It’s clean quiet place. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Booked the Eiffel Tower view and it was worth it! Every night my little girl got to say goodnight to the Eiffel Tower. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but we were able to make it work with 2 adults and a crib. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Metro is right across the street with 2 metro lines that made for easy access to the other parts of the city.
Located in the hub of everything. The train is across the street. SO many beautiful restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Rooms are standard, we had a room facing the street. It was nice to see trains go by. Will def stay here again
Great location near Eiffel Tour. Step off of Metro and your at hotel and windows shut out almost all the noise. Had a great view of Eiffel Tour from room window. Suggest leaving window open when leaving the room as the air conditioning shuts off when removing key card and room can get very warm in the summmer.
Overpriced for what we got
I reserved this hotel many months ago after buying tickets to an Olympics event. My review may be skewed a little due to the extremely high price I had to pay for the rooms. The hotel is right next to a metro station so sleeping with the windows open due to the AC not working was not optimal. The first night I got very little sleep. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are small, maybe typical for a European hotel, but not like where I stayed in Rome and Florence for much less money. The second night the temperature outside had cooled so it got a bit better. After that they brought us a fan so that helped even more. For the price I paid I expected much much more. The good was the location was a short walk to the Eiffel tower and river so we could walk to there when we wanted.
Ac didn’t work and the shower didn’t work properly
Great location next to Metro and Eiffel tower. Rooms are small but beds are comfortable and bathrooms are good. Front desk is 24/7 and have good security. Would book again
Excellent location!!
Clean hotel, friendly staff, and you can see the Eiffel Tower from some of the rooms
Thoughtful staff
Man with curly hair that checked us in was so gracious and kind and helpful
The room was very small as expected from an European country. We got the 2 twin sized bed rooms and had a small bathroom too. It was bad but it was hard to maneuver around the room with our luggages. When we entered there was nobody at the front desk for 15 minutes so we had to wait awhile. Overall it was okay for the price you’re paying for.
Great location, staff are friendly. Room was clean. Overall was pleasant stayed!
Very shabby and unclean, the kettle and aircon didn’t work. The shower door was broken and the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. Very shabby and not clean.
Location is the best with this hotel - close to McDonald’s, moniprix, directly opp the train station and a 10 min to the Eiffel Tower. Customer Service was good except the night shift guy. Rooms were small as expected but we had a view of the Eiffel Tower. Clean, serviced daily and the property has a lift and air conditioning. Would stay here again.
The staff are friendly
I didn't like nothing except the breakfast . The heating didn't work well. No dry hair. Room smell bad. Sorry but i didn't recommend room 16.
I was traveling with little kids and leaving at 6 am for the airport. Even though breakfast was officially opening at 7, the receptionist invited us to grab a bite anyway. It helped - a lot, especially due to the timing of our travel. Thanks!
Great location 8 minutes walk to effeil tower. Plenty food option near the hotel. My issue is with the bathroom toilet. It's sit right next to the shower door so you have to squeeze in to sit and do your business very uncomfortable.
Better than most
Very welcoming and kind manager and staff. Wonderful place to relax after a full day of sightseeing!
Early check in, luggage storage after checkout, and 15 mins walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. The room was great and the front desk staff was amazing! Plus, metro is right in front and a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby(5-10 mins by walking).
Nice and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff - 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower, beside a subway entrance and plenty of restaurant options. I would go again.
Nice little hotel in great spot
Boutique hotel with access to the metro and the multiple lines that serve the station La Motte Picquet which is about 50 yards from the hotel. Ideally located for access to Tour Eiffel and Arc Triomphe, dining and shopping.
Pros: About a 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Towers. Tons of cafes nearby. The staff was kind and helpful. Cons: The air-conditioning went out twice during our four-night stay. The power went out once but it was fixed immediately. The room is extremely small for three people but if you're going to be out exploring the city then that doesn't really matter.
Amazing
Excellent location and the staff was so friendly and amazing! Made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable!
Great friendly staff and perfect location
Th staff always went above and beyond to make sure myself and my family were happy and always offer assistance when ever we needed it. They easily show be a 5 star Hotel in our opinion. We will definitely stary there again when we travel to Paris again. Thank you for everything! Leanne, Bob, and Bobby!
