Wasn't sure what to expect since this is all "automated" but surprisingly it was very easy! The room was clean. Would recommend for a quick stay.

Great Accommodation!

It was amazing!!! I was a bit worried about the accommodation based on the reviews but my expectations were beyond succeeded. Checking in/getting into the building was beyond easy (you simply click a button!) and the room/bathroom was very clean and homey. The location was also beyond ideal, right next to the Canillas metro line. It was easy to get to and from the city + to the airport. And not even to mention that the accommodation was extremely inexpensive. You get more than what you’re paying for! I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and will be booking with AYZ again for my future travels to Madrid.

I pressed “check out button” for five times by 11:55Am to make sure it done properly. I don’t know why it until your cleaner report.

The whole self check in process is terrible. There's about 10 hoops to jump through online. Then you get an email with an electronic key for the bldg. and the room. Good luck if you're having any internet issues. You have to take your phone with you to use tge shared bath and you have to use the email button to leave the bldg. GO BACK TO THE TOUCHPAD. No tesponse by phone to deal with all these issues. Some folks were outside the buikding for hours....

Was really calm and provided a good hostel

Very basic but good value for the price. Good location for getting into Madrid via metro. Only 2 miles from the airport. Big shopping centre next to it with a very cheap bar

La ubicación es perfecta si tienes que ir par IFEMA, tiene acceso a autobuses y el metro. Lo que no me agradó fue que hubo inconvenientes en el check in, los numeros de contacto no respondian y además por el flujo de personas los baños deben estaban sucios y sin papel y jabón, es importante que haya un ciclo de personal que este pendiente de los baños. El espacio esta bien para una noche o dos, pero no para largas estancias.

Very well priced

Pretty good for 1 night in between flights, 3 stops from the airport 1 transfer. Clean and comfy beds. Thin walls and guest coming dragging luggage all the time. There not much to do around but in a 5min easy walk you’re at the metro station and 15 in Barajas. If you don’t have a cellphone plan in Spain this is not the place for you because you need internet connection to open the doors! I recommend it

nice property, about a 3-4 minute walk from the train/metro station which was bliss. and about a 5-7 minute walk away from a shopping center with quick access to food. there was also free water available downstairs which was amazing, shared bathroom but it was pretty clean. there was no staff present but we had no problems checking in and out, building and room doors are operated by an email link on your phone so make sure it has good charge before you go anywhere. there was a fan which was nice, only downside was the blankets were legit sheets, but other than that it was a decent stay in a good area. :)

The hotel doesn’t have a reception, however they are great at communicating via email. No elevator, which is inconvenient for larger luggage. Rooms were very small, very claustrophobic and the windows were closed off for use…

Good location,cheap. Not clean. bad communication

The location is excellent, almost next to a metro station. It is inexpensive for sure. The room is very basic and has minimum furniture. Shared bathrooms are ok but lack of service (one ran out of toilet paper during our stay). The main thing is that the room is not clean. One can tell right away when get in it. The carpet (really a plastic mesh) was dirty. The other thing that needs improving is communication. We were not given instruction about how to get in until 12 hrs before check in time and only after repeated requests to Hotels.com. Contact phone number of the host could not be reached most of the times. Plenty of room for improvement.

No facility noisy

Worst experience in my life. Nobody in premises. No water in the building. Could not flush wc. Nobody answers the "emergency phone number". Had to change hotels in the middle of the night. Expedia.com took care of everything and solved my problem in less than 20 minutes.

Great value hotel

It’s a very basic hotel, but as we paid a very basic price I was very pleased with the accommodation. It’s very close to the Metro and the entry system was very easy to use as long as you have got a mobile phone. The room was very clean and the bathroom was also clean. The shower was excellent. I would use this hotel again for a trip where the hotel was simply somewhere to sleep. The only thing to consider is that it’s about 30 minutes away from the key tourist areas by metro.

The check in process was easy, however you have to use a link each time to open each the main door and the door to the room. Also we did not have enough towels, we had to share 1 towel for the 3 day stay.

Basic accommodation near airport

Very basic, budget accommodation near the airport. There are no good restaurants nearby, but there is a mall with a few options as well as a grocery store.

