Breakfast was buffet style, with plenty of choice...more than I could sample! Dinner was waiter service, with a choice of 3 courses. I much prefer buffet, as the choice is limited to the menu and a special each day. For a stay over a few days I would be fed up with it. Spa had 2 saunas one hot and one set cooler, also a steam room. Indoor pool had lots of jets of various sorts, but too small to swim in. Bar very quiet but it was late November. Local area similarly not busy and lots of shops closed. Room large, included a coffee machine and kettle and a bottle of water a day. No English TV. Bath area with two sinks, toiletries etc.

This is the first and only time I will be staying at this hotel; it's terrible. The service is awful. The quality is terrible, and the hotel's housekeeping and reception are also terrible. They have no idea how to maintain the satisfaction of the hotel's patrons. I will never return to this hotel.The towel is filthy. They weren't taking that, and the room smelt bad, and the washbasin was blocked. That was not taken. The hotel's customer service is completely subpar. Very poor customer service as well.0/10.

Great attention to detail. It was my wife’s birthday and the staff placed a bottle of Cava in the room with a cake.

The hotel itself is very nice and the staff is equally as nice and accommodating. The food always also amazing! However the rooms could use a bit of love. Stayed in a Junior suite and the shower leaked every time we used it. At times the water seeped into the bedroom. Also, the lack of face towels available in room was a bit annoying.

This is a really lovely hotel, we had a suite which was perfect for our family. All of the members of staff were friendly and helpful. As well as the nice touches that came with our suite- the reserved day bed by the pool and turn down service that came with chocolates! The quality of food was great, my only criticism would be the variety of the dinner, however what we did eat was delicious. Despite the surrounding areas being filled with Germans we really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely recommend staying here.

Dania wyszukane i nie dla każdego. Porcja tej samej potrawy w innej gramaturze każdego dnia. Obok znajduje się Hotel Hipotels Palace 5* gdzie kolacje są znakomite (za niższą cenę) w postaci bufetu i stanowisk z kucharzami.

Great facilities and service!

We had an amazing stay ! Great facilities and service. The pool area was spacious with a lovely design although we went during the high season it never felt crowded. The only criticism that we might have is that the breakfast plates were not always clean. Can strongly recommend the hotel!

Overall it was an average experience. The rooms facilities could do better as the socket was coming out of the wall. The staff members weren’t clear from the beginning about what’s included in the price we paid and what’s not - hence why in the end we got a bigger bill than we thought. The food quality was quite good. Area isn’t safe as it’s a lot of drunk people partying throughout the day especially at night.

Very uncomfortable sun beds

The hotel, staff, food and rooms are excellent. The most dissapointing thing was the very uncomfortable sun loungers around the pool they did not have cushions on them, as you can spend as many hours around the pool as in your room I dont understand why they couldnt make it as comfortable as the interior of the hotel.

I actually came here from the USA because of a family emergency. Also because I was at the hospital every day all day I didn’t get to do a lot of vacation stuff but coming home to the Aubamar was a great solace for me. The staff went above and beyond with their service and helpful cheery attitude. It really helped in my sad situation. What a beautiful hotel! I frequently worked out at the gym and used their steam room to relax after a long day. I would definitely want to come back here on a happier occasion! Major shout out to Maria, Claudia, Fran, Ruben, Paula and all of the staff! Thank you for making me feel at home in my situation ❤️ Also their food is excellent!

The hotel is really amazing - such great attention to detail for a very luxurious experience. We went in September, when it was quiet so had the pick and choice of sunbed locations and dining table. Would thoroughly recommend and we'll definitely be back. Thank you!

This hotel is stunning, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms are perfect. The pool area was great and there was never a shortage of sun beds. The breakfast was also good with plenty of options for everyone.

The hotel was beautiful and modern, lovely staff, very calm and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing and everybody was polite and helpful. The only downfall for myself - and this is purely an opinion is that it was very loud across from the pool area outside the hotel - there seemed to be a venue that was very busy. Saying that, you could not hear this most hours of the day and not from your hotel room. The Aubamar was in an amazing location, 10 minutes from the airport, 15 from the old town and cathedral and minutes away from the beach and all amenities! Overall it was an amazing trip and an amazing hotel stay! I would recommend it to my friends, family and anybody planning to visit Palma De Mallorca.

Very well looked after

We found this hotel quickly having had our flight cancelled at the last minute. We were very well looked after from start to finish, particularly as we had two very tired babies with us. Excellent service. Good food. Great breakfast. Great kiddie swimming pool. Will definitely revisit.

Hotel is very new, great condition and fantastic rooms. Quite close to a fairly noisy bar, but not a big enough problem to be worried about.

