Original stayed 3 nights enjoyed it so much stayed another 3. Great location, 2 minute walk to main nightlife area. Room was nice, clean, and cold. Would highly recommend.

I've stayed at Asia Divers several times in a fan room cold shower, which is fine. The staff are really helpful, and the cleaning staff are excellent . It's a basic hotel with no frills and if that’s what you're looking for I would definitely recommend. There are lots of Thai and western restaurants on the doorstep. Very quiet overnight, apart from the occasional rooster! There are lots of Thai and western restaurants very close by.

Good hotel, good location as close to the main strip of restaurants and bars but far enough away to not hear them. Nice pool which was very quiet during our stay.

Staff was unfriendly, rooms are very clean and you have enough space! Nice balcony and every day room clean service. Include breakfast was nothing special but always tasty.

Excellent location, good value for money.

The pool is awesome and the staff are very helpful with booking tours and tickets. Free shuttle to the pier was a bonus. Within easy waking distance to Sairee Beach and all of the shops/ restaurants but far enough away that you don’t get the noise. The rooms could use a renovation, but overall we were very happy with our stay. Would highly recommend the full day snorkel tour with the group “Oxygen” booked through this resort.

Good location, close to everything

The check-in was very fast. We were offered a lovely room but it was on the second floor with very stiff stairs. We asked to change to the ground floor due to knee injury. They quickly answered our request and arranged for our luggage to be moved. The room was very spacious but the mattresses were very old and pillows were hard like concrete. The rooms come with only cold water The pool is small and mainly occupied by divers. The wi-fi was not reaching the rooms ( on the ground floor). The system to connect to wi-fi was complicated. You have to get a paper from the front desk with a password that works for only 24 hours. One password daily and you have to logging every-time you open your device. The restaurant is ok. It is the only place you might get a reasonable signal for wifi.

Great resort

Excellent experience when compared to reviews of guesthouses at similar prices. Clean spacious room. We had fan only but this was perfectly fine. Cleaned every day which you don't always get in Thailand. Pool was good size and very clean. We did diving with the onsite dive team. Instructors were very good and worth that extra 500bht compared to other places for the open water course!

Good hotel for cheap price

Big room with balcony, good price for the service. Daily room service. Hotel is quiet but near to main Street and beach (10 Mina walk). Big swimming pool. I would add fridge as there is no A/C IN CONFORT room I booked and moskito net to be able to sleep with door open at night.

Went for getaway and found dive center, 150 yard away dorm that had no "no" WiFi. Front desk did not have energy to site check and said they would call the guy. Only wifi ever seen was in lobby. Pool was clean but well used for training.

A good base

We stayed at Asia Resort while completing our scuba diving certifications at Roctopus just down the road so we didn't spend too much time there. The pool area is nice but there are no cushions on the wooden loungers so the only time we went to the pool we didn't stay long. The room was basic but kept very clean (we had a superior room) with air con and ceiling fan. Unfortunately there was no kettle in the room but the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The bathroom had a high window opening to the corridor which Mosquitos used to get in so keep the door closed! The hotel is in a good location for the busy end of the village but the proximity of the road meant it was quite noisy at night. The breakfast included with the room was very basic but freshly made to order. Overall a good base if you want to be close to the nightlife without being right in the middle with just a short walk to the beach.

Hostel isn't actually on the resort, nor are we allowed to use anything on the resort. 5 minute walk away from it, but the hostel is brand new. Good for a couple nights stay. Staff sucks, they're sick of tourists and hostel guests more so :P

Not as advertised

I booked a dorm since the price was good and the beds looked comfortable. I checked in and then I found it odd that a driver had to take me to my room. After driving for 5 minutes in the opposite direction of the Sairee beach, where there was no longer even street lights I asked "how much further?" at which he replied "a few minutes", at that I told him to bring me back. They would not refund my money but I didn't care, I walked away and found comparable accommodation that wasn't 20+ minutes away in the jungle.

Would not recommend dorm!

Review is on the dormitory - the dorm room is NOT on the actual complex it is 10 minutes away along a dirt road. Staff at reception very rude and unhelpful. At the dorm there is nothing but bugs. Room is quite modern but nothing at the site apart from this room. No air con. There was 2 small fans which just circulated warm air about the room. Bottom bunk was on the floor. Lots of bugs and stray cats! Showers and toilets were OK. Friend woke up scratching and lots of little ants in her bed!! Would not recommend the dorm room here. Pool is OK mainly used for diving though, sun loungers not really comfortable to be used to lounge about on!! Other hostels with better vibe/ facilities/ closer.

Stayed at Asia resort while diving with another company, awesome hotel, pick up from the ferry, house keeping and water bottles every day, awesome pool, very close to great restaurants and shops, english movie channels, fan room was good temperature to sleep, perfect place to stay while diving on koh tao. Highly recommended, I would definitely go back!

