The hotel is in a very quiet spot. The front desk staff is particularly efficient, kind and professional. The bedrooms are large and well appointed. Very good experience all around

Wonderful, very clean hotel! Love!

Pleasantly surprised of the quality and service of this place! Very clean, spacious room, high quality linens and towels provided. Appreciated the great water pressure and spotless rainshower. The lobby feels like a zen, cozy atmosphere with soft music and there is a coffee station and refreshments available at no cost to the guests, at any hour. The breakfast is amazing, lots of food choices presented beautifully. Will highly recommend this hotel to loved friends and family.

What a wonderful hotel! They are super friendly and helpful. There is a 24 hour free bar and snack service with hot and cold drinks, beer, wine, sodas, and plenty of snacks. A real home away from home.

The 24/7 complimentary. sandwiches, snacks, coffee, beer & wine was an EXCELLENT & highly appreciated perk. Only complaint is that the outdoor heaters in the lobby patio were out of fuel. It would have been nice to sit outside.

This property is absolutely gorgeous! I am staying in the junior suite with a beautiful balcony overlooking the city. My amenities are exquisite along with the breakfast and food options on property. The staff has been extremely kind and helpful. I was only supposed to stay for two nights and I have now extended my stay for five and canceled my reservations at another property. I will definitely be returning to this amazing location.Farrah

Tuve una estancia maravillosa. El personal fue muy amable desde mi llegada, el hotel completo me pareció bastante cómodo con un gimnasio muy conveniente y un desayuno completísimo. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas confortables, además me encantó el área de snacks para picar o beber algo a media tarde sin tener que salir del hotel.

Wonderful Stay in Madrid - 10/10

I absolutely loved my stay at the Artiem Madrid and waish there were other locations to stay at in the other cities I will visit. The staff was amazingly helpful and kind, the room was spacious and clean (as was the bathroom), there were transit options nearby, the breakfast was delicious and there was a great variety of items including made to order items, there was also an area to take snacks and beverages throughout the day (with more items added in a fridge after 2 pm). I will recommend this hotel to my colleagues and will definitely stay here the next time I am in Madrid.

Great all round hotel

Weekend break to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Hotel did not disappoint, easy check in when we arrived. Friendly staff, who couldn’t do enough to make our stay great. Loved that there were complimentary drinks and snacks throughout the day. Even had drinks delivered to our room, for my partner’s birthday

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The service was absolutely top-notch—every staff member I encountered was welcoming, attentive, and eager to help, which really made me feel at home. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast: an impressive variety of delicious options. It was such a treat to start each morning with so many choices. The only small downside was some construction happening next door. One morning, the noise was a bit intrusive, but I understand that this is beyond the hotel’s control and would not let it deter me from staying here again. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, and I highly recommend it. I’ll definitely be back!

Our stay at Artiem was wonderful, it was in a peaceful quiet neighborhood. We felt right at home because of the kind and attentive staff. Artiem is close to banks and a metro station, as well as some nice restaurants. Very convenient!

Great hotel, a bit of a gem

The Artiem was wonderful! They have a 24/7 snack/coffee area and a fantastic breakfast that only cost 14 euros. The staff let us get in early to our room without a fuss. They gave us a bathrobe and slippers. The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend!!

This is a very clean and comfortable stay. Not very close to city center, but a great option near the airport. Loved how eco friendly it is and the tea/snacks/coffee that are offered as a courtesy is a very unexpected surprise. Very nice touch.

The best hotel I stayed in Spain so far. Except for the next door construction noise, everything was perfect. I loved the room, the amenities, the staff. Highly recommended.

Great hotel and great staff. The only drawback is if you have a car and park in their garage. EXTREMELY tight with numerous columns. We damaged our rental car trying to get out of the garage.

Amazing and kind staff! Very clean and convenient hotel.

I arrived early in the morning but they allowed me to check in early (for a small fee) which was great. The staff was very helpful with providing me with information regarding public transportation. What I was impressed with was the hotel provided a afternoon tea and late night snacks. Very impressed. I wish I was staying longer. Although it is further from central Madrid I was still able to conveniently get into town. Staff was very helpful.

It was clean and brand new. The TV was poor with no English speaking channels like BBC. A little noisy with the construction site next door.

