Always a great stay at Eden Park Motel

Venue and hospitality was perfect, loved the out door area to have a few drinks!!

Good location - near shops and bars.

Greta area . It’s in the middle of Auckland . The malls where only 10 minutes from each other it’s was great

Property was great for the price and just across from rail station. Receptionist friendly and informative. Room had all amenities- nice sized bathroom and complimentary tea! Bed comfortable and plenty of natural lighting. Nice light blocking blinds for at night, and fairly quiet for being in the city! Room was clean and in good condition, didn't smell like smoke or have any typical odd hotel smells. It is a gem! Parking is right off the road in front of building, maps says you have arrived a bit before the entrance, but easy to find if you keep driving along the road- huge sign! Maybe 5 parking spaces total, but I think there are more spaces on the streets nearby. Would recommend if needing to be in the city for something and not wanting to spend a fortune, or a great place after arriving or before departing NZ. We will be back again when we leave NZ if there are rooms available.

Easy to find and to find our way around. Thef motel was friendly without being in your face all the time. We enjoyed our stay.

A very old building converted into motel rooms. But it served our needs for a two night stay in Auckland. The only negative was a creaky floor which woke my wife up when I had to get up.

This place was a good stay for us. The place is a little bit tired and could use a bit of touch up but it was very clean, had everything we needed and I really appreciated the kitchenette and how it was well put together. It was a little bit tricky to find but we got there. Check in was very friendly and helpful. Being close to Dominion Rd and all that is there is really great. We were very happy with the accommodation.

VERY convenient location for the Eden Park event that we were attending. Free onsite parking and WiFi. Manager was very friendly and helpful, letting us know where to buy groceries, dine etc (all very close walking distance.) potentially noisy with Eden Park on one side and railway station on the other but it was not a problem for us. Property is a little tired but clean. The kitchenette was handy to have with a microwave and small fridge with a little freezer compartment.

Older property, but clean and comfortable and right next to Stadium and bus/train. Owner’s communication is top notch and even held our bags for the day for us to explore after check out. Office hours very, so let them know when arriving or departing. Physical keys given and returned. Our room had a small sink and forks and knives. Shower was spacious.

This is a great location. The room was comfortable and clean.

It was close to the Eden Park and the train but didn't get a chance to go over another side to check out the shops.

Was just a quick stop overnight as I had a function to attend at Eden Park. Perfect location, easy to find, off street parking, easy check-in. Basic but very comfortable.

Customer service was excellent. Easy communications, close to everything, will definitely go back there.

The weather was awesome for the weekend. We had an amazing time as a family.

Had a great stay there. Great communication with Manager. He was not there when we got there and rang him. After he was back he came and introduced himself and showed me where a few things were. Fantastic bed and I felt very safe staying there. Would definitely again.

Family friendly, quiet room. We all slept well. 1yr old, 7yr old, Mum & Nan. Clean, well stocked room. Friendly, helpful manager. Would stay again & recommend.

Great location right by Eden Park. There was road closures on the day of check-in due to event at Eden Park. They made sure to let us know before check-in day & even provided directions on where to go. Very clean room & easy access to local restaurants & bars. Highly recommend this place & will definitely stay again 👍

How easy it is to get to restaurants and bars. It was really clean and tidy. The manager was outstanding, really helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Property is very central. Straight across the road from the Kingsland railway station. Yet very little sound from road or rail traffic. Room was very well presented and very clean. The bed, however was the big letdown for me. My wife enjoyed the bed but on my side there was significant roll-together and sag which meant very little sleep for me with a bit of a testy back :-(. Could be not an issue for others though.

Comfortable bed and plenty of space. Good kitchenette. Lovely shower but can I suggest a hanging shower caddy - at present there's nowhere to place items except on the shower floor. Good sustainability efforts and very friendly and accommodating manager.

Asure At Eden Park = Perfect

Stayed there for 4 nights for the cricket and was absolutly perfect. I have to say, the manerger was outstanding!!! He was so easy to get along with and very helpfull, We highly recommend staying there, we will be back again soon.

Perfect location, basic motel which has everything you need and only a very short walk to nearby shops. It is a unique property (an old Villa that's been converted to a motel with several units). Room was comfortable, clean and quiet.

Manager was friendly, and accommodating (we needed to check in early). The place was clean, shower was spotless, no mildew. Location was amazing, there was a train and stadium within a block. Bonus they had blackout curtains that made the room pitch black in the middle of the day. Room was appointed with fridge, microwave, and a deep sink, plus utensils and plates.

A Great Place to stay!

Had a comfortable stay at Asure. We were a family of 4 on a holiday in NZ and had taken 2 rooms. Rooms were well maintained and kept clean. Mr Ichiro took care to ensure that our stay was comfortable and all the amenities provided worked well. Overall, a great stay!! Thanks so much!!

Its in a quiet but central location, always clean and super comfortable beds. The manager is friendly that makes you feel welcome. Nice mini bar and loads of parking.

Great location - handy to everything . Small room but adequate for 2. Bathroom could do with a refresh. Clean and tidy. Had the front room so some room noise from outside & access point but minimized by double glazing. Would definitely return.

No one was there when checking in, had to call their mobile and he provided a pin number for a safe box which your key was in. The overall room was good. We had 3 people, the fold out couch was terrible to sleep on, and when you pay just over $300 for a room you expect everything to be working properly. The shower head wouldnt stay up so you had to hold it throughout the shower

Average hotel in need of an upgrade. Bed was hard and very creaky, floors were creaky, people in other rooms were smoking so the e drifted through and the main light flickered when on so not great. It was clean and quiet and great location

We found this motel very useful for the rugby at Eden Park and a great location, close to bars and restaurants, in Kingsland. We were made to feel very welcome and had a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend it.

Nice to getting around

The hotel just have a bus n train station, easy to find the place to eat or drink, so close the hotel, when you book this one, found the good maps, you can easily find the place, just a little bit off the city, and very close the Eden Park stadium

Quiet and handy to restaurants. Left some earrings in room when we checked out and they rang and told me. They are going to post them to me - how nice is that?!

Overprice for what you get

The only positive thing I can say is location - but boy did we pay for it the room rate was more than double the advertised 'normal' rate. Inflated because a football match we being played across the road?

Great if you can get in to your room

This hotel does not have a reception open, instead you find an envelope with your name on it and a number to open a lock box to get your key (they may as well leave it open as the code is in the envelope in plain sight). When we arrived these were't there and no one answered the phone. I had a similar issue last time I stayed there. The actual room was clean and quiet.

I have given all excellent. That is all you need. Adding this part makes me not like your survey.

Beautiful old Villa in pristine condition

Room and public area’s spotlessly clean. Very handy to CBD, although entrance is right on busy road, access and egress were no problems. Will definitely stay again.

Everything you need for a stopover

The rooms are small but have everything you need, overall we were happy and have no issues to stay again. Only drawback is lack of car parking, on a busy night we would've had to park on the roadside...a minor issue especially if you were only walking to Eden park which backs onto the property.
