Staff was attentive.

The restaurant inside the hotel was delicious. The hotel needs some remodeling.

Great facilities

In this day the tv in the room should at least be a Smart Tv, pillows where thin, overall did not get the boutique hotel feeling

Not the best for what you pay for

Good location but in pretty rough shape.

This place is well located in San Pedro G.G., but 4-star it is not. The lobby is dirty and in bad shape, as are the hallways. The rooms are admittedly cleaner and tasteful, but nothing to write home about. I’d come back if the price were right, but it’s not high on my list of favorite places to stay in Monterrey. Really great location though.

Didn’t feel safe at hotel

I was visiting Monterrey for a wedding . Once I got to my room it was very dirty and there was a huge hole on the wall that I could see wires and it was missing a piece of wall. Didn’t feel safe staying there because it was a big hole and felt like any type of animal could come out from there at night. Room was extremely dusty and dirty it’s not the way it looks on pictures . I told the lady that I didn’t feel safe there and that I wanted my refund she said they would look into it. I received an email yesterday from hotels.com saying that they couldn’t get any feedback from the manager. I am very disappointed with hotels because no one was able to help me . I am not asking for any money back but at least to give me a credit for the money I spent and didn’t stay there . Very dissatisfied and disappointed

Al parecer el hotel esta en remodelación y no es muy buenas condiciones. El ultimo piso se renta al publico para fiestas y todos las noches se nos dificultaba dormir por el ruido. No hay seguridad, por lo mismo de que se renta para eventos cualquier persona puede entrar y salir. Los cuartos si estaban amplios y limpios. La ubicacion también es buena, hay buenos lugares para comer, salir de noche y también para ir de compras.

Great place and amazing location

We love this hotel and stay every year because of the look and feel of the rooms and Restaurant and the location where you can walk to 2 dinning and shopping areas.

The staff are incredible here. They are the main reason this is the first place I look to make a reservation when I am in Monterrey. All the other amenities make it an easy choice as well!

This hotel is AWESOME! Staff was great! Eugenio the owner made sure my stay statt to finish was perfect! I highky recommend and will be staying here again!

The room had a terrible fish smell and there were no other rooms so we had to walk to the HEB across the street to buy cleaning supplies for the room. The hotel must have been rushed when being remodeled or something because there is grout missing from the tiles in the shower walls and the ground. The towels were not changed not ONCE. We stayed 3 nights. The bar downstairs was very nice and the staff was great.

Great customer service. Was helped and with an upgrade. I would recommend to stay here. It is calm and convenient in the area.

Room was good, but overall hotel was very rundown.

Hotel looks ran down, poor maintenance. Carpets look old and dirty, wall are scratched painted maybe 10 years ago. Roof top area is in very bad shape does not look like the picture, not an area where you can hang around and chill. Staff and restaurant area quite good

Están muy mal cuidados los pasillos interiores y la recepción. Incluso pensé en irme a otro hotel. Sin embargo las habitaciones están bastante bien y la ubicación es excelente.

Great views at the rooftop, excellent location, the staff is very friendly, liked the concept of the restaurant that is also a vinyl music store.

Small hotel

Me gustó la ubicación y la amplitud de las habitaciones. lo que no me gustó fué la atención del check In. La persona del check in no me quiso ayudar con el método de pago que yo quería. tampoco me gustó que los pasillos huelen a alfombra vieja y a aire sucio. y en el cuarto la alfombra de la sala está sucia. No hay streaming en las TVs

Stayed twice already and like it very much

We picked this hotel in the city due to the convenience and price. It seems like the hotel was being renovated. We selected it because of the AC especially in the summer. The room we had did not have AC as advertised.

The location is the best part of this hotel! It’s a little bit of a mystery to find the lobby and the hallways are a bit skiddish but overall is good for the price. Parking included is a plus !

This hotel was dirty, outdates and not suited for the San Pedro Area.

The service was on point and specially the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Our only deduction from the 5 stars service was that the elevator was not working.

We were in this hotel for a week for a work trip. First impression was a little shakey, the lobby and hallways really need updated- take out that old crappy carpetx Repaint etc. However, once we got to our room, we were fine, our room was clean modern, the most comfortable beds ever and a view of the mountains. The internet is fast and reliable, the bar/restaurant downstairs is good and convenient. The pool on the room is great, the deck has suffered a bit, but its to be expected in that climate. The staff was super friendly. Its a 10 minute walk to smart fit (a big gym chain), and a 4 minute walk to la nacional (highly recomend for steak). Its literally next to/connected to a city market (high end fancy supermarket with restaurants inside). We would definitely stay here again, we hope the management upgrades the shared spaces as a little rennovation could help a lot in the lobby and the hallways!

Good place to stay!

The room is awesome, clean sheek, comfy bed, great wifi. We appreciated the little dining table. The pool is perfect since monterrey is as hot as the surface of the sun. Great little restaurant bar down stairs. Please tell the owner to rip the nasty carpet out of the hall and lobby and repaint. Location is perfect

Needs updating

May benefit from a little remodeling, access is interesting, the lobby is on the 3rd floor, it could easily be on the first (bottom) floor, the restaurant is nice and the included breakfast was great. The few issues were, i arrived before my guest and there were many hairs on the restroom counter, i wiped them off with a towel so that my guest wouldn't get disgusted. The the mirror in front of the sink was tiny. The rooftop deck needs some repairs, that wouldnt never pass code in USA, but its Mexico. Nice views though.

Muchas gracias al hotel por el buen trato que nos dieron. El tipo de habitación que nos asignaron en un inicio no fue del todo de nuestro agrado porque era un poco oscura, pero rápidamente nos dieron una solución. Todo estaba muy limpio, el staff muy amable, los desayunos deliciosos y la ventaja de tener estacionamiento gratis es un súper plus.

