Aspen Hotel, sıcak ve güler yüzlü personeli, tertemiz odaları ve huzurlu atmosferiyle gerçekten keyifli bir konaklama sunuyor. Özellikle otelin avlusundaki ağaçlarla çevrili bahçesi çok dinlendirici. Konumu ise mükemmel; hem tarihi mekanlara hem de denize sadece birkaç adım uzaklıkta. Eğer Kaleiçi’nde konaklamayı düşünüyorsanız, Aspen Hotel’i gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. The hammam, the harbour , shops and restaurants are close. Our car was parked in a private car park safely. The room is spacious and luxary, with a romantic balcony. We highly recommend this hotel, also the staff is friendly and breakfast is wonderful.

The hotel is in the old town area with plenty of restaurants and bars which do make some noise until 2am at night. The staff was always smiling and helpful. The area has steep narrow streets and similar looking buildings, it is easy to get lost.

I will stay there again

Hotel very well located in Ankara Old Town. The staff is friendly and wants to help. The pool is very an asset, however there was a group of people who monopolize the long chairs from 08:00 to 19:30 for the 4 days we were there. Our room was next to a famous bar so the music was quite loud until past midnight. The mattresses need a bit of love, very uncomfortable, but the staff brought a solution.

Location is great in old town, but hotel has seen better days (wallpaper coming off walls) but clean. Breakfast is fine (every day different hot egg dish, some bread and cheese, tomato and cucumber, cereal and of course tea and coffee). Choose the hotel because of the pool, but it was empty :(

Lovely boutique hotel

Staff very helpful & friendly. Breakfast was lovely - everyday was different, always found something to eat. Rooms lovely & clean. Fantastic location for wandering around the old town.

This hotel has a special human touch

Our stay was just perfect. Denize at the reception is an exceptional person. He was there to help us in the smallest of things. Can stay here again just for the hospitality he gave us. Thanks Denize for making our stay all the more wonderful!

Excellent in every way. Room, common areas, location, staff, service, breakfast. Recommended. Includes free parking for hotel guests (to get through the barriers into the old city, just tell the guard which hotel you’re going to).

Location and internal area of hotel is very nice

Very much enjoyed our stay!

Overall the reception to the cleaning crew to the restaurant crew were amazing! We really enjoyed our stay and would surely be coming back again. Though one call out I want to make that this was really in a city where the roads were very tight so you may to go on foot around and also reaching outside the city. Our taxi driver really struggled when bringing us from the airport.

Stopover in Hotel Aspen

This is our third time staying at the Aspen Hotel in Antalya and we have booked to stay there again in a m9n5hs time. Staff always polite and available when needed. Clean rooms and located in a great central part of Antalya.

Super helpful staff!!

The property is conveniently located in old town with close walk to marina and old bazaar. Staff was friendly and allowed us late check out by 1 hour. Cozy hotel with small rooms, good enough breakfast in the morning to fill you up, we stayed in a suite but only had enough room to walk around. If you don’t mind that, and would like to stay in the middle of everything, go for this hotel. If you’re looking for spacious rooms and luxury, this isn’t for you. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who’s looking for the convenience of walking around old bazaar, marina, lots of restaurants and Hadrian’s gate.

The location and atmosphere

Lovely stay in this friendly hotel. A little bit of maintenance here and there would have given a better appearance. Nicely located in the old town. Satnav needed to find it but relatively easy access.

I loved that this hotel was very close to the beach and the ships. I also liked that many dining options were available in walking distance. And the life around the hotel was buzzing, I really liked this. I had a great experience!

Had a wonderful stay at the Aspen hotel was only for a day mind. Absolutely fantastic area around the old harbour. Very clean room, friendly helpful staff. Air conditioning was great. Things to consider there is no kettle in the room, no permit however there is a hairdryer plugged in the bathroom ?so take a flask. Would be great for the hotel to consider extending the pool time during the height of summer from 1900 to 2030 or 2100. Would recommend this hotel

amazingly beautiful hotel, very unique within the old city which was so interesting. the barman was extremly helpful and polite. we upgraded from the standard room, and had a resonable size room. had cnn news channel on the tv. what i didnot like was that it took a very long time on 2 occasions just for a glass of tea, and 2 other guests said they had been waiting 1 hour for salad and burgers and each time it was quiet.

