Great location and price

We were able to communicate with the Motel via Expedia messenger and that helped because we did not have access to phones while travelling to NZ.

Rooms clean and sufficient. The Free Bus Transfer is only between 9am-5pm. The Kiwi Airport 100m down the road has the 24hr bus available for airport.

Great location for one night near airport. Super clean, reasonable rate and great sized rooms

Had to arrange for key from lock box prior to checking in late, but that was arranged previous.

Had a great stay and the beds were SO comfy. It was spacious for the 4 of us and staff at the front desk was very nice. Its conveniently close to the airport which was great as well. Did seem like it you had to be wary of leaving things in your car, but we had no problems and would stay again.

We stay 1 night every few months and always have a great experience with clean rooms and lovely staff

I appreciated cleanliness within our room, proximity to the airport and convenient parking right outside the motel room. Will consider staying again in the future.

Solid budget option. Clean, quiet, A/C. Airport transfer times are limited, so plan ahead.

Close, quiet and clean

Great for an overnight stop over. Only issue is Shuttle doesn't run early in the morning or the evening. We had to Uber to the hotel. Otherwise, a nice option.

Very comfortable stay. Great location to airport, free shuttle was great! Bus stop right outside. Had all we needed for the weekend! Super friendly staff, fresh towels each day. Only thing i would change, is tge selection of tea bags. A green tea and earl grey wouldve topped it off!

We arrived late so didn’t get to see much on the outside, but the communication in advance for our late check in was very clear. The room seems recently renovated. We were impressed on the cleanliness.

A good option to be close to airport. Had the basics. I like how it had 2 single beds and a queen.

Easy check in Friendly staff

It is very decent. Tv is connected to wifi. You can use your own Netflix or prime etc.

On arrival the reception was very helpful and friendly, the room was easy to access and the bed fabulous for sleeping. Facilities are only a short walk. The sliding door to the wet area was a little noisy due age.

Needs more USBs and a smart TV. Otherwise, good!

Renovated, tidy accommodation for an airport overnight stay.

I loved how easy it was, especially coming off a flight in the middle of the night. Very simple and organized. Such a nice room too.

We stay at this motel each time we travel to Auckland. It meets all our needs as a large family.

this is my go to spot💯

The photos for the property were a lot better than what the property actually was. There was minimal cutlery.( nonmatching) and not even a bottle opener. None of the crockery was matching. Glad I was only staying there for minimal hours waiting for a flight.

Room 29 was lovely. This motel is always clean and the beds are so comfy. We use this motel often for the convenience to the airport. We always need a microwave for our fussy daughter's homemade meals which they have included in the rooms. Close to everything you need. Reception staff are always friendly.

The unit was clean and surprisingly updated. The staff was accomodating and the stay was definitely a good value for money

Nice rooms, convenient location, easy check-in after hours. Only downside was the tv wouldn’t work so couldn’t watch the Euros in the morning, otherwise would recommend it.

The room was clean and comfortable. Space was tight, but efficiently laid out. Shower water pressure was low. Free Wi-Fi internet was basically unusable. Half the time, we could not even see the Wi-Fi access point to connect to. When we were able to connect, it would take a minute or more to load one web page. It was unusable for checking into our airline or anything beyond basic email text email.

Clean spacious room . The lady that checked us in was very helpful and good at her job .

The room was was very clean and tidy. Having a small kitchen was unexpected as you normally would only have a small area to make a coffee or tea .

The only complaint we had was that the air con wasnt adjustable and was pre set to about 20 deg c , and wasnt warm enough .Old people need to be warm

It was handy to the airport but the office closed at 5 . It was supposed to Be two beds but was one bed and a fold out couch , which we discovered by accident. There was no bedding for this so ended using towels . There was no one in the office to help sort it out . Pretty poor.

Nice updated motel room. Good security features, cameras outside and key card for room entry. Small for family of 5 but just what we needed for one night close to airport for early flight.

Great stay the night before flying out. Everything you need, clean, tidy, nice lady at reception, parking, easy access and close enough to the airport - still need a car or shuttle to get there.

Room was good. Parking was not. There is only limited parallel parking in front of the rooms. We had to park a ways away from our room. My husband has limited mobility and it was hard for him to get to room. We could not use the mobility scooter because of a steep hill on the sidewalk between room and parking spot. We had confirmed an accessible room, which it was...once he got to it.

The place is a bit dated and was dirty. The carpets are stained, it is a bit of a different set up. It isn’t just a motel, there are people who also appear to be living in some of the units. Some might see the place as a bit sketchy, but it was an okay place to lay our head for the night.

Highly convenient for an overnight stay before catching an international flight. Loved the easy parking and access to the room. The queen bed was extremely comfortable and the suite exceptionally clean. However there was an overpowering chlorine smell when we arrived and we had to immediately air out the room. Nice new kitchen sink and counter. Amenities would benefit from a few wine glasses, a sharp knife for food prep and some hand towels. The morning shuttle service was excellent. Thank you!

Conveniently located to Auckland International Airport (about a 10-15 minute drive). The rooms are quite spacious and convenient if you are traveling as a family. Check-in was quick and easy, and check-out was as simple as dropping the key into a return box. I am not sure of the after-hours service as the front office was often closed (I would call them in advance).

Motel was convenient to airport. Easy after hours check-in. The only complaint I have was the noise in the next unit. Walls are very thing. Overall, a great stay.

No one in the office but the email directions for access were clear. Clean and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchenette. Good value.

Checking in was a breeze ,the reception lady was very welcoming , I found the room was very clean and looked almost brand new ,I had a very comfortable stay and will stay again

You always had to go to the front desk and ask for more pass words for the Wi-Fi. Instead of just one password for the Wi-Fi.

Staff very pleasant and helpful

Great location for getting to the airport or heading north on the motorway. Comfortable bed and pillows, superb shower pressure. Very good overall. Will probably stay here again next time we need to access the airport. Highly recommended.

Our only disappointment is that the advertised airport shuttle had limited hours and we had to get a taxi ride (cost $65 NZD) to get to the motel.

The place was clean and very convenient, easy to get to the airport. The area was not very exciting, nothing to see nearby.

Great airport hotel for quick stay

Very clean for an airport hotel, we had a late arriving flight and ane early campervan pickup nearby so this was perfect to shower and get some horizontal rest in between. Big enough for three adults to share for the night, late check-in was perfect and very quiet area. Only complaint is the wifi times out.
