Spacious, clean and quiet!

What an amazing find. So clean, well equipped and the staff were very friendly. Our room was nearest to the roadside and was very quiet on the first night. Second night (midweek) the road was much busier and there was an extremely loud helicopter overhead at around 5am, presumably heading to the nearby hospital. This wouldn't stop me booking again though.

Very Pleasant

A delightful place to stay. Clean, spacious, comfortable and very pleasant. Comfy bed, good bathroom and shower and lots of room for the two of us.

Clean and comfortable, super near Waikato hospital

Graeme is a fantastic host, super emphathetic as I checked in for visiting relative in hospital nearby Property is 5 min max from Waikato hospital, clean and neat and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay be it short or longer term

Great welcome and people. Nice big room with good amenities. Would like a recycling bin for bottles etc. The towel holder in the bathroom fell off the wall and hit me in the foot - a wee screw in the base of that would stop it happening again. Comfortable mattress, sheets like cardboard. Very clean sheets. Everything i needed was there and the place was so close to the hospital, super convenient.

Very comfortable bed, terrific shower & room bathroom, quiet area, & ample parking. Manager went above & beyond with advice & guidance on parking downtown. Even spotted us change in case we needed for parking meter downtown.

10/10 would recommend staying at the Argent! Outstanding customer service and the room was very spacious, incredibly clean and had everything you need. Can’t fault anything, will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Hamilton.

When i booked this motel at the last minute due to a unexpected hospital visit i had to make i got a call from the manager who just casually said, you are most welcome to check in early as the room is ready if you would like. I thought this was amazing. Plus the property was absolutely perfect.

Convenient stopover point during our holiday.

Great location for Waiksto hospital, so clean and tidy and check in/check out was a breeze. Will absolutely be staying here again!

Warm and Friendly!

Was greeted warmly on arrival and shown to my room. Lovely and clean with nice decor and quiet. Great place to stay prior to having surgery.

If i could rate higher i would! Everything is absolutely amazing, from the staff to the accommodation. We were there to visit a loved one inWaikato hospital and honesty once booked we didn't have to worry about anything other than how they were. We are most Greatful to everyone there, from the bottom of my heart, thank you

Best place to stay in Hamilton

Great motel, awesome staff, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, Sky TV, they even had the heat pump on for us upon arrival :-) The biggest bonus its NOT used for emergency housing so its safe and quite.

The hotel is so clean and nice. The owner was such a gentleman and helped us with a few special needs. Also, the room had some very nice little touches that all the chain hotels I stay with usually overlook. You can tell this place is ran by humans who care

Perfect for our needs close to hospital, friendly people.

Amazing thoughtful service and support for those visiting the hospital, including a lift up in time for early appointments so don’t have to handle the parking and willingness to consider anything else may need to make things easier. Brilliant and highly recommended. So much appreciation, also from my family and friends!

The courtesies shown by the proprietor was amazing , even extending to giving us a lift in his own car to our hospital appointment.

Probably the best service I have ever seen at any accommodation I have stayed in! Very friendly and courteous, the room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable I didn't want to leave!

Cleanliness and proximity to Waikato hospital were pluses. Only concern, shower floor slippery and unsafe for someone like me who is moderately disabled.

We had a great stay. We were in Hamilton for a couple of nights for the Kirikiriroa marathon which was conveniently walking distance from the start line. Room was comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Lovely property. Friendly staff. Quiet, even though we faced the road. Watch out for the floor in the bathroom when it gets wet. Very slippery..

The manager of the property was very kind and offered to drive us into town so that we could have a dinner and drinks without worrying about our vehicle. He was very sweet and pleasant to talk to and gave us recommendations for the rest of our stay in the north island. The property was very clean and quiet and the kitchenette was convenient for early morning coffee before we headed out. Highly recommended!

We would highly recommend the Argent Motor Lodge. Its facilities were excellent, very clean with everything you need. The owner Graeme was brilliant - very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Its location next to Waikato Hospital is really convenient.

Lovely place to stay, nice and clean. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Close to hospital. Only negative was so close to hospital could clearly hear the rescue helicopter coming in and out lol. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Close the Waikato Hospital for early appointment

The owner was friendly and helpful. I didn't have car and he offered me the lift. It is a walking distance from Hamilton hospital.

Classy place. It says Motor Lodge, but is like very good hotel (but with a kitchen).

Rooms are large and very clean. Bed comfy with good air con for when it's hot or cold. Friendly and helpful manager and staff. Near to the hospital and shops should you need food.

Awesome check in experience. Personally taken to room and shown amenities. Sparkling clean room, comfy bed and very roomy. Was upgraded, which was unexpected.

The room was immaculate and well presented. I appreciated the quietness of the room and most especially, the continental breakfast which was balanced and substantial. Very comfortable , warm bed. Heat pump was silent.

That it was new. Loved the size of the bath and the hot water.

Everything was amazing .. the only change I would focus on is securing safety on the bathroom tiles .. too slippery once wet!

We were greeted and had help by a very nice office lady and made to feel welcome .We found the room very clean and tidy comfortable bed .We just sat back and relaxed and made use of the free wi fi to keep in touch with our family.