Highly recommend! Its close to two major malls, clean and well located. The breakfast is delicious too!

This is a good/weird hotel in a decent area of mty. The staff is really nice when you can find them. Sometimes they just arent there and they don’t answer the phone so you have no choice but wait. The lobby is in the 3rd floor. The hotel itself is not secure, seems like anyone can come in and out. The rear doors are dirty and some are broken. Parking lot is nice but again its not secure. We had an issue with the hot water that they could not fix so they moved us to a nicer room at no additional cost

Hair and lipstick stains in bed and shower. Not sanitary.

Carpets in hallways are terribly dirty. Breakfast was not ready at 7:30 PM when we were told. When we arrived we were told the cook came in late and it was going to take 1hr more.

It's ok - pretty minimalist inside, but clean and modern. You have to hang your clothes in an open plan bathroom area, probably too small for a couple, which is something I am not used too. Shower was nice and large, heated up quickly. But there was no door handle signs, so the cleaner tried to come into the room when I was in the shower. Bed was large, comfortable with quality sheets. The TV looked rather small when you sat in bed, but not a major issue. A bit of noise from the bar/restaurant downstairs, I was on the 1st floor, but it didn't go on too late in the evening. There's blackout curtains so it was nice and dark for sleeping in the morning. Tried the inclusive breakfast, watched TV for 10 minutes before someone served me even though is was almost empty, then got charged for a dish because it was not on their inclusive options (wasn't mentioned anywhere on the menu) - food was decent though. The restaurant looked pretty cool, lots of records on the wall and for sale. I usually stay at the NH Collection across the street, so this was to have a change. Whilst this was more trendy place with free valet parking, I think I prefer the other hotel overall, so unlikely to come back for my next visit, but will try again one day. So not terrible by any means, a lot of plus points and a few niggles, but there's room for improvement to make it stand out from the neighboring hotels.

The style of the hotel find me interesting, it has it own style, and in my opinion, I liked it too much. It was a nice experience.

Confort and spacious rooms nice and clean restrooms and showers, great staff, great location.

Stayed here on a trip to visit the in-laws and had a great experience. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. The breakfast menu is delicious in the restaurant in the first level. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance from many amenities. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

Centrico y buen hotel

Solo tengo un tema en específico y es que tienen que entender que son hotel y no un centro de espectaculos. Eventos en planta baja y azotea y no dejan usar agusto las áreas, restaurante lleno que no dejan lugar a huespedes y mejor salimos a otro lado. Tienen alberca pero pues no la dejan usar por lo mismo de los evento , recomiendo mejor quiten que tienen alberca y se evitan problemas El hotel es super centrico y agradable, buen personal solo si en restaurante tienen un pesimo roomservice , no contestan y cuando lo hacen te lleva las cosas incompletas .

This hotel is a hidden jewel. Thr rooms are beautiful, very quiet even with being on a busy street and the views are fantastic. The rooftop terrace/pool are a must see and breakfaste delicious. Walk to many places

I had to move from the first room smell really bad

Only benefit is the location. A/C remote without batteries, had get a replacement. come to realize, A/C did not cool. Preset temp. can't modify. Will NOT stay there again.

Very disappointed

It wasn’t what we were expecting. We wanted to give a chance to a local hotel but it was a mistake. It was difficult to enter the property, food was very salty (we left our dishes almost unfinished), it was very noisy at night because of the restaurant/bar, and the room didn’t have the basic amenities that you expect that a hotel has. Furthermore, the room was very hot. It’s not a central air conditioner, they have a split inside of a box. The air does not flow properly. Not recommended at all, book AC Hotel by Marriot or MS Millenium instead.

La ubicación del hotel boutique está perfecta, tienes una plaza enfrente y muchas cosas al rededor, sin embargo el hotel el general es un poco viejo, la segunda noche encontramos una cucaracha en el cuarto e igual reservamos un cuarto para 3 personas y todas la amenidades de la habitación eran para 2 personas. La última noche se fue el agua en la propiedad y ni pudimos bañarnos. El restaurante está bien.

Needs Improvement

Room did not cool thoroughly. Pillows not comfortable. No iron; steamer sparked a fire. Cups to make coffee in room, disposable, were dirty/used. Pool was reserved for private parties. Guest were not able to use or access.

I did like Mr Guillermo in recepción. He is very understanding and helpful person. I didn’t like the room because was a machine or something all the time on ;(

El hotel está bien ubicado pero ciertas cosas no me gustaron. El día que llegué encontré una servilleta sucia en una repisa. No había papel higiénico en el baño. En recepción muchas veces no había nadie. En el restaurante a veces no había nadie del personal y había que buscarlo en recepción, donde tampoco había nadie. Mi habitación no tenía closet. En lo personal no me hospedaré de nuevo en este hotel.

The hotel looked like they don’t clean it often, the hallways were dirty looked like they hadn’t vacuumed in a long time. The flor in the room was dirty, and there were stains in the little sofa. The only good thing is the location, everything is is far from being a boutique hotel.

El hotel, la ubicación y la vista es excelente! Solo le falta un poco de mantenimiento al hotel. Había una falla en el baño con el botón de descarga de agua y la habitación se podría abrir solo empujándola, no era necesaria la tarjeta de habitación. La chapa de ciertos cuartos ya no han de funcionar. Sugiero que chequen esos detalles ya que es muy buen hotel, uno de mis favoritos en San Pedro pero detalles así no logran tener una estancia placentera.

Place is not very well taken care of. Hallway carpets were dirty with trash that had not been picked up. Food plates outside rooms left there for days. Rooms inside are okay. Pretty clean and spacious. Location is great.
