too much. Also, washing machine was broken. Overall: a decent place in cooler months.

Watch out – multiple robberies at linc apartments

Avoid apartments by linc like a plague. Everything about this company and their apartments are sketchy. After booking this location, we didn't get a single email or text from this company outlining how or where we should meet them to check-in. When we got to the building there was no one to greet us or tell us what to do. We called the number from hotels.com and someone told us that we can only check-in after 4 PM. One of their employees finally showed up at 4:15 to let us in. Around 7 PM we left the apartment for dinner. When we got back, the main door to the unit was wide open and we were robbed. Everything was taken from our unit including 2 new iPads, wallets, cash and jewellery. We called linc and they basically told us that there is nothing they could do. They said that they have a note on the door that says they're not responsible for any robberies and all we could do was to call the police. They said their manger would come and see us in the morning but nobody ever showed up. When we spoke to the police they mentioned that this apartment was robbed multiple times in the past. It now makes sense why they’d put a robbery disclaimer on the door. Avoid staying here or any apartments managed by Linc at all costs, unless you'd like to come back home with a much lighter suitcase.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment! We loved the big windows which let in a lot of light as well as beautiful coastal air.

The property is very clean and smart. We stayed in an apartment on the 3rd floor but there was access to a lift. The property is in a brilliant location right in the heart of the city.

Wrong address - wrong contact number.

Everything was ok with the property however check in was a disaster. This company ‘linc’ manages several different properties in Lisbon and we were sent to one location and our apartment had been changed to another location. The phone number that hotels.com gave me to call was not the phone number for linc and the person who answered only spoke Portuguese. The only thing that saved my husband and I was the kind staff at Juicy, the restaurant next door who sorted it all out after several phone calls and showed us the way to our new location. Once at the apartment everything went smoothly, however it took two hours of frustration after traveling all day. Because of the hassle here and at other apartments we have booked, I will only book hotels in the future unless my stay is for 2 weeks or longer. I would recommend you to go to vegetarian Juicy Restaurant, Rua da Sao Juliao 70, Lisbon. The staff were fantastic and we ate there twice the food was so good even though we aren’t vegetarian.

High spec apartment in Restauradores metro area.

Very high spec apartment in a decent location. The location wasn't as indicated on the map on hotels.com, it was right by Restauradres metro station. This is not where we expected the apartment to be located however it was a pleasant location with very easy access to local amenities, metro, restaurants etc. Apartment chosen was the 1-bed and was identical to the 1-bed photo on the ad. No oven the apartment but there is a hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Some cleaning products supplied. Staff member's were very friendly. Felt very secure in the apartment and felt like a safe area. Bed was very firm, would be nicer to be a little softer. Wifi was excellent in the room.

The apartment was so much bigger than expected. Loved that we each had our own bathroom too. Checking in and out was super easy.

Good apartment, fantastic service, great location

The apartment is well located, right in the center of Lisbon, walking distance from most of touristic places abd restaurants. it’s very confortable and well looked after. Service of hosting team is great. Greatly recommended!

Top Notch!

The Apartment was in top condition, great location. Service was very friendly. The only issue was that the address was not the same as that was on the paperwork. Not a great place to drive to find an address. Don’t plan on GPS to navigate around Lisbon. You could become very frustrated.

Lovely stay in Lisbon

Amazing location, fantastic huge apartment with plenty of space. Staff very friendly at check in, had less bedding and towels than guests which was rectified immediately the following day as agreed. Location was brilliant, conveniently located seconds from Praca do Comercio where the Eurovision village was situated. Close to lots of shops and restaurants too.

Disappointing support from Lisbon Inside Connect You are better off using a different company for your Lisbon rental

Communication with the company prior to my stay was easy, and we arranged meeting ahead of check-in so that I could drop off my bags following an overnight flight. There was unfortunately some confusion about the address; Google maps showed me two different locations for the address (near each other) and the company did not specify or send a map. I eventually was able to meet the staff at the right location and they were very patient and apologetic about the experience. I suggested that it would be helpful to clarify the address to clients staying with them once their booking is confirmed via their initial booking email. The apartment was in a great location in the city-centre. It was very walkable to many sites, transit, and the river. The apartment itself was a large space with nice kitchen and bathroom facilities and I thought the decor was very modern and beautiful. The room had not been yet cleaned when I arrived and cleaners came shortly after my arrival to tidy the space. Excess water was left around the bathtub, which eventually leaked down through the vanity onto the floor, which was a large mess to clean up. The company was easy to get ahold of and they offered to send a handyman (which wasn't required) and drop off extra towels since many of the towels were used up when I cleaned up the water. The double master bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable so I slept the rest of the stay in the second room that had slightly less-firmer mattresses.