The room was horrible and the ladies at the reception were extremelky unfriendly. The place is dirty, from the beds to the toilets, cold water, wi-fi horrible... Worst place i've ever been.

Pieceful, yet close to the beach location

The hotel is located outside of noisy party zones, however has many cafes, restaurants and the beach within up to 10min walk. The Superior That Style room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel has an amazing diving pool with depths going beyond 3m. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Koh tao trip

I stayed in the hostel which wasn't advertised as at a different location to the resort which was a bit annoying as it was 10 minute walk down a dirt path. The room was kept clean and had all the necessary amenities however it severely lacked be tattoo and was very stuffy!

Enkelt rum, nära till mat och strand

För priset så var det helt okej, städat, vatten på flaska ingick. Duschen hade helt okej vattentryck, tog lite tid att duscha håret. Lite hårdare säng, men sköna kuddar. Pool fanns på området, användes emellanåt av de som genomförde dykkurser. Märkte knappt av hotellpersonalen, lite svårt att kommunicera med de i receptionen. Städerskan som fixade rummet var väldigt trevlig.

Mooi eiland!

Fijn hotel, mooie ruime kamer, airco, balkon etc. Maar lawaaiig door drukte met scooters. Teveel scooters op de smalle weggetjes en ‘geparkeerd’ langs weggetjes. A-sociaal.

Na ja, Sauberkeit kann man insgesamt vergessen. Personal war in eigener Art freundlich. Für den Preis würde ich nicht meckern, außer keine Zudecken vorhanden, wenn man ein Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage nimmt.

新しい施設ではないですし、高級ホテルではありませんが、お部屋も清潔でバルコニーからは緑がたくさん見えて快適でした。ビーチへは歩いて15分くらいかかりますが、途中にもコンビニや薬局、飲食店などお店が色々あって便利でした。何よりも、フェリーターミナルまでは歩けない距離にあるので、無料送迎サービスがあるのが良かったです。

ホテルと周辺

スタッフの方々はフレンドリーで親切でした。部屋は古さを感じますがキチンと掃除が行き届いていました。併設ダイビングショップも最高です。徒歩圏内にレストランがたくさんあり食にも困りません。

ダイビングのため宿泊

併設のダイビングサービスを利用するため宿泊しました。低予算で、なかなかの広さと清潔感のあるお部屋に泊まれました。 初日にベッドの上に置かれたタオルを取ったらゴキブリが出てきて手を噛まれた、シャワールームの排水が悪く2ー3センチ水が溜まる状態だった（自力で修復）、ドアの立て付けが悪く鍵が閉まりづらかった（フロントに修理を依頼）、などいろいろありましたが、お値段を考えれば許容範囲かと。 なお、宿とダイビングサービスの運営は連携されておらず、ダイビングの時間を早められたため予約しておいた朝食を食べられない日があったり、帰る日の送迎は自分で宿のフロントにお願いする必要があったりしました。

ダイブショップに隣接しているので便利

We had some misunderstandings with staff. Otherwise staff was nice. Room located on third floor and was hot. Downstairs rood we were offered smelled moldy. The traffic on roads on Koh Tao was chaotic and dangerous. I don't recommen travel with small kids. Jukka.fi🇫🇮

Séjour agréable

Hôtel simple, déco un peu désuète mais la cadre de verdure et la piscine sont très agréables. Le petit dej n’est pas extraordinaire mais toujours bon et avec des produits frais. L’hôtel est bien situé à proximité de Sairee beach où se trouvent tous les commerces et restaurants.

Si vous louer une moto c'est l'endroit idéale.

Tout était parfait par contre un peu loin de la plage.

Horrible experience

We stayed at Asia Resort last year for 3 weeks, and were very happy. The rooms are very basic, but cheap and perfect if you're coming to Koh Tao and not planning on staying in your room all day. The location is great too - in Sairee where everything happens, but still in a more quiet spot so you can get some uninterrupted sleep. This year we ended up checking out early and getting a different place, because we just really could not stand even one more night in our room... We got put on the first floor. The room was dark with only one window, and as we opened the door the smell of humidity and mould hit us hard. As we entered the bathroom we discovered that the roof had a lot of mould on it, and anything we had in our room was always feeling damp and smelled mouldy. We soon also discovered that the toilet didn't flush. We talked to the staff multiple times, but changing rooms was out of the question. They came to fix the toilet multiple times, without ever really fixing it as the problem kept reoccurnig. Ended up checking out and moving to a different place as we were miserable. I do have to say though - last year we were staying on the second floor in the same type of room, and we were very happy. Did not have any of the problems we experienced this time around. Will however most likely never stay at Asia Resort again, as I'm not risking getting a moldy room and bad service for my money.

Ett trevligt ställe

Hotell upplevdes som trevligt och vi trivdes bra.Det låg en liten bit från stora gatan och därför var det lugnt men ändå nära Rummen var rätt stora och hade det nödvändiga. Om vi åker till Koh Tao igen kan vi definitivt se oss hyra här igen
