Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location.

Loved Lisbon

The apartment is on a pedestrian only street and the taxi dropped us off at the nearest location it could, which was a minute walk. Its about 20 minutes from Lisbon airport. There isnt a reception, but it was easy to enter the apartment with the access code provided. Im not tech savvy and I easily did it! The location is amazing as its right in the middle of everything going on and a short walk to the shops, restaurants, metro, main train stations and the river. We travelled easily to Sintra, Cascais, Estoril, we went to a Benfica football game, Colombia Shopping Centre, Belen Tower and we also did the hop on hop off bus tour. There is a mini market on the next parallel road behind the apartment and an Indian restaurant that is fantastic! The apartment building was quiet, the lift always worked, clean, great wifi, cable tv and the kitchen had everything you could need. The apartment management were constantly in touch with me and were very professional. We fell in love with Lisbon and cant wait to visit again to do some more exploring! We would definitely stay in this apartment again!

The location was fabulous. It was close to everything and only pedestrian traffic which was so refreshing. Incredible views. Great restaurants and bakeries just seconds away. Amenities were fantastic. There was nothing we needed that they didn’t have. Super clean -loved the starch bed linens and everything smelled sooo good. So many conveniences. We even had fun eating in! The most awesome thing was you opened the balcony door and the city life was palpable. So lively and invigorating. You could watch the street artists, listen to music, but when you wanted peace and quiet you just closed the doors and heard nothing! On a scale of 1-10 I’d give it a 100. Only regret we had is that we had to leave. We were so lucky to have been able to stay there. Thank you so much!

Our stay was wonderful. All our comments are very positive. The stay on the street was amazing and when the windows were closed you couldn't hear anything.

Great location. Right in the heart of the old city. Would’ve liked to have a washing machine in apartment which is usually a standard appliance in a rental unit.

The location is in a very touristy area (like Time Square in New York). If that is what you are looking for, then this is your place. If not, then this is not your place. I felt that the self check-in process was easy enough and if you have been to Lisbon before and don't need any sort of guidance, then this is fine. But if this is your first time and you would like someone to help with recommendations, this is not your place. They are not very communicative. You have to communicate to them via email and they are selective in which emails they respond to. For example, I emailed them letting them know that there was no coffee pods for the coffee machine, and never got a response. But when I emailed them letting them know people were buzzing my apartment and they may be people trying to check-in, they responded. This was not our first stay in Lisbon and we were there only for 1 night so it was okay, but wouldn't have liked it if it was our first time in Lisbon or if we had to stay for more than 1 night.

Great 2 bed apartment but a few issues!

I have mixed feelings about this apartment. Modern, a great size and the location is perfect, with so much close by. However, when we arrived at 11pm at night to do our self check-in, there was no room key left for us. We called the out of hours number and the owners were helpful and apologetic but still it was disappointing as it was meant to be an easy self check-in. All in all it took about 45mins to sort out before we were in our room feeling extremely tired. The owners offered a free transfer back to the airport for the inconvenience but considering an Uber only cost us 9 euros from the airport, I'm not sure that cancels it out. Through my own mistake at the time of booking I booked 2 nights instead of 3 but I quickly realised so booked the 3rd night straight away and emailed the owners to confirm we could stay in the same room, which they did. However on the second day the cleaner came round to say that we should have vacated the room and passed me her phone to speak to the owner to whom I explained the situation and was told that they needed to double check this. I then followed up to the email where they'd confirmed that we could stay in the same room and was told there was a mistake on their system and all was fine. Not a big deal, just annoying after we'd had they key issue and it was my brothers birthday. Worth noting there is a strong sewage smell in the lobby and one of the bedrooms. They do leave a bottle of wine in the fridge which is a nice touch!

Augusta Residence has a perfect location — restaurants, shops immediately outside the doorstep. Brand new, modern apartment. Spacious. Clean. However there was an offensive odor in the lobby which we were told was an issue with the sewers. Inside the apartment there were random bad odors- sometimes in the bedroom and living area. We flushed the bedet with no change. We never figured out what the smell was but it was worrisome to us. We were worried that the smell would be harmful to our family and had to leave the windows open as a result.

