Everything was perfect

Lovely place to stay. Downside the outside light above garage shone in our bedroom all night. Needs blackout curtain or different blind.

I liked the cleanliness, convenience and comfort. Well appointed. Spacious and ideal for what we required. Thoroughly recommend.

A disappointing stay

Very small unit for quite a high price. Accessibility requirements asked for when booking not provided, meaning the shower was unsafe for one of us to use.

Lovely helpful owner service was on point, nice clean tidy room, very convenient walking access to the shopping centre of the town and straight across from the swimming pool for the very hot days!

Nice place to stay.

Nice spacious room, with a spa tub. Just a couple minutes walk to a mall area with several dining options.

It was everything i needed for a comfortable two day stay while moving out of the area.

Excellent place to stay

The owner kindly suggested we put our cycles into their garage for better security. This was appreciated. The unit is spacious and well appointed with new fittings. We noticed that the unit wasn’t vacuumed for the 3 days of our stay and the bed wasn’t made up each day. As a result, tidiness became an issue. The motel is very close to supermarket, restaurants and the indoor swimming pool, which is just across the road.

Convenient location for what we were doing in the weekend

The beds are comfortable , apartment size is just right for my family for a night . The lady who checked us in , is not a good listener or maybe a little slow . We asked how the room gets cool when there’s only one air conditioner which is outside the rooms . She went ahead and read instructions from a booklet . We said we have the same AC in our home , we know how to operate, we want to point out if there is extra fan to cool our rooms . She said we just need to open our room so the air from the living room where the AC was will get inside our respective rooms . She also said we make sure we close the main door for which we almost LOL ! We are world travelers, we’ve been to the best hotels and accommodations , have experienced different cultures, but she thinks we haven’t seen an AC .She continued to teach us how to use the remote , all of us just holding our laughs until she left . Good gracious !!!! Please if you work at the front desk , have some education on customer service . She was on her tank top and shorts covered with tattoos when she met us . She actually just showed up at the door while we were getting our luggage’s from our vehicle . I also paid almost $400 with this tiny accomodation .

Friendly efficient service with a clean large room

I am just 1.78m tall, but the bed was shorter than me, and it was extrem soft and uncomfortable. The shower head is in breast height, nearly impossible to have a relaxed shower

We stayed for 2 nights and it was one of the best places we have stayed in a long time. Great area, friendly staff, very clean and modern bathroom and kitchen. Just a nice, homely place to stay. Great beds and big rooms. Will definitely stay again when back in Cromwell.

Great place to stay!

We got stranded witha. Couple of flat tires and stayed here unexpectedly. It was an unexpected surprise! The rooms were fantastic and staff were very friendly!

We've stayed in many hotels/motels on our travels but yours takes the cake in all categories, especially where the beds were concerned - extremely comfortable! A cosy, well- laid out space with many personal touches made our stay most pleasant. We would not hesitate to return.

This Motel is pristine, it is within a short distance to the town centre. The staff are helpful and friendly there is ample space in the rooms. A big bonus was the pet friendly status

Called within minutes of us leaving to tell us we had left our GoPro. So nice of them! Overall, a great hotel.

Lovely staff. Clean, tidy . But very small. Hard to get in shower due to size of bathroom and way door is.

A very good motel to use as a stopover. The room was modern and clean with a nice outdoor sitting area. Has a laundry if you need to do any washing on route.

Great Place, Great Location, So helpful

A stopover on travelling back north, but would recommend Cromwell and this Motel to everyone. Great value for money and a great location. Loved it.

Good central location

Room set up very cramped - two external doors meant only space was for walking through. No room to lay out suitcases, no room in bathroom to layout toiletries. Probably best for overnight stay where you're not unpacking a lot.

Very pleasant stay at motel handy to all amenities

We stayed at Cromwell Assure Central Gold Motel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff are friendly and helpful and we were very comfortable in our reasonably priced studio apartment. There are easy to use shared laundry facilities for guests and the bathroom facilities in the unit were of a high standard. The motel is in an excellent position being just across the main road to the new Mall with restaurants, cafe's, Museum (an excellent place to visit), banks, takeaways, shops available. Nearby is a hotel complex where reasonably priced meals can be had in the popular restaurant. We'd definitely stay at Cromwell Assure Central Gold Motel if we stay at Cromwell again.

Wonderful hosts, gave us lots of suggestions fir things to do. Located very close to town and things to do, modern, comfortable. Introduced us to Asure stay/reward scheme..which others in the group haven't done. Will definitely stay again.

Late to arrive

Was late evening on Sunday night...after a two hour drive was met at office with a smile....taken to my room where the heater was on so room was comfy and welcoming. Facilities were great, very clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable! Also the room was very quiet! I thought Cromwell was still asleep at 7am until I walked out of the room.

This accommodation was more than expected. Clean and the perfect location. Shopping centre almost across the road. Would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Cromwell, I DOUBT YOU WILL FIND BETTER!!

Cromwell experience

Warm, comfortable and clean room, excellently equipped. Loved the underfloor heating. Room was warm when I arrived. All very new, and in beautiful condition. Bed very comfortable, and hotel was quiet. Excellent location for visiting the area - not too far from Queenstown, but avoids the crowdedness of Qtown. I am very impressed with my two stays to date in Asure chain motels.

Facilities: Home away from home; Service: Go the extra mile, Free room upgrade; Mall nearby - everything fairly handy. Awesome hosts.