We stayed in the Superior Double Room. Convenient but I wouldn't return. ❌ Small: superior double room wasn't superior at all. Small room, and clear bathroom door. No privacy for two people. Small bathroom too. ❌ Pricy: 480 USD 2 days, for a small room in a remote area. Not worth it. ✅ Breakfast: paid for breakfast within the reservation, but felt the food options were okay. Wouldn't loved more vegetables for vegetarian fiber. My dad enjoyed the omelet station. ✅ Free food: there are free snacks daily in the common area. Popcorn, sandwiches, salads, hummus, dessert, soft drinks and juices ✅ Amenities: the gym bag they provided me was helpful, and the slippers are a nice perk at this hotel.

Great Eco Friendly Hotel!

Great hotel..super nice room…great buffet breakfast and the free food/drinks pantry is fabulous!! The only negative is, it was quite a ways from most of the activities I had planned so I spent a lot on Uber!

Great property, very clean, and 15-20min walk away from restaurants. You can easily take an Uber/taxi/Bolt to the popular areas of Madrid. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s great that they offer free refreshments & snacks. The room was clean! For our first time in Madrid, this was a great start!

Wonderful hotel. Very clean and nice staff. Location is a little remote relative to most popular Madrid tourist destinations.

What a great place! I spent a couple of days there to relax, and I had a wonderful time. I literally didn't have to leave the hotel at all. The facilities are super comfortable, and the fact that they have a bar with snacks and drinks available and free of charge is a great added value. The price is super affordable, and I would definitely stay there again.

We had a fabulous stay here, it's a very comfortable hotel and the free drinks and snacks are a lovely bonus. It's only a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station so it's easy to get into the city centre

Great small hotel in a very centric area of Madrid. Love the ambiance and great customer service. I’ve been there twice and for sure I will be back.

I liked the parking garage it has. It is very tight but it’s a parking spot where the damage to your car will be at your fault for your driving skill not someone else’s parking into you on the street.

Hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, far from city. Room is decent, complimentary drinks and snacks are a plus factor.

Great stay

A great experience - would stay again. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and well-appointed. The only thing I that could be improved is that I never successfully figured out the AC and was too warm at night - probably user error. 20 minute Uber ride to ariport or downtown and about 45 min on public transport.

Tries too hard to market itself as a green lodging operation but many other hotels are doing the same more subtly (we get it) while providing better amenities in better locations.

Very clean, modern and massive rooms, phenomenal breakfast, tea/coffee facility in the room, snack and drinks available for free all day (including beer and wine). The large breakfast area becomes a working area for those who need to with good Wi-Fi connectivity everywhere in the hotel. Slight downside is that it’s 30 minutes from Madrid central with 10 minute walk to the metro station. There is no restaurant but there are many local bars and restaurants nearby and a lot more reasonably priced that centre of town. Will happily come back again.

Hotel was excellent, friendly reception staff, big clean rooms and a very comfy bed Shower was fab too A little out of the centre of town, however a 5 or 10 min walk took you to two metro stations-great for getting around the city

Loved everything about this hotel! Quiet, clean, and very eco conscious. The breakfast was fabulous! And the little snacks available in the evening were another great perk. Love the fact that each room has it's own refillable water bottle. The hotel is a little out of the way --one of the things that made it more appealing to me --but close enough to a metro station that easily connected with the other major metro lines. I would choose to stay here every time I go back to Madrid!

Artiem experience

It was a lovely surprise to arrive to this beautiful hotel. Service are very welcoming and friendly, facilities are lovely, and the eco-friendly character of the hotel is great. I loved staying here, and although we only came here to sleep, it made us feel very cozy and wished we stayed for longer. Artiem offers self service for snacks and drinks 24/7. We enjoyed some fresh fruit and one night we had a salad and sushi rice with sea weed and edamame for dinner, the food was tasty and healthy.

The breakfast buffet is wonderful due to the quality of their food. Complementary drinks including wine and beer is unique. Only, make sure you have your adapters to charge your devices.

We were blown away by this hotel and think it was worth being a bit out of the centre. The staff were excellent. The rooms were special. The breakfast was first class. But what stood out that we didn’t expect was the free food and drink in offer all day long. I highly recommend.

I stayed in this hotel twice, as I am really happy with their services. Although it is out of the city centre, it is quiet at night and easy to go to the airport. The best part is that they have a pillow menu to help sleeping. I will stay in this hotel whenever I go to Madrid.

Great boutique hotel

It was excellent. The receptionist was so sweet she was a great help. Checkin was fast and easy. The receptionist was nice enough to tell me how to get around and provided me with maps and where the hotel was located and the train and bus stops.

Great place to stay outside of City Center.

Good hotel close to airport

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Except the parking garage is difficult to park, everything else’s is wonderful. We will definitely return again in the future. The surrounding area is not inside the city but in a local neighborhood. There are some good local restaurants nearby to explore.

