Well kept apartment building with reception and security guard at night. Walking distance to everything. Very charming stay. The microwave is too modern and a bit complicated to operate. They only have traditional coffee maker not pod machine. They should consider supplying wine glasses as only cava glasses were provided. All reception staff were friendly and always available to help.

lovely flat, quite large in fact, bed rather hard and because it was unseasonably cold in Seville, the bedroom was cold and there weren't enough blankets to remedy this. However, it was very unusual weather, and normally it would have been perfect. lovely area with great restaurants and perfect for walking into the centre. didn't want to leave. oddly no corkscrew in the flat or wine glasses.

A great find and the staff were absolutely fantastic, providing good communication and providing an excellent service. The only draw back was the air conditioner wasn't effective, which meant sleeping with the window open. In Dec that's not too bad, but in summer might be an issue. And whilst the road outside was a side road, the noise seemed to amplify, so take ear plugs. It is a lovely accommodation though.

I like the apartment. It was nice and clean. The shower unit in the room could have been cleaned a bit more as there was a bit of mould and dirt. But other than that the hallway, bedroom, kitchen and dinning space were all very nice and clean. Friday and Saturday in that area gets really loud due to the square outside playing loud music. When outside it’s nice to be in the dancing, loud music, restaurants and bars but if you want an early night, for touring early the following morning for example like us, the loud music might keep you up.

This property was a good choice for a stay at a reasonable price. However, the only issue I encountered was with the bathroom; the lavatory was clogged and difficult to unclog. Aside from that, everything else was perfect.

The 2 bedroomed apartment we stayed in was excellent. Spacious, well equiped, modern and comfortable. Unfortunately it was cold and wet during our stay and the apartment then felt a little cold and dark. The pool view was from the bathroom and bedrooms and an internal space view from the living area and as it was cloudy this gave no natural light. The local area, within 5 mins walk was wonderful - a hub of family friendly areas and plenty of dining options. Seville centre is an easy walk away.

It was a perfect apartment. Everything in there was modern, nice, clean, working in perfect condition, and just simply awesome AC and shower.

Great stay for my mother, son and I in May 2024

Great stay in a 1 bed apartment. Size was good and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Pool is small, a plunge pool but was a nice place to chill and my son loved it. It’s a bit out of the main area of Seville but you can walk to the cathedral area in 15mins. Ubers are readily available as well.

Excellent location and Clean Rooms

We were here with a toddler. Great location honestly you can walk down to the town seeing cafes, resturant market and you done even realise as its so vibrant. The stay itself was aweomse - neat and tidy. Reception staff helpful too

Check in experience was excellent, the staff was amazingly kind. The room was sparkling clean, extra sofa bed was absolutely helpful as we were 2 individuals! Everything was just perfect. Will definitely go back here if I go to Seville again.

Sehr gute Matratze. Alles funktioniert und ist sauber. Top-Lage mitten im Zentrum. In 40 min zu Fuß erreicht man die ganze Stadt.

Séjour superbe, l'hôtel est très bien placé à 10mn du centre historique et dans un quartier à la fois calme et vivant avec tous les commerces de proximité, l'appartement est super équipé et magnifiquement décoré, le personnel de réception est charmant et une grande plage d'ouverture qui permet d'arriver tôt ou tard, un accès par code si besoin et l'hôtel peut garder vos bagages et c'est très protique, bref nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Etablissement à conseiller !

Es una buena propiedad, con buen diseño, cómoda y con acceso por medio de webapp. No tiene estacionamiento pero si te mueves en bici puedes dejarla dentro de la propiedad.

Lo mejor el espacio del alojamiento. Lo peor la comodidad de camas, especialmente, las almohadas.

La estancia fue buena, buena ubicación, tranquilo... de lo único que puedo poner pegas es del sofá-cama, que se hundía un poco, de lo demás muy bien, volvería a repetir en el mismo sitio

La limpieza y el silencio. Sobresaliente. Sin olvidar la zona de cocina, muy completo de electrodomésticos y sin faltar un detalle en el menaje para 4 personas. Repetiré cuando necesite volver a Sevilla.

Visitamos Sevilla en agosto y fue una opción muy acertada. La habitación súper bonita y limpia con todo tipo de detalles. Y la piscina aunque es pequeñita es un puntazo para refrescarte en las horas de más calor. Hay aparcamiento en las inmediaciones en la calle. Los parkings de pago son un poco caros, pero también hay opciones. Volveremos. :)
