We loved our stay! The hotel is in the best location with a lot of shopping and dining! You are close to everything! The staff made us feel as if we were home during our stay and make sure we have everything we needed. Any time I visit Paris for sure I will stay here.

The location is perfect for us. Turn to one direction you can enjoy some action on the main street. Turn to the other direction, you can enjoy a quieter stroll. Wonderful staff members and they ALL look like movie stars. One looks like Henry Cavill. One downside about this hotel is before you arrive you'll get an email from Sonders to fill out registration/passport information. If you're traveling and don't have access to secure wi-fi it can be stressful. Thankfully, it's a hosted hotel so if you cannot get it done, one of the movie stars will help you with the paperwork.

Excellent location!

Location-wise is excellent. However, we’re very disappointed that they don’t clean the room on a daily basis. Towels if need to be replaced have to be put on the floor between 12-3 pm. A shoutout to Reuben, front desk staff, who was very helpful in facilitating our transport to the CDG airport, as the Uber driver can’t access closed streets on Champs-Elysees due to a holiday.

Everything was great i wish there was a restaurant as well.

Noisy and damp rooms, overpriced breakfast

We loved our stay at Atala this past week. The location is amazing. It’s a walking distance to Arc de triomphe, Champs Elysees and all the restaurants. The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are very spacious.

Very clean, everything looks new including carpets and large, comfortable room, such a luxury in Paris. Lobby, seating areas and courtyard are all lovely. Pascal, who looks after the breakfast & coffee area especially helpful.

Nice small hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel in Paris and had a generally positive experience. The hotel is very practical and well-managed. They show you where to find supplies, and offer 24-hour free coffee as well as both sparkling and regular water, making it very self-sufficient. The rooms are very nice and clean, although the shower and WC are a bit small. The location is fantastic, and the hotel features a charming little outdoor terrace. Overall, a great place to stay!

There were some bad scary characters on the street late at night, but the front desk locked the door so they would not come inside.

Great boutique hotel

The property itself is beautiful. Great location - quiet but off the Champs Elysee. The room was nice and large. Unfortunately our stay was marred by a couple of bad experiences: - Our biggest concern was the rudeness of the French lady on reception. We were talking to her colleague to arrange a late check out (12 noon vs 11) and we’re told this should be fine because the room was not needed. The other woman then rudely interrupted her to inform us that would cost 20 euros. Quite ridiculous if the room is not being used and given check out in many hotels is noon. The way she spoke to us and to her colleague was just terrible. This is such a shame as we found everyone else there to be wonderful. We were then told 11.30 would be fine but 12pm 20 euros. We opted for 11.30 and received an email confirming. However at 11am the next morning we started receiving calls asking us why we hadn’t checked out. All very disorganised! - The online check in process was also ridiculous. I had to call up twice after spending 30mins stuck in a loop of redirected pages only to be told that it wasn’t required (contrary to their email). -The other disappointing thing was the room cleaning- bins were emptied every day but they left the dirty coffee cups from day 1 the entire time. No washing up facilities in the room so we were not able to use the coffee machine for the rest of our stay, despite paying £300/ night We loved Sonder in Venice but won’t choose them again now

Was such a nice stay at Atala. Perfect location for sightseeing, very comfortable rooms, great amenities (hot chocolate / coffee dispenser in the lounge area), and good wifi. Staff is very friendly and helpful. it rained a little during my stay and they provided very good umbrellas. will stay here again. highly recommend the balcony rooms!

Amazing stay at Atala Sonder

It was lovely to have stayed in Atala Sonda, with balcony and fresh air it was amazing. The room is clean and the staff were always very helpful. It is also minutes to George V station on foot.

Stay away. Dirty overall and not value for your money. Staff some are ok but overall very uninterested!!

absolutely fabulous hotel can’t fault it (apart from the bathroom if I was being picky). Well located, chic, modern, art deco architecture, great staff, good facility, well appointed spacious rooms. Definitely worth every penny, would stay here again in a heart beat

They’re making repair to the property so you’ll be awake by 8am in the morning. House keeping has to be requested 24hrs in advance for a fee. Overall I would rate this hotel 4 stars.

