Lovely property with great staff and amazing views of the city and the morning balloon lights. The cave rooms can be dimly lit so it would be nice to have one 150watt lamp when needed. Other than that. We loved it and would come back. Thank you!

Non stop music

Everything was great but music plays all afternoon and until about 10 p.m. It is outdoors from the bar and you can hear it loud in your room. It never stops and becomes like torture after awhile. It would have been a great stay but the non stop music audible in pit room ruined it.

It is a very nice facility and I’m sure they probably spend most of their money on hardware. Room is nicely decorated and bathroom floor is heated. We stayed in the cave room. It was spacious for two people with a nice deep tub. Toiletries wise, they don’t have shower cap and when I asked the front desk for shower cap they gave me a fabric bonnet instead….. which does nothing when you have long hair and you don’t want to wash your hair that day. The rooftop terrace is a beautiful space to relax with live music every night at 6 pm. Breakfast spread is a little cheap compared to a different hotel we stayed in the area which we paid lower price for but got better breakfast. Location is very central to everything, I enjoyed walked in the neighborhood and covered enough grounds in the town of goreme. Staffs are friendly. I did put a sign for need service for one day but when I came back the sign got turn to do not disturb and the room was not refreshed… maybe a language barrier..

Best hotel , five star and a must when in Gerome Cappadocia

Our stay at Artemis Cave Hotel was nothing short of incredible! The location is absolutely perfect, with breathtaking views of Göreme right from the room, where you can watch the hot air balloons float by in the early morning. The hotel itself is immaculate, beautifully designed, and truly a special place to stay. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff were not only professional but also incredibly helpful. When our flight to Nevşehir was canceled, causing us to miss our pre-booked hot air balloon ride, Burak went above and beyond to arrange a last-minute booking for another balloon experience. He also took care of all our airport transfers, making everything seamless and stress-free. A huge thank you to the entire Artemis Cave staff for making our stay unforgettable. It was truly one of the most amazing experiences of our lives!

Lovely place! Would definitely recommend and go back there. If there is one thing that can be improved is the AC in our unit, which could have been colder.

From the moment I booked, Artemis Cave Suites set the bar high with their impeccable service. The concierge reached out immediately, providing information and recommendations, and arranging our excursions! Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and checked in very quickly. The lobby's trio of adorable dogs added an extra touch of charm, especially for fellow dog lovers like us. They were the cutest! The recent renovations have transformed the hotel — maintaining the charm of a cave hotel but with contemporary elegance. Every area of the hotel is exquisitely furnished. Breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering so many choices — very much exceeding our expectations. The multiple rooftop patios provided stunning views of the city and balloon-filled sky. The location is perfect — a close walk to the central area and a few minutes to an incredible viewing point of the hot air balloons. Take a right out of the hotels front door and walk up the hill — you can’t miss this! It was stunning. The staff's friendliness and efficiency were consistent throughout, making every interaction a pleasure. The Turkish bath experience at the hotel’s spa is something I’d recommend to anyone visiting Turkey. Excursion arrangements were flawlessly executed. Special mention goes to Butterfly Balloons and our guide Birol from Heritage Travel (both booked by the hotel) whose expertise and charm enhanced our experiences. Birol was a perfect tour guide, I can’t recommend him enough.

We stayed in the Pigeon Tower. It was a hike up the stairs but it was fun. The staff is very helpful and breakfast was great.

Book the junior suite

The service was amazing. The people carried our bags to the room and were super hospitable. We booked some excursions on our own and then one day we had free time and asked them to book something for us. They hired a private tour guide for us and it was great. If you book this through them and want a leather jacket ask them to take you to Eymen. They have so many unique jackets and cuts. The breakfast was vast and they have an egg section if you ask the staff.

Beautiful place. Music from the restaurant area was loud post 10pm and we had an early start for hot air ballooning which wasn’t ideal however the grounds are stunning and the food was delicious.

Brilliant hotel. Lovely clean and spacious rooms, ideal location for watching the balloons flying over Goreme in the mornings. Staff are incredibly lovely, and super helpful. They can arrange tours for you. Cocktails at the rooftop bar are delicious. Breakfast is tasty and has a great variety. Perfect for the stress free, relaxing and enjoyable little break. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

Nice but overpriced

Overall this is a nice hotel. The room is nice, but small, breakfast was good and so were the hotel staff. The main thing we didn't like was the steep (and hot) walk up a dusty road to get to the hotel. We also stayed at Balloon Cave Hotel and it was cheaper and closer to the centre of town

Relaxation in a Stunning Cave Hotel

The room was so beautiful. It was huge on the first level with a soak tub and double shower. The bed was perfect and comfortable and they had complimentary wine in the room. I also got a hammam bath in their beautiful spa and enjoyed the sunset on their rooftop bar. I would totally stay here again. I took the local shuttle from the airport into town but scheduled a shuttle with the hotel to the airport for 10 euros. The hotel also arranged my balloon ride with Butterfly Balloons. They were an amazing company and we were the first balloon in the air.

