Room was nice and clean
It was worth the $$$ spent
Liked the area it's located in
2nd time ive stayed here. always great and a great location.
It is noisy and the furniture in the rooms are beat up. Wish a pool was their
Everything was amazing at the hotel
nice clean rooms very quiet considering where it is .wifi very slow.they don't allow guests in your room which is surprising for a Bangkok hotel
The hotel room was decent. My main complaint was the area. My friend and I did not feel safe at all.
Ideal if you want to be right in the middle of bars and restaurants, not if you want peace and quiet.
Great Location
Good Location, Clean Rooms
I appreciate the fun location, but there was no free parking as advertised and the water did not get very hot
We go to Thailand every year with a group of friends and stay at Aspira because we like the location.Last time we went my friend complained about his room smelling like cigarette smoke, they accused my friend of smoking even though he doesn't smoke cigarettes. This time they gave me stained towels and charged me 600 baht for the stained towels the next day. The lady in the front basically told me I was a liar and it was impossible for them to give us stained towels even though they did. They should have made it clear that if there is any issues with our room we need to report it right away or else weare liable for it, but they never said anything about that. Horrible customer service..
Generally ok hotel but I didn’t like the location
Overall hotel is clean and up to a good standard, for families not really the right area for you.
I’ve stayed a few times before, there are some condition problems but overall it’s a good place for single men or a group, lady bars and naughty massage right on the streets and 1 minute from sky train
No frills, clean rooms, central to all transport in bangkok so ideal.
Great location and nice hotel to stay in sukhumvit. Although a little bit loud because of the proximity of the bar. But if youre into party ideal choice.
Nil
Not a fan of getting a small stain on the sheets, which is easily washable with normal methods which they said will take extra washing so charged me 1000 baht. I did my laundry for the whole month in thailand for 2 people for less than 500 baht. This was just ludicrous. Also they got rid of the balconies now so definitely never staying here ever again.
Excellent!
I've stayed here many times and it's always my number one pick for my last one or two nights in Bangkok at the end of a longer stay. Perfectly located by the BTS (but very quiet) it has everything you might want within a short stroll. Always clean and comfortable, having a good nights sleep is never a problem here.
Good party location, BUT…
No hot water in the shower. The hotel is in disrepair: holes in walls, broken furniture, etc. It’s on a street with aggressive free lancers that grab you every time you try to walk past. Personally, I enjoy both high end hotels, and hotels that are in the epicenter of the party, and when I wanna party and rub elbows, I’ll compromise, but this hotel was a little to sketchy - even for me.
Bed
The bed was soft, and for my taste, was the most comfortable bed i have found during travel.
Clean room and convenience for travelling around Bangkok via BTS sky train and Metro Very close to commercial centre
Hotel is located near all the bars and nightlife, making it extremely noisy, with bar and street noises lasting until 4 a.m. Although the staff were very friendly, I couldn’t get an extra blanket, and I was charged a small fee of 100 baht for losing a key card. We ended up checking out one day early to upgrade to a quieter hotel with a restaurant, bar, and a better location away from the red-light district.
The only real downfall is the shower. So small.. Literally barley fit without getting water on the ente bathroom floor
Excellent customer service
Overall, our stay was average. We had everything we needed, but nothing beyond that. The wifi connection was very poor for the first two nights. I raised the issue with the front desk, but they didn’t seem very concerned, offering only the explanation that the hotel was at full capacity and there wasn’t much they could do. While I understand that to some extent, I was hoping they could at least reset the router. As a result, I had to use my own international data so that my dad could access the internet, which he wasn’t happy about. Additionally, the shower area lacked a shower curtain or any other solution to prevent water from spreading. This made it difficult to manage, especially with only one bath mat available. I also wasn’t aware that requesting an extra towel would incur an additional charge. Given the overall experience, I’m not sure if I would stay again, but the location is excellent!
didnt like the balconies were taken. away that was half the reason i stayed there all the time before. bring them back
In the heart of Nana district and is affordable.
Simply excellent but the area around is full of people harassing you. It is very safe but just a lot of people trying to sell your things.
Close to bars and restaurants. And very close to the metro
😁
Only couple of minutes walk to BTS. Very convenient
It was very clean apartment.
The main reason for staying here is its close proximity to Nana Station.