Our stay was amazing. The staff were so nice, especially Laura. The rooms were clean, modern, and it was incredible getting free snacks 24/7. The entire place smelled amazing and was very close to the subway, shopping, pharmacy across the street and a quick taxi to the airport. Will absolutely be back.

The hotel had a practical and eco friendly vibe that offered a comfortable stay. Situated in a neighborhood that made you feel "at home" with the locals. Highly recommend.

Love the place. Beyond expectations! It’s not the commercial hotel, it’s eco friendly and economic. The subway it’s close and a bus runs in front of it. I recommend it .

Artiem exceeded all expectations from the moment we walked through the door. Easy check in, 24/7 snacks and drinks included in our stay, a nice sitting area to play cards, chat, eat some of the snacks or just read. The room was spacious and the most comfy bed. All welcomed with a note and a small box of treats. This place really does know how to make you enjoy yourself without the hassles. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel. As soon we arrived we got great vibes. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Our room was even better in real life! Hotel exceeded our expectations. We would definitely return here and have been spreading the word sincr we got back! Gem of an accommodation.

I loved the fact that there is a 24/7 free soft drinks, open bar and salads and sandwiches at the lobby. Very clean and spacious rooms. Relatively close to the airport (15 minutes in Uber). Its located in a residential area, nothing turistic nearby, but its a very safe neighborhood, you can walk around and find some decent places to go and eat.

Fantastic hotel, with underground parking garage

Wonderful hotel near the airport, spacious and clean room with modern bathroom. Fantastic quality of bed sheets, towels, bath robes. The complimentary snacks and beverages are a really nice touch especially if like me you arrive after a long drive. Great and friendly staff and last but not least - underground parking garage on the premises.

This hotel is both eco and environmentally friendly, as well as warming and friendly. Clara at the front desk was so helpful and warm. It was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend

Free drinks and snacks ideal after a days sightseeing No obvious negatives

It was very nice but it was a shame about the twin beds that kept moving apart from each other. But above all else, the hotel was really nice and it was very peaceful.

Really enjoyed my stay here and was comfortably able to work from the hotel room with no WiFi disruptions or issues. The complimentary bar is very well thought out and generally it seems as though management have a vision for this hotel. Only criticism is that the cook keeps disappearing during breakfast service which was visibly annoying people when they were on a schedule. On my second morning i had toast, coffee and no fresh produce as the chef was hidden in the back. If you are going to have someone on service I suggest they are visible on service.

Cant say enough how consistently outstanding the entire staff is at Artiem. Rooms are super clean, well maintained and comfortable. Self service refreshments are a nice touch. I always stay here en route to the airport or returning from a trip.

Amazing staff, comfy rooms

The staff is amazing in this place, the rooms are all new, with new furniture, there is free food in the fridges at the reception floor of the hotel, it is impressive how the staff knows every single detail about the hotel and will always try to be helpful, not a single bad experience, I don't know what hiring process they have or what kind of training they give to their employees at this hotel, but I wish it was the same at other places, because it clearly is good

It’s a fantastically wonderful hotel that is worth your money and time. Included breakfast, snacks, and drinks, as well as very friendly and multilingual staff make for a great stay.

A great hotel to stay in Madrid especially if you had a car with you. The inside city of Madrid is a mess for having a car. This hotel is an excellent choice to stay if you had a car. The hotel is only about 10-15 minutes drive into the city by Uber or taxi and it is not expensive. The hotel is clean, spacious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only complain I have is the breakfast. We stayed for two nights. The first morning we had breakfast, the choice was very limited and we were very disappointed. We almost decided not to go on the second day morning even though we paid for the breakfast. However, we went for breakfast on The second day. Surprisingly, we found out that you could order omelet and sausages to cook for you! Nobody told us on the first day and clearly the buffet staff does not want people to know so that they can work less. Other than this, a great stay and we would recommend this hotel. The price you pay is worth every penny.

As always the staff is the star of the show at Artiem. Attention to detail and guest comfort make it a wonderful stay every time.

Very good place for business trip and relax. Friendly staff and good services. The internet download speed is terrible and has a place to street parking on hotel, but not exactly.

Hotel is super clean, Staff was well versed in dealing with the COVID restrictions and adjusted to everything with efficiency and style. This is my third stay at Artiem and it was excellent. Beds are super-comfortable with great pillow selection. Rooms are clean and stylish. Shower was roomy with great water pressure. Restaurant was excellent. Especially considering the limits imposed by the pandemic. The staff was exceedingly kind and helpful.
