Nice property and great staff. Will definitely stay again on my return.

The hotel reflects the architecture of this city. Its minimalist lines are enjoyed in every area, including in your room. The staff is courteous and the morning breakfast is a feast enjoyed with a live piano performance. Super conveniently located.

Phenomenal hotel - you won’t be disappointed with anything. Best mattress I have ever slept on, too!

Best hotel in Brasilia. I always stay here with my family. The rooms are spacious and the bed linnens and towels are of high quality. I will say that I wish the suites offered a bit more perks than just a larger room to justify the price or also wish they had suites that had more than one bedroom.

Excellent hotel in Brasilia

The hotel has very comfortable large rooms with good sized bathrooms. We had a lovely view from the room too. The roof top bar was very good. Breakfast had a very good selection and is in a very comfortable modern mid-century looking room on the ground floor. It’s well located for visiting the rest of the city but this will be by car, but this would be the same for other hotels too. Staff were all very nice and some spoke good English which was great. The concierge was extremely helpful before we arrived and organised transfers and an excellent English speaking guide for a day tour. An excellent choice for a short visit to Brasilia.

Everything amazing, only the bar at 16th floor the food did not correspond to the prices, to expensive and the food and drink not so tasty.

Nice & New; Not much surrounding hotel

I enjoyed my stay at B hotel! The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were nice and sleek. The hotel is in walking distance to McDonalds, a gas station, and a nice mall but not close to anything else really. I did like that there were taxi cabs readily available outside the hotel. One concern I had was that there were gnats hanging out in the bathroom shower. Also, I wish room had an iron and ironing board. I requested these items and never received them. Overall I enjoyed my stay!

I love the B Hotel. The bed and bed sheets are amazing and the Trusseau bath amenities. The rooms are huge and quiet and the location is very conveninet.

Noisy

Best hotel we've stayed at, property-wise. The breakfast is amazing. The rooms are full of wood and glass instead of plastic, from the chairs to the condiment containers. You can walk to several monuments. Airport is a 15-minute Uber. Just be aware their cancellation policy is not very generous.

Excellent staff. Excellent service. Clean establishment with friendly staff. Next time I am in Brasil, I will be staying at this hotel again.

The roof-top bar and pool area is one of the best in Brasilia. The breakfast and lunch buffets are well presented an d of highest quality. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is modern, minimalist and chic. Service at all levels is excellent. The conference/meeting rooms are not well designed for modern digital business meetings. Electrical outlets are often limited to one per room, making the use of long extension cords necessary. Again, special long HDMI cords are required to connect a laptop to the screen for presentations display. Screens are mounted on walls farthest away from the electrical outlets, and in large rooms the screens are inconveniently located for viewing from the center of the room. The business center was not efficient in setting up our conference room on the schedule we reserved, and we had to move two times to find one that could be set-up while we waited. So we tried 3 conference rooms in all, and saw these inconvenient arrangements in each one. This service is not at the same level of excellence that is found throut the B Hotel. Regardless, the B Hotel Brasilia is my favorite hotel in Brasilia, and I have stayed in many others.

Nice property but can be noisy

Very nice property, staff is great, kitchen is good, mattresses are very comfortable, bathroom amenities are good (including bath salts). Carpet on the hallways are pretty badly stained in places though, and on the weekends concert noise can be disruptive and go late into the night.

Terrible service

3 star hotel dressed up as a 5 star. Reception staff speak English but other staff don’t. However the other staff are MUCH friendlier than anyone at reception. Cleaning ladies & young man assisting with bags (who did speak English) were extremely kind and friendly. Reception staff at checkout barely made eye contact & was completely disinterested, just informed me of my bill. Room showing signs of wear and tear - window scratched & extremely dirty on the outside, to the extent it hampered the view. No coffee machine which seems like a basic amenity for a nice hotel. Rooftop area is lovely but was closed for private party with R$250 entry charge on Sunday evening. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great property. It needs some upkeeping; however. Gym could use more equipments. Windows could be cleaner. Staff is great. The waiter at breakfast, Francisco, particularly. Very attentive and has been there for a bit now.

I like the room door locks - touch key, not insert key. I like the modern, minimalist design in general of the building. I like the roof top bar very much and the excellent breakfast and lunch buffets.

B Hotel, Brasília

Friendly staff, although the restaurant staff seemed a bit clueless at times. Front desk agents speak English. Nice and clean room. Room service rates are reasonable. Good value for money.

The restaurant and bar service, food selection, and presentation were all outstanding. The roof-top bar is a unique feature in Brasilia. The modern, minimalist design of the building is fashionable. The rooms are large and the bed is comfortable. The television and cable service are up to date, but the controls are not clear. I could not reach any local channels to get the local news. The system said the cable was not connected. I didn't have time or interest in getting the staff to take a look at it, so that's not a real complaint. If every room had a an ironing board and iron, this would be 5-star hotel. There is a taxi point right outside the front door. I will be coming back.