Friendly and helpful staff! Great location. Room was clean and comfortable.
Hotel is in a good area, super easy walk to the Eiffel Tower. There are also a lot of food options nearby. The staff helped us a lot and were nice. The rooms were a bit small especially the bathroom, but clean. The hallways were pretty dirty. Stained carpets and a weird smell. Other than that I would recommend this hotel for travelers.
Great location, but just ok.
Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly 10/10, but had several issues overall. Pros - Great staff, extremely nice and helpful - Location is excellent. Literally across the street from metro, close to Eiffel tower, and lots of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. - Room was clean, bed was comfy. Cons - Internet did not work. I even got staff's internet access info from front desk and it was still nearly unusable. Luckily I was only there 2 days, but the lack of reliable (or any, really) internet was a big con. By end of our stay we couldn't access internet at all on either access point. - Maybe just unlucky, but our room appeared to be designed for people with mobility disabilities and had only a curtain around the shower head with a shower seat. No matter what water got everywhere since curtain only went down to a person's ankles and shower floor was flush with rest of bathroom.
location is great. checkin receptionist is not very friendly. very bad wifi
Wonderful front desk staff! Perfect location within walking distance of all major city landmarks. Highly recommend!
They cleaned up the room every day. Very simple room but very comfortable.
Very close to Metro station. Just 20 mins walk to Eiffel tower. Great customer service. 5 stars for that. But the room and bathroom were very small. We paid $350 for 2 nights. Were expecting little bigger rooms and better shower. Might stay again if better rooms are available.
Staff extremely helpful and friendly, and speak English well. Rooms are a decent size. Great location - lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance; pharmacy right down the street that provides quick covid tests; Metro station very closeby; Eiffel Tower in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.
I will stay here again
My stay at the Art Hotel was amazing. It was the best feeling in the world to be able to look out the window and see the Eiffel Tower (it was a ten minute walk away) the staff was very nice but I must say Leticia who work the front desk was absolutely wonderful she is a wealth of knowledge and went above and beyond to ensure my vacation was fun exciting and memorable. Sow was so very helpful. They both made my solo visit to Paris and stay at the Art hotel a fantastic experience I will cherish for ever.
Awful Experience
Extremely unprofessional and uncompassionate management with no human empathy. They showed a complete disregard to the safety of their staff, village, and international travelers. We were originally ecstatic to stay at this establishment for our HONEYMOON in August 2020. With COVIDs extremely high cases, especially in the United States where we were located, we pleaded to them to allow us to simply reschedule our stay to a later time. We were not requesting a total refund or anything unreasonable. As a frontline COVID ICU nurse I saw firsthand how the virus has swept through communities. Being a high-risk area, we could not safely travel and were even more so worried about exposing others. On top of this, international travel was banned at the time. This did not matter to them. They would not hear of a reschedule, so they could keep their money, but simply said if we wanted to come bad enough we would. IT WOULD NOT HAVE EVEN BEEN LEGAL FOR US TO DO SO. They showed no care for their own community being possibly exposed. They showed complete disregard for traveler’s safety. Zero empathy. I would never recommend this place to anyone thinking of staying here. I never write bad reviews and am very well-travelled, but I truly hope to save anyone visiting this beautiful country this awful experience with this establishment.
A gem.
8 of us were on a trip to Europe during the Coronavirus fiasco. We had to make some adjustments to our travels. We booked 4 rooms for 3 nights with late notice. The rooms were small compared to what we are used to in the US, but larger than many European hotels. Very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. We would absolutely stay there again! 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Be sure to walk across the street to the bakery Merci Jerome. The best pastries ever!!!
The room was very clean, we an amzing view of the Eiffel Tower. The room is simple, whi
I like that this property is right across from the metro and very convenient location to other restaurants and the Eiffel tower is walking distance! I also enjoyed that it is eco friendly and the staff is lovely!
Fabulous hotel
Lovely place to stay. Really well located right near the metro and the room was gorgeous. The bed was so comfy - my friend was on a mission to find out where the pillows were from! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying here!