ONE OF THE BEST!! What can I say? It was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in our Turkey trip. Check in - Our flight was delayed but the guy at the reception stayed late and checked us in. Breakfast - Oh Woww!! We were pleasantly surprised by the spread. Even the salads and fruits were so fresh and ripe and tasteful. It was too good. Coffee shop - Umit was great and helpful throughout. He gave us suggestions and guidance about the area. Reception - All the folks were nice and helpful. We asked for suggestions in the area and they all had nice suggestions. Location - Property is literally 4 mins walk from sunset point. One of the nicest location to do photos and see views. It is also conveniently located from main market. Bonus - There are three cutest dogs and really friendly cats at the property and they will shower you with all their love :) Highly recommended. We will come back for a next time :)

The very very best location in Cappadocia to see the ballons. Great cave room, excellent staff, very friendly & extremely helpful. Breakfasts were very nice, there are so many lovely outdoor areas to sit. Parking is difficult but the staff always helped us park in a good spot. Easy to walk into town to all the restaurants. So many spectacular places to drive all around Cappadocia if you have a car. If you are lucky enough to be at the hotel on a day the ballon’s fly in close you will never forget it!! The first morning we were there the fire sound of the balloons woke us up just before 5 am. We stepped out the door of our room & you could almost touch the people in them!!! Absolutely amazing experience. The only downside is the roads are not paved and quite narrow driving up to the hotel. A bit difficult walking into town but well worth it. Ballon rides are a bit expensive but well worth every cent!!

Excellent hotel and exceptional staff. We had a very nice holiday at Artemis Cave Suites. My wife and I had delicious breakfast every day and the icing on the cake was watching so many hot air balloons take off at 5.30 am from their roof terraces on Sunday 14th May. It was simply amazing!

Incredible hotel in Goreme

Artemis is amazing! Super friendly and helpful staff. Good location with beautiful views and love all of the stairs and terraces. Staying here was one of our highlights for Cappadocia. We used their service for transfer from the airport and booked a tour through them with a good company. Highly recommend!

Clean, well maintained, great breakfasts, gorgeous sunrise and sunsets. Sit on the terrace, sip morning tea and watch the balloons passing overhead. Of my more than 30 trips to Turkey, this hotel is one of the best in one of the best regions. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Artemis, firstly the location is great, it’s located in the Goreme area which is ideal. The airport transfer was arranged prior by the hotel, I flew into Neveshir Airport from, Istanbul, a 45 min ride to Artemis hotel. My room was very spacious and hygienically cleaned. A breathtaking view from the terrasse. We were very pleased with staff at Artemis, as they will go the extra mile to accommodate any special requests

The setting was lovely. Don't miss hiking up to the look out for 5 GEL next to the hotel. We also loved the SPA at the hotel! Breakfast was my favorite meal of the day.

Lovely well appointed and spacious clean rooms

This is a well appointed family run business. Guests are very well looked after. The breakfast is amazing and is until 11 am so one can sleep late! All staff is very helpful, accommodating, with a desire to please. Rooms are at different levels and that allowed each room to have a very good view of the valley. Some rooms have more stairs than others but the staff did all the suitcase carrying. A minor issue: the shower head needs to be cleaned as the lime deposits prevent good flow. Otherwise, an excellent stay and I would stay here again, if ever in Goreme.

Suite: The room was spotlessly clean, the bed is huge and very comfortable, we had a great night's sleep. There is a lovely jacuzzi bath and also a large shower. Reception: Had a great check in experience, staff are very helpful, informative and fun. There are 3 beautiful dogs there to welcome you! Spa: We had a Turkish bath package while staying and really enjoyed it. Breakfast: There was an excellent breakfast, I particularly liked that is was buffet style, allowing you to chose from loads of hot and cold options

Staff are very helpful especially Aysha who support ed us in booking shuttle to and from airport, private and group tours. They are very welcoming and the room is spacious and clean, food is tasty, location is convenient. I would definitely stay there again.
