TravellerOur stay at Austinvilla was just wonderful, beautiful gardens, pool, tennis courts, pool table and dart board which was a bit of fun entertainment, we used the BbQ which was equippedwith everything. Lots of wildlife around the grounds. Staff were very courteous and accomodating. Highly recommend staying here.

TravellerJust what I was looking for a quiet property away from the hustle and bustle. We had the place almost to ourselves which was brilliant. Room was fine although a bit dated and the kitchenette/bathroom set up was odd. Otherwise beautiful grounds, great views, lots of wildlife and still accessible to Mudgeeraba for shops and restaurants.

The surroundings of Austinvilla Estate are very beautiful. The villas are set on little hills surrounded by forest. It is very peaceful and relaxing. We booked a villa for a family weekend and we loved it. We used the swimming pool, it was very nice to cool down on a hot day !

The setting is lovely. The rooms are adequate as long as you are not wanting to prepare a meal. The grout in the bathroom could do with a scrub.

TravellerLovely accommodation. Bathrooms a long distance to during the night from the Treehouse. Steps from pool area to back deck not marked very well and in the dark are a fall hazard. Everything was lovely and clean and the staff were wonderful.
