Great experience, definitely going back here

Don't bother staying here

I was booked into this hotel but then got moved across the street to "Alex Square Hotel". The room was very small and a little dirty. The bathroom door had holes in it, the mirror was rusted. The entire room had exposed plug sockets and screws in walls etc. It looked like it's not finished yet The bed was very uncomfortable.

Not flexible. No consideration at all!

BED BUGS! Do not stay here!

BED BUGS! It was an awful stay. I am beyond creeped out. Checked out immediately. No refund and I had to get rid of some of my stuff just to be sure. Overheard this guy named Saeed arguing with another guest about the bed bugs in front of everyone as well. Horrible service.

The location was ok , it was basic ,not somewhere I would want to relax , ok for sleeping .

If you are looking for a hotel in this price range, it's because you want cheap. It's fine just to sleep and it is very close to the main train station. The bathroom and the room and sheets are clean. The down side is that the description says "This hotel features 6 restaurants, a coffee shop/café,..." lol. When I asked about breakfast, the staff told me about some cafes nearby. There is NO free breakfast, and NO paid breakfast. If you want any food, you need to leave the building.

Nice Stay

Very nice owner. Even had breakfast for me one morning when I left before scheduled opening time. Location near termini but on the quieter, residential side.

A nice hotel for a good price

Although the washroom was rather small, my room was cleaned everyday and the staff, particularly Massimo, were super friendly and helpful. I was in Rome for an academic conference, so it was great when they allowed me to print my paper and insisted that I did not have to pay. The breakfast, though simple,was sufficient for me (croissant, jam, yogourt, cappuccino, and orange juice).

Stay at Sol Levante instead

We arrived at the Aristotele hotel and reception was locked. Despite ringing the buzzer for several minutes there was no response and if it wasn't for a cleaning lady who told us to find out what was going on at the Levante hotel right beside it, we would not have had a room. The Levante was warm and welcoming and were expecting us for the first night. Our second night was spent in the Aristotele and the room reeked of ammonia and it was difficult to breathe. There was no soap in the bathroom to wash our hands with. The following morning, while breakfast was being prepared the person was coughing and hacking while getting things prepared. Needless to say we couldn't wait to get out of there.

Hotel antigo, chuveiro péssimo, cama desconfortável e ar condicionado pingando no quarto. Mesa de cafe da manhã colada na porta do quarto e muito barulho. Nunca tem ninguem na recepção.

Die Unterkunft liegt super nah am Hauptbahnhof, welches den Transfer zum Flughafen super einfach gemacht hat. Ebenso ist vieles super zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Zimmer war sauber und mehr als ausreichend zum schlafen. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit.

Hotel localizado em um prédio antigo onde tem mais hotéis em outros andares. Chegamos as 21h e não tinha ninguém na recepção e a porta estava fechada e somente após contato via whatsapp alguém apareceu. Quarto amplo porém banheiro pequeno. Café da manhã suficiente. Valeu a pena por ser perto da estação Roma Termini.

Muy atento el personal

Kamer was heel klein en benauwd. Badkamerdeur sloeg tegen het bed aan bij binnengaan badkamer. In badkamer waren de voegen beschimmeld. Om de lamp en de deurpost van de badkamer zat nog schilderstape, wat er al een poosje zat.

Cerca al centro de Roma

Es una habitación pequeña pero cómoda éramos 6 con un camarote 1 cama grande y 1 cama pequeña, cerca al centro de Roma un baño y aire acondicionado que nos aliviana del calor 38° grados de calor en conclusión bien para dormir y estar en el centro de Roma

Camera al 4 piano in palazzo di 5 piani con ascensore. Molto vicino alla stazione termini. Ottima la disponibilità del personale. Pulizia deludente.ideale per chi non ha troppe aspettative e non vuole spendere troppo.

Ci serviva solo come posto per dormire dato che il giorno stavamo in giro ma comunque la notte la stanza era fredda e l’acqua calda era un optional.

Upon arrival, noone wass at the recption. I had to wait more than 20 minutes to get access to the reception. The condition descrived in the web-page (photos, etc) do not represent at all the reality. No change of towells dduring 3 days. No Tv cable. Bed hard as a log. TERRIBLE...!!!

Tranquilo y cercano a Termini

El hotel estaba realmente cerca de la estación, lo que facilitaba los traslados. Llegamos al hotel antes de la hora prevista y el personal que nos atendió muy amablemente nos dejaron la habitación para poder dejar el equipaje ya que ya estaba disponible. La zona era muy tranquila y no se oía nada de las otras habitaciones. La única pega que le pondría es que salía poca presión de agua de la ducha y resultaba un poco difícil aclararse el pelo.. por lo demás todo correcto, atención, limpieza, comodidad. Para recomendar.

駅へのアクセスがよく観光の拠点としてはとても良い。 ただホテルとしてはそれ以上でもそれ以下でもない。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーとはいえず、風邪をひいておられたからか知らないが、ため息ばかりだった。

駅にとても近く、観光地までバスやメトロですぐに行ける立地でとても良い。 朝ごはんも付いており、パンとカプチーノを食べられる。 従業員も感じが良い。

Ikke så bra

Møte på Universitetet i Roma, forventet Wi-fi siden de reklamerte for det, det virker ikke. Dårlig service. Frokost var ikke så bra, men bakevarer var helt ferske.