The team were so lovely and helpful, they made the stay enjoyable and comfortable. We were only a 25/30 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and it was easy to get ubers to the Louvre and other further places. Thank you team!!

Amazing! In love with the hotel

This hotel is amazing. The staffs are so helpful and nice. Met the management team Jessica and Ines, they were really nice people and very responsive as soon as they know about a problem. Will definitely stay here again! Its my only go to hotel in Paris! On the other note, 3 mins walk to Champ Elysees. Right opposite the LV flagship store.

Disappointing - no luggage storage.

It was very disappointing that they were not willing to keep the luggages stored after checking out. Our flight wasn't scheduled until late that evening and having to store the luggage at a different location was rather an inconvenience. Otherwise the stay was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The perfect paris hotel

I loved the hotel. I spent days going through hotels, and was afraid that I'd end up with a bad location, small tight room, and no A/C. Atala was PERFECT. Perfect location. Perfect room size. Perfect hospitality. Perfect budget. Don't look anywhere else. Go for this hotel right away.

Very nice location, the room was nice - but took some time to get used to the self-seevice concept… bed was not made, garbage not emptied, towels not changed - unless you asked for it…

Just came back from a wonderful trip to Paris and staying at the Atala. The property is a block away from the heart of the Champs Elysee and close to the Big Bus stop and metro as well as several top shopping and dining options. We had a room with the balcony with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower on the sixth floor (7th in US count). Beautiful view to wake up to every morning. Also it is very quiet despite being only a block from the equivalent of Fifth Avenue. Some items to note - the water needs a little time to warm up or adjust. Our room had a ceiling leak but it was a minor inconvenience that the staff which is excellent tried to fix but couldn't while we were staying there as it looks like they need more time than we could give them. One of the elevators doesn't go all the way to the bottom but again, minor inconveniences that are made up for by a great staff and their attentiveness like the bottle of champagne they left for us one day. The breakfast is excellent as well.

Photos don’t resemble the rooms

Came to Paris with my partner for the first time. Front desk was okay. You have to check in online through the email/app. Once we arrived the room, it did not resemble any of the photos online….room was outdated, dusty and stained furniture, handles were greasy, missing white noise box and earbuds, room was was not throughly clean. Do not get city view! Woken up throughout the night from drunk people and garbage trucks. Asked front desk to move rooms and was not accommodated. Offered ear buds to help, Btw the rooms don’t have central air, the thermostat can only be set for heat. Won’t be back for another stay, However, the location is amazing. Great for tourist to visit shopping areas and close to subway. Also breakfast buffet is okay , make sure to arrive an hour early before all the food runs out.

Staff was amazing and accommodating. Breakfast was good and room was small but extremely comfortable. The amazing view of the effiel tower didn't hurt either :) Only minor issue was the clunky check in where you have to sign up on their app.

I couldnt use tge wifi in the room. A very very vey long unmemorable password, which was placed on a small pad at tge reception. Unlike what the staff said, nothing in the room. Bedding looks like 'unwashed' used by someone else. This was proven when we reentered the room to pick up our bags just prior to leaving The same bedding was remade, if i am not mistaken. Other than that, the breakfast was good and the staff were kind.

Nice location, few minutes walk to reach Metro on Champs Elysee Boulevard. A lots nice restaurants close by with walking distance. Friendly receptionist Hellen and room is very clean and comfortable. Love it.

Sonde Atala was in a great location, near two Metro stops and short walk to Arch de Triomphe. The hotel was modern, very clean and bathrooms were very clean and functional. A/C worked fine, and cleaning services were very thorough and prompt. Nice breakfast in the morning if you selected that. Hotel staff was very friendly, and check in and check out were a breeze. They also got taxis for us with ease. would recommend it for anyone visiting Paris as central location to walk to many of the main sites but also close enough to subway to get everywhere else.

Lovely stay at this well-maintained hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the shower superb. Big door window overlooking the inner courtyard. The common areas were particularly spacious and perfect for working, reading or conversation.

I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about this property. The hotel and staff were phenomenal - I give them 5 stars. We stayed in a king suite with a balcony and wonderful view of Sacre Cœur❤️ The location was amazing - just steps from Champs Élysées…. Also, we had an amazing bathtub in our suite that I thoroughly enjoyed. I’m definitely booking here when I go back.