Very comfortable. Easy check in done with a code sent by email. Best night sleep I've had in ages!

Self check in is quite convenient. The shared bathrooms were very clean. The lock in the door needs an alphanumeric code to open every time you close the door. Going to the bathroom without the code in hand is a big mistake, because there is nobody to open the door again. The code was long and very difficult to memorize.

Great find!

We had such an easy and convenient time, they provide all you need and the rooms are nicely decorated. Cozy, but great for staying near the airport! We didn't get into Madrid till midnight but it was easy to navigate the metro and find our way to check in.

Didn’t like that the bathrooms weren’t in the room. Had no idea it would be like that since it never stated that when we booked it. Also had no idea it would be so complicated to check in since there is no front desk.

The place was clean and organize. The place has air conditioner which is important specially because Madrid is really hot during these months.

Great location only 2 mins walk from Metro. The rooms are quite small and basic but it offers a wonderful place to stay. Shared bathroom was not as bad a we feared with 2 on each floor

It was ok

Extremely minimal accommodations however it is a hostel.

It was very clean and smelled good at all times. The bathrooms are tiny but overall it’s a great place to sleep.

There is no front desk services, We waited over an hour trying to access the hotel and the staff person we spoke on the phone wile having a representative from Expedia on the phone was arguing about an email with the access codes that they never sent. The room had no TV, to find a parking spot on the street was near impossible.

The water machine should have both hot and cold water to drink if they want to satisfy the guests.

This hotel was great, clean and affordable. The locks on the bathroom doors were a bit funny however. All in all would recommend, next to the metro and a shopping mall!

Very good budget accommodation

I had a very nice one night stopover here between flights from Madrid Airport, it was easy to get to by Metro trains from the airport, taking only around 15 mins & then a short walk. Check in was easy with the provided entry codes & the accommodation was comfortable & spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this accommodation for those looking for a budget stay with easy transport links to Central Madrid & the Airport.

Hotel is close to metro station. The room was nicely decorated and is very clean. The bathroom is clean too eventhough it is a shared bathroom. I enjoyed my 1 day stay there, it was perfect!

Not a nice hotel but the location was good.

Hotel was not good, no cleanliness at all.No English speaking staff. They should have someone who can understand and speak English fairly.

Alojamiento desastroso

El split de la habitación no calentaba y tras 15 minutos encendido se apagaba solo. El radiador solo funcionaba a media potencia, por lo que la noche fue de un frio insoportable. El desagüe de la ducha estaba obstruido con una bola de pelo. Al salir del hotel a las 9:30 necesité ir al baño y ya no pude volver a entrar, llamé por telefono, contacté por WhatsApp y por el chat de la web y no le dieron soluciones. Voy a poner reclamación en la oficina del consumidor, esto no va a quedar asi y tengo videos y fotos con las pruebas de lo que digo. En una palabra "ESTAFADO".

okay - gutes preis/leistungsverhältnis. gewöhnungsbedürftig: ist eine pension ohne personal bei dem die türen nur mit link zu öffnen sind, why not. sehr unangenehm: haben 3 lebende kakerlaken gefangen und wurden trotzdem per automatisiertr mail gebeten die unterkunft mit höchster punktzahl zu bewerten. das ist strange. sonst okay, auch erreichbarkeit öffentlicher verkehrsmittel und nette, normale bars, restaurants um die ecke.

Estuvo muy bonito todo

Razoável para um dia, limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar, tinha barata. Possuía uma pia de cozinha, sem utilidade, não tem geladeira ou utensílios de cozinha disponíveis.