Amazing location with great amenities. Everything we could have asked for was provided. The Nespresso machine with many pods was very appreciated. The sound proofing for such a busy street was fantastic.

Really clean new apartment everything worked and nothing to complain about exceptional place to stay

The location of this building and our apartment was amazing, on a large pedestrian thoroughfare full of activity and entertainment, near the river, Time Out Market, and lots of shopping. Directions were excellent, entry and exit was easy, safety was clear, bedrooms and bathroom and living room all had plenty of space, light and comfort. We would recommend this to any Lisbon traveler.

This property is located at the center and very convenient. However there are several issues that I I wish I had known. First of all as soon as I entered the building there was a strange odor that was disgusting. I’ve hoped that it will go away but figured out that the odor came from the sewer. Second there were several restaurants that people partied all night until 4:30 am with loud music and screaming. We couldn’t sleep at all. The property was clean and organized. I contacted property management but never heard back after check in. Strange how they were so prompt with communication but ignored my issues.

Great central location. It was as if they anticipated what might be needed in the apartment and supplied it. The apartment was clean, modern and spacious. Only issue was with the noise level in the bedroom that faced the street. Would I stay there again? Definitely. Would I recommend it to a friend? Definitely.

Amazing apartment! Wonderful Hosts.

Excellent! I don’t usually leave reviews, however I was very very impressed with this apartment and it’s host. The apartment is located in possibly the best location you could get. Very spacious and clean, modern and has great views. The host are always available and responsive to any issues or queries you have. Cleaners are friendly. All in all, I recommend this place to all! I generally stay in the top hotels of each destination I visit, so I should hope my review takes some credibility over others!

High quality apartment with great furnishings and bathroom. Great city centre location and even though on a busy street well soundproofed.

Excellente présentation

Je conseille fortement ce logement de grande qualité. Il est idéalement placé dans la rue piétonne principale. Logement calme à proximité des 2 gares et de 2 stations de métro. La résidence est très propre et privée. Je recommande cet appartement. Les propriétaires sont très soucieux de notre confort !!!!!

위치와 보안, 집 컨디션은 매우 좋습니다. 다만 5층을 배정받고 숙소에 들어가는 너무 놀랐습니다. 층고가 낮고 사선으로 되어 있어서 사용공간도 턱없이 부족하고...더 문제는.아이가 두세차례 머리를 박아서 거주 3일내내 무척 불편했습니다. 호스트에게 룸 교체를 요청했지만 가능한 룸이 없다고 거절했고, 사진과 다른 숙소에 대해 항의를 하였으나 역시 거절당했습니다. 룸타입을 고를수 있게하는 배려가 필요합니다.

6泊したが、繁華街の目抜き通りに位置しており、立地は最高。アパートメントで広いが、あまり機能的ではなく「ただ広い」だけの印象。これだけ広く、ベッドも多く、値段も高いのであれば、バスタブはあって良いのではないか。テーブルも2人用の小さいものが一つあるだけで、アパートの使い勝手はあまり考えられていない。また、ごみ箱が置いてない（キッチンの下の家具作り付けのものが一つあるだけ、メールでゴミ箱を要望したが断られた）、日曜にはハウスキープが無かったなど、サービスは良くない。次回は別のホテル、アパートメントを探すだろう。

Estadia impecável

O local era incrível. A localização é perfeita. Tudo funciona perfeitamente bem. Chegamos por volta de 01:00 da manhã e entramos em segundos, com a senha de acesso. Tudo muito limpo e organizado.

No coração de Lisboa

O apartamento é ótimo! Tudo muito limpo e organizado e tem uma excelente infraestrutura. Está localizado na avenida central de Lisboa, o que facilita o acesso a qualquer ponto turístico. Mesmo assim, o barulho da rua não é perceptível com as janelas fechadas. Só senti falta de uma máquina de lavar roupas, que é fundamental quando o tempo de hospedagem é grande.

La literie et les serviettes sentaient très bon. On était au cœur de l'action, cependant bruyant le soir.