They are amazing
Great location for those looking to enjoy the night life. Right next to the Be there soon station and many bars in the same street
Great Location, But Lacking Hospitality
The hotel is right next to a bunch of bars, so be ready to deal with noise and bar girls every time you come and go. The rooms have pretty much no soundproofing and face the party street, so it's definitely not for anyone who’s sensitive to noise. As for the staff, after staying here twice, I can say they aren’t very friendly. They seem annoyed by guests and rarely offer a smile or a greeting, which is surprising for Thailand. They could really improve in that department!
Very clean and good value but their phones won't allow local calling. Staff are not that reasonable: saw a customer accused of stealing a towel and had all his luggage inspected including threat of deposit kept, but the man clearly did not steal. Waste of everyone's time during checkout and the staff member wasn't thinking.
Been staying there ever time in Bangkok
Rooms must be more light
Great
Great location and great hotel.
Niv
3 minute walk to the Nana Sky Train station. From there, all of Bangkok is accessible.
Nice and clean . Will book again Ty aspira
Great location, great price
The room smells mold or musty and it gets stronger when it’s raining. It is noisy outside, and room does not have completely sealed from outside so noise comes in to your room. I asked change the room at but the reception’s answer was “Because it’s raining outside. You should have told earlier.” So they don’t let you cancel or move the room. I ended up to ask Expedia for help and moved another hotel with Expedia’s credit that helped me a bit. Definitely don’t recommend. Low quality service, low quality room.
Love this little hotel!
My 'go to' hotel! I've lost count of the number of times I've stayed here now and it's a place I'll continue to return to. It's right next to Nana BTS so I find access really easy and convenient. Despite being on a small street with many bars it's very quiet inside and I always have a good nights sleep. The room I had was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Service is always good from the Reception team. Thank you, I'll be back again!
Nice hotel down a quieter alleyway but still very close to all the activities.
Pushy massage girls outside of the hotel! Annoying!
On arrival the lady on reception was a bit miserable and short.Modern room with all the facilities but the TV had only a few channels with poor reception. There was a kettle but no coffee or tea was provided.Great location near to the BTS.
good location near the BTS
The place was great, lots of food options literally a some throw away from the skytrain, mall and night life close by. Many great bars and adult services right there, only down side is the ladyboy bar next door. Can’t come or go without bein pe
The hotel was perfect. It was clean, big enough, beside the nana metro station (good if your coming straight from the airport), the staff was nice, it as a good quality/price and its well located. The only thing is, it’s located on a street that is a sex workers spot, so if you’re alone and a man, be prepared to be harassed, otherwise you’ll be good! Would go again it I have to!
Right at the Nana BTS….very convenient. Area has that urban punk feel…always a lot going on… Great street food nearby…
This property is hard to review. I'll start with the neighborhood. It's in a great location in the middle of all the action. That's the gift and the curse. Lots of dining, stores and nightlife are right there within walking distance. But to get anywhere you have to dodge ladyboys and other solicitors. It's fine if you are into that but I wasn't. The hotel rooms are small which I don't mind but there is no desk to get work done and no chair to sit on. But the rooms are clean and modern. The TV was worthless. I don't travel to watch TV but it didn't even work with my YouTube connection. The staff was ok. They were neither nice nor not. They were fine. The hotel IMO is worth the stay if you are a single guy who will be out on the town all the time and not planning on working. It's a great bargain and I might stay here again because of how central it is. Just don't look anyone in the eyes as you leave the hotel if you pick this location.
It’s a great location, the only down side is the room I reserved and paid for was larger with a small couch but it wasn’t like that, the room is very small, it’s a street with a lot of “interesting” clubs on it if you like that kind of thing (I do) but it does get tiresome getting solicited all the time. But over all I’d stay here again two thumbs up from me
Hotel room was small and the wifi was really bad. Also, they have the electric Kattle but no coffee or tea bags were provided. Not recommanded if you need wifi to do some work.
If this is an area you want to visit this is a great place for the money. Very convenient location. Probably the cleanest room I have stayed in in Thailand. Very comfortable
Great service by hotel staff. The room modern and clean.
The area is in the center of everything, staffs are friendly
It’s right in the middle of everything, I love it staffs are nice .. I enjoy this place
Average hotel. Fan in the cupboard that was very noisy and couldn't be switched off. Check in isn't what that say at noon it is more like 2pm
Great place to stay
The price was good, and it was very close to the BTS. Staff was very nice and I like that it was close to the mall also. The two negatives is that it’s in the middle of the red light district for Nana, which is not why I was there and you will get catcalled and grabbed while walking to your room from the BTS. Room also smelled strange.
