Great location; new, clean & comfortable room

Hotel seems quite new. Room is fairly spacious and beds are comfortable. Shower has good pressure and consistent temperature. Breakfast (vegetarian) spread is very good and tasty. Hotel has own car park sites just behind the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great - walking distance to night market and several famous eateries. Will definitely stay here again if I come to Hualien

Pros: Front desk staff was very efficient, accommodating, and friendly. Breakfast had a lot of great options even though it was vegetarian. Location is very convenient and walkable to lots of shops/restaurants. We were in family room with 3 beds which was very nice option. Room felt old but rate was very good. Cons: couldn't open windows due to mosquitoes.

Great location and breakfast buffet! But the rooms were very dusty. It looked clean but my husband had bad immediate allergic reactions. Staff was helpful in trying to get us another room and give us an air purifier. But why is it so dusty in the first place?

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Taiwan and had the pleasure of experiencing their traditional Taiwanese breakfast. It was truly outstanding! The spread of dishes was incredible, with a wide variety of both sweet and savory options to choose from. The highlight for me was the noodle station that lets you build your own noodle dishes, which were absolutely delicious. The rice porridge was also a standout, and I appreciated that they offered both savory and sweet options to cater to different tastes. The quality of the ingredients was clear, as everything tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. I was also impressed by the presentation of the dishes, with each one beautifully arranged on the plate. Overall, I was extremely impressed by the traditional Taiwanese breakfast at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience authentic local cuisine during their stay. It was truly a highlight of my trip and I can't wait to go back and enjoy it again.

Great location with restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel, as well as the Dongdamen night market that's about 10 minutes away on foot. Hotel is well-kept and the room is spacious and comfortable. Very courteous and helpful staff too. Good choices for breakfast. A pleasant surprise and find in Hualien.

Cheap & Good Stay

Nice 3 days cheap and good stay here compared to my stay at Jiaoxi & Taipei especially in terms of price & space. Try to get the newer block which is the block behind or furthest away from the main road.

The room is quite small with no window but it is clean and cozy. The hotel also provide free bicycle. The location is lovely!

check-in was fast and easy. The hotel location was convenient for our 1st visit to Hualien.

Great location and there are also bikes available for hotel guests. We used a couple, had a flat tyre and the hotel was kind enough to send a new one to our location so that we could continue our exploration of Hualien at no additional charges. Truly thankful for the hotel to so that for us. Breakfast was also surprisingly good. And if you're up for something less Taiwanese, McDonald's is just right opposite the hotel.

Great place but be wary of mosquitoes!

Great location and new room. But outside and lobby looks a bit old fashion.

Mixed bag

Staff aren't very helpful and blunt. For a pricey hotel, I thought the service would be a lot better. No help with luggage at all and generally there to check you in and take the money. The room is ok, but not great value. The bed was comfortable but for the price it should be.

Good Hotel In The Centre

Great Hotel in the centre. Very decent breakfast and pleasant staff. The only drawback was that the curtains didn't have blackout drapes and the light in the room woke us up early. Other than that the hotel can be highly recommended.

Great choice in Hualien

Good location. Easy access to shopping outlets and night market. Great breakfast. The only point to comment, perhaps was the bedding, which were too soft and less comfortable. Other than this, it was a great stay.

Great hotel. Will book this hotel again if I return to Hualien. Location is good. 24hr convenience stall and fast food restaurant just across the hotel. 10mins walk to Dongdamen Night Market. Though is quite a distance away from Hualien train station (if you are traveling via the train). Room is comfortable and clean. Rooms size is good too. If you are driving and return to the hotel late, due to the limited parking lots just behind the hotel, you might have to park your vehicle at another car park slightly further away.

Nice and clean conveniently located hotel

Room was clean and the amenities were good. Hotel is situated conveniently to food outlets. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I am to return to beautiful HuaLien. The breakfast spread is nothing to scream about but a little bit more attention should be given for food taste and quality of the hotel is to improve.