Futuristic simplicity

Simplicity and eco friendly.....Mattress is extra comfortable that I don't feel like getting up. It is apple style which is interesting and view at top floor is amazing especially at night. It is worth paying for the price once I stayed there.

Liked · Large room, comfortable bed, clean, good services (laundry, room service, restaurant), great roof top bar, small but well equipped gym, great breakfast buffet, good location, late checkout option. Disliked · Minor details: sometimes difficult to be understood by most of the staff (not speaking English), very friendly but you have to wait for a supervisor to help; mineral water could be provided free in the rooms.

The hotel is very well designed, the service though is not so great. Trays were left all around the hallway, outside rooms. The breakfast service was slow and the front desk not so helpful.

The hotel is really nice, beautiful and warm. The downside was the price of food and beverage. REALLY EXPENSIVE. I paid R$29,00 about $5 for a little bottle of Panna. Also they charge for ice, which should be free.

Design em Brasília

Hotel com um design incrível, assinado por Isay Weinfeld. Café da manhã poderia ser melhor, café expresso, ovos, tapiocas são cobrados à parte, pelo nível do hotel deveriam estar incluídos. Chinelos de quarto abertos, rasgados e com pelos, solicitamos outros, mas vieram da mesma forma, nitidamente foram reaproveitados, algo imperdoável para um hotel que se diz incrível. Por de sol no rooftop vale a pena.

Upgrade de quarto com vista inferior a que estamos acostumados em quarto padrão…de forma alguma compensou o upgrade com vista para uma parede… em todo mundo a vista é fator elementar para se cobrar mais. Contudo parece que a política do B hotel é às aveças… fica a sensação de mal negócio…

Foi excelente! O atendimento é muito bom. Apenas um desapontamento, me ofereceram upgrade no qual eu teria vista da cidade. Aceitei e paguei a diferença, quando já estava instalada no apto e abri a cortina… o vidro da janela estava estilhaçado em um canto prejudicando a vista.

Excelente estada. Como ponto de melhoria, o hotel poderia oferecer um “welcome drink”.

O hotel é incrível! Único ponto que deixou a desejar é que 2 horas antes do meu checkout, um funcionário bateu na porta do meu quarto querendo verificar os itens consumidos. Achei muito estranho isso e até desconfortável, já que eu ainda estava no período da minha hospedagem.

Hotel excelente, mas custo-benefício "apenas" bom.

O hotel é caro, o que diminui a relação custo-benefício, mas é muito bom. Recebemos um upgrade de quarto porque a hospedagem foi em final de semana e o hotel não estava cheio. Para um hotel deste porte e preço chega a ser ridículo cobrar à parte pelo estacionamento.

Brasília merecia um hotel bem localizado, moderno e com serviço 5 estrelas!

O hotel é bom, acomodação limpa, boa cama, TV padrão, quarto ok. Mas nem de longe vale o valor pago (2.2k diária), valeria um quarto disso. Por este valor teria que ter uma bela hidro e muito mais luxos. Café da manhã ok, nada expetacular.

Estadia incrível, em especial ao ckeck-in e check-out feito pelo Pablo que nos atendeu com excelência.

O Hotel é bom, voltarei a me hospedar. A insatisfação é por terem dobrado o valor da diária devido à grande procura por conta do show, e não aumentarem o número de colaboradores para melhor servir. Room service não funcionou, no restaurante e rooftop garçons escassos, deixando o atendimento a desejar!

No doubt the best in Brasilia

The standard of English of the staff at reception is excellent, which made check-in easy. We were initially allocated a room right next to the elevators... which we don't like because you can sometimes be inconvienced by noise. We asked to change and were told we were being upgraded. We didn't notice any real difference with the first room, but were happy to have been accommodated. The rooms are nicely designed and practical (lots of sockets for plugs, plus a good desk area), and the bed was comfortable. We weren't looking towards the city, but still the view is expansive. The pool area on the rooftop is very nice, but quickly gets busy as there aren't that many spots. We had really nice sunset cocktails at the adjacent bar. The one slightly negative thing about our stay was the restaurant. It takes up almost the whole of the ground floor and rather lacks atmosphere, especially when there are not too many people. The food at dinner was OK, but the service was very amateur. We were given still water after asking for sparkling, and the opening of the wine was quite a painful process. Perhaps it was the waiter's first day on the job. There's quite a lot of choice at breakfast and once again, the quality was good, without being amazing. One nice touch is the very well-designed information leaflet that the hotel gives you. We found the addresses on it very helpful for our time in Brasilia.