Location is great and not too close to the noisy bar areas but still within Walking distance to cafes and restaurants, bars. Very close to Mermerli beach (swimming area near cliffs with paid sunbeds ). Room was a good size, cleaned daily and also has pool which was a plus. Staff were very helpful, polite and always had a smile. Came for 2 nights extended another 3

Perfect location

Convenient as its very close to Mermer Beach . Check in was quick and and was even provided a coffee before i went to my room. Stayed in the superior room which was spacious and air conditioner was great. Pool facilities are good and there is a good variety at breakfast. Nice quiet spot in the old city but also walkable distance to restaurants and night life.

room clean, staff friendly and helpful, location OK, but no kettle in room, a bit trouble to get to restaurant to refill your own water bottle. Breakfast really too simple, only one hot food per day, scramble eggs and boiling eggs, next days fried bread or fried sausage. long staircase to get up to reception for check in, again to get to your room , too tired to take luggage.

Great hotel, great location, great staff!

I really loved this hotel. I have been to Antalya many times and have stayed in at least 4 other hotels in Kaleici and this was my favourite. The staff is really friendly, the rooms are clean, cute and comfortable and the hotel grounds are pretty. Also, a lot of hotel rooms in Kaleici are small, my economy room in Aspen was big and had a spacious bathroom. I will definitely stay here again!

I am older traveling guy almost was everywhere , and seen lots of different people and hotels. Aspen hotel was excellent and extremely clean and comfortable. Very nice and professional, friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. The location is beautiful and gorgeous, food is amazing and delicious. Special thanks Eren and Ismail for amazing job and good spiking English and Russian language. I stay Aspen hotel 12 nights feels like visiting my relatives. I would like to recommend this hotel everybody if you’re staying in Antalya and again thanks of lots gays for excellent job 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Retro vibe with comfortable rooms

Nice, retro vibe. Helpful staff. Located in the Old town, so within walking distance of several attractions. Our only issue was that some of the fittings inside the Room were old and worn, and may need replacement (eg., the electric master-switch needed a lot of fiddling with the card accompanying the key to get the lights started). But, it was a small glitch compared to the comforts offered.

Good hotel close to the beach, the old town core, etc.

Hotel was comfortable, clean, quiet and friendly with a very good breakfast. However kaleci is very over-rated. Very pushy shop workers made Kaleci an unpleasant area to stay.

Not recommended at all!

We booked only 1 night in case we did not like this hotel... In fact, was a great idea, this place was way below average. Beware, this hotel was built minimum in 1980 or so... The room has a horrible cigar smell, so strong that we could barely sleep, the furniture is very old, the toilet also... the size is not the one advertised. And it looks rarely clean. In general, not a good experience, we did not even try the breakfast as we were afraid of their hygiene.

Alright

The hotel was alright. We were taken aback that it was forbidden to bring back water, which was a very odd decision from the hotel in the hot summer months. We didnt use the pool, but it looked alright. Breakfast was not the best what we had (for the same price) in Turkey, but it was still OK. The reception staff looked grumpy and it was odd that someone randomly knocked the door and asked if we are using the room bar. On the positive side, we loved the location and the closeness to the beach.

good experience staying at Aspen. The location is ideal if you're interested in the old city narrow winding streets with a good choice of places to eat and vantage points to view the sea front.

Beautiful hotel in perfect surroundings!!

The Aspen Class hotel is one of a kind. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is perfect and 5 mins from Mermeli Beach one of the best I have come across in my trips to the Med. nearby hosts some of the best bars and restaurants. Aspen is a joy to behold. I recommend this hotel highly and you can't go wrong for the price!!

Rooms are nice. Was mislead bout airport shuttle.

The room is compact but that's no problem. It was at the limit of the wifi range but worked for the night I was there so was happy. It is nice, comfortable and clean so it won't blow you away but it is a good, solid room. My only complaint is when booking I was under the impression there was an airport shuttle offered (for a fee) as they quote a price on their page. They don't offer a shuttle and instead it is there to "let you know how much it would cost" if you wanted to book your own. They should not have it up there at all in my opinion as it is misleading.

A few things about this hotel: Pro: - Meals: buffet dinner and breakfast, turkish style. Quality is good. - Neighbourhood: Good to cover the majority of the sightseeing points of Antalya. Con: - Location: Old town side of the city. Hard to navigate towards the hotel if you are driving, plus road is quite narrow, even for a BMW X3. Thus, do not book this hotel if you are driving unless you are very familiar with Antalya. - Room condition: Overall reasonable in terms of bedding, albeit old mattress, and poor noise blocking wall (I could hear my brother snoring over the wall). However, no kettle, and even no complimentary water is provided. Hot water is available at the dining area, and ONLY during meal time. Charges applicable if you need hot water outside of meal time and after you have finished your meal, or if your booking doesn't include meals. Charges applicable if you try to ask for cold water regardless of timing. 1.5 TL for a 300ml bottled water. Definitely trying to get every single cents possible. - WIFI: It exists. But couldn't browse most of the time anyway, and the hotel had an award for best wifi, was this a sarcastic award?

