Great stay

Great stay from start to finish check in had a personal touch the breakfast had a personal touch room service had personal touch with room decoration. Pool and beach area lots of space and waterpark had all you could wish for.

The receptionist was not polite as he should for the price we paid.

The property is unique, beautiful and admirable but the rooms is a little musty

An amazing location and so much to keep you entertained. The Waterpark was great! We spent most of a day there experiencing the world record water slides. The staff are kind and considerate and ensure the safety of the guests. There were a few downsides though. 1. The check-in was a shambles (worst i have ever experienced) 2. I received a message to say a member of staff would be in touch. No one attempted to contact me. 3. After making contact with the services staff, i was advised they would email me. Again, i didn't receive any response. If you are satisfied with the grandeur of the place and to experience the facilities then all will be amazing. Just don't expect the staff to update or respond to your queries or issues.

No so much the restaurants but still it’s a beautiful place to stay

Our stay at Atlantis was the highlight of our Dubai visit. 10/10 We stayed at The Palace Downtown and Alseef heritage hotel, and regret not staying at Atlantis the whole trip. The room, the staff, the room service, the breakfast buffet, the restaurants, and pool, the beach, the water park. All 10/10. We plan to visit Dubai again just to enjoy the Atlantis resort.

The Palms was amazing. The accommodations are so conformable and clean. I mean spotless. Our room was cleaned in the morning and also pulled down in the evening. The staff was warm and very friendly.

What a great hotel. It has everything you need. You dont ever need to leave. The water park inclusion just makes it so much fun. The underwater aquarium also brings its charm. The house keeping was the best. Ajhar Huusain kept really good care of us. He knew we had a 15month baby and made sure we had everything.

Thebproperty is fantastic and the oersonal at the restaurants and cleaners too. The problem is at the recption. They treat you as they are doing You a favor. Administrative issues take forever to be solve and if You make a claim they even pretend to lecture You. I highly recomend not to spend Your money on this property anless they change the actitude at receotion front desk an they learn how to take care properly of high spending guest

Superb family friendly

Atlantis Hotel is clearly an excellent architectural Marvel with the way it has been designed over the water. It is a magnificent building. It has several choice of restaurants for dinner and lunch and the breakfast options are also very nice. The happy hour, and the teatime was also great. The amenities provided in the resort are also outstanding. The best part about the resort is the service and "the lost chambers aquarium". The staff was excellent with their service and very very polite. The room was were very basic. It was nothing exceptional or outstanding for the price. It was just a normal room that could be found in any random hotel. That's where I deduct one star from it.

Impressive hotel. Staff are all exceptionally welcoming. Stayed in a club room which I highly recommend. The Imperial club lounge is very good and well worth it. The hotel is a bit ‘Las Vegas’ like in that there are a lot of visitors in and out all day who are not actually staying in the hotel as day tickets are sold to the water park and aquarium. It gives the place a slightly odd feel, more like visiting a theme park than a hotel. Quieter in the evening when it’s just hotel guests. However we were aware before booking that it would be busy during the day so not really surprised. Water park is great fun, river rapids have several options and are well thought out. The Aquarium is spectacular and if you are lucky you might get to watch divers in the tanks. I was pretty amazed by the size of some of the fish. Huge variety. Room was very big and comfortable. As with so many hotels The Atlantis has changed from individual toiletries to large refillable bottles. I get that this must save the hotel a lot of money but I do think this practice is a bit cheap, it’s the one area that was disappointing. Service was impeccable both in the Imperial club and in Ayama restaurant where we ate in the evening. Reasonably priced as well. It is expensive per night compared to other similar hotels but there is a lot to keep you entertained, especially if you have kids with you. I would recommend a visit to this hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay at Atlantis Dubai! From the moment we arrived, the exceptional service made all the difference. The front desk staff, especially Rano, was incredibly kind and helpful. She ensured a smooth check-in and went above and beyond in arranging our room. Rano took the time to explain the property’s amazing amenities, making sure we didn’t miss out on any of the incredible experiences Atlantis offers. The cleanliness of our room was impeccable, thanks to Rashed and the cleaning team. They went the extra mile by decorating the bed beautifully for my daughter, which brought such joy to her during our stay. It was a thoughtful touch that made us feel special. A big thank you to Iba, the team leader, for overseeing such a dedicated and professional crew. The entire property itself is breathtaking, with endless activities and amenities for families and couples alike. From the Aquaventure Waterpark to the incredible dining options, every aspect of our stay was perfection. Thank you to the entire Atlantis Dubai team for making our vacation unforgettable. Exercise class in the pool during midday is very unpleasant music and noise is terrible. However, it only goes for an hour only. So not a deal breaker. International buffet breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended it. Staff a lovely. Very easy to get a taxi when you want to go out of resort. Would love a night beach party for adults. Other resorts at this level do offer it in different parts of the world.