I had a great stay here. There was a warm welcome when I arrived and the staff were very friendly throughout. The room was very comfortable and modern.

This was such a great stay! From the moment we got there, everyone was so accommodating. The stay felt very personable and warming. We felt very much at home. Rooms were bigger than I was expecting; bathroom/shower were clean. We struggled finding a COVID test center that opens on Sunday for our flight back to the US on Monday. We spoke to the late staff on Saturday night about our concern; Monday morning, the staff had printed out 2 locations for us the moment we hit the lobby. I was so impressed about the personal care. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Paris! Location was a minute walk from the Champs Elysees right at the corner of Louis Vuitton and Apple.

Great experience

We booked part of our honeymoon to stay in Atala and we choose the Eiffel suite, room 702. When we arrived there was small treats for us with a cute welcome letter. The staff was very pleasant and friendly, specially Jessica. The suite is completely lovely, everything brand new and the best view of the Eiffel Tower from a massive terrace. After this night we decided staying there and they let us to stay in a room in the next door, with the view of the Eiffel Tower. The second room was comfortable, but it seemed to be a little bit old, specially the bathroom witch we didn’t like at all. But in generally, the experience in the first room and with the staff was so good that I defensively would recommend and come back to stay in the 702. The location is incredible as well.

Ideal location and good hotel , currently has some rooms being renovated

Very close to many big brand along Champs-Élysées. Many restaurants around and can there’s a Chinese restaurant just 1 min away from hotel. Suite View of Eiffel tower is really great, almost full view of it. Room decoration and amenities can be better improve.

The property was under construction, which ofcourse they forgot to mention when we checked in. We woke up bye the hammering, scraping and drilling. After requesting another room, they put us on another room, same side higher floor, which had no impact on the situation, so next day hammering continued all over again, not to mention the worker on the lift in front of my balcony.

Great location, not such a great room.

Room was old, small and tired. here was a mouse in the lounge area and the drinks were incredibly expensive. I wouldn’t stay again but the location was good.

If you want service, go somewhere else

We have been going to this hotel every year for almost 7 years. We will never go back. Terrible start to finish. We got there and no one was there to greet us. We finally get in and we say we have bags and they wheel out a bag rack that does not fit on the incredibly small elevators. They don’t help us by taking the bags to the room. I have to do it. They tell us the wrong room number after I hump all the bags to the room and the key doesn’t work. This all happens on the first night when we check in. From then on, everything is a complete shambles. We ask to have the room cleaned, the cleaning staff have left for the day. We ask to have a wake up call, they forget to call us. Basically, it was one disappointment after another.

Location, location, location. This hotel is in the heart of Champs-Élysées. Very clean, nice & comfortable. Waking distance to main transportations. We will definitely stay here again.

The view from the room was amazing and made our trip, excellent location and the service was brilliant. We booked through Hotels.com and received a discount, if we had paid full price I think we would have been disappointed as the decor is a little tired and could do with some updating. Overall I would recommend this hotel as the location and staff were excellent.

Location was nice, only a couple short blocks from the Champs-Elysées. The rooms are small but well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and have great water pressure. The hotel staff is friendly and amenable. The beds are comfortable. The one complaint I have is that the walls are so thin that you can hear the people in the room next to you snoring. I had to sleep with music and headphones. To drown out the loud conversations and snoring.

Great location. Bad if you have a car as no parking. Closest public parking was 250 meters away and 40 Euros for overnight parking. Other than that the hire is nice. Rooms decorated nicely but too small to fit to suitcases.

Hotel location is just excellent, right walking distance to Arc d'Triumph and nearby shopping. Tons of option to eat at walking distance. We were family of three and our room has two twins and sleeper sofa that was good enough.

Disappointed Room not as Pictured

Room was not as pictured — tiny box with no decor. Was expecting large room with trendy decor. Thought I was in wrong hotel.

The people very nice, place very clean. Excellent hotel, the only problem we had internet very Poor.

Our first room was very outdated and no Nespresso like the other rooms. Our 2nd room, we changed after 2 nights, was very well appointed. The wifi service in both rooms was less than adequate. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant.