Enjoyed the stay, good location and amenities and great staff - very helpful.
I didn’t like that you could hear the people in the room next to ours. I loved the view from our room.
A great stay! Hotel was smaller than expected but had everything we needed. Really great location, right across from the metro. Some street noise and noise from the small hallway outside our room but otherwise pretty quiet. Breakfast was good: cereal, juice, baguettes, croissants, meats, cheeses, etc. Very clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
Every one that works here is incredible, very friendly and kind! The area was nice with a metro station right across the street. Being a 20 minute walk from the tower was lovely, we were on the first floor and could see the top of the tower from our window! All in all a fantastic stay, very pleased with our 6 night stay!
The location of this hotel is perfect. Over the road from the metro station, surrounded by food and shopping, and a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. We could even see some of the Tower from our room window. The lady at front of desk was a pleasure to deal with, very helpful with directions and recommendations. At the time they were having some issues with hot water, so we were given free breakfast for the duration of our stay. We booked well in advance and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.
Awesome
Stayed there 6 nights!! Great Location, plenty of good restaurants nearby, subway is right there,15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, laundry services across the street, clean and a great staff. Would stay there again for sure!!
Personal touch. Every receptionist was wonderful. The lady in the breakfast room just lovely . We appreciated that your staff went out of their way to help.
Staff were very friendly and fluent in English. I was happy when I saw that our room opened up into a courtyard with a table & chairs area. It was a very convenient room, easy to access, it was a handicapped room also so it was quite big. Unfortunately, people gathered to smoke in the courtyard and the smell wafted into our room. Other guests also used the courtyard to access their rooms and late at night they could be quite loud. One morning we had a child playing with our doorknob because his mother was too busy on her phone to watch what he was doing, not the hotel's fault... It's a great location, close walk to Eiffel tower and lots of cafes close by. Would recommend the hotel.
My husband and I were there for two nights and we loved it. The hotel has the metro station right across the street with great restaurants nearby. The Eiffel tower is 15 from the hotel. We were at the hotel on July 14, which is Bastille Day. They upgrade the room to us just because and we were able to see the fireworks from our room. The hotel is small, but hey you are in Europe. Everyone was very friendly at the hotel and the service was great!
We loved the location and the fact that there were only 5 rooms on our floor. Very private and quiet
The only thing going for this three star hotel is the staff and location. So friendly! The problem we had was the bathroom... the shower head was mold covered, and the doors seem broken with rust on the bottom. The sink was starting to deteriorate. They changed our towels everyday which was confusing since the sign said if the towels are dirty place them on the floor. We had them hanging up and away. They do have breakfast but you have to pay extra for that. We love that it’s walking distance from the Eiffel Tower, the metro and the bus.
Near to metro, supermarket and probably a 10 mins walk to Eiffel Tower. The lady (I did not get her name) managing the front desk was friendly. Offered good advice for a first time traveller to Paris. Appreciate that she drew out where to visit on a map given to me. No complains! But do take note if you are travelling with a child. Regulations is France probably require you to book a triple room if you have a child older than 2 years old. Usually I just book for 2 adults and squeeze my kid in.
This hotel is well located, and within walking distance of lots of major attractions. The facilities and standard of the rooms is reasonably basic but it is very clean and the best part by far was the service provided by Laetitia at reception who was exceptional in her efforts to ensure you were comfortable and had the information you needed. If you're looking for a well located, reasonably priced hotel and expect you'll be out most of the time, then it is a good hotel to choose.
Amazing
My mom was staying in this hotel for about 3 days, and she was so happy with the hotel, services and also breakfast. The location of the hotel is so amazing, it’s just a few minutes far from Eiffel tower. I 100% recomend this hotel to them who want to have a nice and comfort hotel, mean while near the public transportation and the Eiffel tower.
Would go back again
Stayed here for 3 nights and they were great. The location of the hotel was perfect, tight across from the metro station and within a 15 minute wall to the Eiffel Tower. The front desk staff were nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and mine had a great view of the tower. I would give the hotel a 4/5 simply because the room was a little small, bathroom very small, and the cleaning staff ignores the hanging request in the door for do not disturb.
