Excellent overall - treat yourself to a suite!!

Excellent hotel Buffet breakfast very good. Club lounge too many customers, too crowded. Hotel restaurants very few choices. Restaurants in shopping arcade quality no good.

No quality for the price. Do not book this hotel unless you want to enjoy the waterpark 24/7. Everything else is bad for value, budget breakfast, bad toiletries, poor bedding, broken lights etc.

Staffs are nice and they clean up our room pretty well. Drinks from the refrigerator are good, free, and they refill it everyday for you. They gave you free taste breakfast! Love the hotel and definitely will come back for the next time!

Has the best entertainment and service

The hotel has rooms on two sides. One side (rooms are in 100s) faces the Atlantis water park. Avoid having a room on this side as music/bass will be loud until 10:30 at night. Make sure to stay on the other side (rooms are in 200s) to have a peaceful night. We stayed four nights, two night on each side as we requested a room change.

the temperature of swimming pool is too cold to be going swimming. It is not so good, I suggest to the hotel need to improve it.

This place is definitely a cool experience! The hotel itself is beautiful and incredibly clean. The rooms are very nicely designed and have fantastic views. The entire facility is well laid out and full of fun stuff. The aquarium and water park offer lots of fun and the pool areas are very nice as well.

Atlantis is a great stay for families. While the water park is starting to show some wear and tear, the hotel is still in excellent condition. The breakfast buffet and Imperial Club are really nice. The other food options are either basic or very pricey.

The property is beautiful but the area around the resort not so much. During the day the room was quite warm but cooled at night. At peak times there were long lines for the included breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The water park was excellent.

Wonderful hotel if you just want to chill out within the hotel complex. Has almost everything : aquarium, water park, restaurants, etc.

Amazing water park at the resort

The resort is very grand and the connecting water park was super fun! The only downside of the place is that there are lots of families and children running around! So if you want a quieter relaxing location, this might not be it

Big and nice hotel pools. Next to aquaventure water park. My kids had lots of fun at the water park. Great room service although slightly expensive. Movies on demand, free at the hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and did not leave the hotel complex.

Kids would love activities there but it comes with a price tag. My kids love the chinese food in Tang restuarant. Specially want to thank Jane Qiu from the Tang restuarant for her extreme good service.

The room is already old and smelly

The only reason we stayed in this giant maze was because of the complimentary water park entry during the stay. I am so glad we only booked for 1 night because the room toilet started to emit awful sewage odor 5 hours into our check in. The odor got worse after dinner. We didn't bother to complain because we don't think anyone cared. The check in took forever and then the door key cards did not work the first time. It took extra time to have someone up with a new card and this precious time was taken from us being able to get to the water park asap... There was molding throughout the room bathroom, a soup dish that looked like it served as an ash tray before, a rusty balcony fence. We moved to Grand Hyatt after one night. But we do miss Atlantis for its breakfast buffet (really good variety), its water park of course, Bread Street with really decent food, and its free in-room movie-on-demand. But in GH, we got a room with private pool for less money... and even my kids agree that we should stay in both hotels in one trip.... Conclusion is, the water park entrance fee was priced in to the room. So if you don't go to their water park, no point paying the extra for a room that should only worth much less.

This hotel waterpark is very excellent and people are not many in there!!

I booked 2 rooms and requested for connecting or adjoining since I am traveling with the kids. But ended it up we are in a different floors. And the mini bar was not ready until we call the front desk. Also the check in and out took too long. The services provided not worth for the price I paid for.

Omg what 7 stars! Please don’t be misled by fake news on internet! Is is just a self proclaimed China 7 stars, internationally it should only be 4 stars kind. The outlook and structure of the building is yes 5 stars looking but is only the outlook. It has 5 big pools but only always 1.5 or 1 pool is open daily. The breakfast place is huge but the whole place is like a marketplace till you don’t feel like staying Long in that place. Their services is really really China style kind of services really not up to 5 stars service, maybe only 3 stars. They want to trick me into paying more and more as the China woman customer service called me after we agreed on how much we should pay for my Daughter’s access to the adventure park, aquarium, breakfast and lounge accesses. The woman called me to ask to pay for more in the afternoon, I thought I just agreed thinking what she mentioned should be true. But it turned out to be a huge scam, the prices she quoted me was double the amount for the entry to the club lounge. After the first day, I also did not want the entry to the Parks but she kept insisting I can’t cancel. I had to speak to the manager as the advertised rate and the amounted quoted was totally not right. Only after speaking to the lounge manager and the reservation manager then I can cancelled that but my first day was quoted 1000rmb already. Beware, their staff are full of scamming skills! Advertised hotel and Parks are not worth going as they are not of international stan

It was amazing! So much to do with my daughter. It was clean, food was great, staff was friendly. Would love to go back!