3 night in old town

The old town is very beautiful. However, staff was not accomodating at times.

Nice hotel, minor reservation issue

We spent one night at Aspen Hotel - Special Class. It was a pleasant stay overall and the hotel was in a very traditional and scenic neighborhood. The only issue I had was with my reservation. I had booked 5 rooms for my group but prior to our arrival I had learnt that they cancelled one of my room reservations because expedia.com sent in the cancellation notice and I ended up having to send my driver to a different hotel. I am still wondering how my reservation through hotels.com would get cancelled by expedia.com.

Gorgeous location

Situated in the centre of Old Antalya, this hotel is worth the stay! The rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly and very helpful. I really recommend this hotel as it is clean and luxurious. The pool is fantastic, as is the buffet breakfast. Thanks so much, will definitely return!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. However breakfast was terrible, can even say un-edible. Hotel policy is that no food stuffs allowed into the room

Excellent location in the old city

The hotel is pleasant and very well located in the old city near the Marina Beach. The rooms are small but clean and the staff is very helpful. They arranged for me to rent a car to drive to the historical ruins in the area The hotel has a convenient parking place so I had no problem renting the car for a few days.

Locate in old town and thus difficult to find. Apart from this, every item in hotel are perfect.

Good location hotel with small rooms.

We stayed one night there and moved to another hotel. rooms are reasonable but very small. many stairs and make it not very accessible if you have heavy luggages or disabled. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff were mostly good but my bad rating goes for the rude behaviour of one of the restaurant staff at the breakfast. Anyone working at a hotel should know rules of hospitality and right gesture.

Nothing wrong

There was nothing wrong with this hotel. The location was great in Old Town. The room was very nicely decorated; a cute boutique room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was good space in the room too which is rare in Europe/Turkey hotels. The breakfast had a good selection. The old town streets can be a little confusing but there are signs for the hotel. The staff was helpful with directions. I would stay here again.

24 hour reception good for late check in - we arrived late and left early, staying just one night, but it was perfectly pleasant.

Pleasant enough.

It's an old hotel and he facilities reflect that but overall it was fine and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay given that we were out and about most of the time. Breakfast included in room rate was good value.

Convenient Location & EXTRAORDINARY HOSPITALITY!

Very convenient to all at Old City Marina. Pleasant hotel, very nicely decorated, small but adequate room. EXTRAORDINARY HOSPITALITY: Terrific helpful staff; we were taking a late night flight out of Antalya; when checking out that morning we said that we would be spending the day at the marina and the front desk manager suggested that after our daytime activities, we return to the hotel to shower and change before our flight. We were shown the showers in the sauna, massage room and given towels; shampoo, soap and technically we were no longer guests, as we checked out earlier in the day. We were delighted! PS. When you confirm your reservation ask for specific directions into the Old City Marina, it’s a little tricky.

There has to be better hotels in the vicinity

Location: great, in old part of city and close to beach but vey noisy, woke up every night due to the noise from the neighbouring club/ bar Service: poor, when we Asked someone at the front desk to recommend some restaurants nearby ( the place is full of mediocre tourist traps) he said he couldn't do so; also when I went to complain about the rags they gave us for towels the guy at the desk smiled and said he will have it checked without any aPology. Level of English very poor and we got the response" English Problem" at one stage Room: horrible view of some building site next door, room in dodgy condition with worn out towels and had some trouble with hot water at one point Breakfast: poor, no fresh fruit And limited selection Plus points: pool and internet in lobby

Quaint hotel in the old town

The hotel was ideally located in the old town, near the marina. It was clean and had air conditioning, and was a good value for the area. We didn't get a chance to eat the breakfast, but the hotel packed us a breakfast to take to the airport. We were only given one small blanket, no sheet or duvet, as we had experienced at other hotels. Also, as we were walking into the hotel with water we had purchased on the street, we were told that we could not bring outside food or drink into the hotel, and that we had to purchase the water that was in our refrigerator in the room...put us off a bit.

loved the hotel very new furniture, wirless all over the hotel, nice pool & very friendly staff. The breakfast was v.good, & the hotel near the taxi parking, the city center, shopping area & the marina. The only negative thing is the night club near the hotel is very noisy at night.

Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt. Es ist interessant. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass das Hotel einen Pool hat, in dem man sich an einem heißen Tag abkühlen kann.

Das Hotel und das Personal sind Klasse. Würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

La struttura è molto bella in quanto l'antico splendore è mantenuto nel migliore dei modi... Direi che tutto è perfetto
