Amazing hotel!!! The staff really made it great especially the lady that was cleaning my room. I rated it 3 stars for the area around the property because I feel like the location would be better as it was a bit far from everything, the Mixc mall kind of made up for it but personally I would have liked it better if it was closer to central, or on the other side near the Shanghai Towers. I liked how there was privacy and it was not a busy hotel

Good choice in Shanghai

Room is very spacious n well equipped. They do not provide any disposable amenities like shower cap, toothbrush etc...but there r free soft drinks ,coffee tea n bottle water. Excellent condition of room too n its location is conveniently located next to a mall with supermarkets n many restaurants

The artyzen habitat was amazing! Cannot say enough great things and make you feel like you deserve the best. It is beautiful, clean, right beside a big mall full of dining options and close by to the metro. The front desk staff are very helpful, but especially Ella. She is the kindest lady and goes above and beyond with her customer service that makes you feel like you have a friend and are taken care of. She took care of us with any of our questions on directions, and help us get diapers by ordering online as getting thing can somwtimes get trick for foreigners. It is a bit tricky to get to so make sure you give taxi drivers the address and ask them to call the front desk for any questions on finding the place. Also take advance of the front desk of walking directions to things around there. Would recommend this hotel to anyone heading around HongQiao area, and would definitely stay again and again.

Room is big, place is nice, would recommend.

All the staff were very nice and helpful. The front desk staff was quickly responsive helping me book taxi and made sure that I got picked up when calling on my arrival night as I didn't have access to the booking platforms. Every other staff that I asked for help also helped me nicely. I really appreciate it. The hotel room was clean, spacious and quiet. They provided many art books on the bookshelf. Love it

Wonderful Stay

The hotel is new and trendy, with spacious rooms. Service is great all around, especially Rose at the front desk, who accommodated all our requests. The only area for improvement is breakfast, more variety and non-luke warm (i.e., hotter) coffee would be great.

Modern hotel with shopping mall near by.

Very modern and new hotel which not too far from SHA airport. Overall condition is excellent, friendly staffs, but morning subway noise might trouble you a bit. Big shopping mall in walking distance.

The hotel is classy without being opulent and over the top. Very refreshing and relaxing. The staff attitude is excellent. Very helpful but not pandering.

Great hotel and new facility. Only drawback is location is a bit back from the main road and thus difficulty for taxi drivers to find if not familiar with area.

Overall very good hotel

I was extremely pleased with my stay. The hotel was new and very uniquely designed while the guestrooms were spacious and comfortable. The team were friendly, proactive and helpful at all times which offered a welcoming experience. The hotel was located next to a mall with lots of shops and eating options too. Definitely will return if I’m in the area. The only downside is because it’s new, taxis were not fully aware of the place and takes time trying to get one.

The hotel is nice in general but the location of it is a bit hard to find. And there are facilities nearby but need a bit of walk. The walk is not too much of a major problem at daytime but at night, the lack of night is a bit intimating. The building management in the campus doesn't allow motorbike to access so handy food delivery or courier has a bit of issues. They need to walk up the slope to do delivery. Other than that, the hotel itself is a good facility.

Nice new hotel. The only bad thing is they don't offer international TV network. The suite is nice but if the sofa can be a bit further back and away from TV will be great. Road sign around the area is still not the best but it is just a glimpse away from malls and amenty which is surely very convenient. Vibe of hotel is refreshing.

Lovely new hotel with polite and super helpful staff! I travel to China frequently for business and would highly recommend! Nice location with a lovely park nearby and shopping.