FALTA DE COMPROMISSO

Chegamos a Lisboa no dia 24/12 por volta das 16:00. Para nossa decepção, fomos informados pelo Davi-LinC-que o elevador não estava funcionando há DUAS semanas e que ficaríamos num apartamento no segundo andar! Ora, quando fiz a reserva, o elevador JÁ estava com problemas, mas em nenhum momento fui informada a esse respeito.Meu marido tem próteses nos dois joelhos e eu havia escolhido esse apto justamente por ter elevador e estar localizado na Baixa! Ao solicitar uma solução para o problema,ele respondeu que nada poderia fazer!!!Eu que deveria entrar em contato com a Hotéis.com para resolver a questão! Como eu poderia se na reserva não constava nenhum telefone para contato e eu estava sem wifi? Após conversar com sua superior, ofereceu-nos um apto na Alta que não aceitamos devido a dificuldade de locomoção! Após termos ficado com as malas na calçada por mais de 1 hora esperando por uma solução que não veio, acabamos ficando lá mesmo. O mais absurdo é que soubemos pelo serviço de limpeza que na verdade estavam sem elevador há mais de DOIS meses!! Senti- me ENGANADA! Onde fica a responsabilidade da Linc e da Hotéis.com? Eu tinha opções na Alta mais baratas, inclusive, mas optei pagar e muito bem pelo conforto do elevador e da localização. Jamais esperava ficar na mão sem ao menos um pedido de desculpa ou reembolso pelo transtorno que nos causaram na véspera de Natal! Simplesmente lavaram as mãos! Um absurdo!!!

Très mauvais « service client » !!!

Tout était plutôt bien au départ ... jusqu’à ce qu’on s’aperçoive qu’il y avait des punaises de lit... ce qui peut arriver mais nous nous attendions à être relogés ... ma fille était toute piquée ! Pas de dispo, l’interlocuteur nous a donc proposé un simple ménage ! J’ai demandé un dédommagement afin d’aller ailleurs... impossible selon eux ! Nous avons avancé nos billets et sommes rentrés afin de tout désinfecter !

konum ve bina çok iyi, bina komple yenilenmiş, tam merkezde ve heryere yürüme mesafesinde. 8 gece 9 gün kaldık ama hiç temizlik hizmeti almadık. Süpürmek, çöp atmak herşeyi kendimiz yaptık. Havlular 1 kere olsun değişmediği için, makinada kendimiz yıkadık. Belirli günün üzerinde konaklamalarda temizlik hizmeti verilmeli.

Excelente ubicación, el anfitrión muy atento y nos apoyó con un problema que tuvimos con el sumidero del baño principal que no funcionaba, nos apoyó con información útil sobre el resguardo de nuestras maletas luego del checkout, muy placentera la estancia

Central location and nice apartment, friendly check-in - recommended

Appartamento spazioso e in ottima posizione.

L’ Appartamento si trova al quarto piano ma è presente l’ ascensore, ampio e spazioso, pur essendo in centro ottimo isolamento acustico, pulito e munito di lavatrice lavastoviglie tostapane fono microonde, sono presenti shampoo saponette, alcune pastiglie per lavastoviglie e per la lavatrice, diciamo che l’indispendabile è presente. A fianco al portone di ingresso c’e Anche un mini market in cui fare spesa, direi anche economico. Unico neo forse se le vacanze sono nel periodo estivo e devi aprire le finestre l’odore dei ristoranti sottostanti e il rumore esterno si farà sentire sicuramente. Per quanto riguarda la posizione dell’appartamento direi ottima vicino a tutti i principali servizi, metropolitana bus stazione. Comunque ottimo appartamento promosso a pieni voti.

Magnifique appartement très bien placé

Très bel appartement bien équipé (avec lave vaisselle et lave linge, micro onde et four, télé), très bien décoré, spacieux, refait à neuf, avec 1 salle de bain et une salle d'eau. Très bien placé. Avec ascenceur. Dans un beau bâtiment refait à neuf. Au calme. Le seul petit bémol, une petite odeur nauséabonde de canalisation dans la salle d'eau mais qui ne se propage pas dans l'appartement porte fermée.

超大公寓，且地點很好，內部裝潢很好，價錢也很划算。但是check-in有點小問題。訂房網站上的地址不是實際地址，且地址上有個招牌，招牌上面電話打過去不是出租的公司。check-in是個問題。