Close to subway and supermarket. Eiffel Tower within walking distance. Lots of bar & restaurants in the neighborhood. Friendly staff.
Good Hotel
Good hotel, comfortable and clean. Close to Metro station. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was good.
Cute and Nice
Very cute boutique hotel, very close to the metro and walking distance to the Eiffel. I would definitely stay here again!
I liked that it was within a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and literally across the street from the train station. To be honest, I felt like I overpaid for what I received. In the room the mirror was broke and there was absolutely no room to put your toothbrush, shaving kit or anything else for that matter in the bathroom. No shelf what so ever. When I spoke to the guy at the front desk at night I kind of felt like I was bothering him. That's how his tone came across. The breakfast is not much unless you like bread and there was on 2 different occasions that we opened up the elevator and we had to move a commercial garbage can out so we can get in. Its a garbage can that you would put at the end of your driveway. Just didn't care for the hotel and thought I could have gotten a better value elsewhere.
Was pleasant and good location. The shower stayed hot for a long time.
GREAT Paris stay!
The room was small as most are in Europe, but very clean, comfortable, and located a block from a metro stop. It also had restaurants near by along with a small grocery store. Leticia at the front desk answered our millions of questions and was so helpful! I would absolutely stay here again.
Great hotel in Paris
Staff are super friendly. Great location. Room surprisingly spacious and very clean. Breakfasts totally adequate. Would definitely recommend the hotel.
The location and breakfast were excellent! The triple room was a bit small but suited our needs for the one night stay.
Very happy with the hotel. Close to Eiffel tower. Fair price
The hotel was in a great location, right next to the metro and a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. The room was nice, clean and perfect for my stay. The employees were very nice and extremely helpful. I would stay here again and def recommend it.
Great location
Great location. Near cafes, restaurants. Very close to the Eiffel Tower. Room is very small.
Happy Americans!
Very good staff, location, price and breakfast!
I would stay here again. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room since I'd read a lot about how tiny rooms were in Paris. I thought the price was good for our last minute booking. The location was prefect for us because the Eiffel Tower was the main thing we planned to see. All the bars in the area close at 2am so if you're more into the party scene at night then you'll need to get a place closer to the main hub which we were told was like a half hour drive away. The room was clean and overall you can tell the hotel was fairly new. The only thing that wasn't too great was that the door wasn't soundproof. The neighbor's comings and goings woke me up everytime their door opened/shut. The guy at the front desk who worked late the night we arrived was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
Great location! Friendly staff. However, on our last full day before we wereto leave on the following day, we came back after all day of sightseeing only to find out that our room was not cleaned at all by the housekeeping staff. So, i had to go and ask for clean towels and some coffee and tea. A minor disappointment though. Plus, it would be nice if there was milk or cream in the rooms for your coffee/tea making facilities. Because we had to go to the supermarket ourselves and buy a carton of milk as a first thing to do when we arrived :) Overall good!
Very accommodating
Coming from Los Angeles, we had been up the entire flight and arrived exhausted at 930am (France time). We decided to try to check in early and at the very least leave our bags. When we arrived, they were more than happy to check us in early and upgraded us to a bigger room based on the availability at the time. Yes, we could have killed time while exhausted around the city, but because of their hospitality, we were able to get a short nap in before exploring the city.
Great location for access to tourist attractions & easy access to public transport. We paid extra & had a nice view of the Eiffel Tower. Room decor was a little outdated, but generally we had access to good amenities. There was no fridge in the room, for storing items such as milk, which would have been convenient.
We loved the Art Hotel Eiffel. The accommodations clean, the staff friendly and helpful at every juncture. The hotel was under a certain small amount of construction, which is the only reason for a less than 5 of 5 rating. It's not a five star hotel by any means, and yet certainly satisfied our needs when in Paris. We very much enjoyed the staff. Our room was small, yet comfortable, affordable, and suited our needs. The breakfast room was clean and well supplied and more than adequate for our needs. The coffee was especially good, we thought. Well done, and thank you.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. It is located ideally next to the metro with lots for cafes near by. The morning and evening views of the Eiffel Tower are extraordinary. Very practical. Breakfast option saves time and money. Loved It.