조용하고 편안한 신설 호텔

* 간단 총평: 출장으로 3박4일 머물렀습니다. 조식, 호텔서비스, 고객응대 등 어딜봐서 5성급인지는 모르겠지만 새로 생기고 깨끗한데 가격이 워낙 저렴하니 4.5성급 정도의 고급형 비지니스 호텔로 생각하면 괜찮은 컨디션 입니다. 트윈룸으로 예약했으나 업그레이드 해주셨네요. 감사합니다. 업무차 간거라 큰 기대는 안한만큼 다음번 출장에도 해당 호텔 재예약 의사 80% 이상 입니다. 1. 방 컨디션 1) 거실겸 주방과 침실이 분리되어 있는 형태. 2) 역시나 대형 사이즈라 널직널직 함. 3) 인덕션과 주방용 싱크가 있음. (실제 사용 가능한지는 모르겠음) 4) 방바닥이 카페트가 아니라 마루라 쾌적함. 5) 레지던스호텔 같은 느낌이라 옷장, 수납함 등 잘 되어있고 책상과 대형 1인 안락의자가 있어 워케이션 가능함. 6) 화장실 무지 크고 매우 깨끗. 뜨거운물 잘나오고 신설 호텔이라 샤워호스, 수도꼭지 등 곰팡이 하나 없음. 비데 없음. 7) 212호 방 커튼 열면 지상 주차장뷰.. 커텐 열면 주차장 내 사람들과 너무 가까이 보여 암막커튼 계속 치고 있었음. (암막커튼과 일반커튼 두개 다 있었으면 좋았을것 같아요..) 2. 주변 시설 1) 대형 쇼핑몰이 바로 옆이라 밥먹으러 가거나 간단한 쇼핑 좋음 2) 한인타운 걸어서 10분거리 3) 로비 엄~~청 크고 쇼파&테이블 많아서 조용히 일 하거나 손님들과 간단히 만나기 좋음. 3. 조식 1) 3성 비지니스 호텔 급으로 매우 간단함....실망.. 2) 완탕누들 바로 조리 해주는데, 제일 맛있음. 3) 달걀프라이 조차 바로 부쳐주지 않고 한번에 부친걸 음식보관통에 담아져 있어 각자 떠서 먹는 스타일... 기름에 떡지고 계란 노른자 다 흘러 묻어서 너무 별로.. 4. 룸서비스 - 전화 연결이 안되어 로비 옆 바에 가서 직접 오더함. - 밤 10시쯤 주문했는데 라스트 오더 느낌임. 일단 영어 소통은 불가능. - 간단한 샐러드와 맥주 2병 룸으로 가져다 달라고 요청후 결제는 룸차지로 요청했으나 거절. 무조건 현장 결제 하라고 해서 알리페이로 결제함... - 맥주 오프너 같이 가져다 달라고 했으나 안챙겨줌... 소통 안됨 이슈로 오픈 포기.. - 그래도 룸서비스 음식(샐러드)은 맛있었음!

큰 불편한 없는 숙소.

이용한 방은 침대 두개 표준방. 세면대가 목욕실 밖으로 분리되어 있는점 불편하고, 화장실 환기팬이 없는지 환기 안됨. 창문 없어 외부공기 환기 안됨. 방은 전반적으로 깔끔하고 비품도 깔끔함. 접수대 및 청소원등 종업원 매우 친절함. 지하철역까지 10분정도로 편리함. 10분 걸을 정도에 한국음식점이 많음. 공항까지 택시로 20분정도 걸림. 체크아웃하고 짐맡김 가능.

周囲にコンビニがないのが不便な点以外は、概ね満足のいく宿泊でした。

출장 때마다 애용하는 곳입니다 프론트 직원분들도 매우 친절하시고 시설도 깔끔하고 좋은데다가 홍차오 공항으로 오가기가 편해서 출장에 매우 적합한 호텔입니다

주변에 대형 쇼핑몰과 식당이 많아 좋습니다

Best Location Hotel!

很方便位子、靠近韓國街有好多地道的韓國料理。 還是直接連到萬象城購物廣場。去虹橋機場需要二十分鐘。

새벽 5시정도에 항구에서 화물선 경적소리때문에 잠이 깨는경우가 있으며, 한국 TV도 시청할수 있었으면 좋겠습니다.