Mucha gente se queja del check in pero la verdad que es muy cómodo. Haces el check in online y te mandan al mail los links para abrir las puertas que funcionan perfectamente. La habitación no está mal para el precio que tiene. Yo me quede para ir al día siguiente pronto al aeropuerto y me pareció genial

La ubicacion esta muy bien, hay muchas cosas alrededor y se aparca facil y gratis en las inmediaciones, lo que no me gusto es que las sabanas dan pena, estaban rotas y los baños bastante sucios

Nos quedamos solo una noche porque viajamos al día siguiente. Reservamos habitación con baño privado Nuestra habitación estuvo perfecta. Respecto a eso no tenemos queja Es alejado del centro pero se llega fácil en metro que está a menos de 5 minutos Cercano al aeropuerto Nuestras únicas observaciones es que dependiendo de los huéspedes puede haber algo de ruido a altas horas de la noche como fue en nuestro caso. Los baños compartidos (a los que no entramos porque teníamos privado) desprendían mal olor (a orina) y en el caso de nuestra habitación había que subir un piso de escaleras que con maletas grandes fue algo incómodo

Lo único inocente e que alguien abrió la puerta de mi abitación quando estaba dormido e como yo tenía algo en la puerta por seguridad echo mucho ruindo e rapidísimo serrado me despertado asustada antes das nove pero o restante está muy bien e debería tener un número de WhatsApp para poder ablandar com los criente e por favor ponme televisión en las anotaciones sería mucho mejor lo de más perfecto gracias

Mi estancia fue genial, ya que está súper cerca del aeropuerto, así que lo recomiendo para personas que tienen que ir al aeropuerto, aunque está muy bien conectado y tiene un centro comercial que es un plus.

I liked the cleanliness and practicality of the facility. However, you could hear a lot of the things that the other guests were doing. Otherwise, a great stay.

No pude entrar al hotel y nadie me cogió el telefono, lamentable…

Todo muy bien el aseo, el baño. Tuve un problema con el check-in y afortunadamente tenía internet y batería, pienso que debe haber alguien que te asesore para esos casos, afortunadamente después me comuniqué con el chat de su página y me enviaron de nuevo el correo del check-in. Todo muy bien posteriormente, el lugar muy limpio al igual que el baño.

La puerta de la habitación no se abría. La ducha sucia con pelos de otras personas. Y lo que menos me a gustado es que nos hiciera el checkout la limpiadora. Sin ni siquiera saber si hibamos a volver a entrar y faltando 1h para mí salida del hotel. Por lo demás bien. Solo lo recomiendo para dormir .

Muy sucio, la fachada da pena, contenedor de badura en la puerta, baños sucios, mucho polvo en la habitación.

Deberían de enviar la clave de ingresos dos días antes para estar tranquilo,asimismo el código digital pues los celulares tienden a fallar.

Mi experiencia en A&Z: Un desastre!!! El calor en la habitación era insoportable al igual que el ruido de obras sumado a las cotorras. La limpieza de los baños compartidos y habitación MUY regular. La comunicación NULA, no responden con mínima rapidez a los correos y nunca al asistente virtual de su web. Todo el rato hay clientes en la puerta sin saber cómo acceder y NADIE que les informe. En la habitación hay solo una cama y una mini mesilla, Sólo te cambian las toallas pagando. Lo UNICO bueno es el precio y la ubicación. Las fotos ENGAÑOSAS, luce bastante peor

No había aire acondicionado en la habitación y hacia mucho calor

Muy difícil acceder , no hay personal. Hotel en pésimas condiciones , nada comparado con las fotos, no voy a repetir. Da un poco de miedo el sitios, parece un sitio abandonado. Mucha calor con un ventilador que no sirve para nada.

No iré mas , las puertas no se abrian y no habia nadie al telefono para solucionarlo. El sistema es horrible.

No fui. Perdí el alojamiento . No me di cuenta y era una habitación casa particular y había que compartir baño. No comparto baño con nadie . No me interesan este tipo de alojamientos . Fue un error mío por no leer bien

E hablado porque e observado que aunque iba la chica de la limpieza solo sacaba la basura más no limpiaba las duchas y e tomado fotos ya que su respues es que en los otros pisos hBian más baños que estaban igual de sucios les tome fotos por si me pedían alguna lastima eso para mí es bastante además en la habitación encontramos cabellos en la cama dudamos mucho que la hubiesen cambiado pero bueno regalado no fue.

Lo mejor: la proximidad al aeropuerto y a parada de metro.

Me gustó el precio. La foto de la habitación se parece muy poco a la realidad. Habitación austera, sin televisión. Cuando llegué las ventanas estaban abiertas y el radiador apagado, hacía frío en la habitación. No tiene ascensor.