We enjoyed our experience at Art Hotel Eiffel! We are grateful for the staff! They were very knowledgeable and accommodating. The location was great and the rooms were comfortable. We would definitely stay again!
Location is safe
Very good location. Overall good.
Good stay
Nice hotel...very surprising for a 3 star in Paris. Beautiful bathroom, friendly staff I recommend it
Literally next to metro station, very near. Have supermarket, pharmacy, lots of restaurants around. Very convenient. Nice staff staying at the counter.
Good location, friendly staff. Spacious room Will stay here again
Nice hotel with nice location.Amenities are really good.Beautiful place.thanx to rove.
Great customer service
Great customer Service especially Jawed
Absolutely wonderful hotel, location, staff, clean, everything!! Love it! 100% recommend it!
Convenient location. La Motte Picquet metro station is just across the street. Lots of restaurants and stores in the area. On Sundays, they have open air farmers market across the street. Walking distance to Eiffel tower. We had a view of Eiffel tower from our room. Breakfast included in our reservation. Just wished they extended a breakfast to go bag after checking out at 4 am for an early flight out. Abdel at the front desk is so nice! We call him Abdel the magnifique! He helped us navigate the city.
Everything amazing location and excellent concierge staff
Reservation was not kept, they kept telling me to go next door to next hotel
Friendly staff, great location. Breakfast is included. The staff helped us with hard to get dining reservations. Also, they gave us a late check out option.
Nice little hotel
We had a good time and the staff was very helpful
The property is convinient and easy to access everywhere
Stayed 9 nights here. Very good location! There are everything around the hotel! and very easy to get everywhere in Paris as they have Metro 8 at the station and 6 and 10 as well. All staff were very kind, nice and helpful to fix any problems. Room was quite small but it is reasonable in Paris. I would recommend this hotel for couple!!! but not for family. ;)
Very clean. Staff was friendly & very helpful. Great location!
Location was great. Room clean but tiny. Staff very helpful
Only a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The buffet at breakfast was excellent and very well priced.
Excellent all round. Room was quite small but had everything needed. Local area was very good, shops restaurants and metro right outside. 10 minutes on metro from Notre Dame or Arc de Triumphe. 5 minute metro to the Eiffel Tower or 15 minute walk. Rooms were very nice and modern with big windows that open to a nice balcony style. Bathroom had a nice size walk in shower with good water pressure and heat. Bed comfortably slept two people, with bed side tables, plug sockets and flexi wall mounted lamps. Tv, fridge and wardrobe. Air con/heater and hair dryer in room. Couldn’t have asked for more and price was very reasonable. Will definitely be staying here again.
good location for city tour. so close from metro station
The front desk staff was amazing! Special kudos to Laetitia! We appreciate all the help as we navigated the city. Thank you!
This hotel was right across the street from the Metro for easy access to the city. The front desk help was excellent with directions and tips for tourists. The rooms are tiny, but most hotel rooms in Europe are.
Overpriced hotel and should be classed a hostel!
Where do I start... Firstly for a hotel that’s only a couple of years old its in poor condition. The description on Expedia is far from what the truth is. This was a special occasion for my husband and I and all we got was a congratulations and enjoy Paris! The staff are extremely rude! We booked the shuttle to the airport and wanted to change our pickup time to leave earlier and the man said No! I then said can you at least ask them. Funny enough the company said they could! Very unimpressed. We paid quite a bit of money and going by the pictures you would think the hotel was half decent. A short walk to the Eiffel Tower. It’s at least a 20-30min walk. Outside the hotel is dirty and chaotic including thieves on the streets ready to steal your belongings so beware. The hotel has no proper security just a receptionist and there are no locks on the doors but swipe card access to rooms (we had a worker walk in our room when we were asleep and it was 9pm). You cannot watch TV in the room unless you speak or read French and there are no subtitles in English. The bathroom had no air circulation and the roof was mouldy and the room smelt funky! We had to have the window open with aircon on to try and circulate the air smell out of the room! Lastly 13 euro for a crappy breakfast where there is no atmosphere just silence and be warned that if you go to breakfast 2min earlier you will be asked to leave until it is exactly 7pm. I would never recommend this hotel to any visitors!
