Excellent staff Very good range of quality food Lovely position on the coast A fabulous place for a relaxing holiday

The hotel is bright and clean. Pool facilities are very nice. Staff for the most part were very polite and accommodating. Unfortunately one poolside server was quite rude to my wife. When we complained she wasn't offered poolside service for the remainder of the holiday. Breakfast was very nice. We only had dinner at the main dining hall once and we're happy we didn't opt for all inclusive as the food certainly is not even in the remote vicinity of five stars. Three stars at best. We did find two nice restaurants close by and took a trip to the harbour to sample the local cuisine which was fabulous. The hotel is a little isolated, with some unfinished seemingly abandoned buildings around, however has a decent bus route. Taxi's are comparatively expensive so the best bet is to rent a car which is quite good value. All in all we had a nice relaxing break there but found it's an expensive 5 star price for a 3/4 star experience .

Good hotel. We experienced some issues

Overall it was ok and we had fun, but the first days were rough. The check in process was delayed by a couple of hours and the room was not fully ready even after the delay. On the day after we found out that the outdoor hot tub is turned off for the night until the late morning. The hotel did its best to compensate and we really appreciated this and it made the stay better.

Our kids loved it.

Vast and beautiful hotel, with some of the best sunsets we have seen. Large green grass area, a few swimming pools, lots of activities for kids and spacious rooms. Staff were also pleasant and attentive. Special thanks to Johanna & Stelios, for the well needed personal touch. The cons: 1. We there without the all-inclusive package and we found the food prices too high. 2. The buffet area felt noisy and low rent. 3. Food is just OK, with not alot of alternative for non-pork eaters and in general, not that great. 4. Showers in the room felt like an old-school 3 star hotel - not very welcoming or comfortable (we hate take a shower in a tiny bath, with no dedicated shower head).

Wonderful place. Most staff were kind and helpful, a couple were less so (could have been more cultural difference than simply being rude)

We had a great time at the Azia! We'd some concerns regarding our reservation at first, but Azia sorted it all out for us. Very pleased with our experience.

An excellent resort with fantastic gardens , beautiful areas and romantic sunsets! We enjoyed dining at the Oku Asian Restaurant and relaxing under the palm trees. Very clean hotel.

Having travelled to many distinguished hotels we rate the Azia among the best! Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We were impressed by the surrounding areas and the well kept gardens. The food and service were fantastic and we had lovely evenings at the a la carte restaurants. Azia made our holiday truly enjoyable and great! We will see you again very soon!

Our stay was 5star and we had a lovely, relaxing and unforgettable holiday at the Azia! The hotel was spotlessly clean, the service was top and we loved the A la Carte options and the amazing food!! At nights we enjoyed the shows along with our drinks. We will definitely return and we recommend the Azia to everyone!

What an amazing place to say. Never stayed in a hotel where every single member of the staff team go out of their way to help and they were all so friendly.

Fantastic Stay

Absolutely brilliant - great location, manicured gardens, lovely staff, clean, tidy and in good condition. Loved our stay and cannot recommend more highly.

Azia Resort last week.

Staff are the hotels biggest asset, they were all excellent, rooms are a little dated and tired, but they know that and have plans to spend money to make the resort a more modern setting, which at the moment its not at all, did we enjoy our stay, yes we did, would we go back ? maybe if/when they do the work needed to make this a 5 star resort, as right now I would class as a 3/4 at the top end

We are very happy with the hotel and its service.

The all inclusive buffet and drinks package was really good. The food had variety every day and the drinks list was very comprehensive. Getting a booking for an à la carte restaurant was very difficult as fully booked on the electronic system, but they did accommodate us after we enquired at reception. Overall great stay and very friendly staff.

Very nice and friendly staff

The whole experience was just delightful! On arrival we were upgarded to a sea view room. The hotel staff were amazing. I cant fault anything about my stay here. Thank you azia.

Lovely stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. Good gym, amazing sunsets. Quiet apart from late Friday night bar below ocean front room. Music was so loud felt the base through the bed. Great holiday overall, felt comfortable being a solo traveller

Felt like royalty staying at the Azia Hotel. Such a first class, luxury experience where all the staff are amazing, friendly, happy and just like a little family. Thank you so much to the whole Azia team especially Elena and Oana, made our stay such a memorable and cherishable experience. Definitely coming back! Beaming with happiness at the whole hotel operation. A million percent, I would recommend this hotel!

We stayed here for the first time as a family in the May half term and had the lost wonderful time. The few things that stuck out to us was the cleanliness of the whole place and how friendly the staff are. They go above and beyond to help You feel comfortable and relaxed. We would definitely come back here if we were to visit pathos again in the future.

