Overall experience was not excellent! Beds were hard! And there was lots of mould!

A nice motel with decent facilities in the room . Would recommend

The receptionist thought I might have some trouble negotiating stairs and volunteered to transfer me to another room on the ground floor without my asking. A good motel and superior service.

friendly staff, easy check in, parking on site. quiet area. the room is very clean and spacious. fitout seems dated but typical of a lodge or motel style. reasonable price for room and very reasonably priced mini bar. i wound stay here again and do recommend this place to others

Well priced and clean. Venetian blind over kitchen sink didn’t seem to work but otherwise comfortable for overnight stay.

Comfy bed, great shower, nice size. Ceiling fan a bit dicey but great air conditioner…… could do with a new blind above kitchen sink. Apart from a couple of things our stay was great…

I stayed here with my nearly 90 year old Aunty in 2 separate rooms. The rooms were nicely serviced and when we asked about rebooking on the way back. They were more than helpful with booking a one bedroom, room on the way back. Renee behind the desk was amazing. Excellent quality for price I felt.

Nice and quiet, clean and comfortable. Exactly what we needed on an overnight stay travelling through the Port.

Just stayed for one night, it was a lovely stay, bed was comfy and everything was clean :)

The manager was extremely friendly and accommodating on arrival and once settled in we realised what great value this property was compared to others we have stayed at. The property is older but beautifully maintained and updated . The attention to detail was excellent 👏

There wasnt anything unique - it was a motel room. I felt it clausticphobic with a window and outside table looking at vehicles. Different from the view given with a pleasant balcony overlooking the lawn.

We have stayed here several times & always great accommodation.. we travelled down this time for an out door concert & arrived on a bike & when asked for xtra towels because we got drenched was accommodated greatly & even allowed us to park bike under cover near our room.. great value for the price & should be really super when their renovations are finished

Property was older and in need of maintenance. Bathroom fan cover suddenly fell out, fan was very noisy.

We checked in early and all was fine. Room was clean and good size. Noisy room next door which we could hear for hours through the TV. Shower good but no surround so floor flooded despite curtains being around. No toothbrush which was disappointing. Mattress could do with being turned over as we both felt like we were rolling into the centre. Pillows were good. No dining which was a shame. Lady here was lovely and helpful.

The property was fine but there was a car parked near our room that there car alarm went off all night was very annoying, we ended up waking up at 5am and left the property.

While this property is a little dated, it's clearly well maintained and was clean and well-stocked. The kitchenette is fantastic and I personally love that the bed had boomerang pillows and it was adjustable! Staff were lovely and even were able to accommodate me checking in a bit a early when I arrived sooner than anticipated. It was nice and quiet and the location is only a short drive to wherever you want to go.

Very well presented accommodation. The room was spotlessly clean and very well presented. And very spacious. The staff are very friendly and have a great knowledge of the area.

The bed was absolutely lovely and comfy. The size of the room was more than i expected. The balcony was a lovely addition. I loved the fact that major shopping centres were so close and that it was off the main road. It was peaceful, which was what i needed. The only thing i will mention is that the hot water took a while to come through, but once it did, the shower was very good. The fridge door would bump into the door each time you opened or closed it. Other than that..... perfect. I will definitely stay again for the price. It was good value.

The motel is in good condition and is well located near to the cbd. Rooms are quite spacious and facilities are good.

We stayed for only one night but would definately stay here again. The hotel is a little out of the centre of town but with that comes its quiet and safe location in a residential area. The room was very spacious with great facilities and a large balcony. Staff were very friendly.

Comfortable bed, lovely cotton blanket and nice white sheets and towels. We had a balcony with a view on the upper floor.

Lovely clean rooms, had all facilities we needed, beds were comfortable and clean. Good bbq area under cover however one bbq was not clean, did inform them so hopefully all good now.

The Staff are lovely here and the room was very comfortable as well. Its great to have a sink to wash up in as well.

It’s a bit out dated but clean

The only thing we didn't like were the bath towels. They felt very lush but were not absorbent. We will go back again but take our own bath towels. The breakfast packages in the room are an excellent idea. The mini bar was excellent.

Although I only stayed overnight ,travelling through,thi is also a fantastic place to stay for a few days and explore the area.

Quick stop on way home so asked for ground floor. The room underneath building cold and dark even though it was sunny outside. Aircon on heat fixed that. Room had an odour of beer. Bed comfortable, rain shower ok. Kitchenette facilities meant we did not avail ourselves of breakfast which appeared to be good value. Room safe. Parking a bit tight and not allocated. Checking in and out good with fresh milk supplied.Covid safe practices excellent. Foxtel available.

Fantastic place to stay, friendly staff, large room with electric bed. First place I have seen with a makeup face washer. They have thought of everything.

Our priority to to charge our 2021 Hyundai Kona EV. This property currently has two Tesla Destination charges, one of which happily charged our car. Really appreciated.

Needs some maintenance in the room we were in otherwise clean and acceptable for a short stay

Convenient and pleasant for a one night stay.

Nice place, easy to find, microwave, kettle, nearby parking, asked for and received ground floor unit. Upon arrival, I had to disturb the receptionist from sitting and talking to someone in the reception. She was not happy I disturbed her. Other than that, it was all pretty good.

Stopped here as halfway point on a longer trip. Basic room, but had everything we needed, and it was clean and comfortable. Likely to stay here again.

Great place near the centre of Port Macquarie.

The Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was stress free and comfortable, i couldn't recommend the staff and hotel high enough, they went out of their way to ensure that i was happy. The hotel itself was fresh clean and tidy with amenities that made my stay very pleasant.

Good location, clean rooms, helpful pleasant reception, Tesla charger. My only gripe is too many notes about not soiling linen and general advice to behave responsibly

The hotel located in calm place, 10 min drive to the centre and ocean. The room includes all what you need, but hasn’t views from windows if you might, good come to sleep..

Great space for the family with kitchenette

Was recently updated with large tv screen and king bed also had a great shower head. Free parking and friendly staff

Loved everything about it however I went in winter and too cold for our 1 Year old baby to go swimming, I'm sure the pool would've been great. Only disappointment which didn't affect us as our son was only 1. The room had another single bed if you used it - or if the bed linen was used they charged on your card an additional $35 per night after your stay, luckily this was not the case as I bought the portable cot - however if he was older or if my wife snored so loud and I wanted to use the single bed in the SAME room we would of been charged $35 per night. That's the only downside apart from that staff was great, room ideal for OUR needs. Was impressed that the room came with a microwave, cutlery, plates, cups, coffee tea etc - we got frozen McCain Man Size Meals from Coles which filled us up until Breakie. Stayed 3 nights and will rate it 8/10 would definitely be higher if we could just use the single bed in the same room free of charge. My wife does snore loudly but I was lucky enough to goto the club during those 3 nights.

Room was clean and comfortable. Pictures of property on websites do not match the property itself. Location is out of the way and not close to much but is very quiet.

The Prestige room was spacious, clean, well appointed kitchenette, very comfortable bed, bathroom modern and spotless.

Rooms are clean and well appointed. The motel is within walking distance of town centre (15 mins ) and a major club.