Hotel staff does not speak English at all. It’s impossible to explain what you neee because nobody speaks English. This is a place for Chinese people.

high entertainment hotel

It's a nice entertainment and family friendly hotel. The hotel reservation includes the entrance fees for a very good water park and a small but interesting aquarium museum. The hotel pool areas are quite good and can have fun at many places. The beach area is a bit disappointing, not as good as the other areas even without any sitting or beach parasols, but the view and weather is good in Sanya beaches.

Waiting time for check in is too long. Otherwise, everything is good.

Nice hotel w/ a splendid waterpark. The ocean view is also amazing.

Helpful staff provided extra quilts for my two kids in 5 minutes when we entered our room. Our TV could not be switched on suddenly on the second night of our stay. A capable staff came in only 10 minutes and fixed the problems at the back of the TV. Amazingly satisifed with their speed! Food in buffet breakfast was excellent. The waterpark was close to the hotel and we enjoyed the fun very much. Every family member asked for coming back again.

1. We are living on the 15-18th floor and there were an event in the morning around 7-8 am which there are a bunch of people dancing/ doing yoga with loud music/ speaker which wake our whole family up (we have 3 rooms). We never receive any notice about the event which affect our sleep during our holiday. We request a room change as they don't know if there will be another event in the next morning. 2. We requested a room change and during the process, our room's electric was cut off and we have no idea what's going on during that 20 mins time. we call downstairs and they turn back on the light, but no electric in the wall outlet. 3. we found a dead cockroach in the bathroom - pics available 4. we requested a connecting room when we check in and the staff said they can do it, but it's not when we got our keys. 5. The room cleaning staff is nice, the service around the hotel is over all good. But just the management/ the staff at the front counter need improvement. The staff might thought we need an upgrade/ ask for free voucher when we complaining about the noise in the morning. We just want to ensure there is no other events in the coming 3 days but the staff can't promise that, that's why we request for a different facing room change.

Very poor service

Service is very poor for a hotel supposedly in this league. Hardly any English speaking staff in the entire hotel and resort, some stores not set up to take international credit cards, no comprehension of dietary allergies, no mini bar stock. Had incessant drilling noise coming to our room, rang the guest services line twice which wasn’t answered, then rang the main operator line three times to get a duty manager who said to relax in the lounge instead of the room after having a shocking headache from the noise! I had already paid to stay on a club floor level and the lounge is certainly not a 5 Star standard so I left the hotel. Not even an apology from the hotel for the inconvenience and distress. Exceptionally poor service.

The service at the attraction area and food alley is not very friendly. The security is very bad in the late night, with no security personnel in the lobby area and hotel entrance as well as to the swimming pool.

Happy Family Trip

Excellent resort, good facilities, best services and yummy foods. Specially thank you Concierge staff - Mr. Barry, he is very friendly, attentive, and enabled to deliver excellent customer service for us. And there Waterpark is fantastic, very large and lifeguards are in everywhere. They are very professional and carefully to look at every swimmer. We have a wonderful holiday in Atlantis Sanya. We will coming again!!!!

Slow check in

Great stay.

Lost chamber was smaller than advertised. Water park was not fully opened. Avenue of shops was also smaller than anticipated (as compared to Macau complex) There were many hotel swimming pools. Breakfast was superb Room floor was a bit dirty

This resort just opened and still needs to work on many things. Upon arriving, no one came to help with luggage or direct us to the reception. Staff stood around looking lost. Booked a larger suite, and the room was nice but very bare. It looks incomplete, without decor. Beach was not ready, and still a lot of construction to be done.

Great for family vacation

The Royal club was totally worth it. You can have 4meals a day with it. The water park was fantastic

룸컨디션은 7성급은 아닌것같아요직원들은 친절했고, 수족관등의 볼거리나 편의시설은 좋았습니다. 그러나 사람이 너무 많아서 호텔의 고급스러움이 현격하게 떨어집니다. 성수기가 아니였음에도 시장통같았어요. 수영장과 워터파크는 좋습니다.