Great location with the night market at a walkable distance of 10mins. Great breakfast buffet spread at the cafe and hotel provides bicycles to residents to use for travelling!

A great stay. Staff is friendly, helpful and informative. Generous with mineral water bottles. We could do our own laundry, having enough facilities to feel comfortable with the stay.

I like this place!

The hotel is small but its great in many ways. The location is at the end of a busy active street with shopping and dinning. The room clean, cozy and warm. The staff went out of their way to help with my arrival. Breakfast is mostly Chinese cuisine.

It's a value for money hotel that is clean and comfortable.

We stayed for 2 nights. The place is great. They even have a kids area where our toddler played for a bit. Breakfast was good and had many options. They even give free you Oreos and free water/soft drinks in the room.

Hotel is located exactly opposite a 24 hours MacDonald. Located just nearby shopping area of Hualien with shops open from 11am till almost 11pm.

Comfortable hotel in the heart of Hualien

Free parking. Hotel mostly geared toward Chinese tourists (breakfast has mostly Chinese-style options). 4-star, but room was on the small side with a strange smell when you first walk in (it's fine after a few minutes and did not bother us in the end). Staff was friendly and helpful. Very good location in the middle of the action.

Ok hotel

Hotel looks good and location is near the 2 famous Xiao Long Pau stall(Must try). Booked a superior twin bedroom, room is very small - no space to place our two 23"suitcases. No cupboard, no clothes hangers, only have 4 wall hooks behind the room door. Would suggest Hotel to indicate all these shortages in their room info. Breakfast is excellent and menu changes daily. Bathroom is nice and shower pressure is great. This 4 stars hotel is not as good as other 3 stars hotels in Taiwan.

Great family stay!

Staff was warm and friendly. Staff was also able to speak English well. The facilities of the hotel were great for families including a clean play area for children, small gym for cardio workouts, and even a location to board your pets. You are responsible for feeding your pet throughout the day but the cages were relatively large for smaller dogs or cats. You can even monitor your pet from your room from a camera placed inside the boarding room. In-house massage rates were reasonable and competitive with outside locations. The McDonald's across the street also has a large play area for children. The night market is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel and opens at 6pm. Free bike rentals are a great feature and they even have some bike equipped with children's seats. The bed was a little hard but no different than most Asian hotels. Definitely would stay here again.

Room is small. They only have a few rooms with queen size bed. If you prefer queen-size bed, they could not guaranty it.

Hotel stay

Good hotel for short stay. Convenient location with lots of shops in the vicinity. Easy to find food around hotel. Hotel staff very helpful and provide good service. I would recommend friends to stay in this hotel if they are visiting Hualien.

it is right in the main area and very close to shopping area. only thing I would like to fix in the future is the shower door, water leak from inside to the floor. people are nice. Thanks.

整體住宿、環境清潔、服務人員應對都還不錯，沒有不愉快。飯店地點位於市中心，吃或逛街都很方便。可能連假關係當天住房價格有點貴

整體感受非常放鬆、舒適，會回訪。 但提供小小的建議： 1.枕頭希望能選擇高.低枕使用，否影響睡眠品質。 2.洗衣房能提供2、3個置衣籃或使用者能寫房號，請櫃檯提醒取衣，以免造成他人使用時間。

飯店位置很方便，早餐用餐空間很大，雖然是全蔬食，但種類多樣很好吃~房間很大床也很大很舒服，有浴缸也可淋浴，乾濕分離~停車場在側邊，星期五晚上的車位感覺是夠的，滿了可以停後面的停車場，但後面停車場蠻小的，可能無法負荷星期六的車輛數，不知道不夠的話還有沒有別的停車場~

The room we stayed was spacious and clean. There were many types of breakfast. It was a satisfying stay as it was close to the night market and famous food shops.

