A huge disappointment and not safe

We were extremely unhappy with this property after our check-in and decided to make alternate arrangements immediately as . As a result, we left the property a few hours after check-in. A summary of the issues include: 1) Hot water ran out after we gave our two children a shower leaving no hot water for my wife and I. 2) Garbage can was rusty and the property generally felt unclean. 3) Shower head did not spray correctly and stay in position in bathroom. This resulted in water being sprayed over the shower doors. There was also no space to keep shampoo/shower gel in the shower. 4) Toilet in bathroom didn't flush properly. 5) Since the unit is on the ground floor, the windows and doors are covered by a metal garage-style door. It felt like a jail and we couldn't get any fresh air as there was no mesh when the metal doors were opened. 6) Balcony doors did not lock so we couldn't keep the metal garage-style doors open. 7) WiFi did not work consistently and kept disconnecting. 8) Chemical smell in the apartment was so strong that the kids couldn't stop sneezing and ended up getting headaches. 9) There were no towel racks in bathroom. 10) Pools were dirty and had hair floating on the water.

Good apartment delivered what was promised. Only irritation was I reported that the TV service did not work and after 1 email saying 'it should be ok now' to which I replied 'its not' got no further communication

Gorgeous ground floor apartment

Romi was fabulous to deal with. Our bus got in an hour early and she even picked us up as our gps couldn’t find the address! The apartment was amazing but it could have done with a few extra things in the kitchen ie salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, oil. We had a car but it would be about a 20-25 min walk into the centre. We loved being so close to everything but far away enough for it to not be noisy. Sadly it wasnt warm enough to use the pool but it did look clean.
