Over expensive

Stayed 4 nights and paid around 500 euro for the whole stay, however the cost was not worth the room. Dust mites, cockroaches, misquotes only to name a few of the critters living with us at the time. Just like the exterior of the building, the rooms are falling apart. Not to mention it’s very far outside of the main city area. One of the worst stays I have had abroad in a long time.

This hotel was fine for one night. The included parking and proximity to the airport was convenient for us.

Comfortable, it just suited my needs, thank you I'll come back when in town.

Basic and reasonably priced

The hotel restaurant was excellent, as was the hotel breakfast. The only thing that was disappointing was one of the front desk receptionists: curly, red-headed. He never made eye contact; nor did he ever smile. He does not belong in the hospitality business. I was a psychotherapist and I worked in the restaurant/hotel business for over 35 years. I know what I'm talking about. The rest of the staff were wonderful.

The image of the room did not match the actual room. Tram is close by which is convenient. Breakfast was good with a variety to choose from and coffee. The reception was excellent. The staff was very helpful. The free parking was convenient

There was a large pile of trash consisting of old mattresses and discarded furniture in the driveway that appeared to have been there for some time. Also, I had no hot water for my shower. The elevator was dirty, old and rickety. This place is in need or a renovation!

Good: has a laundry and drier. Not Good: Staff are snobbish, seems to be not willing to assist. Linens are old. Not enough power outlets. No options for pillows. Far from the city Center.

Staff were super lovely and very helpful. The room I was in just needed a lick of paint and a comfier bed and the bathroom upgrading a bit and it would be good.

Pleasant stay. Good value for money

My stay was satisfactory. It was nothing special but I'm not that fussy to be honest. The nicest part of the room was the bathroom which looked nice. I had no problems at all. The room was decent and tidy. Room service was good and so was the reception very helpful. Breakfast wasn't anything special. Croissants and coffee and tea. But pleasant stay and would actually stay again.

Wasn’t as expected but was good for 2 nights, far from city center and about 5 mins walk to the nearest tram station. Breakfast was very very poor. The beds were not comfortable and the blanket was super dirty. However the bathrooms were clean, the reception desk wasn’t as friendly as they should be. I don’t think I would go back.

The only thing i didnt like was that the TV did not have any English speaking channels and the hot water in the shower was not hot. Everything else was great

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything is dirty and old. No facilities and the only plus side is that the staff were excellent. Breakfast is a joke, and the shower was so small a child would barely fit. Disgusting and should be shut down.

Very close to public transport and reasonable price. The shower cubicles are very small meant for only zero size people- which is a shame.

The property is very run down. A 2 star at best. Room incredibly small as was bathroom/shower & we’re not big people!

Great value!

Although it’s not a beautiful hotel, it’s extremely functional and offers excellent value for money. The rooms are as simple as can be. The shower is very narrow/ small but the rooms are clean. The complimentary breakfast is quite decent and they make you a fresh excellent cappuccino/ espresso upon request. Walking distance to the train station makes it easy to travel to the city center. Kids stay free as long as extra beds are not required. Overall a great value!

Good Service by the Kitchen Staff

We arrived in Florence by bus and took the train to cetnral Florence, upon arrival we took the train from Piazza di Santa Maria Novella to Novoli - Torre Degli Agli, from there the walk to Auto-Park Hotel isn't far away, about five minutes. Upon arrival the hotel looked old, but the staff were adequate and the assistance given was standard as you would expect from 3 star hotels, the rooms were adequately sized however they did seem a bit dirty and it definitely was a tad bit dusty, however this hotel has to be commended on the breakfast provided, the staff in the morning breakfast room are friendly and jovial, and it brings a smile to your face to see them so cheerful in the morning, oh, and the breakfast was good too, you should try their espresso's. I think the hotel could do better when it comes to the cleanliness of the rooms and also the lighting at the reception as it would improve the ambience of the place, the staff at the front reception could learn a thing or two from the staff in the pantry. Overall my girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the Auto-Park Hotel.

The room was very good in my opinion, and the complimentary breakfast next morning was good. The surrounding area does not have attractions, but a 10 minute ride of the tram would take you directly to Santa Maria del Fiore and the city center. I would definitely stay there again.

Give it a miss

Too far from town to walk but local bus takes 15mins to travel in. Not an ideal location if you want to be close to town. Rooms aren’t sound proof. Was kept awake most of night with kids still awake next door. Sadly would not recommend.

Front desk mgr was a jerk. Wouldn't make eye contact or acknowledge your existence. Very condescending. Wifi was awful. Hardly worked at all. The hostel was full of 17 year old kids making a lot of noise. Overall, the place is overpriced and doesn't offer much besides a bed.

