Great location and nice place
This is the best hotel in the middle of the most exciting part of downtown Ponta Delgada. Parking could be tricky if you're renting a car but there are options nearby so it would be a short walk. Fantastic restaurants are everywhere and generally you won't need to walk uphill on your way home. I'd say more specifically nice things but this is my favorite hotel and I want to have it available for my next visit. Patricia is caring and wonderful and is ready to help whenever and however you need. 30/10 will be staying here again next time I visit.
This is (so far) my favorite hotel in Ponta Delgada. The staff are wonderful and their cafe is a solid option for everyday and every meal
Spacious, unique, updated & well-equipped rooms in historic building. The concierge, Patricia, provided excellent customer service.
Very good location but can be noisy on weekend nights and difficult to load/unload from rental car. There is parking a few blocks away and the downtown is walkable.

아주 깔끔한아파트였어요. 사흘동안 잘 머물렀습니다. 로케이션 굿!
The apartment itself was excellent and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only thing keeping this from being a 5-star review across the board is that if you are a light sleeper, and you are there on the weekend, there are a couple after-hours night clubs (from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM) that are very loud when the crowd leaves. We are early risers, so it didn't affect our stay, but if you want to sleep past 5:30 AM, you might have a challenge. Staff was very good and forewarned us about this issue, and the apartment does provide complimentary ear plugs; it does seem that there is very little that can be done to curb the noise.
Perfect hotel. Near anywhere you want to be in pointe delgada
It was great!
Great location, beautiful building and very nice staff
A unique and beautiful room with gorgeous windows, wood floors, high ceilings. Very busy but delicious cafe on the ground floor. The staff was kind, attentive and professional. Will definitely return to this property.
I don't want to over hype this place because I want it to be available for my next trip. This hotel is a former dept store so you've got very high ceilings and giant windows. The windows have wooden panels that secure over the windows ensuring total silence and darkness when you want to sleep. Good locks, great location, great staff. Make sure you visit the Greek restaurant across the street
Loved the size of the apartment and its amenities and the fact that there is a coffee shop right downstairs. I would say they should add a shower door , the shower head is one of those that you take off the wall and it was really hard to make it aim towards you and so water constantly splashed out making all the floor wet in the bathroom. Also, if you are going to stay there on a weekend and are a light sleeper like me definitely use the earplugs they give you, there is a bar/club nearby that is pretty loud and so are the people and they don’t stop partying until 5AM!!!!! During the week it was perfect.
This is not a 'traditional' hotel with lobby but there is someone on-site to answer any questions and greet you during the day. The building is a restored department store and has lots of character/history but is completely renovated. There is daily cleaning service, a kitchenette with 2-burner stove top, dishes etc for 2, a mini-fridge and surprisingly we managed to make a simple meal and breakfast there. It's nice to have the cafe in the building as well. We were able to drop off our luggage before check-in as well as get a late check-out. Mariana, who manages the hotel is lovely and very friendly. There is no parking on-site but it was easy enough to find street parking within 200m. Parking in general in Ponta Delgada isn't great but Mariana gave us great tips on where to park and how to pre-pay extra $ if we can't move our car by 8am next day. Metered parking is not expensive. I would definitely stay here again. We had the superior room which has decent space.
Large size room with fully equipped kitchen. Parking is close by, within 500 meters walking distance. The metered parking accepts EU coins only and is very reasonably priced The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, grocery stores and plenty of shopping
Cute little Hotel above a cafe. centralized.
Convenient, clean and comfortable.
Lovely place to stay in the city. Immaculately clean. Very comfortable rooms. Nice to have a kitchenette. Restaurant downstairs has great breakfasts and light lunches.
Heart of Ponta Delgada
This is really a boutique hotel with a very nice cafe on the bottom floor. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Beds comfortable. Only issue is with noise outside from bars. Some are open all night. Also a bit of a funky smell but you get used to it. We would stay hear again but bring earplugs!
I loved that it was within walking distance to the marina, grocery stores, and restaurants. Also, the rooms had a kitchenette with mini fridge. There was a cafe on site as well.
