Clean, quiet and ideally located

The location was quiet and the staff were really helpful.

Property has a very nice layout, providing all rooms with a view to the patio and sometimes a balcony. Every one at the property was very nice, polite and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and complete with TV, vanity and others. The breakfast was amazing and very complete! It is not a buffet, rather you pick the options from the menu (consisting on drinks, fruits and types of eggs).

Great location and spotless clean

The location is amazing. Close to the main attractions but not on the main street so there is no noise. Spotless clean. Friendly staff.

Had a super stay there it was so very convenient for everything clean and comfortable. Breakfast kept me going for hours nice staff. It would be selfish of me but it would have been nice for more English understanding thanks everyone they all worked hard

Great property to stay at. Right in the middle of the action but also very quiet. The staff was amazing!

Good location in Patong

Great location nearby beach and nice food stalls. Near everything but quiet. Friendly staff. Staff worked quietly and efficiently in the background to keep rooms clean.

Hotel was ok nice large rooms and clean has a/c and fan in room What let’s hotel down is it’s price which is expensive for what it is Also WiFi is very weak and not able to connect in room only connection was sitting outside of reception or better still go to the Irish bar outside I informed staff of this twice but didn’t appeared to be bothered Would I stay again.....nope much better places nearby for half the price

Location is right across from the beach and more suited towards a quiet stay.

Quiet spot near the beach, nightlife

We stayed at this hotel one night. It was great. A short walk to the beach, a couple minutes to the main nightlife spot in Patong. The hotel itself is a nice 3-Star, with very nice and attentive staff. The staff arranged our ferry transfer to Ko Phi Phi for us, and a transfer to the airport at the end of our trip. The included breakfast was great too, and exceeded our expectations for sure. Great value for the price - we’d stay here again.

Perfect location

Great spot to stay in Patong if you don't want to be bombarded with the busyness all the time but still want immediate access to the nightlife, the food, etc. it's down a little alley so you can escape the craziness of the city but of course it's right on the beach so you can jump right back into it when you need to. Room was clean and nicely decorated and generally comfortable. Staff were friendly too. Only little thing I have to mention is frequent power surges that did only last like one second but still it was a bit strange. Nonetheless, of definitely recommend this hotel for anyone!

Close to beach and shopping

Staff at restaurant were very friendly, but the lady at the mini-mart beside reception was quite rude. The room was clean and comfortable, however we had to contact reception as the shower water did not drain away. Their remedy was to remove the grill from the top of it and leave it off. (Did the trick). Very good location and close to beach, bangla rd, shopping Centre..... and the many many restaurants. The breakfast menu included in room rate was very small with very limited options.

In total was very good for the money i paid. I changed my room to deluxe one with little kitchen so it was bigger, staff friendly,not fluent in English.

Started off in the standard room was very unhappy the beds were very uncomfortable Then I stayed in the deluxe am I was very happy with everything

Average nice hotel . Good location

Average hotel without working wifi for the duration of my stay . Reception didn't seem to care about it much . Aircon was very slow about 2-3 hours to cool the room down . The hotel has no pool but has a large balcony of each rooms . Breakfast was OK but after 3 morning is a row I found it a bit boring . I believe this hotel is great but maybe slightly more expensive than it should be if you compare hotels in the area.

Great hotel

This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel, is central to Patong Beach and all the night life, yet has a laid back chilled feeling. It's location makes it feel like a quiet oasis to all excitement that's going on around Parong. We stayed in a deluxe room and would thoroughly recommend it. I can't comment on any of the other room types as I have not seen them. The deluxe room has its own kitchen and living area. The staff are all very helpful, overall I would definitely recommend this hotel. It offers comfort, location and great value for money.

Nice hotel with a great location

The lady at the front desk gave us an attitude when we decided not to book a taxi through her after finding out about the extremely high rates. Eight hundred baht for a one way trip to the airport. Other than that, overall the stay was enjoyable, breakfast was average and the rooms were clean. The toilet didnt flush well, there was some back flow and the shower drainage was a little slow, we told the staff at the front desk to fix it but nothing was done. The location was further up from Bangla road which was good and more quiet. It was not too far from all the action too, which i felt was important after some drinks. It's probably 5-10 min walk away from the main bangla road. There wasnt any hotel bar also. Overall, a decent place to stay considering how much we paid. Only thing was the entrance, it was a little hard to find at first.

