This was complete luxury. They turned my bed down at night with chocolates and slippers.

The room was so nice. Luxury for a fair price. I will definitely stay there again. Great staff, lots of shopping options near by. The food choices locally are fantastic.

Three star hotel....service outstanding....room is mega Hi-Tech bed is one of the best....huge bathroom walkin shower...heated floors...ample storage...USB..and key card security My only problem if Master Light and electric button is not ON...no power to the room ..coffeemaker and bottled water supplied

Excellent location to walk to Canada Place, Robson shopping, and we even walked to Stanley Park from here. The room was very nice (Jade room) with a sitting room. Rooftop restaurant was outstanding. The smaller boutique style is our preference, so the Azur was an overall great stay.

Great location and walkable to waterfront and central downtown attractions like CF Pacific. Comfortable beds, amazing heated floors and best of all the staff was super kind and attentive. Highly recommend staying here if you need a downtown location.

When I come back to Vancouver, I will stay with Azur Collections again. Too bad I didn’t have enough time to enjoy more of the hotel

Location is not easy to get in to for check in if you drive your own vehicle, you have to actually pull in to back lane and maneuver around garbage bins. Rooms were nice and clean but seriously overpriced. The restaurant in lobby was nice but service was horrible with unacceptable wait times at non busy hours.

Awesome except for alarm

The room and people were awesome, but the fire alarm at 9pm ish sucked, especially being on the 13th floor. All for a false alarm....

New, modern property with clean, well appointed rooms. Perhaps a bit too 'smart' with some aspects such as the room lighting and 'do not disturb' lights either too complicated and too bright next to the bed. Overall very nice

The Azur, and its staff, were AMAZING. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and secure, and the staff were all so incredibly kind and helpful. The food there is also delicious, and I've recommended this place to all my friends. They really helped make my mom's birthday trip a special and memorable one. Will absolutely stay here for my next trip to Vancouver.

The staff has a little bit unfriendly especially the guys outside in parking valley.

The hotel is nice and clean. The bathroom is large with good amenities. The area is very convenient. Will come back when we visit Vancouver again!

Honestly very impressed. They recently updated the rooms and look incredible. We stayed in a suite and had lots of room and the bathroom was impressive. Only thing is the pool isn't on site but a 2 min walk at the YWCA. Beyond that who cares the hotel was amazing. We tried both restaurants on site. One on the roof and the other is in the lobby. Both were delicious. Keep up the great work, you have a bew loyal customer here.

This was our second visit at the hotel… this time I brought my family. My family and I arrived on Christmas Day! We enjoyed a very nice dinner at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a money exchange directly across the street. The Hotel is located near restaurants and shopping all walkable… Sadly,I do not think we will return. I left something in my hotel room that I was wearing earlier in the day. It was not turned in. I actually called the front desk on our way home to report it being left behind in my room. I called the Hotel 7 times hoping someone would turn it in. Never once did the Hotel reach out to us! Very disappointed by that!

Disappointing

Overall a disappointing experience considering the price of this hotel. The room was very nicely decorated but the bed was as hard as a rock. I had a very unpleasant experience with a bar staff member who was quite argumentative and disrespectful. I was given two coupons which the reception staff advised me were for complimentary “cocktails” but when I attempted to use one of them at the bar I was told that it was not valid for most of the cocktails but only covered a handful of things like glasses of wine. It seems odd to be handed a voucher which you are told is for a cocktail only to be then told at the bar that it doesn’t even cover most of the cocktails in the menu. And to top it all off, when I tried to use the second one I asked the bar person for the same drink that I had had the first time- but this practically led to an argument in which he was quite confrontational and condescending. This place is definitely not a five star property and isn’t worth the exorbitant price

Girst time here. From the moment we walkex in we were treated amazingly!!! No detail forgotten from magnet on door to hold it open.. To the heated floors. Electronic curtains you can clise from the bed. Nicest scented products Just beautiful.

This is the best service I have EVER experienced! So and beautiful. Every detail is thought of. The valet parking is well worth it.