Facilities and hotel were lovely! The aircon in room wasn't working and food selection for vegeterians was limited hut overall it was good and I would go back

Weekend stay

Amazing staff, hotel, service, location, food, accommodation, facilities. Could not recommend this place enough. Definate 10 out of 10.

The Azia resort was located in the beautiful sea front resort with great sized rooms thatt have excellent views from the rooms. We stayed in a junior siute with jacuzzi and loved every second. The staff are friendly howevwr the hotel manager Ioana made our stay exceptional with a warm caring touch that is hard to find. It was an absolute delight to stay in this resort... One thing I wasnt keen on was the automated way of booking restaurants but i guess this is a result of the lockdowns etc...

Room was nice, location is pretty bad. Far from anything without a car. A bunch of families, adult only only pool was a nice addition. Food was not very good. Tasteless. Mattress 2/5 Sheets 2/5 Pillows 2/5

Very good experience

The overall stay was excellent. Great staff trying to help at any moment. Highly recommended for families, in particular with young and teenage children. Ioanna in management is great, so is Nino and the full team of the buffet restaurant. We will be back.

Lovely hotel but would be better after Covid-19

The experience was lovely. But from the second day there were further restrictions put in place which slowed the service down and all services stopped at 10:30 this meant the service was slow. Would go back but once the pandemic has passed

Fantastic

We received a very warm welcome to the resort, and our flight was delayed. We were told to go and enjoy dinner and finish the last part of the checkin once we had eaten. We really appreciated this gesture. As your aware, COVID is a clear concern and whilst the pandemic is genuinely worrying, we felt safe and secure by the measures that were introduced and the fact that sanitisers were located at key areas. The catering team (Nino in particular) and pool bar staff were friendly and always delivered with a smile. They were very efficient and attentive. The housekeeping team were also efficient, and cleaned our room to a great standard, we had no concerns regarding their work. The General Manager - Alan was very approachable, friendly and seemed to really care about his customers. We were really impressed with his approach.

The Staff made the stay wonderful. Very courteous and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. Did not like the hours the Jacuzzi was operational. 10 to 2200 in the summer meant you could not use it during the cooler hours when it would be better appreciated. No shade available so unable to use during the day, just too hot! Parking was sparse, luckily because of covid not that many people so able to find a spot. Otherwise fantastic stay!

Nice wooden sunloungers, nice bedroom and bathroom and public areas, friendly teens club staff, great singer in cava bar. Didn’t like the food quality or choice, especially a la carte restaurants, Italian was good tho. Buffet was more like 3 star than 5 had better food in St. George’s hotel up the road and that was poor.

Staff are all very friendly, polite and helpful. We haven’t found anything that we don’t like about the resort!

Stayed during anniversary trip. Booked based on pictures and were a little disappointed when we got there, some parts of the hotel are beautiful but others need renovation and maintenance. The view was great and the pools nice but it just didn't feel like a 5* resort. The food was not great, hardly anything for vegetarians so we mostly ate in the buffet restaurant which wasn't ideal. The staff made a decent effort to give us a special stay but the hotel didn't live up to our expectations and we felt it wasn't good value for money. If you are looking for a family friendly resort and not on a budget this hotel would probably suit, I don't recommend it for a couples or luxury getaway.

Fantastic swimming pool and grounds to the hotel. No beach to speak of.

Excellent service

One of the best service we ever had. The staff have gone above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We have been initially greeted by Maria which make sure to provide all the details necessary for our stay. We recommend visiting the spa for elemis spa . Anastasia made sure for the duration of the spa massage that everything was alright. The only disappointing factor was even though has had a refurbishment done not all of the furniture have been changed. The room we had in the vip area for adults did not match the pictures exactly. It is a shame that they reused old furniture with the new .

The hotel was great - however feel like the facilities and quality of food could of been better!

good service from friendly staff. breakfast needs more verity,ate out most of the time in the old village. Hotel was clean all of the time, but the house maids need to allow more time when entering rooms. On a couple of occasions they nearly entered the room when i was naked. They knock the door and just enter without waiting for an answer form the guest this should be noted by the management. Overall a good hotel and i would have no hesitation staying again

Wonderful hotel. Great location, great facilities, great beach and great staff. Some very nice little touches and was easily the best hotel we have stayed in for quite some time.

