Very good

Nice and quiet hotel in the middle of the busy street within walkable distance from shops. Staff is very nice and courteous. Only wish that the room was a bit roomier. Nice buffet breakfast is at the top floor with large windows and balcony looking out to the city. Had a pretty decent variety of food. Would come back

The customer service at the Aurora was unmatched. I have never experienced such high quality service. They were kind, responsive and helpful. Mr. Long and Moon assisted with the booked of our Ha Long Bay tour, and transportation. They ensured we had a safe ride and checked up on us to ensure everything was going well. The room itself was great. Big, clean and had everything you need. The breakfast also started nice and early at 630 so you could still have breakfast and get to your activities early.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing especially Zoe, the location is great and the beds were so comfortable. We will definitely stay again upon our return

Aurora hotel Hanoi has been our home away from home. The location of this hotel is perfect for us because we love the old quarter area. Every morning having a perfect view to the lake while enjoying our breakfast is great to start the day. The openness of the sky bar on the top floor is perfect for a drink with mates.

Probably the best hotel I stayed at I'm Vietnam. Rooms are very modern, very clean and staff was excellent. I love the views in the morning during breakfast sadly I didn't like the breakfast and no many vegetarian options but other than that it's perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel over other ones are the same price range

Centrally located. The hotel was clean and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and it may be get a little noisy at times. The renovations will be completed in March 2024, if you’re staying after this time frame then it shouldn’t be an issue.

Decent hotel in the center of Old Quarter

Decent hotel in the the heart of Old Quarter. Next to the market and lots of food and close by to the entertainment street. Roof top was too cold to enjoy in this cold season even with heaters. Spa has no traffic and I went to other great spas within walking distance. Transport round trip was arranged by hotel which was really good as I had to go to airport in the wee hours.

Nice place, good central location in walking distance to everything. Breakfast isn’t huge but good enough. My only complaint is the rooms are a little small, but I’ve heard in the Old Quarter that’s common.

Hotels staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Most impressed by the front desk officer Justen who is exceptional ! Apart from speaking excellent English, he is most professional, sincere and proactive in offering help. The hotel decor and design are so stylish and attractive that one can capture good photos at diverse angles! The sky bar is another unforgettable feature ! Love the hotel !

Excellent location right in the middle of the old quarter. Everything is within walkable distance. Rooms were clean and functional. Literally every single staff member was friendly and helpful. Especially those at the front desk such as Justin, Jay and the ladies. If i were forced to nitpick, the TV system runs on an attached android box which is laggy and hangs often.But that is an absolutely negligible negative for an otherwise excellent hotel.

Our second home in Hanoi

We've stayed in a number of hotels in Hanoi and Aurora has become our favorite. The staff are professional and friendly, the location is perfect, the rooms are clean and sky bar is fantastic for the view and vibe. We recommend Aurora to anyone looking for a good stay in Hanoi.

Super nice staff. Especially Minh helped us to book tour and take care of us. The rest also very helpful and friendly. Convenient to walk to any place but during weekend, Its a little challenging to call taxi due to closure. Definitely recommend

Luv! Best Boutique Hotel at the Heart of Hoan Kiem

There was a bit of a problem at first before we arrived but the Manager, Hang, and Alex quickly rectified it. Alex explained that the hotel had just been reopened 2 months ago thus employees are still new. Hang was really helpful, kind, and very attentive. She also helped to set up a small birthday surprise in the room for my partner when we arrived. Amazing. The whole hotel interior setting smelled fresh and new. Great modern vibrant touch. We left a jacket before leaving for Ha Long and Hang helped to keep the jacket until we returned. I would come back to stay in here. Love this hotel.

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was top notch and provided excellent customer services. The bartenders were a lot of fun, played music we requested and kept us entertained! Our room was amazing and so was the skybar! Would definitely stay in this conveniently located hotel again!

Modern clean hotel with outstanding service

This is our second stay at Aurora Premiun. The staff are absolutely wonderful and always welcome you with a smile. Rooms are modern and clean. The hotel location is in the Old Quarter, so easy to walk to the lake and other sites. We loved our stay at Aurora!

Nice hotel, great reception staff

The hotel is in a great location in the old city. Receptions staff was wonderful and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast buffet to start the day. After checkout and while at the airport, my flight was to be cancelled and I would need a room for the night (at 1:00 AM). I messaged the staff for possible return and that I might need a room. Their response was immediate and positive. Luckily I did not need the room as the flight resumed. I sent another note to the hotel and they were able to cancel. Thank you so much. The only issue I had was with one of my credit cards. It could not be processed for some reason. They provided two options, another card, or cash from ATM. The second credit card worked. I do not know where the issue was, but it did not cause a problem. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, fantastic rooms, nice restaurant and a cool Sky Bar. Best hotel I have stayed in for years and I cannot thank the front office manager Sophia for her kind hospitality during our stay. Will be back for sure.

Loved this spot!

This was my first hotel when arriving in Vietnam and I wish my stay was longer and/or all other hotels I stayed provided as premium service and welcome feel as Delicacy did. The hotel was in such a prime spot! Walking distance to everything I wanted to see and everywhere I wanted to eat (most importantly :) The rooms were extremely clean, modern. Beds were comfy and large and shower was hot. The room had heat amenities as well as a safe for valuables although I never felt the need for extra security but it is nice to have. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I found myself chilling in the lobby just chatting like we were old friends. Even joking around like we knew each other for more than a couple days. That was a great feeling traveling solo having somewhere to come back to and it feels like a home away from home. I celebrated not only Lunar New Year but my birthday as well while staying at the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to make both celebrations special. The rooftop is great, the fireworks on New Years were an experience to remember. Lastly, the spa was AMAZING! The therapists were extremely professional and skilled. I really enjoyed this feature of the hotel. I'd like to specifically give a big thanks to Linh, Sophia, and Tommy. Being a solo traveler, I really appreciated Linh taking the time to chat and keep me company while I relaxed in the lobby lounge. All of them went out of their way to make this more than just a stay at a hotel.

The staff at this hotel was what really made this place exceptional. They greeted us upon check in, served a welcome tea, provided information on the hotel, map and area, and personally walked us to our room and discussed where breakfast and the sky bar was. The next morning a different staff person knew our name, it helped to really personalize the experience. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff here. We have never experienced service this exceptional even in other 5 star hotels. The room itself was clean, modern, the breakfast was good and the skybar was a nice way to end the night. The hotel itself is an 11/10 in location, central and within walking distance to everything. We wish we could have booked more days here!

Drastic stay great hotel.

The service from the staff was exemplary. They made sure our missing flight baggage arrived safely at the hotel for our return. The staff are friendly and go our of their was to be helpful. The rooms are very comfortable indeed.

I had a very nice room w a balcony. And the staff were lovely. Willing to help with whatever they could.