Jó hotel. A városközpontban. Közel van mindenhez. A reggeli bőséges és finom. A hotel és a szobák tiszták. Légkondi van. Nem zajos. Bár itt-ott kisebb felújítás azért ráférne. WIfi van, de gyenge az ereje, bizonyos szobákban már nem fogható. Valamelyik szobában a TV-ben nincsenek csatornák. Némelyik szobában a hozzátartozó fürdőszoba embertelenül kicsi.

Proprietari gentili e cordiali, hotel gradevole sistemato in 2 piani, tra il 2˚e il 4˚ piano. 2 pecche: 1. nella camera in cui ho alloggiato il bagno era veramente piccolo, 2. l'ascensore un po' datato e lento.

Hôtel moyen ce trouvent dan un immeuble de 6 étages avec plusieurs hôtel, une première partie de ce trouve au 2 étage avec la réception et la 2eme partie au 4eme avec la sale pour le petit déjeuné. Personnelle agréable chambre simple et un peu a l’étroit, il ce trouve env 300 m de la gare dans un quartier calme.

Buena habitacion, buena atencio, zona no agradable

La atencion en el hotel fue muy Buena, la habitacion amplia y aseada. Esta cerca del terminal de trenes y de noche hay estafadores, que inclusive se hacen pasar por policias. Tuvimos una mala experiencia.

ローマで1泊するときに使用しました。 立地に関しては駅から近くとてもいいと思います。 部屋も広くきれいです。 ただ、受付の対応があまりよくありませんでした。 事前にレイトチェックインする旨をメールで伝えているのにも関わらず、宿泊日程を勘違いされており適当な部屋に案内されました。 宿泊日程を勘違いしていたためじか、バスアメニティも全くなく、テレビはつかず、照明の一つは電池が切れかけでチカチカするととにかく不備だらけです。 受付に不満を言いましたが、「君たちが来る日を勘違いしていたからね」と笑っており、なんだがとても残念な気持ちのなりました。 ただ、値段はとても安く、立地および部屋の広さはとてもよかったです。 値段相応のホテルだと思えばそんなに不満はありません。

アクセス最高！

テルミニ駅からアクセスよく、駅のDESPERをよく利用しました。 ホテルの朝食はヨーグルトとブレッド、カプチーノですが毎日美味しくいただきました！ スタッフの方もフレンドリーですし、私は今回シングルルームでしたがこじんまりとしたお部屋ですが 十分でした。シャワーの水圧が気になりましたが、それ以外は満足な滞在ができました＾＾ また、ローマに滞在の際はぜひ利用したいと思います。

De locatie van het hotel is goed, er was een goed ontbijt (voor italiaanse begrippen), de kamer was niet al te groot en de badkamer kon geen centimeter kleiner........maar gelukkig hadden we 2 mini badkamers, zodat we toch allebei tegelijk konden douchen op de wc. Het personeel was vriendelijk, maar sprak weinig engels. Ze deden wel erg hun best om het ons naar de zin te maken. De airco maakte veel geluid, maar voldeed aan de eisen, de kamer was aangenaam in temperatuur uiteindelijk. Het rook wel steeds een beetje muf op de kamer. Voor de prijs een goed hotel.

quando chegamos o camarada que fez checkin era uma espécie de "faz-tudo" meio enrolado. Resumo: O arcondicionado só funcionou no dia seguinte, o chuveiro era péssimo e o banheiro minusculo, o elevador é de brinquedo (3 PESSOAS), a outra recepcionista super mau humorada. O café era refresco de laranja industrializado, um croissant doce e um pão + manteiga + cream cheese+ geleia + creme de cacau e café. Serve apenas para um pernoite. Fica perto da Stazione Termini.

נקי, קטן, פשוט וקרוב לכל מקום במיוחד לתחנה מרכזית

המלון ממוקם בשתי קומות בתוך בית דירות גדול ובאותו בניין, ממוקמים עוד שני מלונות. מלון זה לקח את הקומה השניה והרביעית. היה נוח יחסית ונקי מאוד. היתה בעיה עם החימום, אך ביום השני היא הסתדרה. אין ערוצי טלוויזיה זרים והטלוויזיה מאוד קטנה. אין טלפון שדרכו אפשר להשיג את הקבלה ובכדי לדבר איתם צריך לרדת לקומה השניה וגם אז הם לא תמיד נמצאים ולעיתים פשוט צלצול בפעמון מעיר אותם משנתם (גם בעשר בבוקר) ואז הם יוצאים עם בגדי השינה ללובי, דבר זה לא היה נעים במיוחד. ארוחת בוקר מאוד פשוטה שכוללת: לחמניה, חמאה ועוד מספר ממרחים, מאפה מתוק וקפה לפי בקשתך. לסיכום, מקום חביב, צנוע ונקי. מומלץ למי שמסתפק במיטה ומקלחת חמה.