Extra luxuries like heated floor in the bathroom, dual sinks for getting ready, and a rainfall shower with detachable wand really enhanced our experience. Comfortable beds, and beautiful quality touches everywhere. Will rebook next year for sure!

Beautiful comfy room

We stayed in the Turquiose room. It was beautiful. Bed was super comfy. Loved the double sinks in the bathroom! Service was good but a little slower than expected, and valet parking was very expensive. Overall a very nice place!

They upgraded my room to a better one! They also gave me 2 free drink vouchers to use during my stay! The staff were amazing! Super friendly and very attentive! The hotel and lobby always smelled fresh and clean everytime we walk in or leave out! 5 stars! I would definitely stay here again! Mall literally a 5 minute walk away! Hands down best 5 star hotel in Downtown Vancouver! You can even Chromecast shows and movies from your phone or iPad to their TV in your room! Last but not least when we arrived it was snowing!!! The bathroom FLOOR is HEATED! If you are sleeping and wake up barefoot to go to the restroom the floor is toasty and warm, to your liking because you can change the temperature of the floor. Hands down 10 out of 10! I appreciate the acknowledgement that I am and Expedia VIP CUSTOMER! I love traveling and will continue to explore the world! One city, one state and one country at a time!

Was a lovely stay it was our second time here will definitely be coming back.

We loved our stay - it was in a fantastic location with lots of restaurant and shopping in the immediate, walkable vicinity. The staff at the hotel were wonderful (especially the concierge who was so knowledgeable and friendly), and the room was gorgeous. The shower was large and luxurious, and the bathroom floor was heated which was so nice as it was quite cold when we went!

Great Property with Great Staff, this Property is a bit of a hidden Gem. We will be back!

The rooms were nice and I liked that you could stream your shows onto the television. Area was walkable and around bus stops.

The front desk staff was friendly. The hotel room was spotless and well designed. Fresh fragrance on the hallway and lobby. Great location!

It was lovely

The location of the hotel was great. Walking distance to grab coffee, food or to take transportation. The most impressive part of the room is the spacious and luxurious bathroom, which is very clean, new with enough towels. The hotel provides bottled water and front desk are willing to provide more if the guests need more. All the fixtures in the rooms are FIXED. The room gets noisy and in the morning and weekend nights. The 55ich smart TV was very nice. There was a HDMI cable behide the TV to connect laptop and tv (if you want to cast anything). Expedia VIP perks: 2 free beverages at the bar on first floor. Limited to a glass or beer or wine. The waiters there were not very friendly since we did not want to order any food from there.

Loved the Nespresso machine! Oh and the heated bathroom floors were FANTASTIC!

The staff was incredibly polite and accommodating - I got there a little earlier than standard check-in time, and the concierge offered to look for a room that I could check in to at that moment, rather than storing my luggage. However, I chose to wait until check-in, as I wanted a higher level for my room. It can get a bit noisy outside, as the hotel only goes up to level 13, so you hear a lot of the city. That being said, the bed was comfy, cleaning staff came in every day and replaced towels, new water, and such. Also, it is an incredible location if you are visiting from outside of Vancouver as the metro is a 5-minute walk away, with cute cafes, restaurants, and sights nearby to explore. I had an amazing time in Vancouver, and I do credit half of that joy from my great experience at this hotel!

During check in the lady on reception was very welcoming and upgraded our room with us being Expedia VIP members. The hotel itself was beautiful although we didn't get to experience the rooftop restaurant/bar as it was closed for 2 weeks. This would have been handy to know. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated although space was limited to store and open full size luggage. Location was perfect for everything we intended to do during our 3 night stay in the city.

Well-appointed hotel in downtown Vancouver

Our recent stay at the Azur Hotel in downtown Vancouver was great. The hotel is well located - close to shops, restaurants and a couple of SkyTrain stations. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room and the lobby were very clean. We enjoyed breakfast in the Dahlia restaurant - it was very tasty. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.