Location is close to downtown Florence and attraction areas, easy to get to by bus.

Very old and outdated, and we mean old

The bad: worse hotel we stayed at in Italy, there are not a lot of pictures for a reason. The room felt like the cheapest motel in the bad part of town in the states. The good: room was old but clean, it was quiet, the location was far from the center npbut with a simple bus ride it go you into town for about 1.20 euros each way. Plenty of parking, we left our rental car in the hotel and used the bus to avoid driving onto town, the people were very nice, if it's a quick 1 night stay and you can't afford more, this is for you. We found the breakfast to be very good, it's Europe, eggs, ham, cheeses and bread with coffee juice and tea, don't expect more unless you stay at a hilton. the area appears safe during the day and mostly working class people, no problems walking around during the day and kids outside playing on skateboards tells you it seems very safe.

Hot water was not always available. Well located near bus line for easy access to Florence.

It is OK hotel to stay one night. I wouldn't stay longer than that. Rooms are decent but not roomy. Wireless terrible.

VERY TRANQUILE

In general hotel is acceptable.

If you are not a jokey... it'll be a real challenge for you to take a shower. Room has a smallest shower I ever seen. Internet is low... in the lobby it's OK but in the room... problem. Stuff is good, polite and hospitable; breakfast (included) - good enough.

The hotel is in a good location for those needing to park a vehicle, but is unnecessarily distant for those without a car. The hotel suffers from deferred maintenance, particularly in the bathroom. Breakfast is good and staff is willing to be helpful.

A reasonable hotel located on a spacious plot with trees for parking, not unpleasant, in a built up working class residential area, rather remote from anything, but for the price reasonable value. a 22 bus for 1.20 Euros takes on to the centre and the main station. A taxi 15 Euros plus tip.

The hotel is 15 minutes out of town but it is easy to find from the bus stop.

Hotels in Italy

This hotel is the worst hotel I stayed in my life, the people are good but services are bad, The hotel is too noisy, it means if you are in a vacation and wonted to relax, I don't advice. If someone closes the door next to your room, your room will have a bigger noise. And lots of customers nake huge noise, and no one from hotel will like to stop that. Air conditioning is switched off in morning, which means get out and don't come untill the late afternoon. As this is a 3 star hotel, no safe box and no fridge, this means to reduce some stars. Overall I will not book this hotel in future.

Poor hotel

Disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone, slot of notice and young kids running around and screaming. I will never be booking a hotel with you again.

cheap but good

If I want to go to Florence again but not pay a lot I will go there again. It was important for me to have a safe place for my car, this hotel provided a very good place for it. I could buy the ticket for bus in hotel and the bus 22 directly took me to city center.The lady in charge of reception behaved very friendly. Breakfast also was good. Altogether I had a good two night stay there.

Hotel staff and location are really poor

Location - this is far from the city center and the only available bus is 22. So, if you miss one, you have to wait for quite a long time. I will actually recommend using a hotel which is closer to the city center or station. Then the hotel staff. There was one lady at the reception who was very helpful and she was only good part of the hotel. However, other people at the reception were pathetic in their behavior. I asked the old man for the time when breakfast starts. He told me 6.30. I came at 6.25. He asked me to wait at the lounge. I waited for 15 mins and since there was no one, I went back to the reception and then asked him again. Then he told me it will be served at 7. This person does not even have the courtesy to inform that it will be delayed and his language was this "you should understand that breakfast is not ready". The ladies serving were the breakfast looked at me as if I was an alien when I asked for breakfast. The rooms are ok but the staff and the location make it a wrong choice.

A hotel doing the basics

We stayed for a few nights. Wasn't luxury, but we weren't expecting that. Surprising how earlier the bar/restaurant seemed to close. Difficult to get a drink.

Good Hotel

Its a good hotel for a short visit.We found this hotel well managed .The location is a little far from the main station . And there is just one bus service operating but overall it was a good experiance.

Basic

We just needed a good basic hotel to stay over in. We arrived at midnight and left in the morning. Clean. Good breakfast. Basic and good value for what we needed.

Good Value

Especially if you are traveling with a car, this is great as you may leave the car in the parking area at no charge. The bus into city drops off near the Duomo. Be prepared for the tiniest shower ever. Don't drop the soap.

