Great location, but not comfortable to take shower as shower drain were clogged heavily. Air cond too cold. Overall cozy place to stay.

My stay at the TTDI Ascencia
The overall facilities within the building were very good. The security staff very friendly and helpful. The landlord was readily available and helpful and the apartment was very good with an ideal locationl, being next to the MRT and within a 5/10 min stroll, access to the many local amenities. Only 2 minor issues; 1. the air conditioning unit, although efficient, was rather noisy and could do with a lower and quieter fan speed. 2. there is an external door located in the sleeping area for access to a little stowage/balcony (not the main balcony), which could do with some additional insulation to help reduce traffic noise at night. All in all a very enjoyable stay
