Nic hotel shame about room key surity codes

Not happy with the way the room key security code was delivered and I didn't get all of the room key security codes until the morning of our trip.

Was not as advertised, only stayed for a few hours of our two night. Ended up leaving a day early. The bottom floor when you walk in looks like an abandoned warehouse. No window in our room except to the hallway, which people weee tapping on as they walked by.

Ideal for a adventurer couple that dosent spend too much time at hotel just for sleep and shower cold ac and mini fridge

Perfect location. Easy walk to the metro. Walkable distance to all the ruins. Staff is very friendly and responsive. Bistros and markets are right outside the door.

Decent property for a decent price but it is very noisy. You can hear music all night and construction early in the morning

The staff was very helpful. The help arranged for the taxi to the airport very early in the morning. When call or contact, they always address the issues. At night the property can be noisy (people having loud conversations on the corridors and the entrance). This property doesn't have a front desk assistance so this doesn't help with this issue. very close to restaurants, the train station, the market and metro.

A great location but extremely basic - not a romantic accommodation

There was no one on the property to talk to about any of our concerns. The window was left open and unable to be closed. It was noisy all hours of the night. They should warn you in your booking that you can't flush down toilet paper. We were happy to leave.

Basic, clean, efficient, every thing you need for a quick overnight stay. Very comfortable with good facilities

A great 1 nights stay. The room had everything we needed and was in a good location.

No one gave me code to property. A tenant let me in. It was dirty common space and I called number and no one answered. Had to pay for something else with my daughters. Bad experience. Waste of money.

Very simple

Very basic. Shower was just a douche that you had to keep holding, as it wasn’t fixed on the wall. It made it hard to take an actual shower washing the head. Bed was comfortable but sofabed was extremely hard and with metal right in the back - very uncomfortable. Very noise street with people talking/yelling and partying all the time. Check in was easy and fast

The room is not soundproofed at all. Very very very noisy!!! At 2:00 a.m., there was a really loud group of drunks. At six o 'clock in the morning, a few people were Shouting again. The worst accommodation experience…

Wish there were carpets for the floors.

Horrible experience I've ever experienced before. They adopt an auto-checkin system which doesn't work at all. When we try to check in, there is no room key even though we followed what they guide to get the key sent via email. They in the end asked us to use another room for no explanation. In addition to the unfunctional checkin system, the room inside is underwhelming. No hot water and towel exchange service. I strongly recommend to avoid booking this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, close to some major tourist attractions as well as almost countless excellent restaurants and bars. As for the staff - if there was an Olympic event for providing excellent performance - the staff at Athensred would surely get the Gold!

Better called Capsule hotel

Our stay at Athensred.com has been rather disappointing, the room didn't have proper ventilation and natural light, it was like a capsule hotel (but more expensive). On arrival, no toilet paper was provided and we contacted the property and fixed it quickly. The housekeeping service has to be on request (opposite than advertised) and even after asking for it, it didn't happen until we complained again. The smell of the bathroom was awful. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED

Great no frills place. Between being economic and Covid they have reduced housekeeping but still manage to keep everything clean.

Great service and the owner of the hotel was really helpful and overall a great experience. Well worth the trip, will come again 😁

Cet hébergements n est rien d autre qy'une auberge de jeunesse avec sale de bain privee. Pas de fenetre dans la chambre donc pas d aeration . Le matelas etais posé sur le sol. Le canapé lit minuscule. Personnel inexistant. Cles remis dans boite a clefs et au depart pareil. Quelqu'un est entré dans la chambre a 8h30 pendant que je dormais alors que je devais quitter les lieux a 11h30.

Majoituspaikan sijainti on mainio. Ihan vieressä on pari pientä kauppaa ja lähistöllä useita ravintoloita. Päänähtävyydet ja metroasema lyhyen matkan päässä. Mitään vastaanottoahan tässä paikassa ei ole, mutta Whatsappilla viestittely sujui sujuvasti majapaikan kanssa.

Sauber, super Lage und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Perfekt für eine oder zwei Nächte in Athen!

Posizione strategica ma sonno disturbato

Ottima posizione per la zona vivace di Atene ma stanze poco insonorizzate (di notte si sentivano voci di altri ospiti). Inoltre non è stata effettuata giornalmente la pulizia della stanza.

Chambre en rez de chaussée. Très exigu, sombre et tres bruyante, entre l'entrée de l'immeuble et la rue.

なんといっても立地が良く、部屋はシンプルで最低限のものがあります。深夜の騒音は事前に口コミで知っていたので、想定内でした。ベッドサイドに耳栓がありました。 ホテル内は今も工事中（？）のようでした。また、フロントがなく、ホテルとコンタクトを取りたいときは部屋内の赤い電話をつかうことになっていますが、私の部屋の電話は何度かけてもつながらず、困りました。1階に自販機がありますが、商品は少ないです。

Fantastic location. Everything was as expected. But plesse equip shower heads with fixture and place better furniture on top floor terrace.

Hatten kein Zimmer mit Fenster und war zu klein für 3 Personen. Ganz anders wie auf den Abbildungen. Obwohl uns versprochen wurde das wir anderes Zimmer mit Fenster und ein wenig größer, haben wir es nicht bekommen. Wir wurden Tag täglich vertröstet das wir es angeblich am nächsten Tag bekommen. Am Schluß hieß es sie wären überfüllt, obwohl wir öfters mal ein freies Zimmer gesehen haben. Für das Zimmer wsren die Kosten etwas hoch.

The hotel does not have parking space but there are affordable parking lots nearby. The location is very good, walking distance to restaurants, Acropolis, etc.

Sehr gut, empfehlenswert

The room was really small, but very clean. Some toiletries as well as towels were provided. This is a self-service hotel, you get a code to enter the building. The door to our room didn't close very well and the first morning we woke up with the door unlocked and open to the corridor. Also we were two people staying in the same room and were provided with only one keycard, which is a bit tricky, if you want to go your separate ways.

Its all self service, the room was ok. Because of covid u should avoid to ask for "make up the room" during to an email sent before checking in. Emptying the bucket in the toilet should be on daily basis in my opinion, i guess u have to ask for it to happen.

Es una propiedad muy futurista... Esta fue mi principal sensación cuando entre ya que todo es automatizado la puerta de entrada es con código y la de la habitacion también ,a pesar de que estamos a una era moderna es importante saber que hay alguien en recepción al menos por seguridad, es tan moderno que uno no siente que llegó a un hotel sino como a una edificio lleno de cubículos *,(oficinas) pero en este caso son habitaciones, todo salió bien pero si sentía un poco de inseguridad al no ver en recepción o en la puerta alguien ... Eso si debo recalcar la calidad del colchón estuvo A1 especial para descansar y el WiFi limpieza también .... La propiedad cuenta con estacionamiento lo cual estuvo genial...

Agréable et bien situé

Hotel très bien situé. Les sites principaux sint accessibles à pied. Lit très confortable. Chambre impeccable. Attention au canapé lit pas du tout confortable. La nuit peut être bruyant à cause de la rue et des sortie de bars.

Very central. The hotel is clean and well kept. Surely good value for money.