첫날 늦게 도착해서 버스정거장 근처로 하루 머물렀는데 복잡한 번화가 근처임에도 리조트 안은 조용하고 멋진 나무들이 있어서 아늑했어요. 룸도 생각보다 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 조식은 꼭 포함하시길 추천합니다.

Die Unterkunft im Luxuszimmer war Top. Das Hotel liegt mitten in Patong und ca. 150Meter von der Bangla Road wo es sehr laut und schrill ist. Man erreicht es durch eine kleine Seitenstraße von etwa 50 Meter und läuft in der Anlage wo es wirklich ruhig ist. In ca. 100Meter Entfernung liegt der sauberer breiter Strand den man in 3 Min. Fussweg erreicht. Alle Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück besteht aus 2 Toastscheiben mit Butter, Marmelade und 2 Eier (verschiedene Zubereitungsarten wählbar), Kaffee/ Tee, Obstteller. Dieses reicht bis zum Mittag/ Abend um dann auswärts essen zu gehen. Für mich war es ausreichend. Durch die zentrale Lage sind viele Supermärkte, Apotheken, etc... schnell fußläufig erreichbar (einige sind 24 Std. geöffnet). Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Für diesen Preis habe ich mit einigen Abstrichen gerechnet aber es gibt keine. Die Zimmern sehen wirklich aus wie auf den Fotos und halten was versprochen wird. Negative Bewertungen kann ich hier echt nicht verstehen. Dort werde ich bei meine nächsten Reise nach Patong wieder buchen. Es war einfach hervorragend. Vielen Dank für den tollen 12 Tage aufenthalt.

Estancia agradable en Patong

Muy buen desayuno Personal muy agradable Lo único, que el internet es muy malo y funciona lento, y hay muchos insectos que pican en las habitaciones La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la playa y zona de marcha Es muy silencioso oara descansar pues esta como en un callejón Las chicas del servicio son un 💖 amor y muy agradables, sobre todo las del comedor.

Konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde. 6 gün kaldım daha sonra kahatü da bir otele geçtim fiyat olarak yarı yarıya düştü hemde çok daha kinforluydu.

Sehr hartes Bett, Frühstück jeden Tag das gleiche, die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, man kommt gut überall zu Fuss hin und für die zentrale Lage ist es ziemlich ruhig im Hotelzimmer. Für kürzere Aufenthalte eignet sich das Hotel sehr gut!

Tres satisfait de cet hotel juste pour dire matelas et oreillers un peu dur mais sinon emplacement au top car l'environnement est tres tres bruyant sauf à lhotel. Bravo et merci pour les services impeccables.

部屋の中に虫（蚊・アリ・その他）がいっぱいいて寝れませんでした。噛まれたりして腫れました。衛生面が最悪です。

Hübsches kleines Strandnahes Hotel .

Das Team ist sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, der Kaffee genießbar.

Deluxe Room

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Es war eindeutig das billigste während unserer Thailand Reise, aber dennoch einer der besten. Die Lage ist perfekt. Nur paar geh minuten zum Strand. Der Raum selber war sehr groß und super sauber. Es wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist auch ziemlich gut und man wird auf jedenfall satt. Wir waren 4 Tage im Hotel und hatten das Frühstück nicht satt so wie andere beschrieben haben. Wir würden das Hotel auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen.

Camera confortevole, pulita, spaziosa, letto comodissimo, breakfast facilities, pulizia della camera quotidiana e scrupolosa, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dalle maggiori attrazioni.. Zona Breakfast pulita e personale gentile..

Très bon hôtel, bon rapport qualité/prix.

Hôtel très bien situé : au centre ville et à 2 minutes à pieds de la plage. Le personnel est gentil et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est très satisfaisant grâce à la cuisine bien faite et le choix de la carte. Le seul bémol serait la literie trop dure (alors que j'aime plutôt ça).