Good hotel for the money

Reading many reviews we took the chance, keeping to a budget as we preferred having cash in hand rather than spending it on a place to sleep. The double rooms are good, comfortable bed, desk and chairs, balcony, and good sized bathroom. Showers are very small but then, what do you really need? Hotel provided fresh clean towels, clean beds, basic toiletries. Breakfast was a nice selection of breads, croissants, jellies, fruit, cereals, meat and cheese - and included. We were full and the service was great - fresh coffee as much as you wanted. Bus service into the city was less than a block away and 15 minutes into the heart of Florence where we got to spend all our extra cash. Free parking too which was perfect for us. The staff is super nice and helpful. If you want to spend your money on a fancy place to sleep and be in the heart of Florence, this is not it. If you are ok with fewer amenities but all the basics and low cost, this is great. This was perfect for us, family of 3. Our savings from the hotel look great on us, love my new leather coat and scarves from Florence!

comfortable but needing updated

This hotel is near restaurants within walking distance and the bus to carry you into the heart of Florence. Ample and safe parking for cars. The hotel is sufficiently clean, however it smells old and is in need of updating. The beds were hard, but comfortable enough for a good nights sleep. If we went back to Florence, we might look around for another hotel, but would settle for this one if we needed to. No frills wasted here.

CRAPTACULAR

TV did not work and no one could tell me when someone would be available to come & fix it & there was no way that I was going to allow someone to come into the room in my absence. Shower head didn't hold & housekeeping knew that by the way it was leaning against the wall. Good things I travel w/cleaning products cause I was not impressed at all w/the smell & cleanliness of the whole hotel. WI-FI signal in lobby only was not strong. I had to dance around quite a bit to get service. When I couldn't bare it anymore, I had to use the guest computer behind the front desk which was just as filthy. Wasn't impressed w/the breakfast either. The only good thing was that I got to cancel the last night of my reservation (which had to be done through Hotel.it which is located in Egypt. That's a whole other story!). Thank God for the grocery store across the street! I could go on but I think I've said enough.

Auto Park Hotel in Florence

The only problem we had was that the person we talked to on the phone had trouble speaking English, so he told us to get onto bus 32 instead of 22, which cost us an extra hour and two wrong bus rides trying to figure out which bus would actually take us to the hotel. When we finally got there, though, everything was just fine. The staff was friendly, check-in was quick. There's a supermarket right next to it, so we could get drinks and fruits and veggies and such.

Not impressed

The hotel is located out of city center.(7-8km) and closed to airport. You have to pay approx. 15€ with taxi if you want to go to center. The rooms are so small, noisy and unconfortable.

Brasileiro falando a verdade

O Hotel não quis ligar o ar condicionado. Não entendi o real motivo mais relevei pelo fato de estar fresco o tempo. Café da manhã é bom. Tamanho do quarto é ótimo. Única coisa que não gostei foi detalhe do ar condicionado. Localização é ótima para deslocamento. Tem lavandeira a 1 quadra de distância, mercado na região, bares

Pultroppo una delle due camere prenotate aveva un cattivissimo odore e faceva freddo, nell'altra troppi rumori dalle stanze accanto e troppo caldo oltre i 23 gradi....ottima la colazione

Personnel gentil mais chambre vraiment décevante.

Bon accueil de personnel, mais chambre pour un couple avec 2 lit simple collé pas de la même hauteur, un sur une planche en bois et lautre sur ressort. (Pas confortable) Mur en carton on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et dehors(surtout les cloches a 7h30 du matin, on a l'impression de les avoir dans la chambre). Les vitres bougent dès qu'ils y a du vent. Pas de frigo ni de coffre fort dans la chambre. Le douche fuit, les parois de douche ne se ferment pas correctement, bruit constant d'eau qui coule dans la salle de bain. Pour un long séjour à éviter.

A equipe do hotel foi muito rude. Quando chegamos no quarto o cheiro foi horrível. Pedimos para trocar de quarto mas nos disseram que não havia nenhum outro disponível. Fomos no inverno e o aquecedor não estava funcionando. Pedimos p verificarem e um funcionário conseguiu fazê-lo mas o barulho do motor era muito alto. Quando dissemos que não seria fácil ficar com tanto barulho, o funcionário sugeriu que não ligássemos o aquecedor, mesmo sendo inverno. Não recomendo este hotel p ninguém, nem mesmo por uma noite. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar.

Arredamento del dopoguerra, cerchi di sorvolare,ma quando dal bidet l'acqua fuoriesce da dietro il servizio e stessa cosa dalla doccia,di conseguenza il pavimento sempre allagato,,ti domandi se revisionano mai le stanze. Per non parlare del lavandino semiotturato o del fatto che tra quella specie di armadio e il muro sembrava ci fosse un gatto, invece era polvere che non veniva mai tolta.