The place is very nice. The spa is small but very comfortable. The personnel is friendly and ready to respond to the customers' needs. The food is good and the cleanliness is exceptional. The beach is very close. My wife has allergies and they were very forthcoming in accommodating her needs. I was only very surprised that we could not have a seat at the NYE dinner. I thought customers had a guaranteed seat. Apart from that, a great stay!

Für 4 Tage am Ballermann ein tolles Hotel, das Preisleistungsverhältnis über Silvester stimmte jedoch gar nicht. Eher 4 Sterne als 5.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr clever eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Standart an Sauberkeit im Restaurant sollte aber dringend erhöht werden, ich habe ein paar mal Teller erwischt die nicht ganz sauber waren. Die Poolanlage ist ganz nett und das Essen war gut.

Le parfum d ambiance top. Le personnel en général au petit soin et souriant. Un plus pour 3 personnes à la réception Adrian, et au restaurant Rafik et Antonio qui ont fait l effort de toujours nous comprendre avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de bienveillance. Bémol trop peu de personnes parlent français.

Super hôtel

Zimmer wurde die ganze Woche nicht gewischt. Nur eine Speisekarte ohne Menüwechsel für die ganze Woche.

Wir sind übers Wochenende gekommen und haben die Juniorsuit mit Meeresblick. Das Zimmer hervorragend, genug Platz. Stylisch eingerichtet, funktionell. Bett für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hart. Die Lobby wunderschön. Der Spa bereich ein Traum die Massagen waren spitze. Das Frühstück sehr vielfältig und gesund. Den Flughafen hört man überhaupt nicht. Trotz der Partygegend ist das Hotel ruhig, am abend kann man leider nicht mit offenen Fenster schlafen da man aus der ferne die Musik hört. Es sind auch keine angetrunkenen im oder ums Hotel gewesen.

Nicht empfehlenswert.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful stay. Kind and generous people. Delicious food and clean room condition were the reasons to recommend this hotel. I would definitely recommend to my friends. I wish i could stay in the hotel again if i were in PMI.

I liked the hotel overall, but the staff in buffet and at pool bar - horrible at times. You would wait long for dinner and drinks, and at restaurant for evening meals you would meet empl. working stressed and most of them seemed to work against their will. Plates were dashed at tabled, exhausted empl were seen. Expected more from the people working over here as it’s 5star.

Kam als Partyurlauber: 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Schinkenstraße war top. Alles dennoch sehr ruhig. Kann nichts negatives sagen ausser... Der Frühstücksbacon war wirklich sehr schlecht und die meisten anderen warmen Speisen wurden nicht schnell genug am Buffet nachgefüllt. Ebenfalls konnte man erst ab 08 Uhr frühstücken. Ein frühstück vor dem Schlafen gehen war damit eher nicht drin. Das Abendessen musste man täglich zeitlich verbindlich reservieren & die Auswahl war mir zu exostisch und a la card. Simple Gerichte hat die Karte jedoch vermisst. Daher war ich trotz Halbpension nur jeweils 2/11x beim Essen. 1* Abzug Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen aber ohne Essen nächstes Mal.

Das erste mal da gewesen und es war toll. Zufuß keine 5 min zum Bierkönig perfekt.

Hold jer langt væk

Helt forfærdeligt hotel. Så ringe mad, dårligt byggeri med larmende gæster - du kan høre ALT, dårlig dårlig rengøring - ingen støvsugning hver dag… klamme sorte lange hår over alt…. Det værste var området og hotellets sindssyge gæster, som larmede hver evig eneste nat. Hold jer væk fra dette hotel og spar dine penge. Lever ikke op til 5 stjerner og det er ikke pengene værd overhoevdet.

Eine wunderschöne Ruheoase mitten im Getümmel des Ballermanns. Wir waren begeistert, wie ruhig es hier war obwohl Bierkönig und Megapark direkt um die Ecke liegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit Halbpension gebucht, weil der Aufschlag minimal war und dachten eigentlich, dass wir sicher mal rausgehen und uns durch die lokale Küche essen werden. Aber das Abendessen im Hotel hat uns so begeistert, dass wir jeden Abend im Hotel gegessen haben. Auch das Frühstück war sehr köstlich und traumhaft auf der Terrasse zu genießen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 😉 …und machen anscheinend sehr viele Gäste so…wir hatten den Eindruck, dass es hier viele Stammgäste gibt, die das Personal kannte und sich auch die Zeit für ein Gespräch mit diesen nahm. Ergo muss das Personal selbst auch Stammpersonal sein. Also von unsere Seite können wir das Hotel nur empfehlen 😊 Das Fitnessstudio ist übrigens auch sehr gut ausgestattet und weit über dem normalen Hotelniveau. 😉 Vielleicht noch ein Tip am Rande: Wer Abendsonne (und ab Mittag) bevorzugt sollte Meerblick buchen…

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Alles war sehr sauber, die Junior-Suite im 5.Stock war toll. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und wenn wir Fragen hatten, wurde uns immer freundlich und zuvorkommend geholfen, Danke Nicole und dem ganzen Team!

