One of the Best places

This place was amazing. We had our own bathroom and one of the best views ever. The staff was excellent, the rooms were always clean and fresh smelling. Was a little skeptical at first with no air conditioning but we never needed it. There was a ceiling fan installed during our stay as well as the balcony door opened all day and night. Never felt hot, easy to sleep. Excellent stay

I didn’t know it was shared kitchen and so it could be quite noisy. Otherwise it was nice. Need an air fan for bathroom and darker curtains to block out lights for sleep.

Good value stay

We stayed for 2 nights. Clear arrival instructions. Comfortable beds. 20th floor above a shopping center. Communal kitchen area was nice. Good location with nearby parking.

The experience was good. Nothing negative to warn people about. The island is beautiful.

Fantastic view from the room and common areas. I think early check-in should be offered as an option at time of booking if avaliable. Waiting till 2p.m.to check-in is exhausting especially after an overnight flight.

Staff was great. very helpful. fantastic view. would like to have had a hair dryer. Convenient to everything and there is a nice market downstairs and lots of shopping within walking distance. Will come again, for sure.

The only thing I didn't like was sharing the bathroom with strangers. But the rest was very good.

It was ok for the stay. Code did not work for 1 night, but the owner let us in from Lisbon. We were lucky that security from the other building knew the owner,so he contacted him otherwise we would be out on the street.

Great stopver in Azores

We enjoyed staying right in the heart of town. We would recommend reserving the previous night so when you arrive after flying all night you have a place to go into and not have to wait 4 hours to leave luggage or 8 hours for your room. The shared kitchen and our private bathroom worked great. Thanks to the security guard in the mall entrance that helped us on arrival and the café downstairs that allowed us to drink lots of cafe and pastel de nata while we waited for check in time and watched the rain. We loved Sao Miguel!

Great location, very comfortable bed. It is not a big room, but the nice inclosed balcony has a french cafe table and chairs, with a beautiful view from the 20th floor. What is worth mentioning is, there is a full kitchen available to your use and that what really a great plus. We had the private bath bedroom 4.

Great place and location but no AC in the rooms and I prefer a cold room. Was hot and very hard to sleep even with the fan they provide. Everything else was great.

This is a wonderful and truly memorable place to stay

Very clean room and bathroom. Shared kitchen/common space and balcony were also a good feature. The only small issues we had were the noise at night (we couldn't keep our window open due to loud music from a nearby event and there was no A/C) and the check-in process (entrance is within a shopping mall and there we weren't given adequate directions to get in). Otherwise we were happy with our stay

Nice, new hotel. The breakfast was amazing! The pool was fantastic and saunas were a great touch.

The location is central and convenient for grocery shopping. The staff are very friendly and professional. Everything is clean and orderly.The kitchen is well stocked. My room had a balcony which was nice to relax on and admire the panoramic view from the 20th floor. The bed was comfortable and shower water was hot with strong pressure. I enjoyed my stay and recommend this accommodation to other travellers.

We arrived and were amazed at the view of the Atlantic Ocean and harbor area of Porta Delgardo. This accommodations were exactly what we needed to recover from over night flight.Would not hesitate to book again.

Ma fille et moi avons passé 3 nuits dans l’hôtel …arrivé compliqué avec tout un tas de code pour toute les portes …il est au 20 eme étage et on monte avec un tout petit ascenseur ,très lent (claustrophobe s’abstenir !!!😜)alors l’hôtel est très bien noté par tout le monde …moi aussi j’ai laissé de bonnes appréciations notamment sur la propreté…mais alors un point super négatif ,nous avons croisé juste un matin la dame qui s’occupe de tout ça et franchement pas un sourire 😒c’était dans cuisine Commune ,pas sympa du tout ….un sourire ça fait du bien !!!!!chantal

Sehr saubere und gestaltete Zimmer (Badezimmer Top). Super Ausicht über Ponta Delgada aus dem 20. Stock. Das Personal ist superfreundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Gemeinschafsträume sind sehr angsprechend gestaltet und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr zentral

perfekt für eine Nacht, da nahe zum Flughafen.

the place to stay in Ponta Delgada

Very friendly host and really the perfect location in all of Ponta Delgada (the top floor - 20th - of the tallest building in all of the Azores). Be sure to note that this is more like a private-room hostel - i.e. bathrooms are shared - but the common areas were fantastic. Our room had a small enclosed balcony which was great to add to views of the city. I would say this is THE place to stay if you plan to go to Ponta Delgada and don't mind sharing a bathroom.

Super de belle organisation des lieux communs avec une propreté remarquable ainsi que dans la chambre. Très belle vue sur la ville et la mer , puis super bien situé pour visiter la ville de Ponta delgada, se baigner, bon choix de restaurants , facilité de transports..... un jour on va y revenir sans hésitation!

Excellent endroit

Très bien situé par rapport à tous les attraits et les départs d'excursion. Cuisine et salon communs nous permettent de bien profiter de l'endroit.

Olimme yhden yön Azoreilla ja halusimme majoittua Ponta Delgadan keskustassa josta oli näppärä vuokra-autolla ajella pitkin Sao Miguelin saarta. Tämä huoneisto sijaitsee PD:n korkeimmassa rakennuksessa ylimmässä 20. kerroksessa. Meillä oli näkymät sataman puolelle/kaupunkiin ja huoneessa oli oma kylppäri. Näkymät parvekkeelta kaupunkiin olivat mahtavat! Vastaanotto oli erittäin ystävällinen. Tämä paikka on pieni, vain muutama huone yhdessä kerroksessa joten täydellisen rauhallinen suomalaiseen makuun. Yhteiskeittiö jossa saa suodatinsumppia itse keittää aamulla talon piikkiin, matkakaveri arvosti suunnattomasti. Kakkupaloja sun muuta tarjolla myös. Huone ja suihku olivat moitteettomassa kunnossa, parisänky ei ollut kauhean leveä. Sijaitsi kauppakeskuksen yhteydessä joten palvelut kaikki vieressä. Ponta Delgadan ravintolat olivat myös kaikki lähellä. Yöaikaan kadulla auton parkkeeraminen oli ilmaista klo 19-08 välillä, ei muulloinkaan kovin kallis. En keksi mitään moitittavaa, yöpyisin milloin vain uudelleen täällä. Mainio hinta-laatu -suhde!

höchstes Zimmer in Ponta Delgada mit Meerblick

Die Zimmer sind durchdacht sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Service ist excellent und es gibt Tee und täglich frischen Kuchen kostenlos. Auf Wunsch erhält man einen Parkplatz für 5 € pro Tag. Direkt unter dem Hotel sind Restaurants und ein Supermarkt. Über die Straße ist ein kleines Shoppingcenter. Sehr sauber und sehr freundlich.

Séjour de 3 nuits dans cet établissement très agréable. Au dernier étage de la plus haute tour de l'île, on a un très beau panorama de Ponta Delgada. Les lits sont confortables et les salles de bain toujours très propre. Le coin cuisine permet de se faire à manger si on le souhaite ou de prendre le petit-déj (avec de très bons gâteaux fait maison). Je recommande vivement cet endroit.