Flat confortável e charmoso no coração de Lisboa.

Apartamento tipo flat, com elevador, cozinha muito bem equipada, bonito, confortável e excelente localização (e ainda uma garrafa de vinho verde de cortesia). Não há recepção. A arrumação e diária, entretanto, a arrumadeira não foi no domingo (não recordo se havia essa observação no hotéis.com, mas nada que comprometesse a maravilhosa estadia). Recomendo e ficaria novamente.

가족여행이라 2베드 펜트아파트를 빌렸는데, 위치도 좋고 아파트가 새거라 아주 편안한 여행을 즐기다욌습니다. 후기를 읽어보면 밖이 웅성거리고 시끄럽다고 하는분들이 계신데, 저흰 이런부분이 좋았습니다. 창문을 열어놓으면 밖에서 하는 길거리 공연소리를 들을수있어 좋았고 창문을 닫으면 방음이 잘되어 조용했습니다. 가장 신경쓰는부분이 수건인데, 늘 뽀송한 하얀 수건이 준비되어있었으며, 무엇보다 집주인과의 이메일이 너무 신속하고 빨라 아주 만족스러웟습니다. 다만 세탁기가 집에 배치되어있지않은점과 개인금고가 없다는게 아쉽습니다. 공동으로라도 사용할수있는 세탁기가 건물내에 한대배치되었읍합니다.. 전반적으로 아주 만족스런 숙소입니다..

Très bel appartement à la décoration élégante et parfaitement équipé, situé sur la belle rue piétonne Augusta, dans le quartier très anImé de Baixa. Emplacement idéal pour visiter. La réception est virtuelle mais néanmoins très efficace et pratique.

Ett toppen ställe med absolut bästa läge! Lägenheten ligger precis vid gågatan m butiker o restauranger, några steg och så är man vid havet. Några steg år andra hållet så når du många fler mysiga restauranger. Nära till alla sevärdigheter och om man vill ta tåget till Cascai

Apartamento lindo e super bem localizado, perto de tudo! Tinha tudo que precisavamos p uma estadia perfeita. As moças da limpeza são a simpatia em pessoa! Já passei o contato p amigos que irão a Lisboa e me pediram indicação! Tudo perfeito!

Localização e conforto!

Apto com dois quartos, novo, super bem decorado, cozinha funcional, no coração da Rua Augusta, logo após a praça do comércio. Cercado de lojas e restaurantes. Excepcional! Vale a pena para famílias!!!

The GOOD : Very comfortable, super clean, smartly furnished, beautiful, & impeccably located apartment with a great view at 124 Rua Augusta. The BAD : Gaz et sewage odours sometimes very incommoding in the premises. Also, trash is kept in the lobby (in a closet), so it reeks of garbage. TVs often out because of problems with the signal. Loud construction noises from renovations in adjacent appartements so we could not sleep in or nap. This is an AirBnB-type location so additional fees for city taxes and cleaning will be added to your bill. Personal documents (passeport number) need to be sent as well. There is a 'concierge' service from 11 AM to 7 PM, but not at the location. Offices are elsewhere in Lisboa. You need to call or go there for service, that was not clear to us on the reservation. The UGLY : Though the check-in was simple and easy and well explained, the "keys" are electronic. So, after initially settling in, we went out for a walk.... and could not get back in for glitches in the system. Since it was roughly 8 PM, it took a while for us to get an answer from Alexandra, which turned out to be so dismissive and rude we were shocked. Note that Pedro, her brother, who takes care of problems, lives 1 hour OUTSIDE Lisboa. It took 3 hours to finally get to meet him and get a set of real keys. We were locked out, no ID, little money, no sweater or jacket (it got chilly), no medicine, etc. BAD. Pedro compensated us more than fairly though and is very sweet.

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Lisbonne, superbement agencé, je recommande vraiment. Nous reviendrons à Lisbonne et nous reviendrons à Augusta Résidence. Bravo !

As acomodações são excepcionais e o apartamento é muito bem localizado. Muito bem decorado e nos fez sentir em um hotel 5 estrelas. Super recomendo!