适合有稍大一些娃的亲子入住

暑期入住三天，人气很旺入住手续比较慢，一行人订的三间行政俱乐部房，到17点左右房间才全部到位。房间很大，阳台看出去有天空之城的感觉。总体还是不错的体验，小孩子每天要去水世界，三天都没来得及去酒店泳池逛逛。

굉장히 친절하고 편안했습니다. 다음에도 싼야를 가게되면 다시 방문하고 싶네요

這次入住的是皇家海景房，入住的時候會有專人領導到房間，而且還準備了迎賓水果。早餐的選擇有3個餐廳，番紅花、七彩晶、皇家俱樂部。皇家俱樂部除了早餐，還有下午茶、雞尾酒時段可以去享用，內容豐富的嘆為觀止。住亞特蘭提斯最大的好處就是失落的空間水族館、亞特蘭提斯水世界可以無限次使用，非常棒的體驗，下次還要再來

一個月前已經付全款而且說要早一點 1:00 check in 結果去到要我等到3點 不等的話只有升級到套房補差價 後來經理打電話又有房間了......别人在我們旁邊櫃臺遲來的又有房間。服務員態度差 含糊 。七星級酒店員工 太失望了

预订房间时，网页从未标识包含水族馆和水世界的门票，让我们的行程安排的比较措手不及。入住及在店期间完全没有享受到像其他网站预订的所谓管家服务，基本和普通五星酒店的入住差不多，酒店硬件设施和早餐非常好。但入住时候的前台比较差，各种表达不清，只是一味的让加钱升级房型。让客人感觉非常不好！

워터파크와 수족관이용하려고 기존다른호텔보다 훨씬비싼돈내고이용했는데 도착해보니 워터파크 수족관은 추가요금을내라고했어요 너무어의가없었는데 호텔스닷컴은 객실만 판거라 책임져줄수없다는입장이여서12만원가량의추가금을내고워터파크.수족관이용 워팍은키122이상안되면 이용안되서 애는못타고 수족관은작아서 그돈내고보기아깝습니다 너무화가나서 소보원고발하려다 싸우기입아파서 그냥돈버렸다생각합니다 예약전에 워팍.아쿠아리움 포함인지 꼭알아보세요 아고다는 따로옵션추가가있는데 호텔스닷컴은 정보가 전혀없었어요 객실전반적으로 나쁘지않은데 돈값못해요 불친절하고 7성급 이름아깝습니다 작년 갔던ㅈ하이탕베이 쉐라톤이 훨씬 가성비 최최고입니다 다른 가성비좋은호텔 하이난에많으니 그리로가시길바랍니다 첫날도착한 화장대에 먼지와곰팡이썩여있는사진입니다 곰팡이상태보아하니 시간이꽤되도록청소를안한거같네요

즐길 수 있는 액티비티가 많아 3박4일도 부족하게 느껴졌다. ‘아틀란티스’라는 강한 테마로 꾸며져 오래 기억에 남을것 같다

아틀란티스 위생상태 실망

7성급 호텔이라고 해서 기대하고 갔는데, 청결상태나 서비스는 5성급 이하라고 생각됩니다. 방 바닥이나 러그에 먼지, 램프 위 뚜껑에 먼지가 그대로 쌓여잇더라구요..돌 안된 아가랑 같이 갓는데 위생이 별로라 실망했습니다.

The facilities are new and perfect, staff is friendly and fabulous service. They wrote a birthday card and a cake for my daughter birthday, really appreciate your sincere hospitality.

服務人員素質須提高,不像一個國際級的國際飯店.看起來服務人員面向是大陸消費者不是國際消費者.所以質感很差 號稱杜拜系列但是整體感覺不是.然後大廳沒有冷氣住宿樓層不該冷氣這也太不符合國際水準.就是一個大陸地區的大陸飯店.號稱不了國際級水準.這幾天度假心得還是去非大陸地區的國際連鎖酒店度假才是選擇.因為整體飯店服務人員給非大陸地區消費者感受是不重視.因為飯店服務人員光處理大陸客人就傷腦筋,導致國際客人不敢要求.這非國際飯店的水準.整體飯店感受太差.導致花費是在是不值得.請將上述意見提供給飯店.對這間飯店失望了.當初以為價格超過三亞其他飯店或許服務會好,結果實在是太爛.

設施及環境也很好！小朋友特別喜愛水上樂園，可此流連兩日也不肯出外。不遠亦有一個美食廣場，不用擔心找不到食肆！

玩水首選，cp超高，缺點也不少

飯店大廳很熱非常熱，早餐七點半前一定要抵達餐廳，客房清理服務很晚才會來，晚上10點半洗澡水忽大忽小忽冷忽熱。客房超大，床乾淨舒適，戲水設施完善，這裡所有東西都很好吃，但是不便宜;玩水是首選的標的，住房的早餐專案必買。