Overall a neat hotel which is a good bargain for its price. There was a scary warning notice in the room about "small black mosquitoes" and that their bites are extra itchy. I did eventually killed two mosquitoes (which I am unable to tell whether they are black or regular) so I ended up sleeping well. Good luck with you.

普通に清潔なホテルです。団体客も多そうですが、宿泊フロアに配慮があり街中でもとても静かに過ごせました。 レンタル自転車で海岸沿いを走ったり、徒歩でグルメやショッピングを楽しんだり最高の立地だと思います。 当方のミスで朝食(ベジタリアンメニュー)は利用していません。客室備えのアメニティが最低限である事についても事前にメールも来ていたので理解していました。 太魯閣渓谷のタクシーチャーターを依頼しましたがとても良かったです。

機車停車還算方便，座落位置很市中心，不管去哪都方便，沐浴備品很香很喜歡！可惜的是房內給了很多衣架但都只能掛衣櫃內，如果是稍微有點微濕的衣物則沒有掛鉤可使用。

花蓮での定宿にしたい

浴槽ありの部屋を選びましたが、よく海外である浴槽の上にシャワーではなく、洗い場的な場所があり、日本のようにお風呂に入れたのはとても嬉しく疲れが取れました。ホテルの地下にランドリーがあり無料で洗剤も置いてありました。ただ部屋の中にハンガーなどをかける場所がないので、乾燥機も使える服を洗うには最高です。 立地も良く、徒歩で夜市や有名なワンタンのお店なども行くことができます。郵便局も近いので日本へ荷物を送る場合にもとても便利でした。 また花蓮へ行く時にはここに泊まります。

住宿環境優，購物方便，這次來住了2天，有些失望。 早餐的服務人員不夠親切，也許是因為用餐客人多，大家都忙。 房務部份，有些東西都被動過，我已告知櫃檯人員，請他們再度加強員工訓練。

開心的旅行

服務很好, 房間也很乾淨, 全素早餐也讓人驚豔, 但房間與走廊的隔音不好, 此次入住遇到應該是整群出遊的遊客早上六點半就在走廊呼朋引伴一起等吃早餐, 影響了睡眠, 算是此次唯一不佳的體驗

位於市中心，生活機能完善，服務人員親切環境很乾淨且明亮，下次再來花蓮還是會選擇這裡

以這個平價價位來說， CP 值真的很高， 早餐豐富多樣又美味（雖然只提供素食）， 床鋪也好睡， 設施保持的很好（沒有浴室排水問題也都很好使用）地點也很方便， 很好的商務旅館。

整體乾淨舒適。原以為會有老飯店的感覺，進房間後整個讓我們改觀，成穩的色調及簡潔風格讓人很放鬆。但床是偏軟的。 隔音不錯，滿房狀態都沒有聽到任何外頭聲音。只是房內風扇聲偏大聲，對白噪音敏感的人可能要自備耳塞。 地點真的很好👍有機會來花蓮，會想再來住。

住宿的地點不錯，服務整體上還可以，停車場入口處設計太短窄，很難用到卡片，需開門下車才能刷到卡，飯店一樓廁所小黑蚊還蠻多的，上個廁所好擔心被小黑蚊攻擊，房間沒有想像中的大，但可以接受，浴室淋浴水量不錯，但浴缸要加水到滿得要一點時間，飯店早餐還可以，種類不多，但有一個可以自行放菜和麵的設計倒是不錯

藍天麗池飯店是以客為尊，貼心服務客人的飯店、到達飯店時間已經很晚、我們想換一大床、因為當天客滿、飯店貼心為我們免費升等三人房、當晚地震、由於驚嚇、客人都下樓到戶外、飯店也準備了礦泉水並可以免費退房、隔天退房時還安撫房客、送上貼心小禮物、雖然五星飯店比比皆是、但飯店服務令我們印象深刻、下次到花蓮必再造訪。