The resort was gorgeous, if a little outdated once you zoom in to inspect the details. For example, the hot tub on my balcony was lovely and provided great views, but the equipment was old and moldy. Overall, the food was fine. Hot food is only available until around 10 or so. We arrived after that and were told to go to McDonald's for dinner. You have to make reservations for dinner in advance, which we weren't told about and the staff was confused by our choice to not indulge in the all-inclusive option. It would have been nice to have a tour of the space upon checking in, as we discovered a whole other pool section as we were leaving.

Perfect for our 4 night stay

Handy location next to the coastal walk, beautifully kept hotel and grounds, fantastic buffet, great evening entertainment and lovely pools. Couldn't have asked for more!

The setting by the sea is magical. The hotel is not too big to be overwhelming. Everything is clean and well laid out. The pools are great. It has everything you want from a hotel and more because all the staff are incredible.

Absolute joke of a 5 star hotel..3 star is closer!

Please be aware that this truly isn't a Five Star Hotel. You can even hear this direct from any of the staff, if they even bother talking to you that is!! From the dated rooms, to the occasionally open restaurants, to the kids disco stage (that starts at 8.45pm) next to the Italian restaurant, where the maitre d suggests that you eat at by 7.30 latest due to the noise, to the suicidal singer/singers in the bar, of which is only open until midnight, it really is shocking! Paid for the adult section of the hotel. All that this is is that you have access to a small adult dip pool!!! Nothing more. Icing on the cake is upon check out I asked for a porter my my luggage to be told that they do not start until 10am! I asked what they suggested that I do with my three cases, to which they replied - wait until 10am unless you want to move them yourself!!! There are at least 7-8 better and proper 5 star hotels within a 10 minute drive: Elysium Anassa Annabel King Evelthon Coral Beach Almyra Amavi The list goes on. DO NOT GO!!!

Attentive staff, beautifully presented rooms, varied and high quality amenities, delicious food, choice of entertainment, all created a relaxing and romantic break, without the snobbishness you get in other hotels of the same standard. You could be yourself, and were made to feel special. Downside a little bit of distance from Kato Paphos, but no problem with a cheap hire car.

Excellent stay, sunset views

Great hotel, amazing sunset views, staff are excellent special thanks to Maria, Ionne, Diana and Antonios. Beach is in walking distance, local restaurants in walking distance too. We went as a couple for our anniversary, we would recommend this hotel .

Great hotel

Fantastic hotel with great facilities, good food and great staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our break.

Everyone was very friendly but the property was very dated and very strict on where/what time you could eat.

It was a lovely building and grounds. The rooms were large enough, staff were very friendly.

Hotel was very good, lots of space, restaurants, and pool. Great location to. Food was excellent and varied in the restaurants. We were half board and in some restaurants paid a supplement, this was however very good value. Staff were friendly and helpful, Especially reception and waiter staff/restaurants staff. Canapaes with management was a very nice touch. Stayed with 7 month old son and all staff were very helpful. Recommend very much.

Very good

We stayed at Azia Resort & Spa last weekend. We booked a standard double sea view room and got a free upgrade to a Premium Junior Suite with Sea View. Staff was very helpful and cheerful, WiFi signal was very good and breakfast was amazing.

Worry free all-inclusive.

We had a great stay at the Azia. Ioanna, the Guest Relations Manager and all the staff were very attentive and helped whenever they could. We did the all-inclusive option and are very happy with our choice. The food is excellent and we had a nice variety during our stay. This is a great place to come, relax, and take an easy break.

Excellent customer service

Had a lovely stay. Very attentative service, guest relations manager works very long hours and is clearly very proud of her hotel. I understand that there is refurbishment underway, and a recent extension but this was not intrusive at all. There is an adults only area of the hotel where you can stay if you wish. We enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony. We had breakfast included, which was buffet style, a good selection, and good quality.

Decent hotel. 5 star rating is a bit too generous but at least it’s not a building site like the Londa in Limassol

Nice hotel with great pools.

Wonderful staff - everyone was simply superb. Hotel is family owned and the whole ambience reflects this. The pools are very, very good. Plenty of sun beds. The beach is slightly stony and small like most in Cyprus. Do not go here if you want a luxurious beach. Weather was perfect with easy access to major and minor attractions. Thoroughly recommend!

The hotel was amazing, all areas were kept clean and the staff could not have been more friendly. The breakfasts were to die for, I cannot comment on the entertainment as we did not watch any, we ate at the Asian restaurant which was good perhaps a few more choices would be good but what we had was really good. Pleanty of sun beds both around the pool and in the grounds. The only snag is the WiFi which at its best in the room was very poor.p