Great location in the heart
The staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating; will not go there again despite having already gone twice.
Located just next to BTS Nana Station. Room size is good, come with 2-seater sofa, mattress is firm and hard enough, pillow is soft type. The only setback for this hotel is it is located at "red light message lane". But, safety is not compromised, quite fun each time walking back to hotel.
Very happy with my stay!
Clean, comfy, and it’s great for the price
Excellent Value Hotel
Received a free room upgrade when checking in. Perfect location, although you do have to pass a massage shop full of hungry girls and ladyboys every time you want to get onto Sukhumvit Road (that was half the fun for me to be honest!). Friendly, courteous and efficient staff. Highly recommend for the solo traveller wink wink
great
good one to stay
The property and staff were great. Easy to walk to everything and taxis and public transit close. Stayed here before and will stay again.
Good location as hotel is right next to BTS Nana station. Room is clean and comfortable.
You’re right in the middle of all the craziness of Bangkok yet it’s still surprisingly quiet. Also right next to the metro station
clean updated rooms
Not that good
I always stay here right when I arrive and when I depart... very convenient place to stay
Great newly renovated and in a good location. Bars on the doorset, might not be for everyone.
Decently priced hotel near Nana BTS
Fantastic location right beside Nana BTS. Cosy lobby with machine dispensing free coffee/tea/chocolate. Check-in was 2pm and not noon as stated and there is a need to pass by ladyboy bars before reaching the venue. Room was small but well equipped. Overall still in a better condition than Atlas just opposite.
many bar girls and others harassing you when coming and going
Perfect location for single people
Near Nana BTS and easily accessible. However there is only 1 room card and asking for 1 extra card got rejected.
Clean. Nice location.
Very good location and price
Very nice location and friendly staff and with a good price. I always stay here.
That was a great hotel to stay at on Soi 7. Much better and more modern than Atlas across the street. Most comfortable bed and quiet room I stayed in the whole trip.
Brilliant yet again!
I've stayed here several times now and it's one of my preferred hotels when in Bangkok. It's very easy to reach and within yards of the BTS. Although on a pretty busy street, it's actually very quiet inside and I always sleep well. The hotel is maintained to a high quality and I was surprised at how large my room was on this stay (they upgraded me). I'll definitely be back!
Not a good value
The hotel is located on a shady ally . It is very average and not well maintained. Shower is so uncomfortable because of how small it is . Not very clean and dated furniture. For the same price you can get a lot more value for your money from other hotels in the area .
Not bad, but not great either
Internet was bad. Told the staff, but they very brush me off, saying too many guests. No brush and tooth paste was given. TV channels had limited choices. Besides that, pleasant stay
I always stay here when in Bangkok. Such a nice little hotel!! Staff is always wonderful!
Ideal for single gents
This hotel is definitely ideal for single gentlemen, but we won't recommend it for couples. The rooms are small but clean. Although our bathroom basin water took ages to spool out, the room was clean, and everything was in working order. The access area at the hotel always has people sitting around which isn't ideal. The adjacent street pubs are very busy, so if this is what you're looking for then this hotel is ideal.
I really like this place! It could probably use a little up keep but overall a really nice place to stay. Right next to the metro!
Bath door not working. Bed is very comfortable
Lovely to return!
I've always been very happy with this hotel and again so on this visit. It's right beside the BTS so access is super easy. There's restaurants and bars within only a few steps so it's very convenient. The hotel is always presented very smartly and clean and the staff have always been friendly and professional.
NOT AT ALL FIT FOR FAMILY, BUSY STREET VENDERS 24/7 NIGHT CLUB !!! LADIES JUST DOWN THE HOTEL
It's your standard discount hotel in the tourist and sex worker district. It's clean and the staff is nice. Rooms are dimly lit, think romantic style. Bed mattress was a bit tired, but so was I and it ended up being perfect. It's on a side street filled with girlie-bars and sexy massages. However, once you clear that street you're on the main tourist road with almost immediate access to the sky train (BTS). I will stay again.
Staff were very welcoming
Good hotel
Good hotel in a great location, fill my expectations fully.
It was what you would expect from a hotel surrounded by ladies of the night. The fact that they charged me almost an entire day extra to have a late check out for a midnight flight tells you everything you need to know. Save yourself the trouble, stay at NOVATEL or the JW MARRIOT.