Atlantis, The Palm is the best resort I've stayed in. Everything at the property was top tier from the service to the decor to the activities to do at the hotel. There was always someone around to assist and the hotel is gorgeous. My husband and I enjoyed the amazing view from our balcony. We dined at a few of the restaurants and enjoyed the atmosphere the most at Wavehouse. We would definitely recommend.

If you’re prepared to splurge on an amazing holiday, this is the place for you. We went to the water park nearly every day, and the dining options are practically endless! Be sure to look for package deals that include water park passes and meal plans. The service is excellent and the accommodations are very comfortable.

Check-In and Check-Out The check-in process was disappointingly time-consuming, taking about an hour. This lengthy wait somewhat dampened our initial excitement. Upon departure, we encountered significant traffic congestion when returning to the city center, which was an unexpected inconvenience. Staff and Service On a positive note, most of the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. Dining Experiences The dinner buffet was a letdown. Despite offering a wide array of cuisines, the quality of food was subpar. The sushi, in particular, was notably poor. Conversely, the breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise. It boasted an impressive variety of high-quality options. However, the breakfast area was extremely crowded, which slightly detracted from the experience. Facilities The hotel's amenities were a highlight of our stay. We were very impressed with the swimming pool and fitness center, which met the high standards expected of a luxury resort. Overall Impression While Atlantis, The Palm offers luxurious facilities and mostly friendly service, issues with dining quality and check-in efficiency somewhat marred our experience. The contrast between the disappointing dinner buffet and the excellent breakfast buffet was particularly striking. Despite these inconsistencies, the hotel's impressive amenities largely lived up to its reputation as a premier resort destination in Dubai.

Great Stay at Atlantis The Palm with One Issue

Our stay at Atlantis The Palm was overall an incredible experience. The resort is stunning, the amenities are world-class, and the variety of activities and dining options kept our entire family entertained and well-fed. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed the Aquaventure Waterpark, the Lost Chambers Aquarium, and the overall ambiance of the resort, which made our trip truly memorable. However, we did have one unfortunate experience with the staff at the taxi pick-up point. While waiting for a taxi to take us to an evening yacht tour, we were passed over in line without any explanation or request, as the staff prioritized another guest. This caused unnecessary stress as we were concerned about missing our tour. It was especially upsetting for our young child, who was reduced to tears over the fear of missing the event. Although we made it to the yacht in time, the entire situation dampened the mood, and the staff’s lack of apology or acknowledgment of their behavior was disappointing. Despite this hiccup, the rest of our stay was absolutely fantastic. Atlantis The Palm is an exceptional resort, and we would love to return, hoping for an even smoother experience next time.

Property is nice but if you’re looking for a romantic getaway, this isn’t it. You will pay for everything including still water. Lots of security and it’s a nice property but far too many children. The food caters to eastern culture because it was not seasoned at all. We had to send several items back. Overall nice, but probably wouldn’t visit again.

Initially we arrived and stayed in a family room on the west wing right by the Heli-pad and a view overlooking JUST CONSTRUCTION when we had paid for a pool/palm view. After a terribly noisy night we complained at the front office to get moved onto a room on the 22 floor on the East wing that we later came to find out was even worse then the noisy room. It had clearly been off for some time hence was available to let. It smelt so bad of food and mould/musk that it was impossible to breath fully in that room. There were signs of water damage on the ceiling which affected our health immediately of being in the room for more than half an hour. Both my son and husband developed health issues with Smolensk eyes and respiratory difficulties even though none of us are asthmatic. My daughter broke out with a rash all over her arms and back. I raised this immediately with housekeeping and they offered to come in and spray the room with air freshener and powder clean the carpet?!? I forced the stay in the room for a night before I could log a complain and be moved for the 3rd time. Evenly we were offered a suitable room that matched our criteria on booking. At the end of our stay I asked to speak to the manger to discuss this and what they would be willing to do for us the least a gesture of goodwill but the Resort Manager Jalal was completely uncooperative and refused to discount the one nights stay. Terribly hospitality on this occasion.

Would recommend this hotel to any family. Really child friendly with everything you need under one roof. All staff are very accommodating and friendly - service with a smile.