한인타운 근처에 있어서 걸어서 10분이면 편리하게 이용할수 있었다. 다만 근처에 편의점이 거의 없어서 단점이긴 하다. 쇼핑센터와 연결되어 있으나, 너무 비싸서 딱히 살만한건 없는듯! 상하이로 출장온 한국인들이 주로 이용하는 호텔같다~

직원들도 친절하고 내부 시설이 매우 깨끗합니다. 인근에 한국성이 있어 조금 걸어야 하지만 한국음식등을 접근성이 좋습니다.

넓고 쾌적한 룸 컨디션이 인상적이었습니다. 근처에 대형 쇼핑몰이 있어서 편리합니다.

두번째 묵는숙소였습니다.주변 대형쇼핑몰과 한인타운이 위치하여 한국인에게는 한국음식을 접하기 쉽습니다. 또한 냉장고음료는 무료이고 피트니스센터의 시설이 좋습니다.

룸컨디션, 직원 친절도, 홍차오공항과의 거리, 대형 쇼핑몰과의 거리는 너무 좋아요. 다만, 한인타운까지는 10~15분 걸어야 합니다. 사실 한인타운의 메인에는 이렇다할 호텔이 없긴 합니다. 택시(디디 포함)로만 이동하실거면 너무 좋습니다. 마지막으로 CVS가 한인타운에 있으니 호텔에 복귀하기 전에 필요항 물품 구매하세요.

출장으로 이곳을 이용하였습니다. 코리아타운과 가깝고 무엇보다도 깨끗하고 편안한 잠자리였습니다. 재방문 의사 충분히 있어요.

한인타운이 가까이 있고 쇼핑타운.전철역도 가까이 있어 편했습니다. 숙소 청결상태도 좋았고 음료도 무료인 반면 조식은 전보다 별로였어요 그외는 만족합니다

ホテルは新しく、空間もスタイリッシュモダンでサービスも満足です。虹橋空港から車でのアクセスも便利。ただ地下鉄の最寄駅からは約10分、道もやや分かりにくいのでこの点を除けば快適で素晴らしいと思います。

地點好，商圈下面就是地鐵站，去哪裏都方便還有就是有一個大商場，要買什麼，吃什麼都非常方便

2階に洗濯乾燥機があり、滞在者は無料で利用できます。長期滞在でしたので、非常に助かりました。近隣にコンビニがなく、近くの韓国人街までも10分程度歩く必要があり、不便でした。部屋は清潔感があり、快適でした。

新淨整潔，離萬象城很近

隣はショッピングモールなので、立地が良いです。夜は静かな場所ですし、施設は綺麗で清潔感あります。

K타운 근처에서 친구들 만나려고 처음 잡아본 숙소에요 완샹청 뒤라 접근이 아주아주 편할 줄 알았는데 그거 치고는 걸어서는 꽤 들어가야 했어요. 빌딩 자체가 새거고 내부 인테리어나 스케일디 크고 신식이라 방을 좀 기대했습니다. 약간 레지던스 식으로 거실구분이랑 싱크 인덕션 등은 너무너무 잘 되어있었으나 방에 처음 들어갈 때부토 나는 꿉꿉한 냄새 때문에 방을 바꿔달라 요청했고 3개의 방을 직접 봤지만 동일한 냄새가 났어요. 이유는 모르겠지만 냄새 예민한 분이시라면 한번 더 생각해보세요. 그게 괜찮은 분이라면 거실에서 사무도 보고 친구 불러서 수다나 싣사 떨기 좋음 아파트 형태라 출장으로 길게 머무르기도 괜찮아보였습니다.

方便的商務出行

非常的方便。不論是吃飯或是出行 而且緊挨著萬象城，看電影也方便 就是對一些沒有來過的司機找路有點困難 其他的都很好！

房間很大的很舒服，很有藝術感。有電磁爐，不過沒有可以用來煮食的工具，可以泡咖啡，但沒有可以攪拌的工具，感覺上少了份貼心。 但整體感覺還是很好的。 很近萬象城，從餐廳走出去就看到，很方便的。

一切ok,但櫃台叫出租車比較不規範，比平常多15-20%費用

The best experience by far

I have been check-in many hotels in Shanghai. This hotel is the best experience by far. Everything is great unless you are expecting a swimming pool. Really recommend it.