Die Lage ist super, wir hatten eine Suite im 5.Stock mit Meerblick. Das Personal war super freundlich und ganz besonders hat uns die entspannte Atmosphäre beim Frühstück gefallen, das gibt es sogar in vollem Umfang bis 11 Uhr. Für Nachtschwärmer perfekt.

Clean and modern but not five stars

The hotel was overall clean and the quality of the interior and facilities was good. However, it is quite far from what would be considered a 5-star hotel. Room: Clean and good amenities. Modern. Unfortunately the room I was in had a scent of smoke, as if the guest before had been smoking in the room. Food: Good food in the pool bar, breakfast and dinner restaurant. The service at the dinner restaurant was good while it was not as good at breakfast or at the pool bar. 2/3 days I was not offered any tea or coffee at the breakfast, and at the pool there was only service at the bar itself, not by the sun-beds. The dinner restaurant closed already at 9.15, which meant that I could not eat any dinner at the hotel the day I checked in at 9.30, no room service available at that time either. Service in general: No porter service,very limited room service. Unable to find a laundry bag in the room, however, I did not ask the reception directly. Guest services: By far the most helpful person at the hotel, the guest service manager, Tien. Sincerely engaged and helpful, as well as apologetic when other aspects in the hotel service did not work as expected. This person really knows and understands the discrete service five star service. Spa: large and good but noisy due to children playing in the pool. Really good hotel but some good distance left until I would consider it a five-star hotel. Five stars are not about how modern a hotel is, but rather about the service and amenities.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück. Abendessen a la carte. Hier würden wir uns wünschen, vielleicht auch einmal eine Abweichung von der Karte mit einem typisch mallorquinischen Gericht zu finden. "Picknick-Tüte" am Abreisetag etwas einfach . . .

Im Großen und Ganzen ein tolles Hotel. Bei einem 5-Sterne Hotel hätte ich allerdings, was die Sauberkeit betrifft, etwas mehr erwartet. Darüber hinaus roch es an zwei Tagen auf der ganzen Etage, auch im Zimmer sehr unangenehm aus der Lüftungsanlage.

Ein neues Hotel mit grandiosem Essen, sofern abends aus der Karte bestellt werden kann. Zimmer sehr groß und geräumig. Personal sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel entspricht nicht einem 5-Sterne-Standard. Online konnten wir keine Halbpension buchen, vor Anreise wurde uns telefonisch mitgeteilt, dass das Abendessen problemlos vor Ort dazugebucht werden kann. Vor Ort war das dann nur nach einer längeren Diskussion möglich. Der Spa-Bereich hat keinen Aussenbereich und keinen Ruheraum. Im Spa-Bereich waren zwischen 30 und 40 Grad und eine unglaublich hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Alles andere als angenehm. Und das im Dezember. Das Gym ist nur ein relativ kleiner Raum, der nicht belüftet war. Die Temperatur im Gym lag bei 30 Grad. Das Essen entspricht in keinster Weise einem 5-Sterne-Standard. Teilweise war das Essen kalt, geschmacklich nichts besonderes. Das Ambiente beim Essen ist verbesserungswürdig. Teilweise wurden Gartenstühle in den Speisesaal gestellt. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Positiv zu erwähnen ist das Design des Hotels. Es ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel vermittelt auf der Homepage einen Eindruck, den es aus unserer Sicht nicht erfüllt. Nach deutschem Standard würde ich das Hotel als ein 3-Sterne-Hotel einstufen, das Essen noch geringer.

Sehr stylisches Hotel mit schönen Zimmern und nettem Personal. Der Spa war sehr sauber, warm und mit vielen Sprudelgeräten ausgestattet. Leider war uns das Abendessen zu exquisit und wir haben typische spanische Gerichte (wie z.B. Paella) vermisst.

Sehr modernes stylisches Hotel ! Sehr schöne Suite mit Riesen Platz u Whirlpool auf der tollen Terasse. Auch das Essen ist sehr gut u schön angerichtet. Zu optimieren wäre aber der Service : Über 1 std nach Check Inn Zeit war erst die Suite fertig u dann musste man die Koffer alleine hochbringen (bei 5 Sterne ?!) Auch beim Dinner musste man trotz fester Reservierung sehr lange auf die Bedienung warten !
